I had such a good experience, the customer survice was amazing! Everyone there was very welcoming and extremely helpful! I ended up walking out with 3 Rosin Infused Prerolls from the Pairist and The Pairist's Flower and Diamond infused flower. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to return! :)

I don’t like to leave the house because of my anxiety but Gabriella was nice and made me feel welcomed. Was in and out of the store very quickly. Security was nice as well.

The High Note is a great dispensary with affordable prices, lovely staff, and stunning interior design. The waiting room is cozy and once you’re past the "secret door" which is disguised as a bookcase, the eye candy really begins. The cannabis room is spacious with rustic decor and fairly priced pre rolls. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't figure out how to open the sealed black bag they gave me, but that was nothing a pair of scissors couldn't handle. I was (pleasantly) surprised to find such a nice dispensary in East LA, and I'll definitely be returning once I'm in the area again!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everything is well organized, super clean, no strong odor, like a high end boutique. Kinda reminds me of a log cabin or ski lodge. They were playing The Pharcyde Passin' Me By when I walked in, I knew this was my new spot

First time customer! Was greeted by an amazing Bud-tender named Kimmy. She was super knowledgeable about the product lines that they had to offer. Security was super inviting, and welcoming. Environment was a 12/10. Super happy with my purchase and definitely will be back for more before I head back to home to New York

This cannabis shoppe is worth the trip. The bud tenders are very helpful and they will Supply you with wonderful products. They also have cannabis salve which works amazing for aches and pains. The prices are also very decent. I recommend this business to everyone.

One of my girlfriends recommended this place to me (I used to go to LA Kush down the street) and I am so glad she did because not only was this place absolutely adorable, the staff were so sweet and the selection was good too. The front desk staff (I didn't catch his name but he was super nice) was super welcoming, the vibe of the place was really calm and pleasant, and Kimmy was amazing. Kimmy guided me to everything I was looking for and answered all of my questions with a very sweet demeanor which I really appreciated. I left happy and would love to be back again in the future.

Too pricey, parking is not accessible and budtendar women aren't friendly. Rather rude. I felt rushed and was not satisfied with flower purchased.

All there flower is dry and not soft buds, your better off getting flower from your under ground plug swear it's gonna be way more worth it with him

Amazing place! The place is super clean, great parking lot and great selection. I had the pleasure of being helped out by Rachel and she is absolutely the cutest! She was so knowledgeable of everything. I got an edible (the agave concentrate so more like a drinkable), mini pre rolls (the perfect size for me) and flower. She showed me options and gave me some great suggestions/recommendations. I'm so glad this place is down the street from where I live and can't wait to be back!

I don't really write reviews unless I have an exceptionally great experience or terribly poor experience. I came in and said I'm looking for live resin. I was directed to an off brand. I asked about the more well known brands and was told I'm just paying more for the branding and the off brand is the same. I even asked at the counter again if it was pure live resin and was told yes. Come to find out what I was sold was not live resin but a blend "with live resin" and the well known brands was exactly what i was looking for. I spoke to the manager on the phone asking nicely for an exchange for pure live resin but was met with no refunds or exchanges, take it up with the product brand, attitude, and unprofessionalism. I don't understand how businesses operate this way. If you're going to shop here, just do your own research first because they're unapologetic for their mistakes.

I have never been to a store with better customer service. Jasmine seemed truely happy to help me and knew the details of every single product. She was beyond intelligent and warm. It was the opposite of a stress dream. If you are looking for great products and even better costumer service this is the place for you.

They were very friendly and attentive staff and pet friendly too. They invited me in with my dog since he was having a hard time staying in car. Love the decoration inside, it's not swamped with people and the smell is easy. Unlike other dispensaries where you come out smelling like a skunk.

Great selection at this dispensary! Place is inviting, has a really nice front office area with an even nicer layout once you're past the bookshelf. The staff is engaging & professional with no feeling of being hovered over. Selection is vast and nicely laid out. Pretty much anything you can think of they have a variation of here at varying price points. Definitely worth a try!

One of the cleanest, most professional dispensaries I've been to. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they never act like this is some secret society that you don't belong in. They answer all your questions and provide recommendations. The location is conveniently located right off the 710 fwy, ample parking, they accept credit and debit and they always have excellent deals. I drive almost 20 miles to get to this location because they're just that good. If you're not from the area, make a trip out of it. There aren't a ton of restaurants super close by since it's located in a largely industrial area but drive 1/2-1 mile nearby and you'll find some good spots. 10/10 will return for all my cannabis needs.

This place just ripped me off!!! I went for a curbside pick up early morning, the rep on the phone gave me the price of $50 for a transaction and when i arrived he gave me another price of $100. They dont want to give my money back and keep clicking on me when I call. Ashole guy told me to zelle when i get to the store but never came out and never gave my money back. Dont trust this company. I will keep calling till I get my money back.

I think I live by the fact that I think budtenders are some of the most pleasant people I have interacted with in a retail setting. Even though the security guards are intimidating, once you get through, The High Note quickly turns into a whole experience instead of being just a store. I came here specifically because they carry Leune, my favorite brand! I called ahead to make sure they were open and had Leune in stock, and the person I spoke to on the phone was super sweet and I had a great experience overall :) Not sure if this is just a me problem, but I seriously need to remember to bring cash or my debit card since they don't take Apple Pay/Credit Cards!

Let me just say that if you live in LA, Pasadena, South Pas, or Alhambra, you have got to give this dispensary a try. Just going behind the bookcase to enter the store is worth it, so much fun. They have plenty of friendly security staff inside and outside, the Bud tenders are all kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The last two times I have been, I opted for curbside pickup over going inside. This requires you to place an order online in advance, which is a piece of cake. The only thing I noticed is that there are frequently more items in the actual dispensary than what is listed online -- the online menu is not always up to date. So, another reason to do the speakeasy thing and enter behind the book case. Plus, it's just fun. However, the ease and speed of the curbside pickup service is amazing -- you just roll up, park along the wall where the curbside pickup signs are, send a text to the number on the sign and a budtender comes right out to your car. It's nice to zip in and out when you have other things to do that day. I like their selection of everything: flower, vape, concentrate, and edibles. They have a variety of products within each category and a range of prices, there's something for everyone. The last time I went I just bought some flower and a preroll, the flower happened to be on sale that day and the preroll was what I would call cheap but didn't taste or smoke cheap, if you know what I mean. They change vendors occasionally so I try not to get attached to any specific product and instead look forward to trying new things whenever I'm there. Definitely give this place a try, even if you're not close by, it's absolutely worth the trip. Oh, I almost forgot, they all wear masks and gloves and it is very clean in there. So quit stalling and go!

I enjoy this dispensary. My very first in person visit was very rememberable. They were very helpful at first. I tried to find out more information regarding placing online orders, so I tried the text messaging service they have on their website. When inquiring, the staff member was not helpful. They did not respond in an adequate time. When calling about it over the phone, the staff member did not take the time to listen and kept deflecting my questions. I hope that other members/customers don't have the same issue. I like to feel welcomed and listened to, when asking questions at any dispensary. Having a closed ended conversation with your customer isn't professional. Ehej

I'm literally writing this review in their parking lot cuz the workers were so dope. This place is super organized and the setup of the place was super unique. I never felt pressured or awkward once walking in which some dispensaries I've been to give off that vibe. Highly recommend this place.

TL;DR - Roomy and modern - Very professional - Staff is informed and helpful - Large selection - Good first timer discounts After getting my medical marijuana card I'd begun exploring the different vast amount of shops that are in the LA area. But out of them all, for some reason I keep coming back to this one. It's probably because they have a deal where you get an additional 10% off each time you visit for the first three times, buy one get one 30%, 40%, and then 50% off on your third visit. But it's not just the nice amount of money saved. These guys are the real deal. Modern and sleek from the moment you enter the waiting room to the inside when you're helped with purchases. The amount of variation they have in their products is great, and I'm never disappointed by any purchase I make here. From concentrates to edibles to flower I've enjoyed everything I've purchased here. Not only that but the staff is incredibly friendly and helps you out if you're confused about something! Just a whole bunch of friendly faces and it really makes the shopping experience that much nicer.

I really like how modern and clean this place was. I was surprised on how professional the staff were. They had a large selection of products including candies, cookies, gummies and etc.

This was by far the worst dispensary experience I've ever encountered and I've been a customer for 7+ years. They act as if they are taking covid extremely seriously however they have NO screens between the customer and budtender and instead make you stand inside a red box smushed together like sardines. This makes it impossible to review or look at what products they have for sale and puts the customer at risk of being exposed to covid, as there is no room to stand six feet apart. They claim only 4 folx allowed in the bud room, yet when I went in there were at least 8 bodies, and when I brought this to managements attention- they were extremely rude and not understanding of my concerns & proceeded to brush me off! I was told repeatedly to stand behind the red line, yet was given permission to cross it when I went to pay which defeats the purpose in my opinion. This situation could have been handled much more professionally by management considering their system is clearly flawed but all they did was give me attitude. I understand it's challenging for businesses to adopt new practices to mitigate the spread of covid, but the situation I was put in was unacceptable. I would highly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I have been smoking LA weed for years now The staff at this location need to have better training.. they should at least smile and be kind to customers that are buying their products... If I am paying you over $50 for product give me my shit with a smile on your face and do your job.. it's not that hard. very disappointed but plenty of other dispensaries in the area!!

The store is nice and clean. Easy check-in, nice receptionist. She made sure to inform us about the discounts. But once inside, there is limited help you can get. We were not informed we cannot use cellphones, I saw some guests taking pics of the products. I saw some gummies and decided to purchase it for a friend, since there were different flavors, I decided to call him to ask what he wanted and this guy just rudely told me that I cannot use my phone to call in the store. Then he said texting is fine. Ok, first there were no signs that said we cannot use our phones, and really? You are not allowed a phone call??? We still bought their overpriced items to try but will never be back. And what is the deal about "we don't provide printed receipt" policy? So shady. Really.

Great selection but they don't have good customer service- I'll write more later. For now do not buy their refrigerated edibles- if you do open the package in front of them. They are hiding the fact that their product is already melted. I will never return here & too bad they have a nice facility.

Hmmmmm we went there almost 8p (8/27/21) and they are lacking the door, but when we are their yesterday the manager said they closed at 10p and sunday at 8p. And if you are looking at the yelp. It say closes at 10p. What really is the truth? Don't trust their weed anymore.

I'm still on hold as I'm writing the review. I used to live this place it's not cheap but it's a nice place with a huge selection. 4 out of the 7 times I've been here not a great experience including this phone call and yes I'm still on hold. My wife and I have spent a few hundred dollars on oils, some cannabis but we decided to lo get get their house brand joints, terrible it's a decent size joint but it didn't get us high. DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD HERE! I came here yesterday to buy a cartridge . I used my debit card and told me they would charge me $3 to use it which I was fine with. My card was charged and I thought that was the end of it. This morning I get a notification from my bank that another $3 was taken from my account. Not sure why they are taking more money from my account a day after my transaction. I definitely will not be returning.

Daniella gave exemplary service today (thanks , girl!) and the security guard Billy is always a friendly pleasure every time I come! I can't say one bad thing about this place... other than it steals all my $$$! Gabbi is literally the sweetest girl that works there!!! She usually helps me, and is always great w recommending strain that I always LOVE. Such a great and friendly help every time I have popped in! Great selection and great service. Finally a dispensary that can cater to locals that don't look like a crack house! Great looking displays and love the speakeasy access. Budtenders are very helpful and patient. Why go any place else?? Plenty parking in safe lot that is guarded. Would highly recommend this place.. Mariah was very helpful and friendly!

I have been going there for 2 years. Always a great experience. However, today, they sold me vape cartridges that expire in 2.5 weeks. Barely enough time to use them and potency very low. I won't be going back there ever again! Beware!!

What a bummer this place. Went in for the first time on my birthday hoping to splurge a little. We were told of some first time deals in their entryway. When we got to the back their setup was really confusing and very limited selection. We were trying to figure it out on our own for a few minutes. We were waiting on the one person working who was being asked by some people from Germany about the legality status. He actually told them as long as it's not in front of a cop it's legal. Finally someone else came over and we asked some specific questions as we'd searched around a while on our own. He wasn't sure where to find any of the things listed on their counter top on sale sheet. We said never mind and asked for other stuff in their case and on the sale sheet, then after looking around he said they were out of that too. He went to look in back and we finally decided to just leave as we'd already been there for a long time.

The High Note without a doubt has more cannabis products than any other dispensary I've ever been to. They have a literal showroom. Whether you're looking for concentrates, flowers, edibles, CBD or anything in between they will have what you need. With friendly knowledgeable staff this place is your best bet, regardless of your experience (or lack there of) in cannabis products. Big thank you to Mariah for all of her help!

Great store! Happy to be a member. They have cheap stuff and the most important thing is that it is quality. Take advantage of their valet deal and you won't have to find parking yourself. Super great deals as well. I trust this place for my cannabis use. The east LA location is larger but they both have an amazing selection of weed. The weed tenders are super nice. Always very helpful. Theres always a new deal going on.

Love it here! I've been back in Cali for over 6 months and this is the only place I ever get my bud at! The quality is great for the prices they offer. I love the $20 eighths by Amigo and also their $30 strains. It's just me and I like a great indica and hybrid and definitely a great price. The team there is always on it whether purchasing from inside the dispensary or doing a pick up. Ordering online is quick and easy and I usually have my order within 10 mins. Take your their bag back with you and you get a $1 credit and reward points which is always a nice surprise! I definitely recommend this dispensary to everyone.

Great dispensary. Fair prices, super cool store and quite the variety of products. I personally love the Lowell Pre-Roll smokes but the Canndescent and Ervana are also pretty nice.

Awesome spot. They are really strict about social distancing and I love that! Most places are too damn lenient. I am super paranoid about covid so I am very VERY appreciative that they are taking this seriously. This shows they care about their employees and customers. Definitely coming back!

I come here for the customer service. I just recently started to venture into cbd/thc and the workers here are very knowledgeable with the products and my concerns (If I need to sleep, deal with anxiety, have a good time, etc.)

Thought I'd take advantage of one of their specials...buyers beware! I paid $115 for shake/dust! It was pre-packed so you can't see it nor do they tell you it's dust/shake. Weak!!!
