Tottenham Hotspur’s Stadium Puts Tottenham’s Best Restaurants on the Map | Eater London

"There hasn’t been a decent new pub in Tottenham for what feels like a long, long time, so the opening of The High Cross is a cause for celebration. Alex Beeston and Chris Johnson have taken over the derelict public convenience at the junction of the High Road and Monument Way — and what an absolute gem. A sensitive refurb that has preserved much of the original tiling, with draught beers including local breweries Bohem and Redemption. Good homemade sausage rolls; excellent pork pies from Bray’s cottage; roast beef sandwiches on the bar; £10 roasts on Sunday — the Platonic ideal of a London pub has landed, a short walk from Seven Sisters tube." - Zeren Wilson

Proper British pub. Old and preserved. Cute little outdoor spot with fairy lights. Short walk from Seven Sisters. Great pint selection on tap. Yet to have the food. Great spot in the sun

Super cosy little place. I’ve been twice for the pie and pint (I had wine) Tuesdays which is such a good deal. The food is very tasty and satisfying and the staff are lovely. It can get quite busy so make sure you book!

Great place - former public convenience which gives it a certain character but the beer was good and it was a comfortable place to end the evening. Really nice. Just as good on a second visit - the outside area is comfortable with a number of bench-style tables and the inside, although small, is pleasant. The irony of the whole building once being a public convenience, now relegated to comparatively tiny closets therein, is entertaining.

Food surpassed our expectations. Top notch chicken and chips. Best I’ve had in awhile. Lived in this area for over a year and have never stopped by until recently. Service was great too - bartender recommended what’s maybe my new favorite drink? Good value all around

Quaint, intimate, tiny pub in the heart of Tottenham. I've popped in there a few times for a quick drink or two and a light bite to eat. They also have outside seating, which overlooks the high road. The female toilet is single use, which has always been clean when I have visited.

Lovely little micro pub! Good service and the food was absolutely incredible! I had the flat iron steak cooked to perfection! And for the price tasted even better! My partner had the fish finger sandwich which was also very good! My parents in law had the goats cheese basil and squash pie and the sweet potato curry, we all tried each others dishes and were very impressed with the food. Absolutely delicious! 10/10 for food 10/10 for service will absolutely be back! Good quality food and amazing prices! Can’t wait to come back again

Really good roast. Straight forward and brilliantly cooked. Amazing gravy. Very cute atmospheric vibe, stayed for a long time drinking wine and playing games. Perfect place for it.

One of the best pubs around. Always a great selection of beers on tap, Sunday roast (I had chicken and beef) absolutely banging. They have a pie menu and a super tasty scotch egg on offer. Love it and long may it serve the people of Tottenham
