We lived at The Hamilton for 15 months and it was a great experience! We unfortunately had to relocate for work but absolutely loved living there. The whole management team was phenomenal and quick to address any concerns! Maintenance was always quick and kind as well. The community has a nice, homey feel with a quiet, more relaxed atmosphere. Every complex should have a management team who makes residents experience as great as this one!

I love loving here. The staff are great. Any time a light bulb goes out or I need anything at all, they help me the same day! The pool and gym is awesome. Beautiful, well maintained place.

Lived here for a year and 9 months and moving soon. This was a nice quiet community with good friendly people. I rented a 1br loft and it was perfect for me and my dog. Never heard any neighbors bumping around or had any noise complaints. Maintenance was always quick to work and helpful. I can't think of anything negative to say about the community,other than the pond. The pond waterfall never seemed to work right but it's a pond. They take good care of the landscaping outside of that. There was never trash piling up or any eyesores on the property. It's honestly the best apartment complex I've lived in. I think it's mostly the people that live here that make it a nice place to live. We all seem to want a nice place to live peacefully away from the city. Management was never pesky or micro managing, they are there if you need them and they leave you alone if you don't want to be bothered which was great. I would definitely recommend if you enjoy peaceful, quiet and orderly living. If that doesn't sound like you; go somewhere else don't ruin this community!

If you don’t mind jogging around the whole complex looking for packages delivered, this is the place for you. Not a reflection on staff, this is geared toward upper management who allocated building numbers, address numbers and garage numbers none of which make any sense to residents, UPS, Fed Express, etc. The USPS mailboxes are too high for 5’7” person to reach without a stool. Other JC Hart properties have a mailroom in the clubhouse which would make a big difference not to mention the answer to massive and unnecessary chaos.

This place is fantastic. Amenities are the best I’ve had at an apartment. Maintenance comes extremely quick, they don’t cut corners, and they are very friendly all awhile doing the right job. Lisa at the office gave us a super warm welcome the day of moving in. She showed us where everything is and how to use the valet trash service. The valet trash service is so so good and it’s only an additional $10/ mo. The community is nice, everyone is friendly, the apartment complex does not take nice to rule violations. Also the maintenance/ office will not walk into your apartment without notice. They’ll always call. HUGE for us since we had that problem at our last apartment. There are zero mold problems. To sum it all up, I’m not moving out until I find a house to buy. These apartments are perfect.

Maintenance team always very responsive and professional. Really appreciate the great job they do. Community is quiet and clean and seems to be well maintained.

I lived here for around 7 years and in two different apartments in the complex so have quite a bit of insight on the goods and the bads of living here. Overall, I would live here again on a couple of conditions. First, make sure you are never facing the parking lots if you value any version of quiet. my first apartment faced a parking lot and the second faced woods and there was a marked difference in noise level. Second, make sure you live on the top floor of your building. You will still be able to hear your neighbors but it is manageable. The walls and floors are very thin so noise is common, which can be frustrating with how expensive it is to live here. The maintenance team is great and always friendly. They were always quick and responsive to our requests and needs. The office team was fine while we lived there, but the move out experience was poor and communication was lacking which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 4. We were charged our entire security deposit for "excessive holes" when they were just normal holes from hanging pictures, and we were directly told we didn't need to patch before moving out. Make sure you leave your apartment in great condition before move-out. Note as well that we were not sent a final paper bill and had to check the portal often to see if we owed anything. The complex grounds are overall landscaped well but the recycling bin and trash compactor will be frequently filled and overflowing. There is a lot of dog waste around the neighborhood that isn't cleaned up, and the dog park is often dirty, which is unfortunate as it is nice to have a park in the middle of the complex. Hallways are not cleaned often, and when they are it appears to only be a quick vacuum. Overall, not a bad community and a great area but not amazing for the price tag.

Everyone at the Hamilton has been wonderful. They have all been friendly and helpful during the move in process! Highly recommend Hamilton Luxury Apartments!! Five stars for sure!

I have lived here for 2 years now and absolutely love it. The community is amazing and the leasing staff is so welcoming. I have a service dog and they have always been welcoming of him as well! The clubhouse is amazing for family events but I tutor as well and hold my tutoring sessions there and it is perfect! I love living here and am thankful to have the Hamilton family in my life!

We absolutely love living here. We're just over six months in and have zero complaints. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, maintenance is super fast (usually within 24 hours), the grounds are well-maintained, and the area is quiet. Can't recommend it enough!

Management is hard to get ahold of, and nothing gets done. Squirrels have literally put a huge hole in my apartment and got in could have hurt my curious 1 year old.. luckily I got it out. They called me back after the incident and only offered to get me out of my lease... Then tried to say they fixed something they never did like I haven't been taking pictures and documenting everything.. worse place to live as we also hear the downstairs neighbors clearly as the flooring is falling apart and has multiple soft spots and crack at the foundation.. they literally threw this place together and called it good not even checking the cracks in the windows sealing the fact that one of the windows isn't on track, the screens weren't in great as a storm took them away. The screens on the doors have been damaged since we got here and are the thing they said they fixed but we can definitely take it to court if they try to charge us for any of the damages that were already here or done by the squirrel infected walls

I had lived here previously and thought no problem to return. No advantage to a former tenant.. had to reapply like everyone else. Filled out the forms and was sent an All Set email and welcome back to the Hamilton email. Got all excited and started packing. Then the next day got an email saying I was denied by a Third Party. Could not believe the fact I was told I was approved and the next day denied. I had almost exact score when I was there the first time. Had discussed possible problem with credit score and was told no problem because they would have me pay two months of rent and work with me. It may have been the third party noticed I was 76 years old but did not look it. So this has been a roller coast experience. And certainly no way to treat anyone, especially a former tenant. Not even an apology but a denial they sent welcome email even when sent three copies back. And not even an apology or explanation. Insane treatment. Be aware if you get a Welcome.. All Set email, it may mean nothing. Shame on you Hamilton staff.

I have lived here for almost a year and this is by far the best place I have lived! My apartment is super quiet and that is hard to come by. The staff here are amazing and easy to get ahold of. They come fix any problem you may have and always want to hear feedback. The people here are friendly and it's a nice family atmosphere. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I've lived here for two years and absolutely love the place. The management team is friendly & thoughtful. The apartments are very well designed & spacious. And the clubhouse & amenities are top notch!
