Natalia is seriously the best manager ever! Hampton Social is so lucky to have her. We had such a fun girls’ night on Friday! We did dinner and a movie—saw Wicked—and had no idea beforehand that you turned your frosé green for the premiere. The bartender gave us sample shots, and we ended up ordering full-size ones because they were so good. Honestly, all the drinks were amazing. The food was just okay. I was really bummed to see that they got rid of the best thing on the menu 😭 the pesto radiatori. Please bring it back! 🙏 That and the Brussels sprouts are top-tier. The ambiance was wonderful, with live music that added to the vibe, and Natalia truly made our night special. She was so attentive and even brought our drinks out in this anchor with a sparkler—we didn’t even know that was a thing, and it was such a cool surprise! Would definitely come back for the experience alone.

More like a 3.5 vs 3. Crab stack with taro desperately need an acid or aioli. It was dry and bland. Salmon, shrimp tacos, and Asian salad were all very good. Salad would have been better with fried taro vs nacho strips.

Hampton Social has a extremely nice inviting clean ambiance. The food selection is good, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, main course, and add-ons. Calamari was very good, very small portions, fish and chips were very good, lightly battered, the smash burger was ok , way too greasy for my taste, shrimp tacos were good a bit spicy, but i prefer spicy. The menu was a bit over priced for the portions but overall a pleasant dining experience. A great restaurant to visit for a birthday dinner as well!

My visit to that restaurant left me ambivalent. The location is perfect at the Mercator in Naples .the open seating and the atmosphere is beautiful and very welcoming and attractive .the seating is casual and no luxury. The parking is ample and easy.the service is good but expect and the customer is told that an 18 percent charge will be automatically added to the bill. The appetizers are tasty and well presented. but the portions are very small as well as the salads ..the entres are very overpriced .1forty dollars for a small skirt stake and a short rib i with french fries . The taro chips on the other hand are delicious. The coke unfortunately is 4 dollars and served in a small 5 ounce glass very disappointing as you end up having more ice than coke . Also internet in restaurant not working which makes it hard if you need to look up anything. Overall very welcoming restaurant with some flaws .

The overall food quality is very good and the restaurant environment is exceptional. We came here to celebrate a special family occasion and made reservations ahead of time. I had the steak strip and it was savory and juicy. For the size of the meal it was a bit too pricey. Our meals ranged from: Clam Chouder Soup, Pizza, Chicken Shandwich, Tuna Tartar, Salmon, and Shrimp Tacos. The interior design of the restaurant is elegant and very pleasant. The only thing that was noticeable that the meal prices were a bit high, but it mainly because of the location of this restaurant. A great place for date nights, special occasions, and even family gatherings.

It's a great looking beachy style atmosphere. My beet salad was excellent! I loved all the flavors with every bite. My daughter wasn't so thrilled about her ceaser salad, but she loved the bang bang chicken. She didn't like the lemonade drinks either. She tried 3 different ones. I guess they weren't sweet enough for her. The spinach dip was insanely good coupled with the beets, carrots, and pita chips it comes with.

Had a wonderful dining experience over the weekend. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and our server was incredibly sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies. All of our meals were made exactly as requested, with perfectly sized portions. I enjoyed the shrimp tacos and brussel sprouts. Important to note: There is gratuity already included on your checks.

Staff was great Food over fried. I paid 37.50 for libster roll which had literally 2 teaspoons of lobster. Fries taste like rancid seed oil

It really pains me to write a disappointing review for one of my favorite spots but last couple of dining experiences fell short of the usual standards that we grew to love at Hampton Social. While the food is still pretty good there have been disappointing instances like a hair in one of the dishes and overly salty breakfast sandwich... The service hasn't been as friendly and accommodating lately either. From the hostess telling us there's a wait for a table when 2/3 of the restaurant is empty to the waiters not knowing their own menu well enough and overcharging us it's just been "off". I really hope they can get it together and find their way back to the great restaurant I used to love.

Great food service and ambiance! We stepped in here for a late lunch and what a pretty restaurant ! Dined on the patio and Sam was our server . We started out with their signature froze which was as delicious topped with a basil leaf and then took Sam's recommendations for the shrimp tacos and we added the French fries. The tacos were delicious!!! The slaw was amazing and shrimp were so fresh. The fries were hot and we enjoyed it all!

The atmosphere is fantastic and the service was excellent. We ate in the bar area and the bar tender was serving us. He was great and social. Made good recommendations. My wife loved her salmon and I just grabbed a burger. Mine was good. Great photo ops. Looks like a fantastic brunch spot. I liked it but just felt it was a little pricey for the quality of the food. Nothing was bad and we will go back

Enjoyed lunch outside on Sunday w/live music playing (a little too loud). Prices are high. My rose was $16 a glass. I had the caesar salad for my meal - $17 & all it has besides croutons & cheese is bacon. It was very good. My husband got the green goddess salad w/chicken. He enjoyed it except the dressing! His bloody mary was very good but pricey so he only had 1. All in all this is a very nice place interior-wise & service was good. The star off is for the automatic 20% service charge added to our bill (we were only 2 people)! What a turnoff! We had planned to give 20% anyway but I don't like that they automatically tacked it on! They had the audacity to recommend adding an add'l tip as that was noted on our bill - are they nuts? No way!

It was a cute spot, quite clean and while the server was friendly, they never returned to refill drinks. Warning! This is completely my fault but I know I'm not the only one who would never expect cheddar cheese to be slapped on a fish sandwich. Just blasphemy in my opinion. So no pictures because I was scraping that nonsense off immediately. Homemade chips were good. As a great tipper, I am always put off by restaurants that automatically add 18% and then ask if I want to add 5% more. Let me tip my way and you will come out ahead so no thank you since you did it for me, leave it at that. So, it was an annoying experience all the way around. Not terrible, but far from great. I want to see a chef that recommends cheddar cheese on a piece of cod!

For a chain it's a pretty great place to go. The food is fresh and the drinks are pretty casual. It's got a bit of a corporate vibe, but otherwise the live music and slower pace is well-appreciated.

My friend hosted a baby shower for 9 adults and 7 children with reservations made weeks in advance for a Sunday brunch. She came 15 mins before the reservation time of 11am to decorate the table, and noticed that the management thought we were skinny adults and tried to squeeze 9 adults onto a 6 top table. She asked for an extra table or perhaps the large wooden family table and was rudely denied many times as if she's hard of hearing. When the guest of honor and I arrived, it was so obvious that we were not going to be able to fit. Somehow, it took 4 different conversations with various servers/managers before they were willing to pull an additional table from the storage area. Meanwhile, it has been 15 minutes while we are still standing around since we couldn't possibly fit. The rationale we received from management was that they were expecting 300 people. The service took sooooo long - 2.5-3 hours that we literally saw that the place was half full the entire time. Be prepared to essentially "work here" and move the tables, chairs, table settings, pour your own water, etc. Also have tons of patience and allocate alot of time to dine here with a larger group and check your orders. Be sure to inform them how you wish to time your food. Our food came in waves! Children's meals first, which I don't mind. I ordered a beet salad and add crab cake as my protein. But the server put the order in as if crab cakes was my appetizer and then beet salad was my "main course". Technically they are kind both appetizers and I would have liked to enjoy both at the same time. Half the table got their entrees before the other half. So 4-5 waves of food. Treat it as a "tapas" bar concept! I really enjoyed my beet salad. The crab cakes could have been served to a hotter temperature. Desserts were great with the freshly fried donuts and vanilla gelato. My fav was the tres leche pound cake with lavender cream and strawberries. The management and service simply was awful today and completely sucked the enjoyment and relaxation of dining out. However, the kitchen team partially made up for the experience with the yummy food!

Ouch. That was awful, but we had gift cards to use. Happy hour, precisely measured well drinks and 2 apps. $115. And in really small print there was already 18% service fee included (for 2 people). Food was barely edible, service slow. The bang bang chicken was right out of a box and sauces from a jar. The pizza was likely previously frozen?? Just awful. We used to come here for happy hour and the happy hour menu had items that were great. Now it is limited to very few and very overpriced items.

Prices have gone up e crazy and service is suffering! Use to be one of our favorites, but too many other great options to pay the crazy prices for what you get and then to have poor service. This is not just my opinion but many of our friends share the same feeling.

We had a tremendous experience. Our server, Chris was one of the best we've seen. he was attentive, kind, and really made an impact on us. Food and beverages were top-notch, and the ambience of this place was really cool. It was nice to have such a big open space to enjoy. Appetizers, entrée and dessert were all incredible.

The Hampton Social - nice place, good food, great vibe. Overall a positive experience. Service was good and the interior decor was exciting and fun. Went with the Baja fish tacos... solid choice if you're looking for a light meal. 3 nicely stuffed tacos filled with fish, greens, and a very tasty salsa. 8.5/10 - would get again, but didn't blow me away. Tried some of the Spicy Pipette - oh my lordy was that some good pasta. Delicious. Would recommend. Overall, great place. Great service. Would recommend if you're in the area. Little pricy, but that's Naples Florida for ya.

Really wish there was more brunch options but the monkey bread and Brussels sprouts were very good

The food was immaculate. The weather was great, we sat outside, the drinks were phenomenal, our waitress was sincere, knowledgeable and helpful.

Good food and service, very pretty decor. Pizzas are delicious - great chew on them. Fries are thin and delicious. Excellent fish tacos. Fun and imaginative drinks. Only annoyance is that there's always a wait it seems even with a reservation and many empty tables.

**Review of Hampton Social** We have always loved Hampton Social for its great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. It's been a go-to spot for us, we have raved about it to all our friends and visitors of Naples, we have been happy to return time and again. However, our recent visit left us with a bitter taste. We were disappointed to find a 3% charge added to our bill, supposedly to offset the rise in food costs. While we understand that costs are rising for everyone, we were frustrated to learn that this upcharge hasn't been used to increase wages for the hardworking servers and bartenders who make the dining experience so enjoyable. Moreover, this charge wasn't disclosed ahead of time, and we only noticed it after we had already received the bill. Transparency is key, especially when it comes to charges that affect customers directly. It would have been better if this had been communicated upfront, allowing diners to make an informed choice. I hope Hampton Social reconsiders how they implement and communicate such charges in the future. None of the other restaurants have done this, thankfully there are a ton of restaurants to choose from, capital grill, turtle club, ritz... the list is long.

The Hampton Social in Naples is located inside the Mercato shopping area. We have been here several times and the food and service is always great. The staff is very friendly. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Make a reservation cause they book up face. There is live music inside on certain days. There is a large center bar and the restaurant has a modern chic atmosphere There is parking but there is also a valet which cost about $13.

A solid option for dinner when visiting Naples. Mercato has no shortage of solid dining options, but Hampton Social features a beautiful interior, helpful staff, delicious drinks and flavorful meal options. The tuna poke bowl was delicious and healthy, the braised short rib was a little fatty but very good, and the spicy pipette was spicy indeed if you like red pepper. Definitely use the inKind promotion on their website to get $50 off $150!

Love the location, decor, staff But not impressed by the food and menu esp for these high prices Been wanting to try this place for awhile and got a good deal on gift cards through Costco Worth trying to see if it's your style but for us, just lunch, prefer less cost and more options of choices Got the scallops and risotto and the flavor was very strong, almost too strong but the scallops themselves were done perfectly Hubby got the fish and chips, it was just ok but looked impressive and the fries were great. However few items come with fries Also they were very limited on gluten free foods, and the server, tho nice guy didn't seem to know much. I don't mind them not knowing but admit it and they defer to ask the chef please. It shouldn't be the customer asking for confirmation and the server making up guesses

The Hampton Social at Mercato continues to deteriorate in many ways. The drinks are small (manhattan in coupe glass only half full), the menu has been paired back, and the service is not good. The bar: they do not carry the standard big cubes for a proper cocktail on the rocks, just bar ice which waters down the drink. Others in our group had similar thoughts on the cocktails, either small or watered down. They also only had a small selection of beers on tap as three taps were out of service. Bar Tulia cocktails puts this place to shame. Two of the food items that were always popular, the pasta with sausage and the crispy chicken sandwich were removed and not replaced with anything close. They menu has become quite small, and our group struggled to find something for everyone. My shrimp tacos of three contained three tiny shrimp in each tortilla which did not adequately fill the taco. It was mostly cabbage filler. All for $26. The burger was ok, nothing special. Probably the best item was the bang, bang chicken app. The five of us were seated at the bar and asked for a table which they said was no issue since the place was only a third filled. Twenty minutes later when we were ready to sit it was hard to get our bar bill and then the staff never bothered to prep our table, so it had to be cleared and cleaned. The table had been sitting empty for some time. Once seated, the service was rushed and sporadic. By the end they were pushing us out the door. This is usually the first restaurant in Mercato to close so be aware of this making making a reservation. We were a party of five and asked to split the bill 50/50 at both the bar and when we sat down. When the checks arrived only one of the two bills was itemized, and the other person just received the total for half so you could not verify what you were being charge for. As it turns out, they added an 18% gratuity for both the bar and dinner bills and the person receiving the itemized bill may have seen it but not the other. Very sneaky and unprofessional. We have been coming here since it opened. Will we be back, doubtful. Too many better restaurants for food, drinks and service in Naples and the Mercato continues to add new establishments as well. Considering how early this restaurant clears out and the lack of value it would not be unconceivable that this place only has a short time left. I would give it 12 to 24 months.

I fell in love with the Hampton Social in Nashville, so you could imagine my excitement when I found out that they had a place so close to me. I love this place! The ambiance, the live music, the staff, the drinks, THE SHRIMP TACOS!!! It's such a perfect combination, and the place is beautiful as well, I'm really in love with the Hampton Social, not only I get good food, I get good service too. The best part, if you park valet, just make sure that you let the valet know that you'll be eating at the Hampton Social, they pay for your parking. I mean!

Ambiance was great. Service was slow at the bar. They weren't even busy so no reason it should have been so slow. The food was good, not great. I had the salmon and I did enjoy it. My husband had shrimp tacos which were average. Look at your bill, they add an extra fee that can be removed if you ask, which I thought was unusual. Just raise your prices if you need to charge more.

While visiting Naples, we stopped by The Hampton Social for a quick drink/ lunch. Very cute restaurant, like many of the other locations. We arrived around 4pm, which is their happy hour (3-6pm daily). We ordered the Buffalo cauliflower and smash burger. The cauliflower tasted great; crunchy like boneless wings, sitting on top of ranch and a spread of blue cheese crumples (I love sauce, so this worked great for me). My friend had the smash burger, which looked really good; however, it does not come with a side or toppings (ordered separately). The service was good and timely. We arrived right at the end of the live music, on a Saturday. Overall, the ambiance is the best thing about this restaurant. Food was average good, but we didn't really get to experience the full menu. Just a couple of cocktails and appetizers.

Our night at the Hampton Social was perfect. We did have a reservation, arrived slightly early and they were able to take us directly to our seats. The place was definitely busy, but we never felt neglected or rushed in our meal. We each got a different drink and they were all awesome. I can't even say which one was best, so I would recommend getting a few favorites and having a table taste test. As much as I want to get the same ones again, I'm not sure that is smart considering how good they all were. I love love love the beet salad. First, it's huge. I thought it would be a little 'starter' salad, but I was totally wrong. If you love beets, you should get it - it's not often there is an excellent beet salad. But, maybe you should split it with a friend, because it's just that big. As for my meal, I'm in love with the Pot Roast, but the pasta dish looked so good. I didn't try it since my food was so big already, but it would be on my list to try next time...unless I just eat the salad, which could happen.

The vibe in this place is great. It's decorated well and definitely feels like a social place. It's mostly bar food, but our server was great. We went on Sunday evening around 6:30, but they were already out of the chicken which I had been hoping to have. I went with one of the pizzas instead which was okay, but wasn't out of the ordinary. I'd say this is a place to go for a low key, but cute vibe.

10 out of 10 experience. Amy took care of us, she was nice and bubbly! Service was quick and friendly. We started with a dozen east coast oysters that were delicious and fast! I ordered the lighthouse which is a Zero proof cocktail. The cocktail was light and refreshing and not too sweet, very well balanced. The octopus was cooked perfectly and the potatoes with it were TO DIE FOR! The calamari that followed was good, for sure not a main event but something nice to nibble on for the table. The skirt steak was awesome, a little overcooked but still tender. The CORN on the skirt steak was probably one of my favorite things we had. It was creamy and just the perfect amount of spice. Brussels sprouts were crispy and flavorful. The ambience was nice, it's beautiful decorated, the lighting and music was perfect on a quiet Tuesday night. We ended the night with a banana cream pie and doughnut drops. The coconut cream pie was top 10 one of the best desserts I've had EVER. Check it out, get a bottle of rose and enjoy your meal :)

Avoid at all costs!!! Table of 5. Food came out in 2 shifts. 2 people were finished before the food for the other 3 arrived. And sides were delivered first so were cold for 2nd shift. --- asked manager why. Answer: only 6 orders are entered at a time because the kitchen cannot read the entire ticket. --- service is awful. Spare your money. Eat Taco Bell.

Surprisingly very good dinner here! I haven't tried this chain but went with some girlfriends and we all enjoyed it. We got oyster shooters and espresso martinis which were very good. I got the tuna poke bowl and really liked it!

Food was 10/10, service was dent as well. I suggest you bring your wallet, but it's worth it.

Our orders were varied and all were good and plentiful especially my Fish Tacos. Definitely no room for desert. Little loud even though we were in a corner so conversation was tougher than usual. Service was fast and friendly. Mercado location was jumping with activity which made the night out fun.

Came here as a pregame for a bachelor party. Really great vibe and everything is clean + organized. The menu is a good mix of standard American food such as burgers and salads but includes a healthy mix of sea food and pasta. We ordered the Gatsby G+T which was very good. The Bloody Mary was not good at all. Avoid that if you can. The service was really nice and everyone was nice to congratulate the bachelor.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would! This place was nothing to rave about prior to their change in employee tip wages/distribution! As a career server, my livelihood is solely based on gratuities....and for a company to significantly lower the hourly wage for tipped employees, charge the customer an included "fee" (regardless of service), and then pocket a percentage and distribute said "fee" as they please amongst employees is WRONG! I will NEVER support this business or any of its associates... neither should ANYONE!!!

Had a great brunch last Sunday on the big, airy patio overlooking the uncrowded parking lot. Sasha and the rest of the staff were quick to provide service when we wanted it, and let us linger over our conversations and listen to the live music being played in the main restaurant. All our brunch plates were delicious -the breakfast sandwich, the fiesta bowl with shrimp, and the green goddess with pork belly and chicken. A lovely spot, will go back again when next down near Naples

We were in Naples for my bday weekend/Memorial Day weekend. After spending a few days in the hotel, we wanted to venture out for dinner. So I asked my good friend Yelp for help. And Yelp sure did deliver! The Hampton Social is located in the upscale outdoor mall Mercato. The restaurant offers free valet and there's free street parking. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and was very kid-friendly. The atmosphere was great! They also have a bar area for those who only come for drinks. Our waitress was really nice and food was delivered quickly. My son had the Four Cheese Pizza - so yummy. I had the salmon and my husband the short rib. Both were great. I asked for some extra of their yummy miso sauce for the salmon. We shared the banana cream pie for dessert. Really yummy with lots of whipped cream. Would definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Today is Sunday 519/2024. Ordered a crab cake Benedict and a steak and eggs brunch. I asked for a substitute for the cauliflower rice to be possibly replaced by some French Toast. Not a big deal but the chef stated it would be an up charge as if the brunch was not being charged at a good price in any case. I was just surprised by the attitude of not pleasing the customer but sticking it to us. I declined and stated my objection to additional charge only to have my service significantly delayed as a form rebellion. The meals were good but the service was adequate due to my request, and the toast that accompanied the meal was from the prior day. Chewy as hell. I had to wait and ask twice before getting some butter. Mediocre at best.

As a repeat customer I was disappointed when my group of 4 was not allowed to be seated at a table in the sun as we requested. It was a table for 6 but we were denied its use by the host. It was very chilly and we are senior citizens. Only 3 tables were occupied at the time ( 2:00 pm). We left and went to another restaurant in Mercato and had a lovely meal. We will not return to your establishment.

Came here with a friend the other night and had such a great time! The decor inside is really nice and we loved our server. We ordered the crab and shrimp bruschetta which was a nice size for an appetizer! Then we also got truffle fries (also really great) and the short rib for dinner. The polenta was fantastic but the short rib could've been a tad bigger for $36. Overall, the cocktails, food, service, and ambiance was very enjoyable. It's nice to see a younger crowd and more lively place like this in Naples too.

We came back again, and we're just as delighted the second time as we were the first! I loved the extensive Mocktail options, and all of my vegan friends enjoyed having so much to choose from in that realm too! Two thumbs up!!

Food was great however when the check came there is a %3 surcharge for what "may" increase the cost the Hampton social bottom line Great atmosphere but we will not return

If you're looking for great service and some creative recipes, you need to try the Hampton Social. The atmosphere is light and airy and open; welcomes you inside. The menu isn't expansive but hits all the important points. Raw oysters from both coasts to satisfy a taste for sweet or briny. An octopus app served in a light cream sauce that was spectacular. As an entree we ended up sharing a Scallop dish served over a risotto. Most excellent. Rich and creamy to accompany some lightly seared scallops. The wine selection is limited but you can tell they've put thought to the offerings so odds are you'll find something to your liking and in your price range. I'm a fan of the Bonanza's so that was bottle of choice. Ended the night by sharing a blueberry bread pudding. I'll be spending extra time on the bike this week but so worth it!! While Carl was our server, the back waiters were a well orchestrated team that served as food comes up with Carl closely behind to ensure the accuracy.

Wow. If you want a place with great ambiance this is it! I wish I could hire the decorator to do my house! And the food was just as good! Lots of options too! The staff were all super friendly and (I think she was the manager) came out and talked with us for a while and she was so nice and sociable and talked to us about food and balsamic and more. We didn't get a drink but they all looked amazing!

Beautiful place, clean and bright. Service and food was on point We had 8 people in our party and everyone loved what they ordered.
