We came for Valentine's dinner...and chose the $80 menu instead of the $50. The portions were pretty miniscule...foie gras was decent, and the goat was delicious. But then we had the filet and the duck...and both were super disappointing. I've never had such a tough cut off filet before. And the duck was described as on the bone, but it was not. And the desserts? What a joke. I don't know if they just planned poorly and ran out of things... They ran out of a dessert option on each pricing, but allowed us to have the dessert from the lesser priced menu (and thank goodness, because the higher priced dessert was terrible and didn't really match the description). Our total bill with tip was $240, and I've never felt such a waste of money on a meal before.

Awesome change. Love new menu. Best old fashion ever. Pork belly starter is heaven. Oyster starter is awesome. Best spot in Georgetown. That was NOT how I felt about hollow before tonight.

Food was highly unique, with some foraged local content, that is impressive. Need to have a designated "waiter/server" though, who asks "Do you like your meal," especially since it's over $100 for 2 people, and no one asked...very strange.

The Hollow was perfect, I brought my wife there for a birthday date. The food was unbelievably good. The service impeccable. The drinks unique. The wine paired. The menu is small but with this you get amazing choices that are seasonal. I cannot see ever being dissatisfied with; food, drinks, or service at this restaurant. My only complaint is that I did not find this amazing, creative restaurant sooner.

Absolutely love coming here! Always great food and great service. We had a surprise dinner party here and they went above and beyond accommodating our large party. My most resent visit was for brunch with my best friends, the drinks were great and as always the food was fantastic! If you haven't been here, your missing out.

One of the most unique dining experiences we've ever had. Our waiter, Benjamin, clearly loves his job and the service was fantastic. For a cocktail, I highly recommend the Limoncello - it was faboulous! From the bread to the heirloom tomato salad to our entrees of steak and flounder, everything was amazing! Finished it off with a desert of goat cheese cheesecake! We will definitely be back!

Amazing food. Creative. Fantastic cocktails. The Hollow never disappoints. The dumplings are so good! The fish dishes are great. This is one if the best places to eat on the square.

Fantastic dinner - morel mushroom with artichoke and beets with salmon appetizers were absolutely awesome. Mushroom were stuffed with hen mousse. Pork with polenta and scallops with beans were yet another entree dishes with burst of flavors!!! And pineapple flan torte and chocolate mousse were desserts out of this world. Must go and check out other dishes. I plan to go back for Sunday brunch!!
