A Review of Hotel Chalet, Chattanooga | Hotels Above Par

"Nestled in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside, this four-star boutique stay revives a historic railway campus with a $19 million rebrand and restoration by Trestle Studios, pairing Appalachian soul with French charm and earning the area’s first Michelin Guide One Key. Across 127 rooms—including 25 Pullman train carriages with private entrances and poolside terraces—the designs toggle between Victorian romance (pinch-pleat drapery, bentwood chairs, original Tiffany Glass pendants) and Mid-Century eccentricity (60s-inspired bespoke wallcoverings in lilac, lime, and rose). French Nouveau landscaping turns the gardens, courtyard, and lush, warm-lit pool into an oasis, while interiors layer luxurious velvet couches, dark tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the mountainscape. Amenities cue tranquility: a heated alpine pool treated with a mineral blend to promote relaxation and recovery, fire pits in the courtyard and the Glen Miller Gardens, a 24-hour gym with Echelon Fitness equipment, plus a lobby coffee bar, 24-hour retail, a parlor-and-patio restaurant, and an outdoor bar—letting you travel back in time with historic designs while enjoying modern-day luxury." - Haley Bartlett

The Hotel Chalet (Chattanooga, Tennessee) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Chattanooga’s Terminal Station was once a symbol of the golden age of rail travel. But the stately Beaux Arts–style building, home of the famous Chattanooga Choo Choo, barely escaped demolition in the 1970s. Newly protected as a historic site, it functioned as a Hilton hotel for decades. In its latest iteration as the Hotel Chalet, the landmark’s original grandeur has been fully restored — sunshine pours through dome-like skylights, classic cocktails are served through the window of a refurbished caboose, and the interiors, illuminated by antique lamps, exude old-world charm." - Tablet Hotels

If you love everything vintage, this boutique hotel is for you! Tucked into a private area of downtown Chattanooga, this hotel was memorable from the start, from the decor to the service, this hotel was top-notch. Arriving mid-afternoon for a wedding I was attending, I was immediately greeted (while still in my car!) by the doorman, who promptly retrieved a parking pass for me, without me even needing to step foot out of my car! After a friendly (yet prompt) check-in at the front desk, walking into my room was like walking onto a movie set. From the retro light fixtures, carpet, bathroom hardware and tile, all the way to the fabulous knob light switches, this room did not disappoint! I also have to add: this was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel, and the water pressure in the shower - WOW!!! The wedding venue was perfect and the weather did not disappoint! The outdoor ceremony was held in a courtyard (thank goodness for the artificial turf for all us ladies who still love our high-heels), the outdoor cocktail hour had plenty of seating with a beautiful fire-pit, a converted train-car where you can get your drinks, and no lack of service with the hors d’oeuvres being served. The wedding reception, held in their ball-room, provided everything for a great event: space for dancing (with a balcony above - which offered the perfect set-up for crowd pictures), a walk-up service bar, nearby rest-rooms, and most importantly: a TOP-NOTCH staff (especially Dian, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable). Downtown Chattanooga was never on my “to-do” list, but experiencing The Hotel Chalet makes me want to return for a destination trip so I can experience this hotel all over again and peruse the wonderful shops and restaurants that are all within walking distance of the charming Hotel Chalet.

Our experience at the Hotel Chalet was absolutely exceptional. We hosted a small, intimate surprise birthday party in The Barber Boardroom, and it could not have been more perfect for our group. The space was beautiful, private, and exactly what we needed for the occasion. A huge thank-you to Brandi, the hotel’s event coordinator, who was outstanding from start to finish. She stayed in constant communication throughout the entire planning process and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. On the day of the event, the staff was incredibly helpful during setup—attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their support made the celebration run smoothly and helped create a memorable experience for everyone involved. I highly recommend the Hotel Chalet for any special event. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or better service! Jill

We stayed on one of the sleeper train cars for a unique experience and While it was unique it was rather run down .. furniture old. For the price $300 per night I was disappointed however my husband loved it...go figure. I had requested extra towels and coffee packets and they were not delivered by the time we left the room to go to dinner. The outside light over the door was out making it very difficult to see when entering the train car. The bathroom was surprisingly very nice. Kids might enjoy the train car experience. The actual hotel lobby looked nice. We were there in November so no pool access of course. $20 parking per day in their lot and they hold $75 per day on your card just in case you drink one of their $6 comes in the mini fridge! But great location next to many restaurants and bars.

Dian gave myself and my parents a tour of the beautiful hotel and how the layout has changed since we stayed 20 years ago. I loved the look of the hotel. It’s so classy and clean. It was so kind of Dian to show us around and we really enjoyed chatting with her. We felt welcomed to the hotel like we were family. Definitely planning a trip back to the hotel in the summer!

We could not have been happier with our choice of hotels for our trip. From the moment that we walked in I was happy. The high ceiling and openness of the lobby is stunning. The walls are painted deep teal, wood paneling and wood floors that shine like glass. Chandeliers hang everywhere. It’s both romantic and sexy. I adored the restaurant which was smallish and calming. Oysters on the half shell and burgers were to die for. Cocktails were fabulous. Our first encounter with the staff was Kay who treated us like family. She’s a special employee. We did not stay in the train cars but I would love to our next visit. I took many many photos of them. What a unique vision to turn these cars into sleeping accommodations. We will be back soon.

The Hotel Chalet is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! We were only there for one night sadly but it was such a luxurious, cozy, clean and beautiful place to stay. We loved having access to a nice patio to sit at and enjoy our cup of coffee. We ended up meeting Dian, who we believed was the owner of the hotel but she is the concierge and she was so welcoming and asked us how our stay was. She took a picture with us before we left. We got to talk and get to know her a bit, she was so sweet. The woman at Elsie's daughter in the lobby, Amanda got our coffees and pastries prepared for the morning and was very kind and friendly. All in all, great experience and we absolutely would love to come back and stay in one of the deluxe sleeper cars!

Google
Charming, quaint, updated, and unique hotel in the heart of Chattanooga. Had a brief but impressionable stay as Dian welcomed us with her great personality and attention to detail. We enjoyed talking with her and getting recommendations as well and learning more about her and the hotel. Her presence made the experience lasting! Her vibe alongside the evenings lit with little fires and patio tables made the evening feel like the joys of international travel. Walking around the grounds at night, we got to hear live music from places nearby and spot the train cars (so cute with lanterns that put you in a different time). The hotel staff was responsive to our needs. Room was clean (most important!). I don’t love carpet in hotel rooms and the walls are a little thin, but it got quiet soon enough (only reason for the 4-star in that category). Also, the barista makes a great cappuccino! Thanks for a lovely stay! I recommend trying it!

Google
My husband and I were driving cross county from Florida to Colorado and just picked Chattanooga for a stop due to location, but we couldn’t have gotten luckier with our hotel choice! The Chalet is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. A lot of the historic hotels are still old hotels at the end of the day, but The Chalet keeps the charm with just the right amount of modern updates. We didn’t opt for the train car room since we were only staying one night but I honestly wish we did, they are so cute and unique!! The location is wonderful with lots of options for dinner, drinks, and even early morning breakfast in walking distance. The on site restaurant was delicious for a quick dinner (the bacon wrapped dates?? Amazing). The star was really the service though, Shane and Makiyah (so sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) helped us when we got in, and even let us use covered parking for our car since we were towing a small cargo carrier and it was raining. They were friendly, very helpful, and so thoughtful. Trey checked us out in the morning and was equally wonderful and friendly. Chattanooga is a beautiful town and this hotel is the PERFECT place to use as home base while you explore. We will be back, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Yelp
Nice room, comfortable bedding and nicely placed in the historic district. We ate dinner at the nearby Italian restaurant- 10 minute walking distance, and in the morning walked down to Chattanooga choo choo and ate breakfast at the frothy Monkey (less than 5 minute walking distance walk). Overall highly recommend. We ended up with third party booking and stayed at the hotel. If you want to stay in the train cars - ask for the Sleeper deluxe rooms. Next time we will be trying out the train cars :) Helpful staff. Coffee is free in the room. Water bottles and everything else is charged. Parking is $18. Best of all - check out is at 12pm. So you can easily go and grab late breakfast/brunch and take your time to refresh prior to setting out on your way!

Yelp
Updating this to 3 stars after Brad waived our patio and parking fee. Brad also accused me of attacking him. To be clear, I didn't meet Brad until this morning. Still not reccomendkng this place to my family and friends. This place is completely overpriced and way too high on their own supply. They did not accommodate for the number of parking spaces needed and the whole place is completely insane. They charge you two dollars for a banana. This place is crazy. Come on girls run...I am dictating this Right now in the parking lot running to stand in a spot trying to get a parking space for our car while my husband is circling. BTW parking is $18/night and they don't have enough spaces but they still charge you They also charge an extra $80 per night for 1/2 of a patio that can barely fit 2 people but you have to share it with your neighboring room. They send messages about "yoga classes" and then tell you are $15pp. They only give 3 towels when you told them you have. 4 people in your room. And it's September but the "monthly agenda" posted is from June. This hotel needs to get down from their high horse and actually create an experience for their guests to enjoy - without nicking and dining them to death. Oh and the in room coffee is bullshit and the watered down bullshit coffee in the lobby is $3 per cup.

Yelp
Cute.. Cute.. Cute! This place has all the feels! From the moment you pull up the staff was on point! The gold accents in the rooms had me! Do yourself a solid and get the oysters!

Yelp
Stayed there for opening night last year, October 30th. Bugs and other peoples hair were found in the bed in our train car, We paid for a meal, but the restaurant wasn't open and they didn't compensate us. Reached out to management via phone and email and never got a response.

Yelp
I really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Chalet! It's decorated in an art noveau/1920s style, which gives the hotel character. Apparently the hotel was recently renovated last year. The lighting is dim throughout the hotel & the rooms creating a comfortable & intimate atmosphere. We stayed 3 nights in the chalet double queen which was extremely spacious! I loved it! We didn't have a patio, which would have been even nicer (On the 3rd party booking site it made it look like we had a patio). Our beds were incredibly comfortable & the room clean. I love the sitting nook and the table area where you could have your meal, or do work or a place to just chill other than the bed. Although there were only 2 drawers, they were deep & massive. The night stand between the beds were great because there was an open shelf below the top for more space. There's a mini- fridge so you can store drinks, but unfortunately no microwave. Make sure you call the front desk before opening any waters or beverages to clarify if there's a cost. Usually there's a card indicating prices in the room, but if not, never assume. I make this a habit to confirm first. The bottled waters are $7 each, that's big money for a big bottle. Just save your money, they have a water fill station in the lobby tucked away. There's a bench in the room to lay your suitcases if needed & more closet space. Ps. we didn't realize it until the last night but they have nice robes in the closet for use. A steamer, hair dryer & safe is available in the closet. They even provide a large umbrella in the closet for use during your stay. Just be sure to let your roommates know that you have the closet door open if someone is in the bathroom. You don't want to be accidentally knocked out by the bathroom & closet door. The bathroom, is NICE. That shower pressure is EVERYTHING!! Holy wow. Any dirt you have on you will be blasted off. The hot water was fabulous as well! The shower itself is huge. Some people noted that they didn't have a shelf in the shower to place toiletries, but ours had a built in shelf with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The only thing that was bothersome was the shower sliding glass door would slowly slide open. If we put a towel on the top of the glass door it provided enough weight to prevent it from gradually opening. I think this happened because the rubber guard on the shower glass was already partially coming off. The AC is great & worked well, but when it kicks on, it's loud. The hotel location is great! It's walking distance from shops, restaurants & Center Medspa if you want to get a massage. State of Confusion, Main St Meats, Stir, Nic & Norman's and other restaurants are a 3-5 minute walk away. Company Chattanooga, a speakeasy in the Kinley Hotel is just across the street from the free downtown shuttle which is right down the street from the Hotel Chalet. Frothy Monkey, is a nice coffee place that serves meals and is also a 5 minute walk away. Rock City Gardens, The Incline Railway, & Ruby Falls is only a 15 minute DRIVE from the hotel. You cannot walk to Lookout Mtn. Parking is $18 a day, I would check their website or call the hotel to verify the current price. Parking seems limited dependent on the time of day, more so at night & before check out time. Hotel parking is not clearly marked, but a hotel employee was kind enough to come outside to verify that where we parked was part of the hotel's lot. For reference, the immediate perimeter of the hotel is their lot and the across the street along the fence area is their lot. They do have one row in the left lot facing the front of the hotel that is theirs as well (clarify with the front desk). I would have loved to have roamed the hotel grounds, but we didn't have time (that was on me). I think they did a wonderful job with the hotel interior design. We didn't stay in their deluxe sleeper train rooms, but they look cool. I did feel though, that they could have spruced up the outside area of the train cars to the right of the hotel, because it looked a bit dumpy. Maybe add some planters with flowers & paint the outside of the train cars for a more polished look. Overall, a wonderful & enjoyable stay!

Yelp
Ok, it's a shame for my visit because the things that were issues, can easily be solved. We came with two small children that were excited to use the heated pool. As soon as we got to the poll, a hotel employee came up and said we need to keep the children quiet because there was a wedding next door. The wedding was not dusturbed by two kids playing We order food and left the remnants outside our train door. Never picked up, for all I know, it is still there. I went to the cafe for pastries and croissants. They could not hear them up because their oven has been acting up. I asked for napkins, we don't have any..., If this were a budget hotel, all of this would be expected. The Hotel Chalet is not a budget hotel but seems to act like one.

Lesa B.

Yelp
Such a special, quaint spot! I would have loved to stay longer! Great food (Elsie's Daughter, Stir, Nick & Norman's. Also went to the Meat and Butcher Shop restaurant.) just couldn't get over how cool the space was. LOVED it and the people!

Yelp
Best hotel I have ever stayed in! It's beautiful, comfortable and let's not even start with the beds, I dream about the beds! Friendly staff, clean and relaxing.

Yelp
I was very excited to bring my two grandchildren to stay in a train car at the Hotel Chalet. I got a call beforehand asking if I would like the trundle bed set up ahead for an extra $25 charge. It was made up when we got there but with no top sheet and a very flimsy cotton blanket. And the bed was rock hard. This was right before Christmas so it was quite chilly. The only heat was in the bathroom and there was no extra heater in the room nor any extra blankets. We all slept together in the main bed to stay warm. When I got my bill the next day, they tried to charge my sister, in a different room, a parking fee even though we had come in one car. There was also a mini bar charge on my bill even though we did not use anything from the mini bar. The room was cute but I would not come here again. Too expensive for the quality of accommodations. I felt like they were trying to rip me off at every turn.

Yelp
we loved this place! we stayed in the sleeper cars converted to hotel rooms and it was beautiful and so comfortable. also they allowed our two large dogs with no hassle. we did stay and dine and received a $50 credit to dinner at the restaurant Elsie's Daughter and they squeezed us in right at closing without fuss. wonderful food and great setting for a meal. right next to the ChooChoo station converted into shops and restaurants and bars, so nice to walk around at night too.

Yelp
Beautiful Hotel! Super clean, beautiful rooms. The staff was fantastic and friendly. Love this place

Yelp
A very 1920s vintage looking Great Gatsby ish style which I LOVE !!!! very clean hotel and sweet staff ! Very welcoming family friendly venue and lots to do within walking distance. free trolley access around town close by --a block away! This is the best spot to be in my opinion ... I felt we were valued as guests and always had awesome interactions with staff. I like my tea every night and am and they would get me some or hot water to make my own. There was a pool we didn't get to use but looked simple and clean there is a back grass area set up with kid toys like parachutes and soccer balls/nets we used at night . the only thing which I always recommend to majority of hotels for people like me with celiac is more gluten free food options is downside .there was none for am cafe at all just crossaints and danish would be nice to get gluten free muffins as other places around get them locally so it shouldn't take much to start getting some in . jatoria went above and beyond and gave my daughter a gift from the store after she heard about her bad experience at our hotel prior that warmed my heart. We stayed two nights instead of the one because they were absolutely amazing ! I will say some of the rooms smell musty they did change my room because I cannot deal with old vintage smells before I brought my luggage in so make sure you say that and if you stay in the 120s rooms by the desk you'll be fine ( I was room 124 ). We will definitely be back ! Extra thanks for staff JaToria destiny and Lily for their continuous professionalism and kindness and letting my daughter dance in the "ballroom" haha .

Yelp
This hotel is so cute and the redesign was done so well! The Front Office Manager, John, was so helpful with making our reservation, checking us in and seeing us off. We loved it all and would recommend anyone to stay here for a luxe feel vacay!

Yelp
Hotel is an older hotel that is kept up and has been renewed quite nicely. The rooms are big . We had a king bed with plenty of seating room, nice tv, and wonderful bath. The only thing I didn't like was the in room coffee. It was in bags like tea and not much taste.
google avatar

TN T.

Yelp
There was$18 parking fee which is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com. When I got to my room there was a card and a bottle of wine addressed to my colleague. I took the card to the front and told them they put it in the wrong room. When I returned to my room later the complimentary bottle of wine was gone. When I went to the front desk the girl claimed I asked for it to be removed. Which I did not. The mgr then called and told me the same thing. Two people at the hotel have now called me a liar. I don't care about their cheap bottle of wine. I do care about people entering my room without permission and calling me a liar.

Yelp
We loved our stay! Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. Unfortunately, everything, and I mean everything, extra had a cost. We had 2 complimentary drink tickets for the hotel bar but that was it. The lobby coffee was an extra charge and so was the water bottles in the room. With how much it was per night, I expected more free amenities! Other than that, we loved the ambiance, the friendly staff, comfortable room and king bed, gorgeous hotel bar (Elsie's daughter) and the pool.

April D.

Yelp
I wanted to love this hotel but our stay was anti-climactic to say the least. Just for context, our 3 night stay cost us $1,800. Here's the breakdown: Pros: - It is dog-friendly. - It is close to a lot of "to-do"s since it is downtown. You'll be close to attractions, restaurants, and shops. - The service we received from the staff was clear and communicative. They are also flexible and will work with you. Cons: - There was no microwave available in our room (We stayed in one of the train carriages room). This is a bummer for out-of-towners who often have leftovers from restaurants. - There is no shelving inside the shower. We had to put our stuff on the shower floor. - The pictures of the hotel on the website seems a little too edited. Not to say that the pictures didn't match; it just didn't look the same in real life. There were still a lot of construction going on around the hotel at the time of our stay. - The amenities inside the room were a bit of on the underwhelming side. Again, with the price we paid, we expected more.

Yelp
This hotel is brand new and in a great location literally walking distance to all the restaurants and bars downtown. Checking in at the front desk was easy and they even gave us our room early. Super attentive rooms are obviously brand new so they were super clean. Beds are incredibly comfy And the shower pressure is incredible. It's like a fire hose lol. Very rare find. Can't say enough again about the location well worth booking this place. The coffee in the room is better than Starbucks lol.

Yelp
We stayed at the hotel chalet for one night as we stopped in Chattanooga on our way down to Florida. The hotel is truly gorgeous, it has the perfect mix of vintage/modern details. Our room was stunning and gave quite a bit of design inspiration for our own home. The room (non train car, in the main hotel) was spacious, clean and very comfortable (we debated buying the pillows they were so amazing)! For the price we paid it felt very luxurious and exceeded expectations. We brought our small dog with us and she was very comfortable and the staff was so friendly towards her. We also brought her to Elsie's for a night cap-their patio is dog friendly and they brought out some water for her. All around a very pleasant experience, we'll definitely be back and stay for longer this time!

Jake L.

Yelp
Nothing but love for this hotel. Such a lovely staff and a truly unique experience. Located on the historic Choo Choo campus and right in the middle of downtown which makes for easy access to lots of bars and restaurants. Can't wait to return in the summer when the outdoor pool and courtyard are in full swing.

Yelp
just finished a stay in train car #16. couldn't have asked for a better stay. Lobby was immaculate upon arrival, the train car was soooo cozy and comfortable. the bed was super comfy, and the tile floors in the bathroom were heated.....yes heated. such a nice surprise. they were still working on some of the grounds, but what was complete looked amazing. there is so much good food and drinks to be had just a few steps away. the entire Choo Choo grounds were nothing short of impressive. I will definitely be back again. have to brag on the staff on the grounds as well, some of the friendliest folks I've had the pleasure of crossing paths with. I highly recommend

Yelp
One night stay at the Hotel Chalet and never going back. When we awoke in the morning we discovered sewage in our bathroom next to the toilet. The toilet had leaked throughout the night and covered the area of the floor. We immediately contacted the front desk. We were later contacted by the manager and were refused a refund. Expedia was willing to do a refund for us upon the hotel's approval but Jason (manager) agreed to sign the waiver and then spoke with Expedia and denied it. Saying, "because the issue was discovered at check out we would not be refunded. He was extremely rude. We tried to contact a manager before checking out and he wasn't available until til after 12:00. We left the room immediately after complaining because it's unsanitary. The BBB and Hamilton County Health Department have been contacted. We are disgusted. Never bring your children to this type of environment.

Yelp
VERY disappointed in what was hoped to be a luxury (but ended up only expensive) experience First off, Chattanooga is beautiful - very scenic. This historic, nostalgic hotel site is a great opportunity to sleep in a totally renovated train car. This was certainly a luxury/expensive experience yet we had very few amenities. NO premium channels on tv. The man who came to check our tv said he didn't think they had the proper cable. But he never returned and we had nothing on our tv but basic cable during the entire stay. There was NO coffee in the lobby as promised from 7-11 am on 2 of our 3 mornings. Also, NO tea in the room or in the lobby this morning - only coffee. The bathroom is nice-sized but the space is not very well utilized - very little surface area. The tiny "nightstands" barely even held a phone charger. The electrical plug outlets were 'lose' and we had to maneuver our plug-ins to get them to work. Overall, this was a disappointment, and an expense we wouldn't do again. Corey was terrific as our first contact at the hotel and the staff was friendly but The Hotel Chalet (in our opinion) offered nothing luxurious except the great train car. Date of stay: November 2023

S J.

Yelp
Horrible experience. Arrived 04.02.2024 @ 5:04 pm. As we were getting out the car, Corey met us and greeted us, and asked did we need help with our bags, walked us into the hotel. Checked in, went to room and the toilet was not working called front desk Maintenace came up and 'fixed' the toilet. Later that evening we went out to grab food, when we made it back in and wanted to take showers to wind down for the night we notice hair in the shower, and on the towels in the restroom. We took pictures to show the front desk staff, because it was late we decided to address the concerns the next morning (we did not use any of the towels in the restroom) the next morning we go to the front desk, with pictures of the hair and to also ask them about the "train car room" (which we thought this is the room we booked) we spoke w/Catlyn. Catlyn looked in the system and said that she had a train car room, and she will block it off and hold it for us, and she would call us as soon as it was ready (we never received a call) When we made it back to the hotel for the day housekeeping came and made the beds, but still left the hair in the shower, and on the towels. We called back to front desk, and housekeeping Supervisor Jonae came up. Apologized, and called housekeeping staff to come and reclean the room. Jonae was amazing, super concern, very friendly, and went above to make sure the job was done correctly. Well, the toilet was not "fixed" it was temporarily fixed. We had to call Maintenace again. This time a young guy came up "fixed" it and said the last Maintenace person forgot to turn it back on. Later that evening Chris (Housekeeping Supervisor) stopped by the room, to check on us again, and to apologize for the inconvenience. Chris took us on a tour to see the train car room (that we were promised but never happened) Well guess what we had toilet issues again, this time Jeremy came up and said that he apologizes that he see what the problem is, and he will be right back to get a tool and get the problem solved, he was leaving for the night and if anything else happen front desk will call him, and he can walk them through how to fix the problem. The next morning, we decide we will do an early check out, we asked if we can speak with the General Manager Jessica. A guy sitting at the desk, walked into a room that state "private on the door." came back and said how can I help you. I asked who you are, and what is your name, he paused and said John. When I expressed my concerns to John, he said weel Maintenace said there was no issues with your toilet. (At that point I shared with John some of the personal things that Jermery shared with us, because we had no reason to lie about the toilet acting up. (When other hotel guest was having toilet issues) I am the front desk manager. Jessica (General Manager) is in a meeting. I said OK, we can wait for her. I expressed my concerns with her, we were promised a train car room, we were expecting a call back from Caitlyn, John should have introduced himself to us, and how well the Bellman Corey, and housekeeping staff Jonae, and Chris treated us. I would like to give a huge shout out the Corey, Joane, and Chris. Jessica did comp our stay. This was a horrible experience.
