My folks live in Hoboken and say this is the best coffee in town. It’s hard to argue otherwise after having their signature Lavender Oat Latte and Iced Vanilla Chai (along with a yogurt blueberry muffin). What puts it over the top is the separate play area for younger kids. If I had one of these types of places in my neighborhood when my kids were young I’d have been here every day. Great coffee AND a distraction for my kids = SOLD!

Such a cute coffee shop! The lucky charms matcha was amazing ✨ I love how they added the marshmallow charms in the drink. It definitely made it so much better and fun to drink! The cereal milk latte was a little too bitter for me though. It didn’t taste like cereal milk to me.

I have to say, the cinnamon buns are definitely worth the hype. The line is pretty long, so I definitely recommend going early. But the service is quick and efficient, so you don’t end up waiting very long despite the line. We ordered 2 classic cinnamon buns and 2 crumble cake buns for 4 people and were stuffed by the end. I preferred the classic but the crumble cake is also very good and definitely worth the try. I also ordered an iced salted caramel latte, which was very good.

I recently went to the hive to try their well known cinnamon rolls. The store opens at 8am but there was a +40 people line by the time I got the around 7:50am. It took about 1 hour and 20 min from the moment I got into the line to get the cinnamon buns. They had the original and cannoli. I got 2 of both. Outside is dog friendly but pets are not allowed in the venue. The staff was nice and had good attitudes. They have an amazing assortment of pastries and baked goods.

Google
This place is located in my neighborhood and there was always a long line on the days they had cinnamon rolls. I finally tried out their rolls…. And they were delicious! I personally would not wait 1 hr long line for the rolls, but they were definitely special.

Google
Chocolate covered strawberry latte is 🤌🏼 It was just beyond 💯 we also got the mocha chip muffin, chocolate croissant, cinnamon sugar donut and the brownie batter cookie 😬 To be fair, we went mainly for their famous cinnamon rolls but apparently they get sold out in the like the first 30 mins of them opening and according to the staff people literally start lining up an hour before. So, turns out you gotta camp outside if you want to get a taste of it (so, yea may be another time when we’re motivated enough to stand in the queue on a weekend, lol) Their prices are little bit on the higher side but I guess it’s okay to splurge for once in a while. They’ve got a nice spacious area for seating and I also saw a playpen for the kids.

My daughter sent me a reel about The Hive! So excited to try their cinnamon rolls!! I had the honor of being the first person in line!! I arrived at 7:14am and The Hive opened at 8am. Shortly thereafter more people arrived and as shown on the reel the line was long. I enjoyed a latte to go and purchased my "allowed" 4 cinnamon rolls! Family and I enjoyed the rolls! Worth waiting in line! Suggestion! The first person in line should be able to purchase a bonus roll to enjoy with their coffee at The Hive! And I absolutely love their philosophy, as posted on their door: WE WELCOME YOU BE GAY WITH US LAUGH WITH US BE OUEER WITH US DANCE WITH US BE STRAIGHT WITH US HAVE FUN WITH US BE TRANS WITH US BE SAFE WITH US BE NON-BINARY WITH US CELEBRATE WITH US BE SILLY WITH US EDUCATE AND INSPIRE US CRY WITH US BE LOVED BY US LOVE WHO YOU LOVE you can sip with us Highly recommend! That you sip at the Hive! Metered street parking!

The line is worth the wait! They provided coffee and hand warmers for people who were waiting and everyone was so kind! The strawberry cheesecake latte was delicious and so were the blueberry cinnamon rolls.

Yelp
Probably most famously known for their ooey gooey cinnamon buns (that are so coveted a line forms around the block on weekends) but The Hive also serves up great coffee, a cozy space and a very kid friendly vibe. Even when I was a Hobokenite, I didn't live in this area, so I never stopped in too often, but after a recent visit I am reminded this a great gem in town. I got my usual hot oat milk latte and it was delicious and a perfect pick me up! They do have a few tables, along with lots of sweet little goodies lining the walls like candles, soaps, cute cards, etc. They also have an entire area dedicated to a kids play area. Kind of perfect for a town with so many young parents. For a non parent like myself, it was a little too loud and filled with tiny tikes, but I kind of love that there is a spot like this! I took my coffee for a walk around town instead of just sitting at a table with a friend like we intended. Also just gotta mention that the team of baristas was lovely and managing the busy crowd so well. Maybe not the best place to sit and work on your laptop, but there are a hundred other cafes like that in town. This IS the best place for two parents looking to catch up over good coffee with their little ones where they will be able to run around and play without worry.

Yelp
What a colorful and adorable coffee/bakery. Stumbled upon it after a lovely chilly walk around the water. Decided to get a muffin to take home for brunch...but was definitely interested in coming back for a chocolate croissant, cookie & interesting looking scones. Fun!

Politia M.

Yelp
No one does a chocolate chip cookie better than the Hive. I mean this thing is a monster. The chocolate chunks that come out of it once you bite into it are humongous. With that being said, it's a treat you can indulge in two days. It is sweet and thick and heavy but oh so good!!! I wanted to love their cold brew coffee but I am not a fan. It always tastes like spoiled milk to me. A coworker said that it's because the beans are strong ‍.

David T.

Yelp
Wow! Great cinnamon roll worth trying. Be sure you read their website on how to increase your chances of buying them. Never really thought much about cinnamon rolls, but this one was so soft and warm with the right amount of icing and filling.

Chastity R.

Yelp
Wanted to see what the buzz was all about. Let me start by saying The Hive is in a great location in Hoboken. It's primarily residential so parking isn't horrendous and is actually attainable. Got there late morning and the line was out the door. Already, there was a sign posted that they sold out of their famous cinnamon buns so if you came for them, you already knew what the next move would be. The place is bright, modern, packed with seating, and super family-friendly, so much so that they have a pay-to-play area for them. I chose my drink from the Valentine's Day "Love Potions" specials menu. I love when I have options, esp seasonal options. Got an Iced Love You Berry Matcha with oatmilk. It was really good. I was thrown off a bit at the price ($8 for a small) but I liked it so I'll overlook my thriftiness. I checked out the merch, sat, sipped, and observed. Even though the place was crazy busy and soooo loud, I liked my drink enough to get it to-go next time.

Yelp
**The Hive: A Cinnamon Bun Heaven in Hoboken** I finally made the early morning trek to The Hive in Hoboken to try their famous cinnamon buns. The experience of getting there early and standing in line for the first batch was totally worth it. I managed to snag their classic original bun and the monthly special: the coffee crumble bun. While I was there, I also treated myself to their cereal milk latte. **The Buns:** **Original Cinnamon Bun:** Compared to other buns I've had, The Hive's cinnamon bun had the most divine texture. It was impossibly fluffy, melted in my mouth, and was served warm. The original frosting was delicious, but I still prefer the frosting from Red Gate. A combination of Red Gate frosting with The Hive's bun would be a match made in heaven. **Blueberry Pancake Frosting:** This frosting is a masterpiece. Its sweet, tangy blueberry flavor perfectly complements the warm, fluffy bun. This is a must-try, and I'm definitely going back this month to indulge in more. **Coffee Crumble Bun:** This bun had the same amazing, pillowy base with a crunchy crumble topping but no frosting. I adored the crumble, but I think it would be even better with frosting--or the dip from their collab with Pop Up Bagels. The bun itself wasn't dry at all; it was wonderfully moist and tender. **The Drinks:** **Cereal Milk Latte:** This intriguing concoction combines the nostalgic taste of cereal milk with a latte. While it was good overall, I couldn't quite taste the distinct cereal flavor I was expecting. It felt more like a regular latte with a slight hint of sweetness. Still, it was a comforting and tasty drink to accompany the buns. **Fun Facts:** Did you know that The Hive offers monthly flavors for their cinnamon buns? It adds an element of excitement and surprise for returning customers like myself. Additionally, these delightful buns are only sold Friday through Sunday, and they usually sell out before noon due to their immense popularity. **Atmosphere and Amenities:** Beyond the delectable treats, The Hive boasts a gorgeous ambiance. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your buns in any weather. Plus, for families, there's a pay-for-play area for kids, making it a delightful destination for the whole family. **Overall Impression:** To sum it up: Would I come here every month to try their different cinnamon buns? Absolutely! I would happily wake up at 4 AM to make the journey at least once a month to savor their delicious creations.

Yelp
I can't believe it's been 3 years since my last review! I frequent The Hive often - I love this coffee shop! Great vibes from the baristas, always and yummy lattes (my favorite are always the seasonal ones like Lucky Charms Matcha or the recently moved to regular menu, chocolate covered strawberry cold brew OR latte!) their lavender oat latte is delicious too, was my go to in the beginning but now I like to switch things up. Oh and let's not forget about the viral cinnamon rolls! They truly are the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had (yes, even over Cinnabon's ) they're huge, gooey, and oh so yummy but you'll have to get up early and wait in line for them because their popularity has sky rocketed but I promise they're worth it ($8 each & ONLY on weekends - be sure to check out their instagram they update it when they're sold out!). Most recently they've had monthly special rolls like blueberry crumble, chocolate covered strawberry and now (April) - cannoli cream! Parking in Hoboken is always tricky so just bc one a little earlier to give yourself time to park. If you have little ones, they have a great play space (I think you need to reserve online and pay in store**check the website for more info**)

Yelp
Ordered: Original Cinnamon Roll (~$8) Blueberry Pancake Cinnamon Roll (~$9) Lavender Oat Latte (~$6): subbed coconut milk bc they were out of oat Aya's take: Woke up early on a Saturday and decided to seize the day with some cinnamon rolls. At 7am, there was already a line of 15 people ahead despite them not officially opening until 8am. The line was probably closer to 50 people by the time it was 8am. They start taking orders exactly at 8am, give you a little post-it note with your order and tell you what time your cinnamon rolls will be ready. They also have complimentary coffee/tea while you wait which is a nice touch. I decided to get one of each, and as many others have said, the price is a bit steep! Despite that, I can't say I've had a better Cinnamon Roll before. The Blueberry Pancake was unbelievable; the frosting is creamy, sweet, and tangy while the cinnamon roll itself is light, fluffy, and warm. The Original Cinnamon Roll was a good try; you definitely get more of the cinnamon here but the roll itself is just as good. Btw, we were told by the workers that they probably don't freeze well and I'm here to tell you they actually do! We had them days/weeks later and just defrosted in the microwave on a low setting for about 3 minutes. I was surprised that they still held pretty well! Lavender anything is my go-to at coffee spots and I have to say this Lavender Oat Latte was one of the worst I've had. The lavender did not taste like lavender whatsoever, the coconut milk I had to substitute was a bit overpowering, and it didn't really give me the caffeine kick I needed. Not sure if it was just a bad batch of lavender, the barista made it wrong, or it was just an off day but it wasn't good at all. Glad I got to try out The Hive and would definitely return if any of their seasonal flavors catch my eye.

Yelp
Such a cute coffee shop in Hoboken! Dropped by for some cinnamon rolls - but they sell out early. Opted for a few coffee beverages and other baked goods. Coffee here is good and their cold brew tastes good. The hive also had unique seasonal menu items and I got to try 'the frenchie' with a cold brew base which was a Madeline cold foam on top of cold brew. So so good. There are other cool items such as coco loco cold brew. Highly recommend if you're in the area looking for a cafe and or on the hunt for great coffee.

Yelp
The cutest coffee shop that makes you want to be a Lululemon Hoboken Mom. There's a little playroom in the back that is so adorable and kids were playing together. So many parents/grandparents/Nannie's were in and out during my post-tennis stop there for my online biz calls and presentation. The staff were lovely. The Wi-Fi was great for my 3hr stay. It wasn't loud inside. Seating outside was just as packed as inside. Everyone on calls were at cognizant voice level. I was sad that by 10am they had already sold out of the cinnamon rolls I craved. So I just ordered a donut and specialty iced coffee, which were both good. I love that they sell mom-related products like greeting cards, journals, etc. super cute & efficient for niche gifts when ya need em. Now seeking a husband so I can fit in as a regular at The Hive. Haha don't fret there were singles coworking as well, a male, and a couple females. Go before 10am for cinnamon rolls but save me one. Go, enjoy!!

Yelp
Quality/taste: My friend and I both got the lavender oat lattes, blueberry muffin, and almond croissant. We LOVED the lattes - the coffee was strong, while also having that clear lavender flavor but not too overpowering. Hands down one of my top 3 lavender oat lattes I've ever had. The blueberry muffin was OK, nothing special. The almond croissant was good. It had a nice almond filling inside that wasn't too overbearing and tasted really different/good. Would get it again! I got it warmed so I recommend you do too! Service: There was a line when we got there. Line went by quickly tho. The staff were really nice when we were ordering. She even made some recs on what was good to try. We came to try the cinnamon rolls but by the time we got there (around 1pm), they were sold out! :( Our drinks came out quickly. Environment: Spacious, cute, and clean! They could use more seating/tables. But there is free wifi! It did get a little loud at one point of being there because there is a kids play pen area. Price: $$ Overall, I really liked this cute cafe. I would definitely come back and try a different unique drink that they offer. I appreciate how they are really clean and how quick the service was. I do wish they had more seating available though. Good space to work from.

Liz C.

Yelp
The lavender oat latte is delicious. However, be warned. THIS IS CHILDREN CENTRAL. It's a cafe for parents with kids. If you want to sip your coffee in peace, this is not the place for you.

Jiyoung O.

Yelp
Great coffee and neat cafe in Hoboken! I came to visit my son in Hoboken and this place is close to my son's apartment. Found this place by accident. Love to pick up my coffee every morning.

Yelp
Not sure how it happened but we ended up in New Jersey, we were looking for a new coffee shop to visit, and not wanting to head in the usual directions and I guess H. Wanted something with a view, so I found this cue spot called the HIVE and it was buzzing a few minutes after we got here! We were a bit sad that their cinnamon bun but it was sold out! So it must be tasty , we ended up getting a s'mores cookie , blue berry scone and my s'mores square Which was sooo Tasty! We will come back and enjoy the vibe, there is a spot for small kids to play and Mitch to but you should come by and enjoy! We also got a hot chocolate with whip cream and a black coffee and a mocha all Tasty!

Alyssa J.

Yelp
Great coffee shop with nice ambience! It's not a place to sit and do work in my opinion (due to space), but it's the perfect spot for coffee and a delicious pastry. The cookies in particular are mouthwatering. Plus the staff is friendly!

Nicholas G.

Yelp
We got the banana cinnamon bun and the regular cinnamon bun. I wasn't sure it would live up to the hype but it was pretty good. Not sure I would wait 25 minutes again but if I am only judging the product it was delicious. The icing isn't too sweet and the cinnamon flavor is lovely. They are best eaten hot obviously. Worth it to check out!

Ashley W.

Yelp
This review is solely based on getting the lucky charms matcha and it was delicious. Not too sweet and the matcha itself was super tasty and smooth. We also tried the blueberry + cheddar biscuit. I liked the blueberry more. The small size for the matcha at almost $7 was a little too pricey for me-but otherwise - very much enjoyed!

Yelp
I heard a lot about this place in Hoboken and after their recent opening in Jersey city I decided to try. Unfortunately I was in a rush so I couldn't take more pictures but I'll be definitely back soon!!!!! I haven't stopped thinking about their strawberry ice late (it has another name in their menu but I don't remember ) to be honest at first I questioned my self: strawberry with coffee ??? But it is actually amazing!!!!!! (If you like sweet tho) My favorite part was that coffee tastes strong and the combination with the strawberry foam is just incredible. The shop is really nice decorated and you can feel a really nice ambiance from all the team members. Also love the idea of the playground for all those mommies that want to enjoy some coffee and don't know where to go w their babies, it's just amazing. You have to pay $5 tho. They also have a counter with extra supplies for those that like to add more sugar or more milk. I would say the hive should become in one of the most places to visit when you're in Hoboken/Jersey city Btw I can't wait to try their cinnamon rolls!!

Wei S.

Yelp
Great place to meet other parents in the neighborhood. My son and his friend loved spending time there. They also met some new friends.

Kenna S.

Yelp
The cinny's are hyped up no doubt so I went it with mid expectations and semi-expecting to be disappointed since they have become so popular. But boy was I impressed! They mastered the cinnamon roll from the texture to the flavor. The cinnamon roll thankfully was not dry at all but also not too drenched. I loved the cream cheese frosting vs sugar frosting. The frosting was also not overwhelming and the roll itself was not overly sweet. I also had the cereal milk latte and thought it was the perfect mix of coffee and sweetness. Not overly sweet and did have a more potent coffee flavor, which I prefer. Overall, 10/10 and would come back without question.

Caroline B.

Yelp
The Hive cinnamon rolls are unreal. My favorites so far have been the seasonal pumpkin , apple , & just their plain regular ones as well. Even though they're on the pricier side they're definitely worth the price and the long wait.

Kimberly R.

Yelp
We are big fans of The Hive! I must have ordered their lucky charms matcha almost every week while they had the special running. Their baked goods are so dang good. We have tried their chocolate chip cookies and the s'more's brownie/blondie - it is SLAMMING! Their coconut cold brew is so smooth. My husband usually always orders the salted caramel latte enjoys it.

Josh B.

Yelp
I knew nothing of The Hive, and when the cup from my Uber Eats delivery said Sip. Shop. Stay. I thought "did I inadvertently order from a co-working space or hotel?" But this place knows its beverages. You don't have to choose between utilitarian wake-up drinks and frothy flavors. I got a strong iced americano but got it with cereal milk, plus the "maple staple" latte. You won't usually find me ordering something called "sweather weather in a cup." The preparation was fast, drinks were carefully packed. The reasons for why I skipped my daily Starbucks trip are beyond the purview of a Yelp write-up but I was glad to discover The Hive.

Alexis S.

Yelp
My friend and I came here to try their home made cinnamon rolls, and going in, we knew we were going to have to get there early. We arrived around 8:30am on Saturday and there was a line out the door, but it moved quickly. We ordered two cinnamon rolls, a chai and their cereal milk latte. The space itself is super cute with a good amount of seating, a large and very clean restroom and a children's play area in the back. They also have merch and other home goods for sale. If you ever find yourself in Hoboken, this is a must go to place!

Brian C.

Yelp
The cinnamon rolls were worth the wait. I was told about this place while my son took his SAT at the local high school. Fun place!

Kristine T.

Yelp
Looking for a cozy spot where moms can chill with their little ones? Look no further than The Hive! It's a haven for moms, opening early with stroller parking and a play area for kiddos. My 6-month-old daughter and I love the vibe, and we're counting down the days until she can join in the fun. The coffee is divine, and don't get me started on those pastries--yum! Still haven't snagged a cinnamon roll, but you bet I'll be back to give it a taste and update my review!

Adrienne M.

Yelp
Decided to wake up early on a Saturday to meet my friend at The Hive as we heard their cinnamon buns are amazing! Lines start forming outside at 7:30am and they open at 8am. Since it was snowing outside not many people showed up which was a plus for us. We waited around 20+ minutes on line inside and was enjoying our cinnamon buns by 8:30am. The inside is super cute, inviting colors. Pastels, pinks, whites. There is a play area where you can bring the kiddos and a stroller area outside. Super convenient! There are chairs and tables inside and outside. They also sell candles, snacks and merch. I ordered the lucky charms matcha along with four cinnamon buns (four is the limit per person). I also grabbed a lucky charms rice crispy. My friend ordered the chocolate covered strawberry latte which seemed like a customer favorite! My total was $48 which is crazyyyyyy for four cinnamon buns, a matcha and a rice crispy but hey... I'm here for a good time :) The matcha with the lucky charms was good but I wish I tasted more of the lucky charms. The cinnamon buns were gooey, warm and delicious! My bf said they're better than Cinnabon haha! All in all, it was a morning well spent especially since I found parking right on the block. FYI - cinnamon buns are only sold on Saturdays & Sundays and usually sell out by 9am or 9:30am.

Dan B.

Yelp
Obsessed with this place!!! The cinnamon rolls literally have the people lining up around the block before the cafe even opens. They only make a small amount each day (or just on weekends?) and they sell out quick. There's a limit of 2 per person for a reason! I went on a Saturday morning and was waiting in line at 7:50 am. By the time they opened at 8, there were about 7-10 people waiting. People were getting dropped off while their rides circled the block. I mean!!!! Iconic! Catherine (sp?) the owner is so sweet and kind. She was scooping the h*ll out of that icing and plopping it down on the cinnamon rolls! She was very friendly with my local friend that I went with. I love when business owners remember customers' names and get to know them past transactional interactions. 5 stars for that alone! Otherwise, the cinnamon roll was delicious and the variety of seasonal and year-round beverages they offer made it really hard to decide which one I wanted. They also sell merch and cute gift things around the store. I wanted to buy one of everything!!! Also, they have a rotating schedule of events they host there, including a drag bingo. So needless to say this place is on my stan list forever. Ok bye!

Sangeetha S.

Yelp
enjoyed my not-so-psl! would def go back here, very bright environment. friendly staff. good drink!

Michelle T.

Yelp
Updating my review since I finally got one fresh and piping hot. We were picking my friend up for a road trip down to DC and decided to meet at The Hive. I got on the line at around 7:55am and there were maybe 13 people in front of me - on a Saturday. We picked up 3 cinnamon buns and I had an iced coffee. Coffee was great and I love that milk mixins' are behind the counter and you can do it yourself. The cinnamon buns are so good fresh. Truly, a cold cinnamon bun does not do it any justice. It was so good and well worth the wait. I stopped by on our return trip dropping off our friend and picked up another coffee and a brownie cookie. The cookie was so soft and moist! Staff are also just so nice and truly a joy.

Liam M.

Yelp
Fantastic latte to grab when walking on a nice fall day in the neighborhood. People were nice. Definitely coming again

Fernanda E.

Yelp
I tried the highly recommended chocolate-covered strawberry cold brew with oat milk. The chocolate flavor was subtle, allowing the coffee taste to shine through. However, I wish the strawberry flavor was more prominent, as it was only in the cold foam. A syrup or puree might have captured the name better. The seating area was interesting--spacious but with minimal, cramped seating so I wasn't able to stay too long. The staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions about Hoboken since I'm not a local. Next time, I'll definitely try their Spring Specials! They sounded delicious but need more promotion, as I only noticed the tiny sign near the cashier after I got my drink. Overall, worth a visit!

Gabby A.

Yelp
This place is so cute!! I have only been here once (word of the cinnamon rolls drew me in), but I will absolutely be back! The atmosphere, food, and service is all top notch. Check it out!

Sara B.

Yelp
This review is for their Jersey City location but I can't find their Yelp page. AMAZING coffees (I got the lucky charms matcha, a summer seasonal drink called the Frenchie and the cereal milk). I also got this DELISH dessert bar- it has marshmallow on top and a bunch of layers in between, unsure what it's called but SO SO good! I did miss the cinny rolls :( but I'm sure those are well worth the wait if you get there early on a weekend. The girl who took my order was the sweetest human and I really enjoyed visiting this shop. I'm from CA but when I come back to Jersey, I will be coming here every time for my coffee and sweet treats. Also, it's the CUTEST! In the cutest neighborhood too. 10/10

Chloe C.

Yelp
Made a pit stop here while traveling through the area and it was delightful! The drinks and bakery were both delicious! Service was great too - everyone was very friendly. It's a very cute space as well. We sat outside (it was summer time, I'm just slow to review!) for a while and played cards while having our snack - it was a delightful little spot and reprieve.

Merly M.

Yelp
BTW I never left a review before,I ordered a large caramel latte which comes with 3 shts of expresso plus I added 3 more because i needed a boost anyway it was gross very watery bad taste and they had no whip cream i give them 2 thumbs down best thing was the cute girl at the counter

Rockstar N.

Yelp
Go for the cheddar chive scones!!!! I am going back again tomorrow! Delicious! Can't wait!

Eve S.

Yelp
Super friendly owner and staff. The cold brew is delicious. The cinnamon rolls have to be ordered at least a day ahead of time since they have to prove. I guess they're homemade! Would have loved to try them. I know to order ahead next time.

Dana O.

Yelp
$7for a small iced oat milk PSL. Was warm and very sweet, lacked any espresso flavor. Very cute place. Clean. Friendly staff. Busy for mid day on a Friday. Small candle was $38. Parking may be difficult in the area. Wanted to try their cinnamon buns but was told they are only sold Saturday/Sunday and usually sell out by 9/930AM.

Kerry L.

Yelp
incredible service and colorful decor! so lovely and fun inside! I swear by the matcha here!

Daniel F.

Yelp
There's nothing wrong with selling out of a product in high demand, however, what's not acceptable is telling people that you're sold out for 30 minutes (including a pregnant woman) only to sell an "extra" cinnamon roll on the side. I was able to purchase what was supposedly the last cinnamon roll. I was obviously limited to one since that's all they had. After waiting for about 35 minutes inside and seeing dozens of people told that they were all out, I witnessed the manager sell someone an extra cinnamon roll that was miscalculated in their total. It's a bad look for a business. Also, maybe try not to be so obvious about it next time.

Yelp
Super cute coffee shop! Love that it's so diverse and open to kids, dogs, moms, dads, LGBTQ, working people, dates, etc you name it. They even have a sign explicitly saying this. The location is so friendly and the employees were kind to give me recommendations. The chocolate brownie battery cookie is THICK! I HAD to try one of their bakery items and it didn't disappoint. I probably could have shared it with someone or brought some home but instead I ate it all. Somehow the chocolate was still as if it just came out of the oven. Great quality. The cozy chai with oat milk was lovely. The vanilla spice syrup is the perfect fall drink. I definitely will be back and support them! They also have a lot of seating area and a kid friendly play zone.

Yelp
Ordered a lavender latte with almond milk and coco loco. The lavender flavor was good but the drink itself tastes watery (not sure if it's the espresso or milk). The coco loco tastes a bit sour but it's strong, which I enjoy.

Stood in line for the blueberry cinnamon roll and WOW WAS IT WORTH IT! 10/10 the staff is so friendly and they had hand warmers and coffee for the people waiting. While we stood in line they came around and took everyones order. Will def be returning (-:

Yelp
Nice addition to this part of Hoboken! Super cute space. Bright, open and airy with lots of room. Playroom for the kiddos. Bravo to the owners on the design. Standard menu with a few twists (the Coco Loco Cold Brew - or whatever it's called - was very good). Good basic cold brew with a selection of serve-yourself milks off to the side. Friendly staff, welcoming location, great part of town. What's not to like?
