Always greeted when I enter the shop. The sandwiches are marvelous consistently and the staff truly goes out of their way to be sure everything is perfect. We have been going here since they opened a very long time ago!

Definitely ruined my 2024 thanksgiving! My daughter arrived the evening before Thanksgiving to pick up a boneless turkey order that I placed the day before. When my daughter arrived home I opened up the container and I immediately thought they gave me the wrong order. Reason being is because the turkey was pink as if it was ham!!!! It was hard and rubbery at the same time. I will rather eat from a crackhead on canal street before I order from here again.

Ordered via Uber Eats 2 orders of their new Pulled Pork Cuban Sliders 3 pack. I specifically requested NO pickles. First bite, big hunk of dill pickle! Sorry, but when I ask for no pickles, I don't expect them, especially from a quality sandwich shop like Honey Baked. Very disappointing...

Prices have gone up but nothing beats a good ham sandwich

Service was fast and really friendly; the sandwiches I ordered were delicious (the chicken salad and ham classic); definitely one of my new places to grab lunch; also the store had a lot of other items I plan on trying!

Walked in on 11/22 @ 12:45 to order a sandwich for lunch. After standing in line with nobody in front of me and 4 employees chatting it up, one employee finally asked if they could help. I said yes I’d like to order a ham sandwich lunch. After a long pause and all four employees looking at each other I was told they are no longer serving sandwiches. Who runs this location? Please look into your employees! Will never go back and spread the word as much as I can. When I walked in another customer was walking out with a lunch sandwich.

One of the employees here has no business working in customer service. I arrived at 3:50pm which was ten minutes before they close and the lady rudely told me that they were closed and I could not order a sandwich. I went back inside the store when I saw the owner and told him what had just occurred. The rude employee first denied what had occurred and then changed her story to say that she was joking. She was embarrassing herself by telling lies. Anyway I do not plan to go back to this place ever again. The rude employee has a new nickname. I call her the “we close early lady!!”

Their hams are sooooooo good!!! The employees are kind and very helpful. I like shopping there. Raymond

The SERVICE at this Store is HORRIBLE!! They tried to "Make me wait 15 minutes" for my Frosty. Then had to WAIT for Meat for my compt Hamberger. I just walked out of the store.

I ordered the Broccoli Bacon Bliss as a side to my sandwich and what I received looked nothing like the photo. I expected a bowl of crunchy goodness. Instead, I received a little 4 oz cup of smashed broccoli and mayo that resembled baby food. YUCK!!!! I hope this batch was a mistake and this is NOT the way this item is truly made.

So what's the person who doesn't eat pork doing reviewing this spot? I was in charge of ordering and acquiring a ham for an out of town relative. Ordering online was super easy and you don't pay until you pick up. I was sort of concerned about the amount of time it would take to pick up, the day before Thanksgiving. But they were super organized and since I went around 9am, I was in and out in less 15 minutes. The staff was hustling and it was easy. Bonus my family loved the ham.

I buy Honey Baked Ham all the time . I wish they had one back in Raynham,Ma. Most of the time the ham is great once in a while they send one with a lot of fat but they always make good on it. ................................... This Xmas I ordered my ham good one came on time.I ordered on the phone. , then my credit card co. called me to tell me that someone from that area tried to use my card in 2 different places. I only use this card for Honey Baked Ham . So the card co. stopped the purchases so be careful.

AN OBVIOUS 1-STAR SHILL REVIEW - by a person with no profile & zero friends has strategically lowered the overall rating of this quality deli. And although I view Honeybaked as a strong 4, I'm supporting "Christopher W". (Yes I flagged it but corporate office said it was valid). THERE'S A 2:1 GENEROUSLY PILED-HIGH RATIO of thick cut ham, turkey & provolone to flavorful multigrain flatbread on the pesto specialty sandwich (see photo). And unlike some cheaper chains or more expensive gourmet shops, this version just tastes more substantial for the price. $8.80 COMBO MEAL IS A GREAT VALUE: 8" quality sandwich, a choice of side, refillable soft drinks (counter service gratuity). The space is small but has indoor and out seating for about 25. Moreover, the efficient staff quickly serves the steady flow of uptown locals that have patronized this low profile café for decades. TIP: To bump up the flavor and moistness ask for a few packets of their gratis horseradish sauce.

Honey baked ham is the no joke, hands down best ham on the planet. This store in particular also has great customer service and a very generous owner who is supporting our local food bank during this global crisis. I'm a big fan.

When I walk in they usually already know my order! Talk about customer service and feeling welcomed. My salad is always fresh and my sandwiches are always packed with yummy ham in between two beautiful croissant slices! I highly recommend this location.

Back when I was a student at Loyola I used to come here quite often for lunch. I hadn't been here since I moved back to town. It's easy to forget this place exists, since it's nestled in the Riverside Market on Tchoup, but yesterday I randomly remembered it did and decided to have lunch here. The food was just as good as I remembered. I love the flavor of their ham, and I love that it is kind of a thick cut of ham they use for the sandwiches. The pretzel bun the sandwich came on was yummy, and the horseradish sauce had a nice balance of mayo and horseradish. The service was friendly and efficient and the whole meal was around $9 which to me is a bargain. Yes, it's a chain, but in the city where the po-boy reins supreme, it's definitely worth checking out.

Honeybaked ham has become a must for me on Christmas, this year that tradition continued and wow was it good. The ham was juicy with just the right mix of sweetness to spice in the crust. Always a must for me and my family and the service at this location was swift and friendly.

Perfect for a quick and delicious lunch with outstanding service. The staff was very friendly upon entering and were patient while we browsed the menu. The sandwiches were made perfectly to order and were very good quality. HBH did not disappoint. Professional staff and delicious food at an affordable price - yes, please!

Terrible service. They will not serve you first if someone comes in after you to pick up an order.

I'm in college, so you can imagine my joy when I was given a FREE catering box. I was absolutely overjoyed...In the box, there was a chicken salad sandwich, chips, and even a chocolate chip cookie (my fave). However, upon biting into the chicken salad sandwich I realized my mistake THERE WERE GRAPES IN IT. GRAPES. First of all who puts grapes in a chicken salad?? Seriously, who?! In what world is that okay??? In my long 20 years of life, I have had MANY chicken salad sandwiches but none of them have insulted me as much as this one. This sandwich was awful, and even worse it was a waste of perfectly good grapes. You should be ashamed Honeybaked Ham, absolutely ashamed. I will never eat your chicken salad sandwiches again, EVER. However, the cookie was pretty good. Hard but good.

I was visiting friends in New Orleans and wanted to bring a honey baked ham to add to the Thanksgiving day meal. Since we were from the north east we thought it would be best to procure the ham locally. I have had honeybaked ham's almost every year from many places across The United States. This is by far the worst experience we have had. The ham was so over cooked that only the first thicker portion was good. Over half of the ham was over baked to the point that it was not edible. I would have returned the ham except that it was used at a dinner 300 miles west of New Orleans. It was my fault for not inspecting the ham on site. I strongly recommend anyone consideringhey ham from this store be certain to inspect the ham prior to leaving the store.

I was so glad to see there was a HH in NewOrleans. It easing of my favorite easy lunch stops in grad school. The ham salad was just as good as I remember and the tea just as sweet. The menu is extensive and there have been more than a few holidays where we snagged a ham here versus baking our own. Always a good idea! Glad to know they are there. The line staff is great - patient and accommodating but sweet Jeebus in his manger be careful of the cashier ogre.

Love the food. Stopped by to grab a quick sandwich, and the sign says closed at 4:00. On a Saturday??? Really? Yelp says you are open til 6:00. I will go back, I just wish you had better hours.

I have been eating here for a while and the sandwiches are amazing! I love the bread selection, along with the sides. Its like a premium subway with fresher bread and nicely cut meat. They also cater!

For the past two thanksgivings, honey baked ham company has been there for me and my tummy! Last year, we went all out, ordering a full thanksgiving dinner, complete with succulent honey baked ham, smoked turkey, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. All the meat is precooked and just requires you to heat it up (I vote for the oven over the microwave). The side dishes do require a bit of cooking before they're ready though, but there are great directions that are easy to follow. It was amazing and wonderful and tasty of course, the only impediment for me doing the same this year was the cost (the cost of quality) and my personal desire to try and cook some homemade foods for thanksgiving this year. That's why this year we opted for just honey baked ham's signature item, the honey baked ham! Ours was bone in ham (you can get boneless too). I like bone in because it keeps the meat juicy and locks in the natural flavor. The meat went very well with my own creations, and added the thanksgiving feel to our household.

Beware of cross-contamination! I ordered a sandwich here from a girl who was slicing raw chicken and all she did before going for the bread was dry the gloves off with a paper towel. She looked surprised when I asked her to change gloves! The food at HoneyBaked Ham has always been great and still is but I was shocked at this lack of basic kitchen health and safety. It's a shame; I've always enjoyed the food here but probably won't eat here again.

I placed an online order on Tuesday. I called the store on Wednesday to verify my order was received and the items would be available later that day. I told the sales associate I would not be able to arrive at the store until the afternoon. Needless to say by the time I arrived, my order was sold to someone else! I questioned the manager on the process for online orders and how could this have been allowed to happen. He only offered excuses and apologies and replaced my order with other items. To say I was totally disappointed would be an understatement. I will not be ordering from this store again.
