You will not be disappointed with this utterly beautiful hotel. Ideally placed for a westfield shopping extravaganza, we were there for a fragrance launch and it was just perfect. 30+ degrees outside and icy cold indoors, room stunning, everything and more that you need. Immaculately clean and a bed of dreams. I was dreading the whole trip, but the hotel made it. Book it I promise you won’t be disappointed

A short business trip, as I'm used to taking in London, this time I stayed at the Hoxton and what a surprise it was. The hotel is very beautiful, particularly the lobby. The rooms are functional and clean. Housekeeping is attentive and only on request, which I find judicious. The reception was warm and very helpful. The lovely smile of Megan and Liviu at the bar will make me come back. Well done !

Stayed for a night in Snug on the first floor. Though facing the main street, the room was soundproofed and quiet. The room was large enough for one, but you might want to opt for a larger room if you want space to open your suitcase or staying with another person. The reception team was friendly. Ana and the gentleman from Georgia (sorry, forgot the name), in particular, was very welcoming. I'd stay again if I'm back in London!

We booked a snug bunk room. This type of room has a door that is locked but can be opened to the adjoning room. This door is not isolated. The people in the room next to us were making love loudly, as it was very audible through the door connecting our rooms. When we asked the front desk, we were given a different room (for the amount of money you pay and stars the hotel has, respectfully, was it the least that could be done). We heard our new neighbour making phonecalls and moving stuff around is his room. Hotel is very clean, has a very good location and very good amenities. Just DONT book the snug bunk bed room if you dont book the adjoining room. Short resume: the hotel is great, staff is helpfull, rooms are clean, good bed and bathroom, good amenities, but not soundproof. Tip for the hotel; punt the adjoining room situation on Booking.com and the website, so people know about the doors and can cosider if they mind the noise or no. Or isolate the doors so they become soundproof. Wouldve enjoyed our stay more if not for the sound enruptance.

I love this Hoxton location! By far my favorite. I have the disloyalty membership because the staff is so friendly and I love grabbing my coffee here every morning. Alex is so friendly and chatty. He remembers everyone who walks in. Livio always has the best smile and is such a joy in the mornings! Kate is so sweet— she’s very calm and kind. Overall a lovely place I recommend🥳 Coffee is great and the fish curry is amazing.. food at Chet’s is delicious.. the wings 🥵

I’m very stayed here a few times and love it, really quiet and comfortable rooms. I also recently hosted a corporate event here and it was so easy to organise, Lauren was so helpful and easy to deal with. A huge shout out to Sammy who was SO helpful on the day, nothing was too much, the afternoon ran so smoothly. I really recommend - will definitely be returning.

The reception team was very prompt to support us. | The room was clean and A/C did the best for us due to hot weather we have caught during our staying here.|The restaurant has a varied tasty food menu, giving the possibility for a brunch as well.|The restaurant staff is polite, ready to help you, and I could remark Denisa as a very positive person, who was always happy to support us.

The staff was friendly, but apart from that our experience was underwhelming. The room was tiny, smaller than on the pictures, the bunk bed blocked the window. The room wasn’t serviced during our 3-day stay. We found the breakfast overpriced (and went to a cosy nearby coffee bar instead). In this price range, there are better options closer to the city centre.
