Came here last night for dinner before going to a show and had an OK time.
First, the parking lot is reasonably large, so we easily found a spot (although we arrived before the band started playing, so it might get busier later in the evening). It was a seat yourself kind of establishment, so after some deliberation, we grabbed a table with some high stools and waited for someone to come take our order. Sure enough, not too much later, a waitress stopped by and asked us what drinks we wanted. Those drinks (a beer and a very large glass of water) came quite quickly, so things were off to a good start.
However, that's when things went downhill a bit. It took the waitress a long time to come back to get our food order, and I was very, very hungry, so that was a little unfortunate :) When she did finally come by, I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger (with grilled onions!), while my fiancee grabbed the regular cheeseburger and also ordered a cocktail.
The wait for the food wasn't too long, but unfortunately the waitress completely forgot my fiancee's cocktail (and didn't check in our table between when she got our food orders and when she brought our food). So that was a little disappointing for my fiancee, since she kind of wanted her cocktail earlier in the meal. Anyway, once we reminded her about the cocktail, she quickly went and got it, so that was good.
The food was OK. Nothing amazing, but it got the job done. The fries were actually really tasty, but the burger was not super flavorful. My fiancee really liked her burger and tots (they were exactly what she was looking for), so that was great.
Overall, I would probably not come back here. The waitress forgot our drink and the food was decent but nothing incredible. I guess I didn't mention the ambiance above - it was a pretty standard bar environment, so I had no problem with it, but I also wouldn't seek it out actively most days.
