Daniel’s Broiler Opens in the New Hyatt Regency Downtown | Eater Seattle

"As the resident restaurant of the Palihotel downtown, Hart and the Hunter leans Southern with notable biscuits praised by critics, while Anchorhead Coffee runs its espresso bar and there’s a sidewalk window for coffee service." - Megan Hill

Kris Tominaga Leaves Hart & The Hunter For Manuela in the Arts District | Eater LA

"I know Tominaga first gained acclaim through a series of pop-ups before founding The Hart & The Hunter inside the Palihotel on Melrose; he and then-partner Brian Dunsmoor led that all-day restaurant to great heights." - Farley Elliott

We actually came here for dinner, but I would be happy to return for brunch, as it seems that is what they specialize in. - Biscuits were heavenly. It pairs well with their delicious homemade butter and apricot jam. - No need to go to Starbucks. The PSL here is flavorful and smooth. - I’m usually not a French fry person, but the fries were really good here! - I got the Palicob salad. I think this was the weakest part of the meal, as the chicken was kind of tasteless. Everything else about the salad (cheddar cheese and bacon) were well-cut and presented and satisfying to mix together though. I was also happy they didn’t use too much dressing. Staff is really kind and attentive. The restaurant is a little hidden in plain sight, but it’s pretty charming and has old-school vibes. It also connects to the cute hotel lobby area, so definitely check that out too.

My husband and I had breakfast here today and it was fantastic! The gentleman that seated us was also our server. He was so nice and prompt with services. I sat facing the kitchen and all the food looked delicious. We both got Eggs Benedict, I got the smoked salmon, it was awesome. Happy to have found my new favorite breakfast place.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a fun theme, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Our entire party felt that we overpaid and the food under delivered. The drinks were a highlight, but we wouldn’t come back for a meal.

Restaurant attached to the Palihotel very convenient for breakfast, brunch & dinner or drinks. My brunch salad was fresh and very big they could offer half salads or share one. Hostess and server Shastin was very friendly ! A great asset to any business! Location is only a block from the Pike Market.

While visiting Seattle, I decided to stop in here for breakfast on my way to the ferry on a Friday morning. I think the restaurant is actually attached to a hotel, but I wasn't staying in the hotel - but it's open to the public. I liked the vibes in here, it was cozy and cute. All of the staff was friendly and I got seated immediately. I ordered the cinnamon French toast and a side of bacon - both were fantastic! The French toast came with candied nuts and this incredible fresh whipped cream. It was honestly kind of a challenge to finish it all, but I wasn't about to let any of it go to waste! I would definitely come here for breakfast again if I came back to Seattle!

Went here for brunch and was not disappointed! Everything we ordered was delicious. The biscuits were crispy and flaky and so good. I had the eggs Benedict and they were delicious. Our server who was really nice, recommended the iced toasted marshmallow latte and it did not disappoint. Would definitely come back here.
