I purchased a refrigerator, Black Friday. Delivery date was set up for Dec. 11, 2018, I found this to be ridiculous but accepted. On delivery day driver was supposed to call with a 30 minute lead time, this I confirmed the morning of the delivery. Driver called me and stated they were there. I wasn't, thanks. I rushed from work and let the driver know I was on the way. Much to my surprise no one there when I get there. I am now without a fridge till Friday along with taking another day off work to accommodate an outside source to deliver the product for Home Depot. Do Not buy things from stores that outsource delivery. There is no accountability for either side. Everyone then has someone to blame. I am so disappointed in my service and wish I could return the product. I truly hope I am able to get this handled on Friday 12/14, and never have to deal with home depot again. At this point they offer to give me 10 percent off, slap in the face, I have lost two days of pay for this and guess what.....10% doesn't cover.Embarrassing to even entertain the idea of accepting......Thanks Mike, Asst. Store Mgr. at Banks crossing home depot. Changed my life for sure.
