The 21 Best Brunches in Orlando, 2021 - Eater Miami

"It’s always been a great place to get your slosh on, but this laid-back Ivanhoe Village joint has garnered a rep for its brunch which runs Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sure it’s got 15 different mimosas and one of the best Bloody Mary bars in the city that can be customized with 75 different items, but dishes like pork belly avocado toast, Nashville hot chicken ‘n’ waffles, and a vegan breakfast sandwich served on a warm pretzel bun provide some solid solids to go with a liquid brunch." - Faiyaz Kara

Loved the atmosphere, and the food was amazing. We tried the hangover helper, the devil made me do it, lamb gyro, and spicy chicken and waffles. I honestly have been wanting to try them for a long time. It did not disappoint. I will definitely be frequenting them.

Google
I just went here for a late dinner tonight, and it was extremely disappointing. We looked at the menu online before coming and the food sounded good, so we decided to stop by at 9pm. However, when we came in, we found out that starting at 9pm (literally the minute we walked in, go figure), they stop serving the normal dinner menu and switch to a “late night” menu consisting almost entirely of appetizers. Mind you, this wasn’t advertised on their website, so we were already a bit annoyed to find out we couldn’t order the food we wanted to get after looking at the menu online. I decided to get the crispy chicken sandwich, which cost $17, and I upgraded from the chips to truffle fries for an extra $2. With prices like these, I was more than a bit surprised to find out that the “crispy” chicken sandwich looked and tasted like a microwaved frozen Tyson patty. And the premium “Truffle Fries” were frozen curly fries that were served extremely soggy and were arguably a step down from fast food fries. I don’t know if the food they serve during the day is better than this, but if this is what the food is normally like then it’s no wonder that they’re struggling right now. If the food were cheaper I’d be a bit more forgiving, but for $19 I expect fresh homemade food, not reheated frozen crap. If they need to cut back costs during the later hours when there’s less foot traffic, I understand. But I feel like I was bait and switched since there’s absolutely nothing on their website stating that they only serve bar bites and frozen food after 9pm. If they’re trying to cut costs, they’re better off just cutting food altogether late at night and only serving drinks instead of selling cafeteria food at premium prices.

Google
What can i say it’s a bar atmosphere with nice friendly staff, and food is available. Stopped in for a quick bite, in and out in 51 minutes. I got the hangover which is exactly what I saw in my offline app. I had no expectations. It was huge and I ate every bit of it. There’s too many places to try in orlando so I can’t say I’ll be back, but I can say I been there done that. I’m just glad I had the offline app so I saved $15 so no complaints here.

Google
A must-try place in Orlando, especially for breakfast. Great place with a very nice ambiance. Good customer service and the people are nice! Highly recommended! There's a park & lake in the area so you can enjoy walking before or after eating.

Google
Great place all around; food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff. I had the lamb gyro with a side of truffle fries - legit tasty. They have a good selection of drinks. I had the Hidden Springs Ale Works Riot Juice sour beer and it’s one of the best sours I’ve ever had. They have a ping pong table, darts, and more, as you can see in the photos. The staff is friendly.

Google
I love this place. I've only been once but the staff and atmosphere are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and the food is super duper tasty. I got the Hangover Helper which is a nice stack of sweet & savory. The girlfriend got the vegan breakfast sandwich. Both were on point. The draft beer and half bottle mimosa were the way to go. TRAIN SHOTS!!! They offer free vodka lemonade shots when a train rolls by. So awesome! There's some amazing dark abstract art from @logandood as well. You must visit!!

Google
Incredibly Delicious food, service could have been a little better. It wasn’t too busy and it took a bit to have a server come take our order. The ambiance was nice but the music outside was too loud so it was difficult to communicate with the server.

Google
An Ivanhoe district staple. Friendly service and fun bar vibe. Outdoor and indoor dining with lots of drink options. We went for brunch and were not disappointed. Eric or waiter was prompt and efficient.

Yelp
ORLANDO, FL: The Hammered Lamb is a restaurant right across from Lake Ivanhoe and in a cool neighborhood. Leashed and friendly dogs are allowed at the outdoor patio and with the open-air concept of the indoor space, it feels like you're also part of the fun inside. We had a couple of appetizers and drinks and were able to watch sports on their TVs. They are popular for their brunch and Bloody Mary bar on Saturday and Sundays! Lots of drink specials and a good time!
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
One of the best patio bars in Orlando is right in the Ivanhoe Village in my opinion. The Hammered Lamb has a large outdoor seating area that gets a view of Lake Ivanhoe (there's indoor seating too!). A must is Brunch! From the monthly Drag Brunch to a Bloody Mary Bar. And the most fun -- the famous train shot! The train runs right behind the restaurant & if it goes by while you're there, enjoy a round on them!

Yelp
I had lunch at The Hammered Lamb twice this week while in town for a conference. The outdoor patio overlooking the water was nice. The decor is pretty typical for an outdoor bar type of place. It did have an indoor area as well, but the outside patio was much more inviting. The first day, I had a Greek salad. It was very good, but had way too many purple onions. I love onions, but it really was a lot! It could also be served in a bigger dish to allow for the salad to be mixed without losing some of it. The second day, I had the Italian Panini and truffle fries. Both were excellent and I would order again. The true gem on the second day was our server Landon. Wonderful personality and took great care of us. Only other recommendation would be to wash the menus. I'd definitely come back through when in the area again.

Yelp
MY FAVORITE DRAG BRUNCH SPOT! You will definitely have the time of your life The service is 10/10 and they are very helpful. The food is good, you won't feel bloated and sluggish after their meals. I love coming here & building my own blood mary.
google avatar

Kate M.

Yelp
Just when I think it can't any better here we tried the "Devil Made Me Do It!" Deviled Eggs that have a Bloody Mary seasoning on them and they were AMAZING!!
google avatar

Amy S.

Yelp
The food, Bloody Mary and service were all amazing. I hadn't been there in a few years and was thrilled with everything!

Yelp
My husband and I came here during our short weekend trip to Orlando. We were looking for a late night spot with good food and drinks, we found that here at the Hammered Lamb! The food was on point, I was obsessed with the Mediterranean nachos, it was an amazing late night snack. I probably overindulged but it was worth it *shrug*. The lamb gyro my husband got was very good too and very filling. The service was friendly and we got our food and drinks quickly. I really like that they have a nice patio outside and also have indoor seating. I will definitely return next time I am in Orlando!
google avatar

Yelp
The Hammered Lamb turned out to be a nice find to enjoy dinner while we enjoyed our weekend in the downtown Orlando area. It's LGBTQ friendly for those in the know where the vibes are very welcoming and relaxed. Dinner wise, I enjoyed a delicious lamb panini, while splitting the charcuterie plate and the Bloody Mary deviled eggs. The banana bread old fashioned was also pretty good, ordering a couple of them for good measure. We sat in the back game area where they have some darts and other arcade games. The establishment has a substantial bar area and table seating, with an outdoor patio area if you would rather chill outside.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a lovely brunch at a spot near downtown Orlando that I've been meaning to check out for a while. Super friendly service, fun atmosphere and delicious food and drinks! I got the vegan breakfast sandwich, but as a vegetarian not vegan, I was able to sub real egg and cheese on it. And the $6 giant mimosas are a steal! Don't forget about the train shots - a free shot every time a train rolls by!
google avatar

Tara T.

Yelp
First time this morning at The Hammered Lamb and I cannot wait to go back! The brunch menu is incredible, a huge variety of options! The mimosas are amazing. I had the Paleo Skillet, and it was amazing!! Our waiter was incredible, friendly , and attentive! I sat outside so it was very chill. I love that they do a 'Train Shot' whenever a train goes by! Cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
Time to update this review. It's been six years. I loved the Hammered Lamb back then, and I still love the Hammered Lamb. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ivanhoe Village. The ambiance is also perfect, b-e-a-utiful outdoor patio with huge TV's and a nice view of the park across the street. The service is also also perfect. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were friendly, personable, attentive, just lovely. We came here one Saturday to watch the Orlando City game. We got there, pulled up to the bar, and had a seat. Then the drinks and food started flowing. We started off with the Swamp Dip (Shredded chicken, blended cheeses, IPA, chicken, pico, buffalo drizzle, crostinis). This was a lot. But in a good way. Basically buffalo chicken dip, with some beer, topped with pico. Very interesting, but very delicious. And my favorite, plenty of bread for the smothering and dipping. Yum! Later on, I ordered the Tuscan Lamb Pizza (Crispy thin cauliflower crust, fresh mint pesto, minced lamb, red onion, goat cheese, sprinkled with mint and chili pepper flakes). Whoa! This thing took me by surprise. The crust was banging. You cannot tell this thing is cauliflower. All you can tell is that it is hearty and crisp and delicious. There is also a Ton of lamb on this puppy, so you're gonna get a lot of bang for the buck, so good. Accented with the mint pesto, classic pairing, the bite of the red onion, and held altogether with that gooey, tangy goat cheese, this pizza was just wow. I recommend. I really just continue to recommend this place as a whole. It's got great food, great drinks, great service and atmosphere, great everything. Prepare yourself for train shots, and come on in.

Yelp
Pros: The biggest pro of this place is that they place the Orlando City SC games. It's becomes such a PITA to find places to watch the games after this Apple TV crap. The drink prices are very reasonable, and will keep you trying new things all night long without breaking the bank. Never had a lamb pizza before, but ours was really delicious, and they did NOT skimp on the lamb. Cons: If you don't show up early, you'll be sitting at a normal table craning your neck to see the TV. The main fun bar area is outdoors, so if you're heat intolerant, maybe wait until the fall. Tips: Try the pizza and TRAIN SHOTS.

Yelp
We stopped here on a kid free brunch day! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and sat fairly quickly. We had mimosas and this amazing food posted! Devil eggs are so on point! We tried a bloodymary for the first time and it was not bad at all. Over all I highly recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Quick and easy brunch. Love the sports bar vibe of this place, I got the spicy chicken which was super tasty. The mimosas are great too! Budget friendly brunch option in a fun neighborhood
google avatar

Denise M.

Yelp
My sister googled places for brunch and the Hammered Lamb was one of the options. The menu sounded amazing so we gave it a shot. The service was great! We had kids in our party, but they made the kids feel right at home. Ironically, our server and I had the same last name. The staff were friendly and the food was exceptional!! I fell in love with the biscuits. I ordered some to go! I thought I'd left them at the restaurant, but one of the kids stuck them in the back of the fridge when we got home. I was in biscuit heaven the next morning. If I lived in Orlando this would definitely be my spot! Can't wait to go back. Great service just makes the food taste better.

Yelp
Hammered Lamb is definitely a re-visit next time we are in the area! Is such a cute little patio bar with with nice menu options, including all day brunch! Only one bartender was working but service was quick and efficient and she was so kind! I didn't get her name but she was pretty green eyes lol. They have a train shot--free shots for the whole bar every time a train passes. They're pink and fruity and not heavy in booze which is nice, as were there less than 2 hours and had 3 of them delivered! We went at 3pm on a Monday so it was essentially dead except for two groups, but we had a great time, it was also very affordable- two entrees, four cocktails and an extra side for less than $70. I can't wait to visit again!
google avatar

Yelp
Well let me first say I am always looking for a good Bloody Mary. From key west to Jacksonville I have tasted different ones and I know a good one when I taste one. All drinks are not equal... Senecia (bartender) makes a good Bloody Mary that I had to have 1 more. You get to pick your toppings (tapas small plate on a a Bloody Mary). Senecia what can I say service with a smile and "Cat" always smiling and make sure everyone is being attended to. Hammered has been around for some time and a good place to socialize in a casual atmosphere. They have outside and inside seating. Anytime is a good time. I can't speak on the food.. but the toppings I picked were good..as this visit it was all about the Bloody Mary but I will give the drink and service the stars.

Yelp
Wish I could write a better review :( Took a trip here with my roommate for a mid day snack after going to a nearby market. I had been here once on a previous occasion in 2021 & loved the experience so I suggested it since it was close by. When I returned this time around, the atmosphere was vibrant & the servers were as friendly and attentive as I remember them from my previous visit years ago. The food was delicious when I tried it the first time so I ordered the same thing - 10 garlic parmesan wings & truffle fries to split between two. We also both ordered a soda to accompany it. The food took a bit to arrive but when it did, we were mildly pleased with the wings but really fond of the truffle fries. We each ate 3 wings each, took the rest home & went on with our day. We didn't immediately notice anything wrong with our experience until about an hour later when we both started to feel our stomachs cramping. We immediately blamed it on indigestion from the greasy lunch we had. It became clear that it was not indigestion about 3 hours later when my roommate & I started to both experience the exact same food poisoning symptoms at the same exact time. It was clear that we were both sickened from the wings that we had just ate that afternoon. We both spent the next 24 hours bedridden with food poisoning! Looks like I should've gotten the cinnamon bun that initially caught my attention

Yelp
One of my favorite spots for brunch! $6 for half a bottle of champagne mimosa and delicious food. The service is great and if you're lucky enough to be there when a train goes by you get a free shot. Their outside patio overlooks lake ivanhoe or you can sit inside where they have cool art for sale from local artists.
google avatar

Yelp
I had the lamb quesadilla and the server was quick and kind. We came in super late so I was happy we got served
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
I don't think this place gets the respect, or the traffic, it deserves. The workers are always friendly and quick with a joke and your drink. Trivia night is fun and the food is worth the wait.
google avatar

Breanna H.

Yelp
I have always loved the hammered lamb. They are one of the most chill bars in the Ivanhoe area. This particular day we ordered drinks. And the bartender really hooked us up. We were able to get these amazing coffee drinks with a shot of whiskey and he was able to make us two to go as well. I wish there were more bartenders and servers so that they weren't so stretched thing. But he was incredibly nice!
google avatar

Brianna S.

Yelp
I'll start this review off by saying I have never had anything bad from this restaurant, and I absolutely love the atmosphere here. However, service is very much hit or miss every time I've been, which is why I knocked a star off. The best service I've had was during daytime service. Night service is a completely different story. One of the most recent times that I went was when we were one of 3 tables there, our server couldn't care less about us being there. The bartender Allison ended up stepping in for him and finishing service. Other times service has been slow but manageable at non peak times at night.

SwampTrash M.

Yelp
The food was okay, we wouldn't reorder anything we got again. The bloody marys were at least interesting, we tried four different mixes, none of them were better than plain old Zing Zangs but I really appreciate the fact that they have toppings you can choose from to go with it. We ended up leaving here and getting a bloody mary at a bar that uses the premade Zing Zang mix and it was 100 times better than all the ones we tried here. That being said, I would not return here on my own, but if other people invited me to meet them there I would tag along. I wish the food was better because the outdoor seating was very nice.

Yelp
Decent food and drink. Outside dining so you can bring your Fur baby. Usually accommodating if you have a group. HL is LGBT friendly if that helps. Delicious Brunch menu, and don't forget about Train Shots!
google avatar

Yelp
Good place to catch an Orlando City away game! Got the lamb sliders (already ate two before the picture) and the greek salad to share with my Dad and a couple blue moons. To our surprise, the waitress brought out free shots for the whole bar lol! Never thought I'd do a shot with my dad but here we are. Servers were all really nice and while it was pretty loud around us outside and Orlando city didn't play well, we still had a good time!

Tiffany R.

Yelp
I love going to the hammered lamb! It's a fun environment and they have an amazing brunch and fun entertainment offerings. The staff is personable and friendly. This establishment also does a lot for the local community and does their part to give back. If you're looking for a local spot with good food and good times, definitely check out the hammered lamb. Also, they by farrrr have the best Bloody Mary in Orlando. :)

Lexi M.

Yelp
Great service, great atmosphere, and the food never disappoints! Last time we went I tried the paleo scramble, and it was one of the best brunch meals I've ever had! (I also added goat cheese and it was a great decision)
google avatar

Mia B.

Yelp
So this was my first time. I stopped bc I wanted to sit outside on a decent day. Service was ok. Obviously understaffed. The bartender handing a 6top, 4top and multiple people at the bar. He was doing his best, but there was waiting... plenty of it. The prices didn't seem reasonable to me. I guess we pay extra for the free train shots. Either way.... I just thought it was overpriced and not really worth the experience. Great location though. I'm also allergic to dogs and I didn't like that there was one sitting by me, but I knew it was dog friendly before coming... so I guess that's on me
google avatar

Armando V.

Yelp
Really great craft drinks and people. The staff is nice and observant while working together and just being personable
google avatar

Dora M.

Yelp
Food, Ambiance and service is hands down the best! We have visited two different times once for brunch and once for the evening each time great experience
google avatar

Brad T.

Yelp
I stopped by the Hammered Lamb for brunch. It was actually my first time there but I've heard about the train shots, so I was pretty stoked about it. The train shots are the free shots they give out every time the train passes. It was pretty great timing when we arrived because before we even had a chance to sit down, the server handed us our train shot! The gyro was pretty good. I wasn't expecting what I got, but the meat was tender and the pita was soft! I need to come here for a night of debauchery
google avatar

Christian G.

Yelp
When dive bar meets inclusive gay patio, you get Hammered Lamb. Whether you're coming for brunch on a Sunday or a chill weeknight, def recommend pulling up a spot and enjoying the music. My favorite part definitely are the train shots (anytime the sun rail goes by, everyone 21+ gets a free shot just because). An Orlando staple right across from Lake Ivanhoe, cheap drinks with good service!
google avatar

Angel A.

Yelp
My go to spot to watch Orlando City away games. Great food and vibe. Always a fun time with delicious food.
google avatar

Sam T.

Yelp
Grab a beer and sit outside here. The food is great and there's some fantastic people watching too. Fun, casual, and upbeat it's a great weekend beer spot
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
Today I had the chance to check out The Hammered Lamb with some of my coworkers! We went out to brunch here this morning after getting in a brief run. The restaurant is a beautiful covered outdoor space right in the heart of the Ivanhoe area not to far from Mills 50. The atmosphere was lively, but not too crazy for an early Sunday brunch. I ordered the pork belly avocado toast, and definitely enjoyed my meal. Wasn't anything out of this world, but definitely a solid brunch spot for the price point. They have a pretty nice lineup of options, so I definitely plan to keep this place in mind for the future! Overall a nice experience, and happy to have been able to check out another local spot in Orlando!
google avatar

Amarah B.

Yelp
This is a fun bar! Every time the train goes by they hand out shots, lol . I've been here a couple times and the food is pretty good! The brunch is great and the build your own Bloody Mary really is the best I've seen in a while but I think it's limited to brunch hours or weekends only. The most recent I was there we tried the Greek nachos which were good but not very big. Overall it's a great little spot to try!
google avatar

Steve A.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place more, but it just seems pretty average. It's mostly outside, with a large bar that serves a decent variety of beer, and some interesting cocktails. The menu is mostly sandwiches. We started with some bacon queso, which didn't really have any detectable bacon, but was saved by an excellent bottle of hot sauce on the table. The grilled cheese and the lamb gyro were both fine, but unremarkable. Even though it was well past 1 pm and the place wasn't that busy, our waiter seemed way overworked. Not bad, just not memorable. Your mileage may vary.
google avatar

Laura P.

Yelp
The ambience is a lot of fun. It's always crowded and the employees go out of their way to greet you and your furry baby (if you bring one). They took care of me and my dog so well, kept filling her water bowl, etc. Definitely more of a rowdy brunch place. Not necessarily a nice restaurant id take my family to - and the food is more like bar food quality. Definitely a spot I'd drink at with friends, but I'd probably get food somewhere nicer afterwards. Free shots every time the train passes by though! Oh, and they pour half a champagne bottle into the mimosa. It's called a half bottle mimosa. Oh yeah.
google avatar

Justin G.

Yelp
New menu is looking amazing! Tried the veggie pizza with cauliflower crust and it was fantastic. Lots of veggies (banana peppers, chickpeas. Red onion, red peppers, and a few others) with a spicy/sweet drizzle. The cauliflower crust was VERY surprising, great flavor and held up well. Excited they are stepping their food game up and looking forward to trying more! The bartender (Lee) was also great and was always quick with service.

Yelp
Whether it's stopping in for a drink on a Friday night or having brunch on the covered patio, Hammered Lamb has friendly service, great prices and a good selection of food. We came for brunch and had wings, lamb burrito and bloody bar (due to covid, you circle the items you want and they bring it out). Lamb burrito was made with meat, eggs, onions peppers & was decent, meat lacked some flavor and we thought it had home fries with it--there were a few stuffed inside the burrito. Garlic parm wings missed some of the garlic notes. They do not accept reservations for groups under 10. The site says you can call ahead; when we tried we were told no. We went on Google and saw we can add ourselves to a virtual waitlist. Even though the timing was off, we were seated in under 30 min.
google avatar

Catherine G.

Yelp
Came for brunch, beautiful day out and after waiting for about 15 minutes we were seated on the patio. Server was slow to come, but we had gotten drinks at the bar so we're ok waiting. The Bloody Mary and mimosas are good here, plenty of toppings to choose from and boozy. I will say that this time the food was lacking, pretty bland. I had the vegan sandwich and it was dry, the gyro was just ok, the fries were stone cold. The service was a little slow, looked like they were short staffed for a Sunday brunch.
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
One of my favorite Orlando spots. I love it for the food, happy hour, brunch and train shots! The staff is amazing.
google avatar

Brittany M.

Yelp
Always a great spot for delish brunch or a drink with friends! My faves are the wings and the froze!
google avatar

Natalia G.

Yelp
No holiday weekend is complete without a fully loaded bloody mary. I had been wanting to try Hammered Lamb's blood Mary bar for sometime. Currently they have figured out how to make it Covid-safe which is nice to know. Instead of a bar they give an ingredients list to make your perfect towering Bloody Mary (almost like a sushi menu where you circle what you want) It turned out perfectly and it was tasty to the last drop. We also chowed down on a their twist on Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffle. The chicken wasn't spicy by itself but with a little extra hot & spicy syrup it sure did kick up the heat and the flavor to the next level.

Yelp
First time coming here. We decided on The Hammered Lamb because it is dog friendly and has outdoor seating. The music is loud and has the makings of a fun place, but it really wasn't fun. To start we ordered drinks. I love trying Old Fashions whenever they are on the menu. This place had a Banana bread infused Old Fashion that sounded like an amazing twist on an Old Fashion. It was served with 2 cherries on a skewer, the glass was barely half full and the drink tasted nothing like banana or banana bread. For $12 it was completely underwhelming. It was supposed to be banana bread infused bourbon with black walnut bitters. I wish the skewer had a big cube of banana bread on it to give the 2 lonely cherries some company. This drink was a splash of bourbon and a gigantic ice cube with two sad little cherries For dinner I ordered the Mediterranean nachos . I wish I would've taken a picture, but if you can picture a stack of pita bread that look more like a stack of pancakes with hummus and tzatziki on the top with some banana peppers and some olives, this was definitely not nachos it was bland pita pancakes. nachos are supposed to be spread out on a plate with a little bit of this and that spread across the entire plate so each bite has a different texture a different flavor. These Mediterranean nachos made me sad. I would have loved to have been served a large platter with warm, fluffy cloud, like pieces of Pita, triangles with dollops of creamy hummus and tzatziki sauce. Good salty olives, sprinkled all over along with some chopped red onion and peppers. there were also supposed to be roasted chickpeas, which I didn't get any roasted chickpeas and if it's even possible the olives weren't even salty. How does that even happen? there were some rings of banana peppers which didn't taste like peppers but more like soggy veg rings. I will say that I told the server about the old fashion not being up to par and they did take it off of our bill and offered a different drink, which was better, but I don't think we're ever going to go back again. really overpriced and underwhelming . I've never not had fun at an outdoor dining venue until the hammered lamb. If I would have known this place would be such a let down, we would never have went through all the hassle just to find a place to park. This place has maybe 4 dedicated parking spots on the side of the building, so it's pretty much limited street parking.

Paul K.

Yelp
Came for brunch: the food was GREAT, drinks were delicious, the price was unbeatable. The service was fast, and they gave us free shots when the train came by!! We sat outside and loved the atmosphere. I could see this being my new, all-time-favorite brunch location. (The chicken and waffles were absolutely incredible).

Yelp
We bike around this area a lot and decided to make a pit stop for some beer and snacks. The patio is cool with a view of the lake and there's even a bike rack just outside. I like that they have a hand washing station just at the entrance and hand sanitizer at every table; very responsible. Our waiter and people serving were super cool and he recommended a nice light beer called morning glow which they had on tap. Perfect, and went down smoothly. My friend ordered a blue froze? I think it was called, like a rose slushie, she loved it. We ordered apps (see pics) and we all thought the food was just ok, maybe we should order something different next time. Overall a super chill and relaxing place to hang out.

Yelp
The second time visiting The Hammered Lamb, both times were pandemic visits. Came mainly for the Bloody Mary bar, which is now a check-off sheet where you get to pick your vodka, rim, mix, and toppings. 100% would recommend doing this. Ordered the chicken and waffles, which I had before, but this time it was completely different. The first time I went the chicken was shawarma style, and this time more of a fried patty. I actually liked this one better. The maple syrup on the waffle was somewhat crystallized, which gave a good crunch. Our service was fantastic. Food came at the perfect speed and our waitress was there if we needed anything. Took off a star for the atmosphere. I would honestly go here more if this improved. The outside is too smoky and the inside feels kinda like a basement. Fine for at night when they're a bar, but not necessarily a brunch atmosphere.

Yelp
I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is the best bar in downtown Orlando. (Even though it's technically in Ivanhoe park) from the staff to the food and the drinks in between, we love this place. We come weekly. It's always SO much fun with so many fun events. The staff is somehow even better than the food and drinks combined. If you're looking for a place that IS Orlando, this is it. P.S: Christian is a great bartender, he recommended the spicy agave wings. They're to die for
