The Hampton Social Rose All Day Restaurant Is Opening at High Street in Dunwoody, Georgia | Eater Atlanta

"Leaning into the “rose all day” mantra, I see a 10,000-square-foot, two-floor restaurant and bar opening in 2024 at the emerging High Street development in Dunwoody along Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive that’s billed as a summery “nautical escape.” It features a coastal garden design vibe and a weathered color palette with chair swings, string lights, faux ivy, hanging plants, beachy decor, and a photo-ready wall of starfish and flowers; seating is a mix of tables and lounge areas inside plus a similar patio overlooking the central green space. The drinks menu centers on rosé—served by the glass, bottle, and in scalloped seashell bowlfuls—alongside spritzy cocktails and frozen drinks like frosé, and the food leans into that nautical pairing with seafood towers, oysters, and lobster rolls for lunch and dinner and brunch offerings such as monkey bread, bananas foster French toast, and crab cakes. As the first Hampton Social in Georgia, it’s positioned to become a “drink pink” beacon for Instagramming influencers seeking a photo op while sipping rosé from scalloped seashells with a bendy straw." - Beth McKibben

Tried out the Dunwoody location; nice atmosphere with plenty of free parking in two nearby parking decks. Menu has options for everyone; many vegetarian selections. Cocktails and Mocktails were creative and delicious. Plenty of seating options for different size parties; and a large deck with outside seating. Shon was an amazing, attentive server. Will definitely revisit this spot!

Google
Food was amazing! Best tomato bisque I’ve ever had, the lobster Gouda sandwich was delicious, and the truffle Mac & cheese was to-die for. Good vibe and decor. My only complaint is the portions, particularly the amount of lobster on half my sandwich—only 2 little pieces! (See pic.) For a $34 sandwich, I’d expect a decent portion of lobster. It was super yummy though!

The Hampton Social – Atlanta I hosted my “Meet Me in the Hamptons” themed birthday celebration this past Sunday at your Atlanta location, and it was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, everything was seamless — from the booking and setup to the warm welcome at the door. The ambiance truly made us feel like we were in the Hamptons. A special thank-you to our amazing server, KJ, and the managers on staff that day. You all went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable — from the birthday songs and candles to the exceptional teamwork and attentive service. Everything was perfect, and I’m so grateful for the experience. I did download the app a week or two before visiting, and since we spent well over $250, I wish I had used it that night for the $50 off — but it was absolutely worth every penny! My guests had an amazing time — around 25 to 30 people came out to celebrate with me — and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Excellent job, everyone! We will definitely be back. We had a party of 11 at The Hampton Social in Atlanta and everything was fantastic from start to finish! The service was absolutely top notch — friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed despite our large group. Highly recommend starting with the crab & shrimp bruschetta appetizer — it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had the fish and chips for my main, and it was excellent — perfectly crispy and the cod was super flaky. The atmosphere is such a fun, upscale beach-vibe setting that makes you feel like you’re on vacation right in the city. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

First time going this weekend, I have to say it was some great food. I tried the truffle mushroom pizza and the fish sandwich w tots! Both recommended by my waiter Elijah, (Amazing btw)! I was able to bring my 11 month old cane corso, we sat on the balcony and we were able to watch the football game while listening to some nice live music. I had a nice time, Must try! 💕

Google
We had an amazing experience at Hampton Social on High Street. The food was fantastic — we ordered the fish sandwich and the lobster roll. Both were delicious, though the lobster roll felt a little overpriced at $42.00. The ambience is incredible — the décor and vibe really make you feel like you’re in a coastal getaway, and the courtyard is super cool. One thing that was a bit deceiving was the service fee. It’s presented as a general fee for the restaurant, but then you also have the option to add an additional tip (3%, 5%, or 7%) specifically for your server. It wasn’t entirely clear what percentage the service fee covered, which left us a little confused. Overall, though, the food and atmosphere made it a great experience, and we’d definitely come back.

My dear friend, Tonya, and I had THE best experience at Hampton Social for an impromptu lunch. The atmosphere and decor are lovely! The food...chef's kiss! The service is STELLAR! KJ was our server and he was just amazing. We tried every one of his drink and food recommendations and loved it all. He also let us know about their live music and events on the green outside the restaurant. Landry and Tara on the management team made sure to introduce themselves and checked on us frequently. My first time visit today made me discover one of my new favorite Atlanta restaurants. We will be back at least monthly. Thank you!

Google
Four stars only because it is a little pricey. When I ordered my burger they asked if I wanted fries or a salad and I said fries. Then she said “Fries are $3.00 extra”. To which I looked at her for about 5 seconds and said that’s fine. Other than that the food is spot on. Great smash burger with fries and a larger than it looks location. Very nice atmosphere and decor and very clean bathrooms. All in all it’s a bit outside my price range but other than that I definitely recommend!

Yelp
I've been to Hampton Social a few times and don't know why I'm just now writing this review because the food is consistently good. For appetizers, the oysters were fresh, and the shrimp & crab bruschetta is a must have. So good. For mains, the double Wagyu burger was juicy and full of flavor. The truffle lobster melt with the bisque is delicious, but there's a very small amount of lobster. Still tasty just setting expectations. The honey glazed salmon was bomb. Perfectly cooked with great flavor and I was surprised by how much I liked the carrots. The restaurant is really cute with a coastal vibe, and the patio is such a mood, especially on a nice day. Service is always good and the staff stays on top of things without being overbearing.

Yelp
For a Sunday after church at about 11:3 am, there were already several tables sat but not busy either. There's an upstairs and downstairs both very nicely decorated with a beach club feel. I sat at the bar enjoying a mango mimosa with the lobster roll served with potato chips. The lobster roll was $40 alone with the mimosa being $10. The bill automatically included gratuity bringing me to $65+. I wouldn't say it was worth that. The lobster roll was decent but I have had better. There typically is more lobster throughout. The mimosa was more champagne than juice but I can't complain. Just couldn't taste the mango.

Yelp
Met up with a friend here for lunch on a Sunday and we had a wonderful time. This cute spot can be found in High Street just behind Perimeter Mall and it was pretty easy to locate as there are several parking decks around. There was no cost to park (woohoooo) but I did notice that the street parking that was available all had signage for a 15 min limit. This place is super cute and bright and I loved the atmosphere - live music, wonderful staff, delicious food and I appreciated that it wasn't overly crowded (prettt sure that was due to the rainy day) so we were able to have a chill brunch and really just hang. Just about everything on the menu sparked my interest but I was super hungry and had the shelter island chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The chicken was seasoned well and the fries were soooooo good. Hoping to come back soon and try out some of their other items and take in the coastal vibes again soon!

Yelp
I dined at The Hampton Social for the first time and immediately fell in love with the ambiance. The space is elegantly designed with a coastal vibe. The intricate ceiling details, hanging lights, and a beach-themed color palette gave the space an upscaled look. I stopped by for lunch on a Monday with a friend, and we ended up being the only guests at the time. While the atmosphere was very quiet, it meant we were seated right away and our food arrived quickly. We both shared the Truffle Parmesan Fries ($15). If you're a Parmesan lover, this appetizer won't disappoint you. The fries were perfectly crispy, coated with plenty of cheese, and paired well with the truffle aioli. For my entree, I ordered the Ahi Tuna Bowl ($24.95), which came with seared tuna, quinoa, sweet potato, edamame, avocado, kale, and a drizzle of cilantro cream. The ingredients were fresh, but the bowl didn't blow me away. For the high price, I was expecting better flavors. I also wish it had more cilantro cream to tie the flavors together.

Yelp
Atmosphere was great, the food was solid and the drinks were good too! Cute place and area

Yelp
Ambiance is very nice! The service by Tara M and Tara P was excellent. Food was good too! Will be back for a happy hour and Sunday brunch! This place is absolutely beautiful and spacious and the TV's at the bar with the bowl games on was icing on the cake!

Yelp
Cute beach vibes. Our server was great. She had a positive attitude and checked in on us multiple times. We enjoyed the lobster grilled cheese & bisque along with the vodka pasta. I would recommend both of them. Their wine and cocktails are pricey, but the wine list is decent. There's plenty of parking in the deck across from the restaurant.

Yelp
The Hampton Social was only okay. We tried this place for the first time with some out of town family for dinner. They started us off with the brunch menu for our dinner reservation, which kicked things off in a confusing way. The place was deserted when we were there, with a lone singer tucked away in the corner singing acoustic covers. The cocktail list skewed tropical, but makes sense with the theme. The espresso martini was good, the old fashioned ("sand and smoke") I didn't care for. The food selection emphasizes seafood with a northeastern flare. The market pricing on the lobster roll was obscene - would steer clear of that for what you're getting. Oysters were okay, but small. My family enjoyed the salmon, but my lobster melt was only okay. Not sure we'll be returning.

Yelp
If you like feeling like you are eating on a beach or a coast this is a space for you. I remember this being hyped up quite a bit before their opening and I decided to try this out for myself after attempting to go to their neighbor for their famed happy hour and failing because it was too crowded, lol. The service was just okay considering they were not busy at the time we were there, but it wasn't bad. Just decent. I had the coastal sunrise drink and truffle mushroom pizza which were pretty good. The food is high though considering so keep this in mind.

Yelp
We have been here a few times. First when they opened the service was a little slow but that has improved. The ambiance of the restaurant is really nice and cozy beach vibe. The food is good but a little on the expensive side for the amount you get. Also the bathrooms are located on the bottom floor only. So if you have anyone that has issues walking or disabilities then make sure to sit downstairs.

Yelp
This place definitely gives beach club/ all inclusive restaurant vibes. They for sure get at 10/10 for the décor. There is PLENTY of seating, and from what I observed, there is space for small to large parties. The overall staff is very upbeat and welcoming. There was a little confusion on who our server was, we were seated for about 8 minutes before someone had tended to our table, so that was a little off putting at first, but then we were greeted/ and served by Jessie--She was awesome, very much an "at home" energy, kind and comforting. We started with a Mimosa carafe, which was good. For our apps we ordered the Roasted Brussel sprouts and the spinach dip. The spinach dip was delicious however; I thought the amount of dip was small compared to how many chips they paired with it. The Brussel sprouts were amazing, the goat cheese and honey combo was *chef's kiss**. For our entrees, we ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, and the Fried Chicken Stack. I thought it was just "okay" to be honest. The bacon on the breakfast sandwich was a little too thick , making it a little tough to bite through. The French toast pairing with the fried chicken stack was a different take I hadn't seen. But overall I wasn't super impressed with the food, especially based on what I was told about this place. But with that said, I would like to return for lunch/ or another brunch, to give the other entrees a chance.

Yelp
Health score: 100 Parking: parking is in a garage which is really close by. Restaurant: upon entering the restaurant I instantly felt like I was on a beach. Surf boards on the wall just the overall feel. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Food: appetizer was avocado and crab omg this appetizer was bursting with flavor and fresh. The cilantro and lime added the wow factor. The mango salsa added a nice touch. For dinner I ordered the waygu burger. The buns on this burger were so fresh. The burger itself was very good. It comes with 2 smash burgers. The truffle parm fries were also very tasty and crunchy on the outside. My spouse ordered the steak and frittes. She ordered med well but received well. But the steak was very flavorful and the chimichurri added a nice touch. This restaurant is definitely a do over. Our server (forgot his name) was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu.

Yelp
10/10 I wish I could've taken a picture of all of our food but we were all SO hungry. We ordered basically all the appetizers. The brussels sprouts were to die for and the tuna tartar was exquisite. I really enjoyed the resort water whatever you do please get this. It's refreshing and gets the job done. We also ordered the lobster roll, which was pretty filling for one person so we split it into two and the french fries were even good. They play live music on Saturday mornings or during brunch time which was great. I would definitely be back.

Yelp
Dunwoody's newest restaurant located in the High Street development. The Hampton Social gives you beach club vibes with darling decor and patios that allow a nice breeze to flow. I lucked up when I made my resy because it was Happy Hour. Delicious food & cocktails for $10 & under. Mon - Fri 3p - 6p I had thee.... -Mushroom pizza -Caesar salad -Truffle parm fries If you're in the area, check them out!

Yelp
I was invited to meet someone for lunch and the ambiance is very nice! While it does not remind me of the Northeast, it is still a nice restaurant. The service was great and very attentive while allowing to have the space to have conversations without lots interruptions. I had the Denver Scrambled and it was very tasty but it had jalapeño which it was a bit spicy for my taste. We also had a crab appetizer which I must say that it was delicious! The best part it was that we were sitting outside and the breeze with the fan kept things cool and enjoyable.

Yelp
This to me was a hidden gem in an area I frequent for shopping and dining. The service was top notch and the food and drinks were top tier as well. I enjoyed the ambiance, the views on the balcony. Everything was so nice and peaceful. We went around dinner time and usually that's a busy time but our server was so attentive and the balcony was not packed as I expected. We will be back soon. Everything was perfect for a girls night.

Yelp
Had a reservation at 1:45 on Sunday; they did apologize for the wait, as it took a while to get seated. Knowing this, I feel like they should offer water. There are so many kinks they need to work out, seeing as they only launched this summer. The entry area is well lit and has a great feel; think boat house (I feel like this would be so cute near the water.) this is my second time visiting Hampton social, the first time was in Chicago and it was a lovely experience. I'm glad we have one in Atlanta I think that this is a good place to go. If you need a little more open space, a place that's lit and the food is OK. It was an amazing, it was a great, it was just OK! It did the job. We got a codfish sandwich and a burger, and they were fine. The bloody Mary that I got tasted nice, the bloody Mary mix was interesting. I don't think I would come here again, but it was OK for a first time visit in a different location

Yelp
Great customer service. The food and drinks were delicious and came out quickly. The lobster is a must.

Yelp
Brunch, lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong having a great meal and experience here. The service is friendly and quick to suggest some favorites from the menu. Drinks are great, lobster rolls are delicious (especially the hot one) and so many more items. Everything I've had has been great. The decor is perfect upscale nautical giving you that Hampton vibe. Check this place out!

Yelp
Super cute Martha's Vineyard vibes in here. You usually need a resy to get a table. However, we did walk in. The ambience is beautiful. We had been to one in Chicago and loved it there so, we wanted to check it out here in my hometown! The service is impeccable. The manager does rounds to make sure everything is ok. The servers are super nice. I got the crab bruschetta and my husband got the chicken sandwich. His was definitely fire. The fries were BOMB!!! The crab tho, fell flat. I would definitely be back with my homies.

Yelp
If you are a fan of costal eats, this would be a spot to try. This is a newer spot in Dunwoody around the high Street area. It has free parking shopping area and it has two floors so you can always find a spot. So coming in the door you'll be greeted on the top floor and then they'll suit you. You can walk around to the bar if you so choose to, that's usually what I do. It is decorated in a lot of nautical themed decor, and is very well put together. The bars are decently sized bar and I usually have a nice number of bartenders there. On certain ice they have music and local artists who come and perform so you might be able to catch a show there as well. So just keep that in mind. They're happy hour is really good. You can probably see that on the pictures that are attached to this review, but it's a really solid happy hour if you want to come in for some bites. I've never sat at a table but I've predominally sat at the bar so my view can only lean toward that. But all of the bar staff has been solid. When you talk sin and they're warm and friendly and they're able to have a conversation with you if service and time allows them to. I've been enough to wear. I'm greeted as soon as I sit down. The staff makes the experience. When I say stap, I also want to include the management as well. The management that I've met has been stellar and very warm and inviting and has been a motivational factor in me coming back. Outside of the staff and the food, the other part is the service. The service time can be an issue here in a rush. Especially on those busy days. It feels like it'll take forever unfortunately, which is the biggest drawback. But the staff does communicate with you so it's not like they're leaving you in the dark about waiting for your pizza LOL. Sand and smoke - this is close to an old fashioned at this establishment. It's solid, but the sweet may throw you off just a little bit. I got mine doctored up a little bit and now I got it just right when I order. Brussel sprouts - they were good, had a lot of flavor to them...really...they had a lot going on (in a good way though). Would get them again. Hampton Caesar salad - The Caesar salad was okay, it was a Caesar salad. That's what you would expect LOL. Pepperoni pizza - The pizza was good. I did unfortunately take a whole pizza down by myself LOL but they're not super big. But it is just the right amount. And on happy hour they're half off. Calamari - Calamari was fried very well and had a good taste to it (even without the sauce).

Yelp
I had the opportunity to attend the Friends and Family Soft Opening and was genuinely impressed. Even with the "soft" launch setting, the team delivered warm, spirited service across the board: hosting, bartending, and table service were all on point. Overhead music is a vibrant playlist. Ke, our host, kindly honored my request for patio seating. The communication among the hosting staff was smooth and efficient, which kept things flowing well. Chris behind the bar was a standout--great energy, friendly check-ins, and a natural way of making guests feel welcome. Our server, Ty, was excellent. She managed her section with grace and was incredibly patient and attentive, especially as we navigated some dietary restrictions. QT, the floor manager, personally came by to chat about vegan options and made sure I felt seen and supported in my choices. Much appreciated. One thing to note: there isn't a dedicated fryer for vegan or vegetarian items yet, which means options like the chips, Brussels sprouts, and pretzels aren't suitable. Hopefully, the culinary team considers this moving forward. At this stage of the soft launch, ingredient removals are allowed, but additions or substitutions aren't just yet - no "deconstruction" of the offerings. What we ordered: * Sunrise Beach Bowl - brown rice, quinoa, avocado, plantains, onion, black beans, and salsa (minus the egg and aioli). * Greek Bowl - rice, quinoa, greens, beets, cucumber, tomato, edamame hummus, and tahini. * Crispy Coconut Tofu - edamame hummus, cauliflower rice, quinoa, plantains, mango salsa, and avocado. * Hampton Caesar - mesclun greens, no bacon, with croutons and parmesan. The bottom level houses another bar, dining area and covered patio over looking the green space. Restrooms are only located on this level. Stairs and elevators are available. Main entrance is on the street level next to Agave Bandido with complimentary parking in the adjacent garage. All around, a great first visit. I've already noted my preferred patio spot in my OpenTable (dedicated reservation platform) profile. Welcome to the High Street Community, looking forward to becoming a regular.

Yelp
The atmosphere was really nice. The staff could have been more attentive. This is my second time coming, once at a table and one at a bar And both times the waiters were very pleasant and helpful. They just weren't attentive. My food was ok, but the portion definitely is worth the price point. To add automatic gratuity on a single dinner's bill is diabolical.
google avatar

Queenieko M.

Yelp
Came here one evening for a night out and I really enjoyed it. The prices were a little high, but overall it's a nice place. The food we ordered was all good. I wasn't a huge fan of the 1/2 chicken. It didn't have enough seasoning on it for me. However my favorite thing was the donuts for dessert. They have mocktails which are really nice and enjoyable. Would definitely come here again.

Shanelle S.

Yelp
Visited here on a Tuesday afternoon during happy hour. The food was really good. I got a Caesar salad and a truffle mushroom pizza along with a drink called Resort Water and that was GOOD. The salad was about $13 and the pizza was $11 for the happy hour menu. The drink was $8. The salad was really good and fresh. The pizza was flavorful but the crust could've been a little thicker for my preference. The service overall was really was good but things from the kitchen and drinks came out pretty slower than I expected. Overall I'd definitely go back and try other things on the menu. SN. The bathroom is down a bunch of flight of stairs which can be pretty inconvenient for those who can't take the stairs.

Yelp
Visited this restaurant during the grand opening weekend. The decor is super cute and gives nautical vibes. Hostess was polite and we sat in a booth with our 2 kids. The waitress was kind and made menu suggestions that didn't appear to us. We tried the spinach dip, which was just ok. It was served with veggies and tortilla chips. The cucumbers were a bit wilted and not freshly cut. The Frosé was good.

Yelp
First time at Hampton Social and I overall enjoyed it. Beautiful restaurant and ambience. Has indoor and outdoor dining areas. The food was pretty good. Your typical American cuisine with great sandwiches and pizza along with other options. Drinks were pretty tasty. The service was great, pretty fast. Definitely a nice place with a god vibe to just dine and catch up with friends or have a cute little lunch date. Would definitely come back!

Yelp
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a quick bite and drink. Beautiful day. Wasn't crowded but it just took the front hostess too long to get us seated. We left and went across to the Mexican restaurant instead. Will try another time.

Kristy L.

Yelp
Very limited menu since the change. Ordered the Wagu Burger waved to sub fries instead of chips which cost the same but they had a $3 up charge on the fries, they were out of Brussels sprouts! Also, the have an automatic 18% gratuity stating it was to help pay the servers when that should be the establishments responsibility not forcing it on the customer! We left after all this added information.

Yelp
Enjoyed my dining experience in terms of atmosphere and feel. We received great service and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. The bar is great and they offer a wide range of drinks. It is definitely a great spot to stop by for happy hour or to relax and watch a game after work. However, the food to price ratio left much to be desired. The main problem, to me, is that of all the food offerings, you can go somewhere else in the city and get better food for a much cheaper price. Our group started off with the Coopers Beach Calamari. The flavor was delicious and the breading had excellent flavor and crunch. However, there are only about 15 calamari mixed in with fried jalapenos and (I believe) zucchini. I ordered the Shelter Island Chicken Sandwich, which comes with chips. The sandwich was flavorful and was not overcooked. The fried slaw on top added a nice crunch along with the pickles. My wife ordered the Margherita pizza and the Golden Beet salad. She really enjoyed the salad and we both liked the pizza. The pizza has great flavor and provides the perfect ratio of toppings to crust for a Margherita. However, both items were very small for the price paid for the meals. We got a 5:30pm reservation on a Wednesday and were able to get right in. However, be sure to make a reservation because it was crowded up stairs and by the bar around 6. Highly recommend stopping by here for happy hour drinks and small bites. Just be prepared to pay a bit more than usual if you decide to order a full meal.

Yelp
We came here on a Thursday evening, unfortunately a few minutes after happy hour (which ends at 6). There wasn't a wait so we were seated immediately. The restaurant is nautically themed and I think they have some type of ocean spray because I definitely felt like I was in an oceanfront restaurant. They also had live music which was nice. The specialty cocktails we tried were a little disappointing but I did have a tequila old fashioned that was great. We tried the Seersucker, Pink Reverie, & I Like It Yacht. To eat, we had the Brussels sprouts-- hands down the best thing on the menu. The crab & shrimp bruschetta and the tuna tartare were super good as well. For entrées, we had the lobster roll-- which was amazing, the steak frites-- ok but a little inconsistent with saltiness, & the shrimp tacos-- which were good for tacos. We also tried the doughnut drop, banana cream pie, and churro cake. All 3 were super yummy, we couldn't decide on a favorite, overall I enjoyed the good and the atmosphere & will absolutely be back!

Yelp
I was really happy for this franchise to come to Atlanta. I frequented the one in Orlando several times. Unfortunately I was let down, the staff was very confused & super slow. Maybe they need more time to get it together and get acquainted. Ambience: 10/10 (this is where my stars come from). Very cute and nice for pictures Drink: 5/10 Pink Reverie, took 10 minutes to come out... and I'm at the bar. Not photogenic or photo worthy like advertised. Tasted like Tropicana grapefruit juice. Food: 5/10 Gatsby breakfast, took 45 minutes and was cold, the middle of the French toast was uncooked.. I subbed the pork bacon for turkey sausage and paid a $2.95 upcharge. A lot of food for what you pay. Personally, I don't like my food to come on a plate this way. The taste was good nonetheless.

Yelp
The entire experience was incredible and beautiful. We enjoyed being welcomed warmly by the staff and hostesses. We celebrated my mom's birthday. The food was delicious. I ordered the west coast oysters and my mom had the avocado toast, and my daughter ordered the formaggio pizza, my sister had the salad. We enjoyed our time. It was so clean and refreshing to eat there. We had an excellent time.

Yelp
I'm not sure why the reviews are so low for this restaurant. We went to the location in Nashville first and loved our experience there and decided to check the Atlanta location on my birthday. It was a Saturday and we came for the brunch. We loved the nautical decor. For food, we started with the "Seafood Plateau" and for the price, it wasn't worth it to us. You get a giant plate with 6 oysters, shrimp cocktail and a lobster cocktail. We were baffled at the price! I would recommend that this restaurant lower their price for this appetizer, like now!!! Or add more seafood for the hefty price they charge you. Never again! For my entree, I ordered the "Lobster Roll" which I found was delicious. It's very messy to eat so don't be afraid to get your hands dirty. The downside is going to the bathroom downstairs which feels like a mile away to wash your hands after the meal. We will definitely come back, but I will find something else to eat.

Yelp
l hate to give such a bad review but my husband and I had such a terrible experience. I am not new to Hampton Social. The one in Nashville is fantastic. And this was not my first time at the Atlanta Hampton Social but it will be my last. And my first experience was just as bad but went back and chalked the first time up to just a bad day. Now the ambience is absolutely beautiful. Very lively and beautifully decorated. And the food was delicious, crazy overpriced, but I knew that going into it so that isn't a compliment. Everything else was terrible. Let me list the ways: 1. Upon arriving, we were ignored by the 3 people standing at the hostess desk. I had to speak and say something to be acknowledged and helped. 2. Service was TERRIBLE. We sat at our table and waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged for drinks. Once we got our drinks and appetizers, we waited over 30 minutes to even order our meal and get more drinks. We sat for over 30 minutes with an empty plate from our apps and empty glasses from our beers. Not one person stopped by ti ask how anything was or if we needed anything. Note: we were in a high traffic area because we were seated at a booth in the upstairs bar near where the food was coming out. So it wasn't an issue of people just not being around. 3. I had to wave, what look like the kitchen manager down, to even place our order and even when I did that, he had to yell at one of the servers that was standing around near the bar to come help us. 4. During this whole time, the restaurant manager had been spending the majority of his night at the table behind us where there was a group of five very beautiful women. I noticed he spent a great amount of time talking to them bringing them and brining drinks. He finally stopped our table for 1 minute and asked if he could get us another drink (again, our glasses were empty) and of course we said yes! Well, despite being in the bar and him walking right over there, we never got those drinks. And he never came back to our table, but did go back to that other table multiple times. 5. I mentioned above the food was delicious, but nobody even came to ask us if we needed anything else or how it was tasting. 6. To pay you scan a QR code, which I thought was convenient, although, we would have continued our night with a nightcap and dessert, but again, no one came to our table. I digress....we pay using the QR code and it automatically adds 18% tip. I understand the importance of an automatic tip so that the servers do not get stiffed but I do not like that it was 18%. I always tip 20% but in this case, I wanted to tip 15%. And on top of that, after you hit submit and get your receipt, only then do you see a service charge for using the QR code! I stress to everyone, ask for a paper check! I guess they do not care about service since they know they are automatically getting 18%. 7. I would have taken the rest of my food home, but again, who was I going to ask for a box!? 8. No one said thank you for coming when we left or even good night. We spent over $150 and I might as well taken that money and thrown it in the trash. NEVER going back!

Yelp
Nice location close to office buildings and a good addition to the existing spots. Restuarant is 2 levels and is gorgeous with beautiful blue and white accents and decor. Nice size bar which is always a favorite to hang out at. Prices were pretty on par for the area and selection. We only had the appetizers as it was happy hour all very delicious, seafood tower was TINY for the price but yummy non the less. Staff were attentive and prompt. This place will be great in early fall to sit outside.

Yelp
You'd expect horrible service from your waiter/waitress. I was immediately responded to with an attitude from the hostess. I wish I could say "greeted with" but one would have to be acknowledged to be greeted. I asked how do I check in for my reservation and she pointed me to the bar. When I came back asking to check in, she called her manager up to the front. over an hour of waiting & we were not called or seated for a table so we left I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy with the attitude we were met with

Yelp
Meh. Nothing special. Went there with two friends for my birthday and left more disappointed than impressed. We had all studies their menu before going there and was more than disappointed to find out once we sat down and looked over the menu they did not offer more than half of the dishes that was posted online. I don't think this was an oversight because if they had time to print up new menus then why haven't they updated their website? Bait and switch? :( I ended up getting the burger which was average at best, the french fries were cold to the point that we sent them back. I was unimpressed with the food and won't go back. And what's the deal with all of the surcharges?!

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant. Great place just for sitting and enjoying the weather on the patio. The kids Mac and cheese was a big hit. We also liked the drinks and all food was delicious.

Yelp
The location is in a nice area and located around other restaurants and condos/apartments. We had a reservation but did have to wait for maybe 15 -20 mins. So be mindful, you may have a reservation but that doesn't mean you get seated when you arrive or shortly after. We had an our waitress come and give a thorough overview of the menu. She did say she suggests each person get an appetizer due to portion size (not sure why it's called shareables if that's the case or maybe it's a selling tactic *shrugs*) Nevertheless we generally get multiple apps when we dine. She also stated we would need to order everything together, relating to the food, to make the flow I guess easier for the chef or something of that nature. I will say the food was okay. Could've used more seasoning for the fish as we each ordered fish sandwiches. The chips were overly salty. Same as the chips for the spinach dip and batter on the calamari. My food was lukewarm. Nothing to complain about. We also had a long wait for food...and us sitting outside didn't help (but that was a choice). I may try again at a different time to try a different menu other than the brunch menu.

Yelp
My first time at a Hampton social... The vibe was great and the cocktails at the bar were wonderful. The service at the table was mediocre at best. I really wish I could remember the server's name, but all I can do is describe her... She was an older woman with light colored hair about shoulder length maybe a tattoo on her arm. I'm pretty sure we weren't supposed to be her table and I really wish she hadn't taken us. As we placed our order, I said I would have the chicken sandwich and instead of chips I would like to have fries... Before she even moved to the next person at the table I asked if it was possible to get truffle fries and her response was I already sent it to the kitchen . I also ordered a club soda, which never arrived. I think the automatic 18% gratuity resulted in poor service because they don't even have to try. I'm disappointed . The food was good. My chicken sandwich was delicious. The fries came out cold and when I asked about the truffle fries after the food arrived, she said well I asked the kitchen, but I guess they forgot and she said she was gonna check on it, but never returned. I hope they make some adjustments to staffing and do some additional training. Maybe even remove the required 18% gratuity... Honestly, I typically tip no less than 20% so the staff loses out with auto gratuity in my opinion

Yelp
The food was at best mediocre, which is massively disappointing and the location is great, it is well designed. Service was ok! I have the shrimp tacos, honestly I stopped eating them because the shrimp tasted a little too fishy and ripe. My wife had a pizza which was very salty. We also have calamari and oysters, agin both were average at best. Good for ambiance , not for food or price.

Yelp
The atmosphere in this place is absolutely amazing !! Me and my girls went on a Monday night, and the food was so worth the price point. I highly recommend the octopus appetizer, and the ahi tuna. The service was pretty good, but the wait for our food was a little long for a Monday night. We also had to ask for silverware a few times, and it just seems a little disorganized. However I will give them some grace since I know they are a new establishment. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you're in the Atlanta area

Yelp
Two stars only because they've newly opened and are working out the kinks which may or may not be resolved in the future. Otherwise an absolute one star experience, if not the worst I've ever had at a restaurant that has been so hyped up. We arrived at 7:10 for our 7:15 reservation to a full lobby of people waiting to be sat. We were eventually led to what I can only describe as the worst table in the entire restaurant, a two top smack dab in the middle of that busy lobby. The hostess tried to sit us practically on top of the other couple unfortunate enough to sit in that four table section. I politely asked to be sat one table down just to have a smidgeon of privacy. She scoffed and said she needed to make sure it was the same server's section (which it very obviously was, it's one table away in a four table section. If it was a different section it would be the only table in it). Hostess was a black woman with curly bleached hair, in case management sees this and needs to have a conversation. Needs an attitude adjustment as when she returned she simply slammed our menus on the new table and walked away. Hostesses are clearly not alerting servers when they're sat, but it took a good ten minutes for anyone to come over and get us water. Food took over 45 minutes to arrive, our appetizer nowhere in sight. I got a dozen oysters, which were all very small but that's the gamble you take with oysters. But the flavor was lacking in all of them. Very watery, little brine. My husband got the lobster roll, which was an okay portion - a bit small. We were told the chips were awful and were recommended to get fries instead - very small portion for the price paid. Our second round of drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive so we asked for the check quickly. I don't blame our server for anything. He was nice and it was a chaotic environment. He told us about the auto gratuity, but I'm not sure if he removed our appetizer that never came as my husband forgot to check and we didnt see an itemized receipt. With auto gratuity, we paid $202 for four drinks, twelve small oysters, a lobster roll and a batch of frozen fries. Would not recommend.

Yelp
We came for a late lunch. Restaurant is pretty. We sat on the upstairs patio. They have fans to help with the heat. BEES are a MAJOR PROBLEM. We were swarmed the whole time. Otherwise, it's a great patio area. We had the beet salad. It was refreshing but a little salty. I had the warm lobster roll. Overall good but a lot of bread compared to the meat for $40 and pretty greasy from the all the butter. My husband had the fish sandwich and he enjoyed it. Bathrooms are downstairs. I thought there was only a single restroom when I stepped off the elevator but there are additional restrooms by the downstairs bar complete with a changing table for all the parents out there. No issues with service.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant. The Atmosphere: The restaurant is in a new development. There's indoor & outdoor seating. I recommend sitting outdoor if the weather permits. There's a courtyard with a Cornhole set up; another space for photo ops/sessions. I noticed a small stage that had the potential for live entertainment. (I did not ask any of the employees if they do live entertainment.) The Drinks: I had the Hampton Frosé...... 2 of them - very refreshing with a kick. It was good. Appetizers: The server said the Bang Bang chicken was popular. It was good. It came with dipping sauces on the side. Don't know what they were because the chicken was good without it. My cousins ordered the Calamari and Crab & Shrimp Bruschetta. I'm picky when it comes to Calamari. It has to be cooked a certain way. If it's chewy & rubbery, I'll pass. But the Calamari here, it is cooked well. It had the texture of a fish or salmon. The Crab & Shrimp Bruschetta is a mixture like a tuna salad. It was good. If you are not a Crab or Shrimp person, you will not be able to tell the difference. What I noticed about both is that they did not have that seafood fishy smell. Entrees: My cousins ordered the Braised Short Rib and Skirt Steak Frites. They said the Skirt Steak was a-may-zing, the best steak they've had. The server knew my cousin's fries were cold (how, I don't know). When the server brought my cousin her plate, she told my cousin that she would bring her some fresh hot fries. My cousin said the Braised Short Rib was good, too. The overall vibe: good place for date night & a girlfriends get together. Worth giving it a try.

Yelp
Ambiance is great, service is friendly. The time it takes for food to be served is long. This could be that it's new and they are working out the kinks. The quality of the food for your money isn't great. Food is expensive for what it is, and drinks are very expensive. A Michelin's ultra is 8 dollars for example. The cocktails are around 17. They add an automatic 18% tip ahead of time but they do a good job letting you know. Be warned paying by QR code adds an additional fee.

Yelp
We visited The Hampton Social on opening day and the vibe was really good. The place had great energy and a lively atmosphere. There was a bit of a wait, which is understandable for a brand new spot, but it was totally worth it. We ordered the calamari, tuna tartare, shrimp tacos, and truffle mac. Everything was very tasty, especially the truffle mac which was the standout dish for me. Our server Piper was amazing! super attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We actually liked it so much that we came back the next day for brunch. I had the ahi tuna bowl which ended up being my favorite dish overall. My boyfriend had the fried chicken stack and said it was super tasty. You can expect long waits since they just opened, but the food and service make it well worth it. Great experience all around.
