The Hackney Distillery

We really enjoyed our visit to this distillery. At the bar you sit in in comfortably upholstered, aqua velvet bar stools with backs. They produce gin onsite. This is the first time I have liked gin! The owner gave us an education about gin and explained the flavor profile as we sampled their products. We really enjoyed our experience and the tasting was FREE. The owner shared that their product 1,000 Piers can be found in local abc stores. Their original gin with 20 something botanical flavors was delicious! We like it neat or in a mixed drink. If you are in Washington you should stop by! You will not regret. Limited Parking is on the street. There is a public lot a few blocks away.

Big gin aficionados. , and we have have found our new favorite gin in the states. 1000% this is the perfectly balanced gin. Great place to stop in and enjoy a few samples and learn more about this wonderful libation.

Probably the BEST dining experience i have had here in Washington. Everything is done to perfection, everything that Chef Jamie has is wonderful, i have yet to find something on the menu that has yet to disappoint. I would recommend this to anyone in town, while the price tag is not in everyone's budget, I believe its worth a try from everyone at least once!

We love the gin the hackney makes and are sure to always have a bottle of their original at home. Really high quality gin that produces fantastic cocktails and is just as good with a quality tonic & citrus. We LOVE their blueberry gin so much that we bought bottles of it to use in our signature cocktails at our wedding reception last spring. Do not skip trying their blueberry gin! Thank you for making our favorites!

My daughter absolutely loved the distillery tasting. I highly recommend going there if you are in Washington. Their cocktails are also spot-on. Once we got back to the beach, we drove to almost every ABC to find the specialized gins! Hands down this is our family's favorite gin and we now have a greater appreciation for the spirit and process in creating different flavour profiles. Thank you!!!

Never been a gin fan. But this gin is like nothing I've ever had before. Definitely worth a stop!

I came from California to visit a friend in town. I left with a bottle of the Coastal Carolina gin and a bottle of the Blueberry gin. They are both phenomenal. Straight; G&T, French 75; whatever. Well done, Hackney. I declare this to be damn good gin!
