I want to take a moment to recognize James at Home Depot for his outstanding customer service. I came into the store feeling overwhelmed because I had a broken antique clock that means a lot to me. I had already taken it to several places and was told it couldn’t be fixed, so I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for when I walked in.
James noticed me and immediately stepped in to help. He reassured me that he could take a look and kindly pulled me aside so he could focus on fixing it. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and genuine the entire time. What stood out the most was how caring and respectful he was, especially toward elderly customers. He did not rush at all and took his time to make sure the clock was fixed properly.
He also guided me on exactly which glue to purchase and explained everything clearly. Thanks to him, my antique clock is now fixed, and I couldn’t be happier. I truly appreciate how professional, kind, and thoughtful he was throughout the whole experience.
James is a true asset to Home Depot, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much, James, for your help and kindness. I look forward to seeing you again the next time I visit Home Depot.
