I came in here to find a cooler. I asked at least five people about the coolers they sent me to a bunch of different places so I was around there for at least 5 minutes. Looking for coolers finally help me and asked this guy and they said oh we don't have coolers so waste time. The only good experience I had was the cashier. She was very nice and help me out on a item that didn't scan. People do not know their jobs

Over the weekend we rented a hardwood floor cleaner and low and behold it didnt work. The lady running the rental department was rude , very unprofessional , no manager was even informed and i feel like she did not take me seriously. When i returned the machine she said her tech would look at it Monday, i told her my husband is a mechanic and thought that the pump was going out and it would not put the water on the floor after it got hot, she then told me that their was nothing she could do. I asked her if the tech ran the machine for a long period but could tell she lied to my face. Not to mention the machine was so dirty when i got it in the first place and they even had a sticker on it saying cleaning fee applies. So your welcome for cleaning your dirty rental machine home depot. I will NEVER go back to this home depot, id rather drive to baton rouge. You lost a customer renovating a house now.

Poor customer service and poor management! CHRIS, the manager, is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. One of the store employees suggested we open a credit card to receive an additional 20% off a $2,700 purchase. After we were approved, the employee realized that the 20% discount was actually capped at $100—a very misleading promotion by Lowe’s, which the employee himself wasn’t even clear on. When the employee informed us of the mistake, we asked to cancel the purchase. We then waited 20 minutes for a manager to arrive, even though the employee called for him over the walkie-talkie multiple times. When Chris finally showed up, he didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize for the misinformation, and didn’t acknowledge that we’d been waiting. He spoke only to the employee. It wasn’t until I directly addressed him and asked what the resolution would be that he even acknowledged our presence. Even then, he offered no real resolution, responded with a condescending attitude, and walked away without addressing the mistake or offering any form of rectification. Although this is our local Lowe’s, we will not be returning until there is customer-service-oriented management in place—specifically, leadership that understands how to deliver adequate and respectful service.

Customer service no longer exists at this store. The person ringing us up in garden center refused to go get a price off of an item that she couldn't ring up on our cart. It was hot and our cart was full. The person that told her to go get the price, then asked us if we wouldn't mind going to get the price. I looked at him and said, of course, I mind. NO ONE MOVED. So, I headed to the back of the HOT GARDEN CENTER He stated loudly, This is only because this is a new item, take a picture of it and bring it to the front, So she can ring it up. When I got back and showed her my phone, she rang it up, put her scanner down and walked away. She didn't hand me my receipt. She didn't say thank you.It was horrible.

I would like to share my experience at home depot today today I was helped Miss, Ms Nique an after I mistakenly broke a solar light. they had another cashier at the register and she removed the broken solar light from the bag, even though I was willing to purchase it because I have a couple of solar lights at home. They just needed the top and I just was going to replace the tops well these two cashiers not Ms. Nique, Took the solar lights that had been broken out of the bag after I had already cleared up with the cashier that my plane was to purchase them despite them being broken. The two ladies remove the tops out of my bag and then begin to look at me and converse like I was stealing, not trying to make it a race thing. I shopped at this Home Depot, regularly and find most of the people that worked at friendly. The only problem that I do find at this Home Depot that is hard to find somebody That can actually help you when you’re looking for products or have questions about it I’ve spent countless of hundreds of dollars maybe even thousands at this store and I just won’t be coming back for a while. Let’s just say that I mean not come back at all on the verge of losing a customer for good.
