Luke did a phenomenal job with my daughters ear piercings. Made it simple and easy. Love the way safety and cleanliness is such a high priority and they show you what they do. Also cool georgia requires such requirements for parents to get a simple ear lobe piercing in a minor. Help protect the youth. Luke walked us through the process to cover ourselves and their business with Georgia's new law! Highly recommend Luke for piercings! He is a pro! This was my first tattoo experience here (I’ve gone to other artists) and Maria was fantastic! The tattoos turned out perfect and she was super sweet & held a conversation with me the whole time. I got my first tattoo done by Tim at the Helm which consisted of a 3/4 Japanese traditional arm sleeve. Tim is a gifted artist and tattooing is his craft. He is very personable and professional. My sleeve took 4 full days and was completed within a 6 month timeline. There were some minor scheduling conflicts, but Tim came thru and knocked it out. From what I’ve seen, Tim is the top tier artist in all of Chattanooga and well sought after. If you have the funds, and want a tattoo done right, I’d recommend reaching out to him. As far as the helm shop itself, it was very clean and the staff is always nice and friendly. If I decide to get my other arm done, I’d definitely like to use Tim again, and would happily come back to the helm!
