Great theater, outstanding staff, really overpriced beverages and extremely narrow small sits. Excellent acoustics and great view from anywhere in the orchestra sitting area. I came to Brad Williams comedy show and was positively surprised by 2 opening comedians as well as a meet and greet at the end where we could take pictures with all the comedians and get autographs, buy merchandise and that was simply amazing!

I attended a performance of Shen Yun and I had a good time in spite of the cramped seats in the balcony. My friend, Author Itis and his brother Bruce complained and let me know it! The staff were professional and security did not give people a hard time. There is a metal detector at the entrances. I would empty your pockets before entering and have your ticket 🎫 ready before the metal detector. The lines to get in were long but they did move smoothly. I would try to arrive early but I had issues with parking 🅿️ so I was seated as the performance started. I liked the inside with its lights, chandeliers and ornate ceiling. The sound was good and my view 🙈 from the balcony was enjoyable. The men's bathroom was in good condition. The Shen Yun performance and choreography is a mixture of ballet 🩰, folk, tumbling and gymnastics. Though the man ♂️ and woman ♀️ who narrated the show said that the styles of dance originated from Chinese folk dance. Bright 🌞 vibrant colors from the costumes and the digital screen catch 🪝 the eyes 👀! The orchestra is a combination of both Chinese and European instruments. There are social and political messages that might be controversial. I ordered my ticket 🎟️ online and the price of the service fee was expensive! Be aware before ordering. I paid $85 so it really drove up the price. Was Shen Yun worth the $300+ ticket? No. But I did enjoy the show and so did the audience. I hope the performers and musicians receive a good wage from their excellent 👌 performances! I did speak 🗣️ to Chris and I had a pleasant conversation about my purchase. I purchased through Shen Yun and Chris was concerned that I was overcharged by a secondary seller. That is good customer service! If there is a performance I really want to see, I would consider visiting this theater 🎭 again!

Had an epic experience at The Hanover Theatre & Conservatory to see “To Kill A Mockingbird”. The inside is so beautiful and elegant. Great view of the stage. Clean restrooms. Outside there were vibrant light installations.

Title: Disgraceful management that knows nothing about theater etiquettes This maybe one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had! To my fellow theater enthusiastic and theater lovers, you need to think twice and thrice before you waste a ticket on Hanover theater! The theater management does not know first thing about theater etiquettes. I went to the show of Shen Yun on Mar 29 2025 in Worcester MA. and it was terrible, both the show and the theater. The show itself was about 15-20 minutes late. The employees in charge kept allowing people to enter even after the show started, for 45 minutes from the beginning of the show people kept coming, trying to find their seats and interrupting others. I purchased a ticket to enjoy not to be interrupted every few minutes for someone who just arrived!! The doors should be closed after a show starts because it's the only way to make people learn!! The management does not respect the people who came on time!!! What they did actually an encouraging behavior for the late arrivals! It is highly unporfissional and disrespectful. If others are not well educated in theater's etiquettes then it is the management's job to educate them. What are they afraid of? The low level of management is shocking!! The tickets are up to $350 and more which is ridicules for such horrible experience. It's a 7-start price for a one-half-star service!! The other thing: They allowed food in the theater! what is that? I patron theaters since I can remember and I have been to theaters around the world, Europe, Middle east, south east Asia but I have never seen something like that! it is a live show on a theater not a movie in the cinema! I can reluctantly tolerate drink during the show but I have never heard or seen food during a show, the sounds of chewing and crunching and slurping are disgusting! The pictures and the media promotes an elegant theater but in reality it's a cheap backdoor ally! people in and out during the show, eating and drinking during the show. It's so noisy that I couldn't hear the music I came to hear or watching the dances I came to watch! That is it for me on Hanover! This theater management is a total disgrace! You should be ashamed

Great venue. Saw a concert and it was an amazing experience. Great acoustics and theater is nice. Lots of food and beverage choices within walking distance to grab a bite and drink before the show.

We saw the musical Jagged Little Pill here the other night (GREAT show!) from last minute seats high in the balcony. Unfortunately there’s an obtrusive railing running the width of the section that made seeing the stage incredibly challenging. Then a couple arrived late to sit in the previously empty seats in front of us and we realized that the angle of the seating here is also an issue, because though they were not tall (and we’re not short) we could see next to nothing. We wound up moving to the very top row with empty seats below us and it was preferable to sitting several rows lower in our purchased seats. So kind of a bummer, but it’s a beautiful theatre, refreshments are well priced, and the staff was charming. Trying to dine in the area before (on a Saturday) was very difficult as most places were closed and what was open required reservations, which we didn’t have. (TIP: Avoid the sub place, Ziggy Bombs, whatever you do!) Parking in the indoor lot across the street had an event price of $20, which was expensive but to be expected. A wonderful night overall but we’d never choose those seats again.

Went here last night with my Mom 11/08/24. To see Ain't too proud to beg The Life and Times of The Temptations. The performance was rather good . The performers were a " little chucky." But still really talented and still a pretty good show. The biggest issue with THT is that there's so many volunteers ( who don't seem like they care and do nothing) and less engaged with the people. A lot of Elderly volunteers, and they didn't know much and barely interacted with people into auditorium. The THT , needs a like bit of ( TLC ) , still quite pretty and differently needs some explanation like there foyer and the lobby they need to do something or you get a drink / souvenir or nothing at all. I didn't even have time to use the men's bathrooms the line ls were so long, and so we're the lines for snacks / beverages . They didn't even take our money our at the stand. We were going to order a cookie, and they just passed by us. Overall still a great performance. The performers needed more attire , the where they were wearing alot of the same clothes . They needed more of a variety of clothing and such like props etc.

I just saw Shen Yun there yesterday (3/30/25). The performers were able to do so much on such a small stage! My only disappointment was my seat (A8) that was so far to the left that the left side of the stage was obscured by curtains and lights. Even the seasoned ushers had trouble finding my seat. I was sent back and forth a couple times until one nice lady usher stopped to discuss it with another usher before figuring it out. It is a beautiful theater with plenty of restrooms, multiple concession stands, and lots of workers to keep the lines moving quickly. I didn't see any vegan snack options, which was also disappointing, but there was plain coffee and tea (no vegan creamer) and alcoholic beverages, too. All in all its a great venue to see a show. I'll be coming back again soon, hopefully with a better seat. I would warn others, if their show uses a smoke machine, to avoid the first few rows, as I saw the orchestra pit and front rows become engulfed to smoke that I'm sure would have been annoying had I been down there. As it was, I laughed and was grateful for my balcony seat!
