"This yellow and red-colored cafe offers one of the best varieties of doughnuts anywhere in South Florida. The best part of Hollywood Donut Factory is that you can have the best of both worlds – classic crullers, cake, and jelly doughnuts are always available, in addition to fantasy flavors such as mango, key lime, and cereal-topped creations. If you want savory to balance the sweet, Hollywood Donut Factory also has bagels, bialys, and dozens of breakfast sandwiches – including NJ pork roll for those Garden State natives craving a taste of home." - Laine Doss

We ordered the donuts via delivery not knowing what we were getting. They were so big!!! Omg and so good!!! I was sad my stomach wasn’t big enough to eat more. The guava cheese and eclair and lemon filled were to die for. Highly recommend.

12/14-14/24- What a beautiful new addition to the Las Olas food scene! Right next to The Riverside Hotel! I was staying there for the Winterfest Boat Parade.. a very busy weekend! A very warm and friendly staff welcoming the crowds.. Very efficient staff! They have just a few tables outside and limited seating inside. The assortment of donuts is epic! OMG! Just trying to decide which of my favorites to order! I love coconut, banana, Dulce, Boston cream! I ordered the Boston cream with a thick layer of chocolate ganache! Yes they are huge and filled with a ton of custard! The chocolate was amazing! Definitely enough to share! The next morning I ordered the French cruller and a cappuccino! It’s hard to find a good light French Cruller these days but theirs was amazing! Taking yummy to the next level! It’s really a grab and go.. I would take it into the Lobby of the Riverside and relax and enjoy! I highly recommend!

OMGSH Quite possibly the best donut we've ever had. Great coffee as well! The woman at the counter was super nice - which made the visit even better!

Google
Delicious donuts! Highly highly recommend. Also, this is the donut company that the Amerant Bank Arena uses and I saw that at the Panthers game! Delicious donuts!

HOLLYWOOD DONUT FACTORY: WHERE DIETS GO TO DIE (AND IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT!) I left Howl At The Moon to look for something sweet. I stumbled into Hollywood Donut Factory on Las Olas Boulevard, thinking I’d just grab a quick coffee. Ha! Foolish me. The moment I laid eyes on their donuts, my willpower evaporated faster than my Americano cooled down. And let me tell you—that sour cream blueberry donut wasn’t just good; it was life-changing. Moist, rich, packed with flavor, and so perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy that I’m pretty sure angels sang when I took my first bite. Pairing it with their bold, smooth Americano was a power move. The coffee was strong enough to wake me up but not bitter enough to make me regret life choices. It was the perfect match—like peanut butter and jelly, rock and roll, or me and bad decisions at a donut shop. The vibe inside? Friendly, clean, and full of people who clearly knew they were making the right choice in life by being there. The staff was fast and welcoming, which is important because when you’re craving a donut, every second counts. Long story short: Go here. Eat the donut. Drink the coffee. Accept that you will come back for more. Your taste buds will thank you (even if your waistline doesn’t).

Google
Over the course of my stay in Ft Lauderdale, I was able to try several of their doughnuts, (blueberry, key lime, blueberry and my absolute favorite Maple bacon) and all were very tasteful and extremely fresh. The espresso is absolutely outstanding and the price was very nice, keeping in mind location, quality and location (downtown Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas). The "staff" that waited on me Saturday morning I later found was one of the owners. Very friendly and down to earth, taking the time to engage me in conversation abouty stay, and ensuring that my visit to their store was a pleasant one. If you're in the area and want the best coffee and/or a nice filling doughnut, stop in. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Google
VEGAN DREAM- THANK YOU This is the most incredible vegan donut that you could have. I had the blueberry and frosted, I got the loyalty card I must tell you the card will be full pretty soon. The service was amazing and it’s a really cool ‘ coffee place’ as well. Delicious.

Google
The best Donuts around, was there Saturday night picking up a dozen. The counter lady was very friendly and the donuts were very fresh. We also love the Hollywood Boulevard location

Yelp
We stopped at the Hollywood Donut Factory and met with the employee, Marcy, who was great and made our experience fun. We got a bavarian creme donut hole .59 cents - wow was this a moist and a sugary delight. They serve fresh squeezed orange juice and expresso coffee and of course a huge array of gourmet donuts. They have inside and outside patio seating. The bathroom was very clean too.

Honest R.

Yelp
Ok, I'm simply in heaven after finding this place. They make Kronuts! I had my first Kronut in Seattle and have been jonesin' ever since. For those who don't know about Kronuts, they're like a glazed croissant doughnut that is so delish, both taste and texture. We also got the Boston Cream which has to weight over a quarter pound! Their doughnuts are not cheap but they're enough to serve 2 people. Kudos to the Hollywood Donut Factory, the absolute BEST! Thrilled I found you!

Maria C.

Yelp
Didn't understand all the hype so had to try it. Nothing remarkable other than the BIG size of the donuts, and its variety. Still take my glazed Krispy Kreme any day! HOWEVER, I would highly recommend their donut holes. Their small size is perfect for tasting their variety -- my favorites are the plain:glazed, Bavarian cream and chocolate.

Jimmy T.

Yelp
We were walking the Riverwalk area and ended up on Las Olas Blvd. We saw the Hollywood Donut shop and had to go in... Love how it's decorated inside. * Today I got the Banana Crumble Donut and my wife got the Blueberry Sour Cream. My wife LOVED the Blueberry Sour Cream! It had a great flavor. With my Banana Crumble it was just OK (just my opinion). The crumble and donut had good flavor but the banana filling inside tasted like fake banana pudding.

Rob F.

Yelp
This donut place on las olas was clean inside and had some good looking donuts. We chose a classic glazed and a chocolate glazed. The glazed was great but the choc glazed was stale. Not sure the deal with that but I'll avoid it next time if I get donuts there again.

Angeliki G.

Yelp
Fluffy delicious donuts, it was early evening and donuts were still fresh as they were just made. Cute small coffee shop with a clean vibe. They have free pup cups and it was great snack for all of us to rest up and recharge from the Florida heat with our pup. Definitely will come back.

Angie R.

Yelp
Great little hidden gem, if you're driving by you might miss it, but it's literally east of the Cheesecake Factory. Great service, super friendly. We had the strawberry donut and the blueberry donut. Blueberry was by far my favorite. And! They even have vegan options for those who need it. Also, they offered our little guy a pup cup!!! Will be back!

Gabi Y.

Yelp
Took our neighbor's dog for a walk on Las Olas and stopped in here to get some donut holes. The staff was SO nice & LOVED Rocky! Super friendly and even gave him a pup cup and a treat when we first walked in. The donut holes were so delicious too. 20 for $9.99!

Yelp
The Hollywood Donut Factory on Las Olas looks like a plain donut shop. And while the ambiance is ordinary and the service is friendly, the donuts offered inside are unique and tantalizing. These are humungous donuts, each the size of a large hamburger bun. As I walked into this place my eyes devoured all the offerings while my mouth began to salivate and my body instantly gained a couple of pounds. The variety of choices are all mouth-watering temptations: sour cream, oreo-flavored, dulce de leche, Boston cream, banana cream, and specialties that include cronuts and bacon. There were three of us, and we opted for a plain glazed donut, a Boston cream, and a banana cream. The banana cream was dusted with what looked like cake crumbs and had a smooth banana filling inside a moist doughy donut. My husband loved his plain glazed. Moist, doughy, sweet, and filling, he said. I ate halfway through my huge Boston cream before I hit any custard. Although I was tad annoyed of having to wait that long to hit the jackpot, getting there was very pleasant as I chewed through moist dough topped with gooey chocolate frosting. Then, when I hit the filling, it all seemed to be in one spot, but oh so worth the wait. Donuts average about $3.59 each and specialty items cost more. But the huge portion is worth the price and your tastebuds will thank you for the sweet treat as your waistline encourages you to do some extra exercise that day.

Katie L.

Yelp
The sweetest, kindest owners, brother and sister duo (Bobby and Kat). Not only do they have the best coffee on Las Olas and amazingly delicious donuts but they are very civic minded individuals. They donate any leftover donuts to local not for profits daily. I met Bobby as I walked my dog one early morning when he said hello , good morning, it became a routine and noticed he greeted most people he made contact with. I used to go to the other coffee shop on Las Olas but when I tasted this Illy coffee I fell in love. And the donuts ... vanilla cream powder is my absolute favorite. Little taste of heaven! Bring your pup, sit outside and have great conversations with locals and tourists alike. It has become my morning routine as I walk my pup. Clean water bowl with ice, pup cups and doggie treats!

Monique Y.

Yelp
Decided to give this place a try because it was the closest donut shop in the area. Came in an was not greeted. 1 of 2 cashiers seemed to be having a personal conversation and continued like there wasn't a line. When it was my turn I wasn't really helped more like what do you want and rushed. I ordered 40 donut holes and they were good and soft. The restaurant was clean and had indoor and outdoor seating. Prices were average.

Elvin D.

Yelp
Good donuts and a good variety of them. They also make speciality coffees which I didn't try as we were looking for something sweet after dinner. There was a decent amount of donuts still and we came in around 5pm. They still tasted fresh and soft. We got some donut holes which actually come in different options not just the usual glazed and chocolate, which was nice. I got the blueberry donut which tasted pretty good. The 2 ladies working were nice and helpful. It's a good donut shop located in the downtown area.

Maureen P.

Yelp
Delicious donuts! Better than the chain donut places. You can buy donut holes for less than a dollar a piece, so if you want to try a couple different flavors, it's a great option.

Ashley S.

Yelp
My little sister was craving donuts. I'm the only place I can think of in this area was gelato and Italian pastries but luckily I use the Yelp app to search donuts in the area and this place must be new, because I never seen it before. I got there there was nobody there or these huge, jumbo humongous donuts. They also have a coffee too. Staff was friendly place was nice and clean.

Yelp
Will post a more in-depth review later! Thanks to the very sweet lady who was soo patient w me as I kept changing my mind on what flavors I wanted. I originally was only coming in to try out two donuts and alas left w 6. I couldn't decide what flavors I wanted ‍ While they may not look it, these donuts are much larger than most average donuts. I'm a chocolate kinda gal with anything desert related unless you offer me Dulce de leche or coconut. I originally went in thinking chocolate but the Dulce & coconut cream were calling me. The Dulce de leche is coated w a powered sugar & melts in your mouth! The inside has the perfect amount of caramel filling. This donut is huge, fluffy & delicious!! Stay tuned for rest of review!

Julie F.

Yelp
Great donuts here! And the gals behind the counter were so nice, as well. We'd been to their original location in Hollywood. We'd really liked our experience and the food there. After reading they were opening on Las Olas, I knew I had to visit. As we were in the area for an event, we planned to come here for an after sweet treat. This location does not also have a full service restaurant menu as in the Hollywood one, just doughnuts. But oh the doughnuts! They are huge. And there are a lot of options from which to choose. It's a small shop with only a few tables/counter but mainly a takeout for doughnuts and coffees. It's on the south side of the street between the Cheesecake Factory and the Riverside Hotel. The construction in the area makes it hard to see. We took a bit of time deciding which doughnuts to get. So many looked appealing. I went for my favorite from them -- a vanilla cream filled powdered sugar doughnut. My husband chose one that had cake crumbs on it; (kinda like the signature Dandee doughnut). We each took a few bites -- rich and sweet and delicious... and took the rest home. He ate his for dessert after dinner. I've been slowly taking a bite here and there -- after dinner; for breakfast; after lunch... and I still have half left! I know we will be back... and I promise to try another kind next time we visit.

Yelp
The is a newer spot right on las olas. Both times I went so far we're early in the AM before 7. Service is friendly and the establishment is clean. Last week I tried coffee and sour blueberry donut. This was so good I had to come in for another visit today and tried the traditional sour donut. To no surprise, it was amazing. Can't wait till Saturday when I start the day with surprising my mom with these donuts for her birthday! Thank you for opening up a store close to home for me!!

Roselena A.

Yelp
10/10 ! 100% recommend! I walked to this donut shop a Sunday afternoon. There was so many options & all at a good price! I love how they had specialty donuts that you could fill it yourself with Nutella or caramel. I've been into Oreos lately so I order the Oreo cookie crumble donut. AMAZING! The size of the donut was not even a regular size donut it was pretty huge. As I was eating a big family came in to order so I would say this place is a hit.

Lesly M.

Yelp
I was so excited about this new location in Las Olas since it's closer to me! I finally had the chance to stop by and I am obsessed! It has this very modern look to it and fits in perfectly with the area! One of the many things that stood out to me is that they have a full lineup of Illy products and if you know about coffee you know Illy is amazing! They also have fresh orange juice that is freshly squeezed upon ordering. The donuts are phenomenal as always and they've even added their custom special ones that come with a syringe filled with different things such as Nutella, caramel and more! This place, the staff, the owners everything about it deserves 5+ stars! If you haven't stopped by this is your sign! Go check them out!

Iliana C.

Yelp
The employees are very nice and there are so many options that anyone is bound to find a doughnut they like. Plus, the doughnuts are HUGE! Would definitely recommend checking this place

Carol K.

Yelp
DONUTS! And just steps from my front door. Not sure that's good for my waistline but these doughy pieces of goodness are delicious, come in an array of flavors and the shop is staffed with friendly faces. These donuts are more like the cake variety so more dense than a regular Kristy Kreme or other such yeast donut. And that's what allows them to be filled with a variety of tasty fillings although my two favs are vanilla and Boston Cream. They have tables out front so you can sit and people watch on the trendy Las Olas Blvd. They'll set you back about $4 a donut but well worth it for this dreamy piece of indulgence. Now, I may have to move a little further away to walk off all these delicious donuts!

Janet N.

Yelp
One Word Cronut!! Amazing. All of their donuts are fresh and delicious but I'm obsessed with the Cronut. Crispy just the right amount of sweet and creamy center. Not filled, just the way the croissant reacts makes it creamy/dreamy Glad this place isn't closer. That would be dangerous. Coffee (Miele) also Soooo Very Delish Friendly staff assume they are owners be cause they obviously care and it shows in the quality and cleanliness!! Doggie friendly pup cups and treats Goshthink I'm needing all of the above this morning. See you there!

Jaclyn K.

Yelp
The best donuts in Hollywood! Dandee Donuts is my favorite, but with the closest location in Pompano, Hollywood Donut Factory is a close second. They have indoor seating with a full menu and a large parking lot in a shared plaza.

Lisa D.

Yelp
I've been looking forward to the new donut factory on Las Olas, and was excited to see it's NOW OPEN!! They had a huge selection of donuts to choose from...along with espresso, coffee, and other beverages. They have some seating inside and outside. Brand new interior, and very cute and clean! I tried the blueberry donut...it was perfect. Fluffy and super sweet. It's a BIG donut. Definitely could be split between two people! The price was high for a donut (~$5 with tip), but comparable with other shops on Las Olas. I noticed they also had donut holes at a lower price point, which would pair perfectly with an espresso! I recommend this place, and look forward to my next visit!

Angie S.

Yelp
Great new addition to Las Olas. Located right beside Cheesecake Factory and easy to find. Myself and a coworker stopped in for an after lunch treat. The red and black decor is super cute and inviting. They had a large selection of donuts but because they are so big I only ordered two. I decided on the key lime and caramel delight. Both were so soft and airy. I would have loved if the key lime had lime flavored icing also but the filling had a great tart flavor. The donuts are close to $4 each but they are huge and worth it. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors.

Ashley K.

Yelp
The service was really great! Everyone was super friendly and it was really cute inside. There was a huge variety of doughnuts but I ended up getting the apple fritter. The apple fritter was good but tasted a bit oily. The other people I was with really enjoyed their doughnuts and coffee though!

Bebe M.

Yelp
I visited here recently... they offer several vegan donuts. I grabbed the glazed one and immediately took a photo before biting into it-- DELICIOUS! Those donuts are soo fluffy and soft on the inside (not in weird way tho!) it's a nice contrast to the fried/ baked exterior! The ambiance was chill- no frill and clean. This will be my new late night craving joint!

Anna R.

Yelp
I'm not a fan of dunken doughnuts- but I prefer that over these massive tasteless and very expensive not worth it doughnuts.

Brielle P.

Yelp
Our first time here after stumbling upon the store after grabbing dinner nearby. We went around 730pm on a Sunday and they still had a bunch of donuts in store. We got a glazed and chocolate glazed to eat for breakfast the following morning and when we ate them 12+ hours later they still tasted fresh! Store was clean and the gal working was friendly and efficient. We will be back early in the day next time so we can see what they have to offer!

Amanie O.

Yelp
They have different, interesting and classic donut varieties. Price point is what you'd expect for being in las olas, $7.00 for two donuts, (which is crazy) but again, "las olas". The flavor of the donuts is nothing special, they are a bit on the dry side in my opinion. Two out of the three employees where very upbeat and friendly (coffee station and table station), however, the cashier acted and looked like she didn't want to be there. This prompted us to just hurry up and leave rather than explore the new addition in the las olas street. Overall, it satisfies the donut craving if you're in the area and happen to crave a donut. The establishment is clean and organized. Just be aware that you'll spend some cash because of the location and the service experience can be a hit or miss. As locals of the area; Will we come back? Not really, I'd rather stop by elsewhere if I'm craving coffee and a donut before heading into work.

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
The best donuts we have ever had. They are like individual cakes. Far superior to any other donut establishment .

Tiffany T.

Yelp
The donuts are very good and the staff is very accommodating. My son wanted a donut with blue icing that he saw a couple of weeks ago. The sales woman said it was a limited edition and they didn't have it. She went to the back to see if they still had the frosting and they did! She made him a special blue frosted donut with rainbow sprinkles and chocolate drizzle. He was so happy.

Kristine H.

Yelp
Such a cute place. It is small but great place to catch up with a friend or to grab a quick donut. I absolutely loved the Bavarian cream donut hole and the Cronut! Those are my favs so Far. The coffee to me was okay nothing special but not bad. Service was friendly and I assume it's the owner there in the morning which he is very nice as well.

Jacob S.

Yelp
The employees were super kind and cheerful. Donuts here are giant and delicious. The scenery is beautiful and the vibe here is calming. Music is also a masterpiece. Definitely recommend The Hollywood Donut Factory!

Jessica E.

Yelp
Big fan of the donuts! Service is awesome, everyone is helpful. I love mixing and matching my box. They stay fresh in the fridge for a couple days which is super helpful and they have a ton of options.

Nancy C.

Yelp
Donuts too good people sooo nice you have to come The best Thank you

Fernando S.

Yelp
Good spot to fill that sweet tooth on Las Olas. They have a great selection of doughnuts. The Oreo cookie one was my favorite but the guava one is cool and unique too. The staff is friendly and the place has a nice setup. They also have a nice coffee machine for some expresso to go with it. Some outside tables on Las Olas so you can sit down and people watch. Pet friendly as well as they usually have some water outside for the dogs.

Katie H.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town and needed something sweet. Cute place with a wide variety of pastries and coffee. I had a banana cream donut and my friend had a cronut! Wonderful! Made to share..very generous portion. They went down even better with my cafe mocha! Definitely be back.

Karen N.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise I had waiting for me when I walked into our office kitchen. Sitting on the table was a big box that glowed with the lettering of this donut shop. My first impression was that the box resembled a carnival big top attraction. "Come on in! We've been expecting you!" Well, I would have loved to have taken a picture of the carnival attraction, but when I opened the lid, I didn't want to turn anyone off. The huge box was half empty and the left overs had been gutted. Hmmm, choices, choices. I chose the half knifed Red Velvet. These donuts are enormous and the half filled me up like a whole. Now I want to sneak back into the fun house and grab another half of whatever is left and have that one for a snack.

Rachel W.

Yelp
I tried 2 donuts but only enjoyed one. To start with the positive, the blueberry sour cream donut was amazing, 10/10, highly recommend. The other was a Reese one that was an extra $1.50-ish to pick a filling, which is cool in concept, but the syringe they gave had almost nothing in it, the donut was essential bread with a tiny bit of filling and chocolate icing

Kurt D.

Yelp
Pretty good donuts. Some great flavors that differ from the big chains. Service was nice and fast

Maura C.

Yelp
Sweet little shop with pup cups, delicious moist fresh donuts and a perfect view of Las Olas.

Natalia D.

Yelp
WOW! Hollywood has HUGE, delicious, and fresh doughnuts! We were shocked by how big and heavy the half dozen box was. There were so many options to choose from, you'll certainly find a type of doughnut you enjoy. We bought the glazed, dulce de leche, Boston cream, Oreo, salted Carmel, and apple filled. Each doughnut tasted delicious, especially their glazed doughnut. If a doughnut shop has an amazing glazed doughnut, then you know you can trust them. The staff were so kind and pointed out their favorites. The shop is super cute and offers some seating inside and outside. We enjoyed the beautiful morning breeze while eating the doughnuts outside, making for a perfect Saturday morning.

Cat B.

Yelp
Wow, simply great! Massive donuts! They do have donut holes, which is what I got.Totally worth the trip!

kelly E.

Yelp
Super nice employees and worth the price. I recommend. The designs on the donuts are very cool

Barbara M.

Yelp
Hubby and I stopped here this morning. It was our first time here. I had a powdered raspberry donut while my husband had the chocolate eclair. There are large pastries! Both were delicious! Spent a few minutes chatting with the owner, Bobby. Really nice guy! Highly recommend!

Tina S.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place so bad!!! Im a student and was craving donuts today after my classes. I searched for a elevated donut shop to buy from. I found this place and got six donuts for $20, which I thought was a bit expensive but I was willing to pay for unique donuts. Sadly the donuts tasted old and not fresh. My French cruller donut was soggy and way too sweet and the other donuts had a stale to the touch feeling. Extremely disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money.

Susan G.

Yelp
Nice donuts but very expensive They look fabulous too. Maybe for a treat, not on a regular basis

Judith Z.

Yelp
Love the donuts, corn muffin and bagel with cream cheese. Husband loves the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Would give them 5 stars if they were open longer.
