Touchmark at Georgetown

We had the pleasure of visiting Touchmark to provide horse-drawn carriage rides for their residents and found the grounds to be beautifully maintained and very welcoming. The front entrance and lobby felt like stepping into a high-end, exclusive resort. Every staff member and resident we encountered was friendly, cheerful, and a joy to interact with.

This place beats all others to shame! It is the very best of the best! So many different activities and fun events. I was shocked at their pricing? Very competitive? Most people think it’s out of their league because of how high end everything is but when you average everything in, they actually beat pricing in some areas? It is a phenomenal assisted living facility. We attended a special event, their (mole and margarita) presentation. It was fabulous! Their head chef’s actually performed and served a full course along with dessert! Unbelievable! You have to go and see this place! My sister and brother in law are moving in in a month and I am thrilled for them!

The Hacienda is a beautiful place, and the staff are wonderful. We had an amazing experience with Katelyn coordinating an event for the residents, and we had so much fun. Several of the residents told us that it was the most fun they had in years. Beyond impressed with the campus and the staff who ensure everyone is made to feel welcome.

The Watermark for Children fundraiser at Hacienda in Georgetown was a stellar success! With enthusiasm, Katlyn Dady facilitated the event with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care. Fine arts, clever crafts and unique arts from sculpture to stain glass creations are a testament to the enduring talents of the Senior members in our community.

Last month, I was invited by one of the program coordinators, Katlyn Dady, to bring the Southwestern University Jazz Band there, along with Cheyenne. We performed for their nightcap lounge series, which was welcomed with warmth and open arms. This facility is absolutely amazing, the residents are charming, and they loved the music! We were appreciative of the staff's hospitality and looking forward to a revisit sometime soon! Thank you. All the best here at The Hacienda at Georgetown 😁!

I have been to The Hacienda twice for their events. The facility itself is impressive! It's like living at a resort (I had to ask what age I had to be in order to move in haha). I strike up conversations with their residents and the ones I spoke to ALL say they love living there. I notice the staff are always pleasant and friendly when they pass the residents in the hallways. Katlyn is the Senior Community Life Coordinator, and she deserves to be singled out! She goes above and beyond to organize unique events for the residents, including trips outside of the community. She genuinely cares for the residents and it shows!

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to help merge some of the Williamson County Art Guild members with the Hacienda at Georgetown for their "Artistic Expressions Walkabout" on June 26. Katlyn Dady (Fitzgerald), the Senior Community Life Coordinator & Outreach liaison for the Hacienda was just incredible to work with. Not only was she very warm and inviting to us but also to every person I saw her come into contact with - visitors, artists, their staff and members. She and her team were also very organized in setting up this event and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. Overall it was a great experience and the guild is hoping to have more interactions with the folks at the Hacienda in the future!

Very nice high end retirement facility in Georgetown, Texas. Mary Claire did an excellent job of showing us around The Hacienda and answered all our questions. We were treated to a nice luncheon. The food and service are excellent.
