Was just getting a beer. The waitress was very happy and smiling, the service was very good, I was asked few times if I would like anything else or more beer not in a nagging way. I will for sure stop here again on my way through. The atmosphere is very nice. Worth siting around and having a beer.

Google
My husband and I were looking for a place to grab a drink. However, it was too early and the waitress could not serve us until 6am. That’s a universal airport rule. She was very polite and friendly and informed us they served breakfast which, so we sat and ate. The food was good but experience was great. The only other thing I would like to add is that airport liquor prices are through the roof, but I guess that’s not their fault.

Victor Leyva

Google
I stopped by to grab some breakfast while waiting for a flight and I'm glad I did. The service was quick, the staff are polite, the seats and counter are clean, and most of all the food taste great. They had the goat cheese I love! I'll definitely come back when I'm back when I'm here.

While the salad was good, I had to sell a kidney to pay for a small pour of wine. The phone menu was annoying, even if I’m a tech guru. Seats are not comfortable. An expensive mediocre experience.

Tong Yi Tsui

Google
Looks like a hit or miss experience from the other reviewers. Happy to report that my experience was a hit. Beautifully plated Cobb salad and Italian fries.

Blair Russell

Google
It was a pretty bad experience. i ordered from a kiosk at a nearby gate. The food took 35 minutes. The girl who delivered them was nice an apologetic. The food was VERY mediocre. I expect it to be overpriced but to be so bland is kind of wild. The caesar salad add on was nice but it was just salad nothing special, it was just so much better than the pasta. They ran out of penne pasta and gave spaghetti which was also weird. I wouldn't order again, you should either.

Nilesh Nimkar

Google
We should have read the other reviews before ordering from here. Extremely overpriced. We ordered kids chicken fingers and one beer which came to $36, one hour before boarding our flight. Even an hour later the food was not delivered to out seat. The guy at the counter was very rude. He refused to cancel the order, provide a refund or hand over the food to me. Ultimately we had to board without out food at We paid for.

Traub House

Google
This is the $15 chopped salad. Had 2 olives chopped up, a couple cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion…but mainly a pile of lettuce. Half of it was wilted. We also ordered a meatball parmesan sub that was mainly all bread. Don’t waste your money - go to Wendy’s down the hall. Even if you don’t eat fast food, it will be better than this place!

Yelp
I despise airport restaurants. They're like the dollar store of dining: all profit, zero quality. They don't care about ingredients, preparation, or presentation. Why would they? You're a captive audience--hungry, desperate, and with nowhere else to go. It's a con, and the payoff? Soggy fries like most lurid swamps of Louisiana, and nachos cheese so pugnant I'm afraid Frye Mexican National may declare war for even associating their good name with that garbage.... And the bill that makes you wonder if they're charging by the insult. BUT THEN... this restaurant came along and changed my life. The arrabbiata pasta? Chef's kiss. The vodka pasta? Could have made me weep. Mozzarella sticks? I almost proposed to the sauce. Fries, salad--it was all so good I forgot I was in Newark-- let alone-- in the airport. Power outlets at every seat? Yes, please. Wines that aren't boxed? Hallelujah. I didn't try the cocktails, but the folks around me were grinning like they'd just hit the jackpot at a slot machine. This wasn't just a meal--it was a revelation. Open-air design, chefs in action, everything sleek and chic. Was it cheap? Absolutely not. I gambled, folks. But for once, I won big. Whoever runs this place at Newark deserves a medal. They've figured out what every other airport is missing: We're not prisoners. We're people. People who just want a decent meal before our flight gets delayed. Bravo.

Yelp
Pre fligjt hang out spot, nothing fancy just the regulator 15$ airport beers, service is hit or miss, but honestly who cares not like your hanging out here all night., music is good, beer not so cold, it's an airport can't expect much, safe travels my friends!

John K.

Yelp
Disgusting food and horrible service, and then when I questioned the automatic 18% tip she rudely told me, "that's the way it is". But actually that's NOT the way it is according to the receipt, since my total was under $20, rather than above $100-something as stated on the receipt. Worst airport food I've ever had. Another waiter- not ours- kept hitting me every time he walked by as well. No apology, just constant whacks in the head. Rude Disgusting Overpriced even for an airport I wouldn't go back to this dump it if were the only thing open.

Holly B.

Yelp
Very Rude and confusing. I order a breakfast sandwich and coffee and tried to seat down. The waitress very rudely told me a couldn't sit there. Apparently I didn't order at the right spot‍ won't be back.
google avatar

Taj T.

Yelp
I'll leave a review as scant as the shrimp cocktail I ordered. If you're stranded at the airport and desperate, sure, shell out the crab - er, I mean CASH - for an overly priced underly generous portion of seafood. To be fair to them, the salmon tasted fresh and came delivered hot. It was just hard to swallow the fact that it was $30 for something I could have easily made it home for $5. And the shrimp cocktail? Delicious but such a measly portion and so expensive for something that was literally just chilling in the fridge. No preparation or cooking needed. Just threw it into a box with some greens
google avatar

Yelp
The food here was perfect before my flight. The Bloody Mary was also perfect. Not to spicy. The bartender was so friendly. Although it's just in the middle of the airport the space was very nice with plugs to plug my laptop in.
google avatar

Maria V.

Yelp
Anything you get in the airport is expensive so if you choose to dine there then you already know .. Had some time to spare before my plane departed. Had a soda and order of mozzarella sticks ... $20 ... but it came out hot and was pretty decent for a snack. It also came out like 5 mins I'm satisfied
google avatar

Yelp
When stopping for food and coffee at an on-airport location, expectations are typically not high. The food was as promised, delivered in a reasonable time frame, and Haneef provided friendly, professional and helpful service. Thanks Haneef! Life is good with good service!
google avatar

Marlena K.

Yelp
Essentially you order from an iPad and someone drops your drink. They don't offer you a glass of tap water and they keep it moving. You of course add tip between 15-20% which is kind of whatever since the service is mediocre but I always tip. Besides that cosmo and Hampton water rose was good both drinks with tax and tip cost me about $50. Steep but it's the airport. The diner across the way is good for sweet potato fries. Other than that there's really nothing special.

Yelp
This is one of those places in the middle of the airport that you enjoyed to sit at right before your flight. And when I say in the middle of the airport, I really mean it. It's not one of the ones along the side, but it's located right in the middle of the long way with gates to either side. I have to admit the name gives me a little bit of a cringe. But the overall ambiance isn't bad, and it's almost bar style seating all the way around. I cannot speak to the food because that's not what we're doing here. But it does have a full bar , but it seems to be able to prepare any kind of cocktail you want. The kitchen is an open style kitchen and you can see everything that they're doing which is nice and also entertaining. There are other similar places to ride around the corner and also in the middle of the airport walking way. Actually there's one place that looks like an Italian spot that looks a little better to me. Especially in terms of ambiance, but same same, but different, right?
google avatar

Yelp
This was the cheapest egg and cheese on a roll inside Newark Airport, I think. Good price.
google avatar

Yelp
The BEC + avocado breakfast sandwich was really quite good. I sat down, ordered via a QR code, paid online and the food was delivered to my seat at the bar. I saw several reviews about the slow service but I wasn't in a rush so I gave it a try. My sandwich came ~15-20 minutes after ordering, but again wasn't in a rush. Would recommend this spot if you have time to sit and grab a drink & you're not hungry or rushing to catch a flight.

Yelp
Totally legit place to have lunch at Newark airport. Quick service good food but definitely pricey. Best for business travel. My meatball Parm sandwich was totally solid! No it wasn't the best I ever had but also wasn't bad at all. And no ingestion. For airport food. Also didn't have to wait like 20 or 30 minutes at that ridiculous food court they have at Newark airport. Pricey so not sure you want to bring the whole family here. Traveling around alone or on business this is a good spot! Salads look fresh and decent. Had food within minutes! And that's good since there's no fast food here anymore.

Yelp
Mediocre food to shove into your pie hole at the expense of your bank account. A desperate move.

Yelp
The eggplant parm tasted microwaved. Parts cold and horrible taste. Overpriced Lean Cuisine ‍

Yelp
Service: just very bad service! Rude cashier ruined the interaction for me and it was slow. Ordering: It's a bit confusing how to order and then pay. What I did was order but then it told me to scan the printed paper at a different station. My matcha tiramisu came out before I paid so I was confused whether or not it was mine? It seems like it'd be easy to get away with not paying in that regard. Food: everything looked pretty pricey. I enjoyed my matcha tiramisu but do not think it was worth $9. It was a small portion given the price, and seemed pricey even by airport standards.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered from the kiosk and the order took 35 minutes which is insane as the place wasn't very busy. It was already confusing as the front of the register had a sign for pick up so I waited there, however, I had to figure out that you needed to pick up your order on the side which had no indications whatsoever, as no one informed or had any signs. The staff could care less. They were just talking and laughing with one another. They made food for themselves, and saw them eating it first before customers orders. I got a chicken parm which was already overpriced and sauce was too overwhelming. Would highly recommend staying away from here and not waste your money.

Yelp
Food is sub par - literally buffet food is better. Service is below average - no water on arrival or throughout our meal despite asking. Dirty glasses - yet you are charged a 4% NJ Healthy Terminals Act fee... why? It's in the middle of the terminal walkway so I expected nothing from ambiance but damn can we get someone to actually serve us? $50 for two breakfast sandwiches... go somewhere else!
google avatar

Brian H.

Yelp
Food was not good (3 on 10 point scale) and excessively priced even for airport restaurants (at 1/2 the price the fool quality was still bad). My order got messed up twice. It took 30 min for my order to get made...and 45 min to get my proper order (it was messed up twice)...there is no warning when you order about his long it will take. This location is at an airport and 30 min to get food is unacceptable, let alone 45 min when all was said and done. We ordered from the airport gate and paid/tipped for table service (tables at the gate), but with how long it took, I ended up going back to the restaurant 4 times to pick up the food and then straighten out the order getting messed up. You pay tip at time of ordering. I asked the resultant to return my tip and they have yet to do so. Stay far far away.

Yelp
Much better than Vanguard which you'll see as soon as you come to Terminal C gates 101+, the service was better (my waitress actually acted like one and was delightful) and though the mimosa was still $13, I watched her pour it and it was what a mimosa should be proportion wise--much stronger than vanguard--which to me makes the $13 more worth it. I guess Newark airport has capitalized on food & alcohol as everything seems to cost the same no matter where you go ‍ if only Dunkin donuts sold mimosas! Charging stations available at every seat here too.

Yelp
I stopped here for the crab claws - that was the only reason. 1. The Cobb salad was pretty small for $18. It was good, had a decent amount of crab on it, but wasn't filling. 2. The crab claws were good and fresh. $22 for six. 3. Fries were not crispy. Good seasoning. $9.50 for an order you can share with one or two other people. 4. The service was good. The waitress/bartender (Nina) was communicative and attentive. After ordering the crab claws, 20 minutes passed and Nina said they would be coming out soon. Instead of the claws, the manager showed up and informed me the claws sold out and apologized. He offered me some fries, removed the crab claw charge, and asked if I wanted oysters instead. I didn't want to eat oysters before boarding a 6 hour flight so I declined. After a few minutes he came back and said they were able to get the crab claws after all (probably from another restaurant, saison has them on the menu too) but apologized again and kept the charge off because of the wait and the confusion. He gave me an updated check and the tip was adjusted way down so I left some cash to get the tip back up to an appropriate level. Bottom line, the food and service here are good (slightly soggy fries), but it's a tad on the expensive side. Side note - it appears you get a 20% discount if you have a United credit card.

Yelp
$42 for two glasses of wine HAHAHAH.. hahah.. ha. Ridiculous as they're not even good wines

Yelp
I don't know that I've ever seen a more bleak set of reviews than in Newark Terminal C. This is due, in large part, to the fact that basically all of the restaurants are run by one corporate group. Which is why they don't call their eateries "restaurants" - rather, they are "OTG Experiences". The menus seem designed to pillage expense accounts, and the always-on tablets with moving graphics that you cannot turn off seem designed to pillage what little serenity you may possess after they loving embrace of the TSA. So here was our experience, for $45: * Five pieces of ravioli * One glass of wine * One bottle of beer Does that not sound like much? I should point out that the ravioli came WITH tomato sauce. So, you know, there's that. As I have described in a previous review, these places are a glimpse of a dystopian corporate future - facades that give the illusion of choice, but everything is made in the same unenthusiastic kitchen. As far as the food itself, the taste was rather generic, which is why the price point and portion size were so laughable. If you're stopping through and hungry I would recommend a sandwich. There are not many good places for food in the Newark airport. It's more a matter of finding the least bad option. Which is indeed an experience.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered a Cobb salad here because I only had 30 minutes before my flight boarded and I was intrigued by the addition of crab meat. For the price of $18 before tip and whatever other fees were added on to make this a $22 salad, I expected more portion wise. The crab meat was decent and the salad just seemed small over all. It was tasty and the server was very kind and friendly. I'd be likely to stop here again because it seemed like there were few healthy, fast options in this gate area.

Yelp
OMG- this is an oasis of civilization in the middle of chaos. Great music. Open and in the middle of the walkways. My flight was delayed 2 hours so I was camping out. It took awhile to figure the iPad ordering system. You actually have to go all the way to pay for it to register. Then it asks about keeping the tab open. You know you did it correct when you get the receipt by e-mail. I ordered a pasta dish- the orecchiette primavera which was pasta primavera with an arugula pesto. It had a good flavor. But I t didn't look like the picture on the menu and was drowning in oil. It also had a lot more carrots and less cheese. If you ask for something from someone other than your waiter, forget it. Also good luck flagging someone down to get something like a glass of water. I really like the atmosphere but service and food needs work.

Gary D.

Yelp
This place suck, don't eat or go anywhere near this place. It took 24 minutes to receive my order and it was cold, how sad
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
Employees too busy to work their own system... We order: they get our cell number and print us a bar code... The send us an initial text 30min later we go check, wait for someone to acknowledge us (The employees were busy talking amongst themselves) our food was there waiting on us for God knows how long, we paid, and then we get the your food is ready text.
google avatar

Meghan N.

Yelp
I ordered a lox bagel platter. DO NOT order this if you have dirty hands or if you can't wash your hands immediately after! Every bit came separate. There was a toasted bagel, a small cup of cream cheese and capers, onions, tomato on the side. I had to use my hands to make the lox bagel myself. The lox itself was no good. I am someone who often takes their food apart to make sure the pickles or tomatoes are evenly distributed so having to put my food together myself wasn't something that would change my view of the taste of the lox bagel. After putting everything together, it tasted BELOW AVERAGE. While the decor of this place looks upscale, the food does not taste as good as the decor looks.

Yelp
While I sure expected airport prices I didn't expect rude service and underwhelming food. We seated ourselves as it is an "island" style seating (by C108 gate). One of our spots was dirty with crumbs from the previous patron. Here comes the server, cleaning spots around us, but ignoring the filth on this one plate mate in front of me. When I asked Thadwin (? Not sure I got his name right) nicely to clean he said "you sat here before giving me a chance to clean", like it's my fault. Does the guy know his job?? Looking around us, all three of the servers look sad like someone forced the job on them. And while they work for tips, you log in your tips before your order is taken care of, so who cares, right? They got their tip, all 18% of it. So now they can be as rude as they want. We had the omelette sandwich with bacon, made with egg beaters, was edible. Mimosa was nice and Bloody Mary was tasteful but a bit virgin in the alcohol side. Overall, it's a OK stop before you board. I would say, if you choose the spot, don't be so generous with tips. At least not before their overall rating will pass the three stars mark (it's two now, and I know why!)
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
The food was pretty good for the airport. The crab Cobb salad was also decently priced for the airport at $13. The oysters were standard cost (6 for $18) The service though is just subpar. You order through the kiosk, so there is very little interaction with the waiter or waitress. I didn't have water for most of my meal until I asked someone for it. The oysters were very tasty but I don't even know where they were from because there was no interaction with the waiters or waitress.
google avatar

Juliet B.

Yelp
The counters are filthy and the server only took napkins and silverware from prior customers after I asked him. They left mats that have food stains all over them. Stick with the drinks. I would be suspect of food in open environment like this. And servers have ZERO interest in being friendly. I truly miss the days of ordering from a person not an app
google avatar

Aaron S.

Yelp
It took them 28 minutes to make a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Several people before me left without their food since it took so long and they had flights to catch. The sandwich wasn't bad, but not worth the wait
google avatar

Jennie L.

Yelp
2 stars for the quick service, 1 star for the food. I am not even gonna complain about the price given that it is an airport place but seriously that would not be any excuse for the bad food. This was the most rubbery calamari I have had in my entire life. 5 mins into eating my food, I start agonizing--should I finish it because I just paid $18 for it or should I just not be sorry to my teeth? This is embarrassing. Maybe order other stuff.
google avatar

Iris H.

Yelp
The Happy Clam is set up with an iPad at each seat so you can order your food without interacting. However, this has the downside of making it near impossible to get the attention of your waitress. This is key, because my seat (and all of the ones around me) happened to not have forks. You're also requested to pay [and TIP] before you get your food, right when you order, which, with this customer service disaster is yet another issue. Furthermore, the iPad interface is confusing. It seems more preoccupied with advertising than with actually helping you get food in your belly. I had to help at least two different patrons navigate the ordering process.

Vlad B.

Yelp
Do not go here. Took them a half hour to get me a breakfast sandwich, for $12 no less. The food had been ready and waiting for a while, it's just that the incompetent staff had trouble understanding the screen and handing the food out. When I got mine, there was a stack of 10 orders ready to be handed out. Terrible, especially if you have a flight to catch.
google avatar

Bryan W.

Yelp
Watched them wear gloves great.... except the same gloves going from food prep.. plate clearing, dishes, and back to food prep!!!! Defeats to point people. Stop being gross My wife reminded me I forgot to mention eating in the middle of all this wearing the gloves also. Not sure what contacting you for further information will help.

Yelp
If you find yourself flying out of gate C109 at the united terminal at Newark, you should be happy as a clam! I had a view of my gate while I played on their iPad (including a crazy scratch off game where you can win prizes like potato chips and soda...it is NJ, not Vegas after all). You can also check Facebook and surf the net. You order food and drinks from the iPad and once you swipe your card, they start the order. Food take about 15 minutes but they will pack it up if you need to grab your flight. Drinks were much quicker. When I was boarding the plane, a fellow passenger said that he came from the overcrowded united lounge and that the happy clam looked pretty fun (and that maybe it is better to sit there and have a slightly overpriced drink then to pay $500 a year for the privilege of using the lounge). I wasn't super hungry so I oddly ordered the garlic broccoli rabe for $8 and it was a big portion. Next time I am totally trying the king crab Cobb salad which looked awesome. I was envious of my neighbor who said it "hit the spot". It was a pretty friendly crowd and people freely spoke to their neighbors which were next to them and across the bar (about flight destinations, The best way to swipe your credit card, food wait times etc). Waiters were also friendly.
google avatar

Chris L.

Yelp
Pint of draft beer is $9.10 plus tax and automatic 18% tip, so about $12. Hey well it's an airport and you can keep a very sharp eye on the agent desk at your gate, so maybe it's worth it. I think the phrase is "liquid courage" lol. In any case a pre-flight Sixpoint Crisp draft went down just fine, and as soon as the line started forming to board I was there. Genuinely friendly and fast service, that was a vast improvement over the last bar I hit in EWR, a-ok. The kitchen is right in the mix too, not hidden away, food comes fast.
google avatar

Deb G.

Yelp
It's like eating airline food in the actual airport! My chicken parm was cooked to within an inch of its short, unhappy life. T their credit, the food appeared quickly, and the servers were nice, but otherwise it was absolutely nothing special. It's interesting, because all the restaurants in this area look super swanky, but the food is just standard issue. Ah, such is life.
google avatar

Yelp
If you're ever in the Newark airport make a trip to terminal C to try this little pop up. Something different that you don't normally see in airports. When we first arrived from France we saw the usual Wendy's and subways but after being on a long haul flight we wanted something more than that. We kept walking and discovered the happy clam. The concept is cool you sit down in front of and iPad and order your drinks, food, and dessert. Our server Edith was super attentive and came right over to show us how to use the iPad. Although the meal is more pricey, it's expected at an airport. My wife and i split the fresh oysters, baked ziti bolognese, and a side of Italian herb fries. I highly recommend the oysters. Being someone who loves oysters i really enjoyed them with some lemon, cocktail sauce, and hot sauce. The seats all have iPads that you can play games on and outlets at each seat to charge your devices. I was impressed. Best airport dining experience so far.
google avatar

Jan B.

Yelp
I really like the new concept at EWR of these upscale eateries in the center of the terminals. I have had extraordinary service and quality until this one. And that is not to say that it was bad, but it was not as impressive as what i have experienced previously. It was breakfast, and the menu was full of good options. I posted a photo of the breakfast sandwich i ordered. It wasn't bad at all but the bagel that it was on was either too large for the egg or the egg portion was too small. As it was presented, the egg was only 1/2. For me, not a bad thing, more of a sign like "you don't need that bread anyway girl, you need to cut out the carbs". But, at a $14 price tag, I need more eggs. It was good, the salad portion was small but good and the coffee was fine, but did not come with refills. I don't mind that they auto add a tip, but i think in someways, that might not encourage the best service at times. It is a great way to grab a bite in the terminal and still be close to where you need to be.

Yelp
This is an average food place in an airport. They have digital menus that are easy to use. The space is clear and well lit. Of course I was flying out so I wanted a meal. I ordered some sunny side up eggs with potatoes and toast. The meal was satisfying. My orange juice was brought out a little while before my meal. My meal came out right before I went looking for it. The food was good. The service was fine. I did have to ask for ketchup but all in all good airport dining experience.
google avatar

Bridget E.

Yelp
I am deeply grateful that the chef went above and beyond at 7:30am to get my daughter French fries because that's all she eats. Hooray!!!
google avatar

N W.

Yelp
TRUE: The food options at Newark airport can not suck enough. And Please ditch the iPad ordering crap, all it does is encourage the automatons behind the counter to act more like drones than they would be if that actually had to engage with customers.
google avatar

Philip B.

Yelp
We purchased some snacks from here and the staff was very friendly. I saw the food that they were turning out and I so wish I would've ordered breakfast from here instead of from Wendy's it looked good and was all fresh and hot.
google avatar

Yelp
Update: 06/08/2017 I got a call from the corporate office, and we went through my experience at the EWR location. They went above, and beyond to explain that they do have the proper condiments, caring servers, and prompt service, but after a review we agreed that there were several failures that day. Although, I did get a previous communication from the corporate office offering a refund which I declined, the corporate office refunded my, and my wife's meals. I thought that was too much, since we did enjoy our Bloody Mary's, but they had already processed the refund. I think exceeded my expectations, so I changed my rating. Looks like an awesome place. I am in the United terminal section. I ordered a sandwich. They do not have mustard, or Mayo, only ketchup. What kind of fucking restaurant only has ketchup that serves sandwiches? I tired to get 3 people's attention to get mustard, or Mayo. One lady said, " we don't have mustard, or Mayo", and just walked away. Employees suck. My wife and I each spent $40 with tip, on 2 different iPads, and got treated like shit. The sandwich was dry as the desert.

Lynn G.

Yelp
Near Gate C 115 by the way. Super nice and accommodating servers. Not sure why others thought not. The Annoying iPad ordering concept. For F's sake get rid of that crap. . Meh food. But I'm used to awesome Jersey Italian food. Prices? It's an airport. Cmon. Always too much $ for the value. But def less here than the other Italian places in Terminal C. Hubby's Eggplant Parm was enough. My shrimp scampi a little skimpy. Meatballs app a little heavy (must be the sausage (?whats w that) in the meatballs). Glasses of white wine. A great send off to Europe for long weekend (and their even higher prices.)

Yelp
Had 3 hour layover in Newark airport so sat down at one of the bars at the gate and found out it had a pretty good menu of seafood and Italian. The food costs were high like all airport restaurants but decided to try out some food. You order from an iPad and pay right at your seat. Only interaction is when they deliver drinks and food. Food was pretty good but my husband and were served about 7-8 minutes apart which sucked. They messed up his order (even though we placed it on the iPad) but they offered to remove the cost which was gracious. They include a pretty high gratuity when you get your receipt which is not noted anywhere so be careful. I had the crab Cobb salad which was pretty big and my husband had the Manhattan clam chowder which was a big bowl and the appetizer portion of stuffed clams which was tiny. The Italian food being delivered to other patrons looked much better than what we ordered so if we stop again it would be for Italian not seafood.

Yelp
I am so disappointed with myself that I didn't check the reviews before eating breakfast here. I only came because I wanted waffles and an airport employee told me to come here. My $6 bacon side is a joke, mcdonald quality, but it is crispy. And my waffle, which I was so excited to get is horrible. I am only eating it because I paid 11 bucks for it. The waffle is very greasy (I can slide it around my plate), and I just saw a can of pam near the waffle griddle that must've went crazy on, it has no fluff, i mean you can't even see the air pockets u should see when it is opened and very rubbery. No crisp on the outer layer, I was hoping at least to mask this waffle with some whipped cream and fruits but there isnt any here. On good note, the staff was very attentive and tried to resolve my suboptimal food but I believe it is out of their control. Not like I am going to ask to whip my own eggs, etc for the batter and buy some meaty bacon. So I just told them to forget it. But I know this will be the last time I eat here and will be sure to tell my travel companions to not have my food items.
