The food here is excellent! We always make sure to stop when we can! If you want great chicken over rice, this is the place to be, so glad they're open late! Silvia and Michael were so friendly and helpful!

First timer here and the food was delicious! Shoutout to Gio for explaining the entire menu and letting me try a few things. He definitely went above and beyond. Excellent customer service! And the new spicy BBQ chicken was fire! Ill absolutely be coming back!

Jerry was who put together my food order; very nice & friendly. Portions are not small even though i ordered a small bowl. Food taste was ok, meh. Greasy. and this location offers military discount. Seating is meh, felt cheap eating here, next time i rather take to go

We tried The Halal Guys for the first time today at the Southlake location, and honestly—it was way better than we expected. Giovanni was fantastic. He patiently walked us through all the options, encouraged us to try different meats, and helped us find the perfect bowl. We ended up going with the spicy chicken over rice and wow—it was truly amazing. Flavorful, just the right heat, and the quality of everything was top notch. The ambience was clean, bright, and welcoming. The service? Even better. Giovanni was kind, attentive, and clearly cares about the customer experience. (Seriously—someone give that kid a raise.) So glad we stopped in. This place definitely earned a repeat visit.

Everyone here is so friendly and polite! Giovanni helped us at the counter, and his kindness made our visit even better. After a hectic trip to Costco—where I was nearly run over twice by carts—this place was a breath of fresh air. The food was absolutely delicious! I got the gyro platter, and it was the perfect way to end my day. Highly recommend!

Went for a quick lunch and got the chicken shawarma. Chicken was tasty and a tad on the expensive side. The white sauce is what makes the sandwich. Definitely get the white sauce. The hot sauce had more kick than i expected so be wary about adding the hot sauce. She added it sparingly as I guessed she knew it was quite potent

Me and my brother went here and had such a fun experience. The food was delicious and the staff walked us through all the sauces letting us know their spice level. We LOVED what they suggested and I could've stayed and talked with them all day. They were so friendly and funny. Please go here - you'll love it =)
