I arrived at the restaurant and this employee greeted me. I ordered shrimp tacos and sat waiting for my order. She came back and said there were no shrimp and canceled my order. I don't know how they charged me for an order when there was no food. Her attitude was very bad. When I told her to call the manager, she told me to wait 20 minutes. What kind of rude attitude is that? And the refund takes a week! I suggested I change my order, but she said I had to pay the price difference. There's absolutely no consideration for the customer.

Service was as good as it gets. The food however, wasn't very good. I ordered the double smash burger and to be very honest, it was dry and missed spices. The fries were just fries with nothing special. But the atmosphere here was good and it is a great little resting place while waiting for your flight to leave.

Best dining I’ve found in any airport. Lobster roll was great, truffle fries were crispy and tasty, and the Seattle Cider was sharp and dry. Bartender/server had a great personality and made everyone feel welcome. I was concerned about having time to enjoy good food, and Delta helped by delaying my flight.

This restaurant/bar bucks the trend of bad airport food. Easy top choice if I'm ever transiting in ORD terminal 5. Great friendly service from the bartender. Both the chicken sandwich and the burger were comparable to good restaurants not inside an airport. Chicken was crispy and well fried, burger patty was simultaneously charred, juicy, and tender.

Unsure of what their hours are but they were open when I came in at 5:30 a.m. I appreciated the all-day lunch items given I'm not too big of a breakfast person. However that being said, I ordered their *Denver Scramble* with a side of bacon and it was delicious. Attentive bartender/waiter and great service. Clean establishment and food was delivered timely. Overall great experience, especially in the morning if you're looking for something better than fast-food breakfast.

Not bad, but for a place that seems to be branding as a bit upscale, they could do a better burger. I've been wanting to try this as I walk by a lot and it seems like will be a bit fancy. As seen in other posts it's pretty basic (I'm thinking some kind of veggies since they don't offer a salad with it-though the pickles are quite good). They do the thing where more fries are given than one person will really eat instead. A bit more focus on quality and it would do well.

This place had one of the best salads I've ever eaten lol. Granted it was an airport atmosphere and I pd 30.00 for it, but it was so good(the kale salad with chicken). Cute bar but tiny. If this place exists outside of the airport, it has to be excellent.

Great service from Sean! Perfect bfast sandwich and a little espresso martini before the flight. Great stop in the airport!
