Where to Find Satisfying Middle Eastern Street Food in the Seattle Area

"This wildly successful New York-based chain is known for perfecting the art of halal chicken and rice — a fixture of street food carts across the U.S. Piled atop turmeric-flavored yellow rice, moist chicken sits with unfussy iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. But the real star of the platter is the duo of white and red sauces, delivering a yogurty tang with a potent hit of heat; always ask for extra of both." - Alana Al-Hatlani

Magnificent Middle Eastern Restaurants in Seattle for Takeout and Delivery

"The Seattle edition of this wildly popular international chain serves up customizable chicken wraps, gyros, and falafel platters, drizzled with white and hot red sauces. This Pioneer Square spot is still open for takeout, but the Halal Guys recently opened a South Lake Union outpost that’s twice as big." - Eater Staff

Quick and tasty meal! The sauces on top are super tasty, they offer a good product at a very reasonable price compared to the other non-sandwich places in pioneer square. They also offer online ordering, great spot for a quick lunch pick up.

Discovering The Halal Guys in Seattle was a delightful surprise, bringing back fond memories of my first taste in NYC three years ago. Finally, I can indulge in their mouthwatering halal cuisine right here in Seattle. The restaurant offers indoor seating, allowing guests to savor their flavorful dishes in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The star of the show is undoubtedly their legendary hot sauce. Its perfect balance of heat and flavor adds an irresistible kick to every bite, elevating the entire dining experience. The combination of gyro and chicken is a match made in heaven, offering a delightful contrast of textures and savory flavors. Each bite is a harmonious blend of tender meat and fragrant spices. Don't miss out on the enticing array of sides and desserts. The baklava is a sweet and flaky delight, while the falafel and pita chips provide delightful crunch and depth of flavor. The Halal Guys have truly brought their culinary prowess to Seattle, offering an authentic taste of their renowned halal cuisine. It's a must-visit for both longtime fans and newcomers alike, promising a satisfying and memorable dining experience.

Stopped for a quick bite. I got the chicken platter. It was really nice with the white garlic sauce and quite filling as well. Decent portions for the price. The lady at the counter was very friendly and courteous! Will be dropping by again

We decided to give this a try today while walking around Pioneer Square. We walked in and no one welcomed us. No one from the staff was smiling. The young lady behind the counter was not even looking at us when we came to order. I said Hi to get her attention and I could barely hear her voice as she was talking to me. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a combo plate. The total was around $23. A little overpriced compared to other gyro places. The sandwich itself was good - nothing too fancy. The pita was a little soggy. I saw that they were all left out on the stove. The chicken tasted good. The veggies had no taste. The hot sauce is VERY hot. You have been warned. I wish that I had received a warning from the employees. It is the hottest hot sauce I have ever had. And I've had a lot of spicy food in the past. But if you enjoy this level of heat - go for it, you'll love it! The restaurant and restroom were clean. Service was fast too.

I got the family meal (gyro meat and falafel) for the great quarantine of 2020. 🤣 It was delicious! And a great amount for the price! The baklava is the best I've ever had, thank you! (Note: there is no need for you to buy EXTRA sauce) And that hot sauce is no joke it might actually be the spiciest the on Seattle.

Seattle’s first taste of the Famous Newyork food truck sensation, now a series of fast food chains across US. The chicken bowl was great, layered with beautifully flavoured pilaf rice, wonderfully cooked chicken, and a great sauce. One of the best I have had, not just in Seattle but across, service was quick & friendly, definitely my first, but not my last visit here.
