The Heights

Living here is a lot of fun. The events they have are super inclusive and benefit the students living here. It truly feels like a community.

My daughter and her boyfriend lived here. She had things stolen off her door. Hates didn’t work the majority of the year they were there. They had black mold that they told office about and nothing was done. We took pics of damages we found after moving in last year. They moved out in July this year after leases were up and was waiting to get deposits back. Both were supposed to receive $600 a piece. She got a $2 check and he got nothing at all. Mind you the only thing damaged was the fake leather couch. Apartment was cleaned by them and his mother. And when they called to ask about their deposits back was told it wasn’t the apartment complex’s problem that it was the problem of previous owners as these apartments were bought by new owners in middle of leases.

I’ve absolutely loved living here the past year and you’d be shocked at how amazing the amenities are, I’ve never worried about things being dirty or maintenance not being efficient and quick. The property is beautiful and the apartments are so modern and great quality. The staff are very helpful and they always have the answers we’re looking for. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for one. You won’t be sorry.

I recently helped a friend move into The Heights, and I was so impressed with how smooth the entire process was. Being student housing, I expected it to be hectic, but Maurice and his entire team went above and beyond. They had everything organized and even had additional CWS team members onsite making sure the move-in process was quick and stress-free for everyone. Their teamwork and hospitality truly stood out. I left feeling so impressed with how welcoming and efficient the community is!

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and it’s been nothing but good changes since I’ve moved in. The gym is nice and has a good variety of equipment the pool is well kept, and right next to the sand volleyball court. They also recently added a second dog park. Management is friendly and maintenance is efficient. Also rent is flat and all-inclusive which for me personally is a plus.

I have been living here for a year and I have highly enjoyed living here. This will be my second year living here and all of the new accommodations and improvements made to the apartment complex have been great. The manager is very helpful and the events that are hosted at the apartments are always so much fun. No complaints!!!

Love the new management here!! They actually care about us and listen to our concerns and are always improving not just for themselves as a business but also for us as residents!! And even better that we have the MCU universe in common

The staff at the Heights are attentive to resident needs and deliver top tier customer service. The property manager , Maurice , is one of the best. 10/10 great place to live!
