Our dine in experience at Hudson Cafe , was amazing. Our waiter was Savannah, She was very attentive during our dining experience. The food came out hot and fast and it tasted good great service here. Shall return back soon.

I had a great experience here. Attended a business meeting here with a reservation. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our table. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. Everyone was satisfied with their order.

Google
Great service and food. I had the Thanksgiving Omelet and cheesy grits, it was the BOMB... with a side of bacon that was perfect. Service was great!!! Ask for Pam as your server.

Ms. M.

Google
Very disappointed with the food small amount of cheese on the bland grits added shrimp which was not clean the french toast came out cold with some not so tasty sauce on top, ordered over easy eggs but the white was runny but pancakes and turkey sausage was ok.

Google
Where do I start everything was okay, average at best. The service was okay the server took her sweet time with everything taking our order bringing our drinks etc. the host at the front was nice. The food was okay nothing as if I have to go back asap. The pancakes were good moist not dry at all and had a good taste. The turkey sausage was okay it wasn't hot at all. The potatoes are so dry to me and not seasoned at all fresh out of bag out the freezer. My guest thought their food was okay as well. The corned beef was cut up well, and had great flavors and seasoning. The grits were okay they felt if it was missing that wow factor. The ambiance doesn't feel that welcoming to me, it's kind of just gray and dark but I guess it's not so bad. I would go back probably only if invited out or with a group of friends or family.

Google
I had the Voo Doo Benedict and it was delicious! I also ordered a side of corned beef hash and it too was very good.

Google
The food and service here is great! I always get nostalgic eating lunch here, I get the Maurice (Hudson) Salad, it takes me back to when I would go shopping with my mom as a kid and we'd always stop for lunch and get this salad

Jeremy M.

Google
All I had was the pancakes and coffee, but the pancakes were pretty dang good. The coffee was really good. Wife had the pesto Benedict " really good" a bit on the noisy side. Looking at some of the items that other ppl ordered it looks really good. Definitely coming back

Yelp
This was my first time at this location. I had previously visited the Detroit location many times and they set a high standard. I thoroughly enjoyed this visit to the Northville location. There is lots of parking, two entrances and we were greeted immediately by the sweetest lady who was also our waitperson. She took such good care of us. On this day, we had a large group and the service was excellent! We all collectively had great meals and enjoyed the ambiance as well. Clean, bright, modern and comfortable. Even on a colder, rainy day, the mood felt light and relaxed with good energy. Many of the group ordered the traditional breakfast, with their own spin on each order. Others, ordered the salmon croquettes, the crepes, which looked so delicious and avocado toast. The salmon cakes were crispy and reported to be tasty. I ordered the thanksgiving omelette and it was chock filled with turkey sausage, cheese, cranberries, I added mushrooms and it was everything! It came with potatoes and pancakes, I couldn't be happier! We all loved the meal and we hung out for a while and they never rushed us and the staff was really kind! I will definitely be back! There are so many more items to try! Almost forgot, this restaurant takes reservations and it really helps with bigger groups.

Yelp
Generous portion came out quickly. Fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola- what's not to love? Delicious. Can't wait to return and try the Hudson's salad. Nostalgic.

Yelp
Excellent service, no waiting, the staff was super friendly, from the time you walked in until they sat you. There are so many food choices for breakfast and lunch. Their serving sizes was more than enough. The atmosphere was super friendly, not too loud, very cozy and friendly, I highly recommend it that you try it. We will be returning.

Yelp
The staff was great. The noise level was low and it wasn't busy since went later in the afternoon and they spaced everyone so you weren't next to other people. We were greeted from when we walked in by each staff and when we left. The food was great we told the server we were splitting the food and she told the chefs we were splitting the dishes. She brought the food already split evenly for us. We ordered the Downtown Club with Waffle Fries and the Hudson Salad (my favorite salad). Everything came out great. You were alike to taste all the flavors in the sandwich. They had all the ingredients evenly spread throughout the sandwich didn't get an empty section of bread. The salad amazing like always the Maurice dressing just makes the salad oh so good! Great service and taste!

Yelp
We went here for breakfast and the place was busy! Service was fast! Menu has a large variety. Reservations can be made ahead of time online. Food portions are a good size! Place is large and they have a separate area for large groups too!

Yelp
Service was a real star of our experience at The Hudson Cafe. We were greeted warmly and service was very attentive. Our server offered recommendations, refilled beverages and overall tried to make sure we had a wonderful experience. I tried the chai latte and it was very, very good - one of the best I've ever had and very flavorful. For my breakfast entree, I tried the bacon jam crepe, which had Brie, prosciutto, bacon, and a bacon habanero jam. It was tasty but pretty rich, so I might try something different on my next visit. The other members of my party ordered the Voodoo Benny and the Berry-Stuffed French Toast. I was impressed by some of the more unusual breakfast options and appreciated the care taken with both presentation and ingredients. With such a diverse menu, I can't wait to go back and try something new. Overall, a great breakfast option.

Yelp
Meh. The service was atrocious... food was fine. Atmosphere was very noisy and so cold. Everyone had on their coats.. while eating. Not a good value or experience.

Yelp
Came here for brunch with my friend. We shared the avocado toast, strawberry nutella crepe, and a side of their potatoes. The avocado toast was mediocre. The avocado doesn't taste fresh -- more like avocado spread that I have gotten from Costco. The crepe was very fresh and had the perfect amount of Nutella. It was definitely my favorite. To my surprise, the potatoes were well seasoned and cooked perfectly!

Yelp
This place is always packed! Luckily, they are one of the few brunch places I know that take reservations, and I was able to get a party of 10 in without any issues. Our waitress was very nice and willing to split the bill several ways, which is always appreciated in larger groups. The food is great as always - the smores French toast is absolutely delicious, and the omelets are perfectly fluffy and stuffed. This is a great brunch spot!
google avatar

Yelp
The pancakes were pretty good. They were a little gummy though. The huevos rancheros was excellent. Service was amazing! Tammy was very attentive and helpful to us.

Yelp
Great brunch spot, food is always good. The choice of fresh fruit they had when we went wasn't the best selection but that's okay!! it's a smaller restaurant so it takes a minute to get sat on busier days. server was so sweet and took the fruit off the bill when she noticed we weren't a fan!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow---the Hudson Cafe is BUSY! We don't live very close, but I had been wanting to try Hudson after peeping their Instagram. The photos always looked amazing! They are so popular, and you definitely need a reservation. We ended up deciding to do take out because we were a bit intimidated by the chaos. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes with a side of crispy bacon, and my husband ordered the Irishman special with corned beef and scrambled eggs. I know brunch take out isn't the best idea, but we just planned to order and eat in the car. What can I say, I like quiet. But it turned out to be a mistake. My pancakes had sat too long in the container, even though I immediately started eating after pick up. They had steamed in the container and turned into a strange gummy texture. At least the bacon was perfect. I shared my husband's food since the pancakes were a flop, but the food was strangely bland. It was in need of salt, pepper, hot sauce, or something. I would love to come back and eat in person since the takeout pancakes didn't turn out, but I haven't decided if I will revisit. TBD.

Yelp
The chicken and red velvet waffle is soooooo delicious It's my go to. I've been several times and never been disappointed. Everyone I've taken here has loved the food.
google avatar

Lionel B.

Yelp
Meh. Not terrible, not great, just mediocre. Atmosphere feels lifeless, not lively. Food tastes average, uninspired. It's sorta like eating cafeteria hot plate food. Any diner "wowed" by this type of mediocrity needs to get out there and start trying a whole bunch of different restaurants and eateries. Overall assessment: not worth your time or money when there are dozens upon dozens of far better alternatives nearby.

Yelp
First time here. I ordered the avocado toast. Maybe it was what I ordered but it tasted basic. It was guac on toast. It should be fresh avocado on rustic bread. The fruit was fresh.

Yelp
It was the middle of the week so I was surprised to see a packed parking lot at this new restaurant. Inside, the restaurant was equally full so I was grateful there was a free table available. I had already taken a look at the menu a day earlier and had intended on ordering either the Apple Walnut French Toast or one of my brunch go-tos, an eggs benedict. However, I took another peek at the menu and spotted a club sandwich - on sliced bread. Exactly how my dad makes them. So of course, I went with that instead, with the sweet potato fries. The club sandwich was enormous and included the usual ingredients: turkey slices, bacon, tomato, and lettuce. As well, it also included little touches like guacamole and sriracha-flavored mayo. Yum! I would be remiss if I did not mention the service. Both the host and the server were fabulous. I had forgotten the joy of eating out, as I usually order takeout. I was grateful for the kind suggestions and appreciated how the server anticipated my needs (take-out box, refill, check). The only drawback was the noise; it was difficult to converse. I plan to return for some of the other items on the menu: Hudson salad, BLT...EGG, roasted beet salad. There are so many choices!

Yelp
The food was so so good! We walked in and were greeted nicely, and sat. Our server was very blunt with us, which happens occasionally because my boyfriend and I are younger. We are both servers and hate being treated like we aren't going to tip because we are the complete opposite. Prices are expensive but the portions you get are worth it! We had savory crepes and benedict! Their drinks look delicious, we didn't order any but plan on coming back soon to try them.

Yelp
still too busy for its own good, but good food will do that. Reservations is almost a must. Still a little noisy for everyone in a large party to ear the other end of the table, but our small party didn't have a problem. Limited menu but wide enough to find a few things you will have to choose from. Typical breakfast items along with sandwiches and salads. Does serve alcohol for those who want that before 3 PM, their closing time. I got my normal, Monte Cristo Sandwich and it was good there and warmed up the next day. I didn't want to pay extra for a side so that was my lunch. Others really enjoyed their choices. Parking close can be a little problem so be prepared to walk a little if needed. I might try them during the week instead of a weekend to see if the noise level is better and the parking also

Yelp
Now Hudson Cafe y'all know yall are wrong. Today I ordered blueberry pancakes, turkey sausage and cheesy grits. The grits were good. But the rest was lacking. The turkey sausage was very thin. I would say as flat as a pancake but these pancakes were huge and thick. However they were lacking in the flavor department & they were just not great. The best thing was the grits. But overall the service and waiter and the area was all nice. Some other areas need to be improved. The Detroit location downtown is 10x better.

Yelp
The Hudson Cafe in Northville isn't just a great place to eat, it's a place to gather, indulge, and feel at home. Whether you're catching up with friends, treating the family, or flying solo with a good book and a better omelet, this spot hits all the right notes.

Yelp
Yelp considers three stars to be Okay. This visit, my first, did not rise to the level of Okay. Seated immediately and the server arrived promptly with menus, but no water. I asked for water, but it never arrived. Coffee was ordered. Decaf was not ready; it arrived soon enough. At their upscale price point, why is decaf not kept brewed? Orders were placed. An omelette includes only one slice of toast. Every other breakfast restaurant that I frequent includes two slices of toast ... grumble. The triple meat omelette is large and arrived hot. The three meats were few (sparse) and tasteless. It tasted mostly of egg and cheese. The potatoes are uniformly diced, browned, slightly crisply and the portion is quite generous. The server was insufficiently attentive. The requested water never arrived. She did not inquire if we were happy with our food. She did not notice my empty coffee cup ... sigh. The Hudson Guest WiFi requires a password. The password provided by the server (Cafe2023) did not work on the guest network, but does grant access to the business' network with what seems to be the PoS system - a seriously poor infosec decision by mgt. Payment at the table was contactless using Apple Pay, which at least protects my payment. I pity the customers that use swipe or chip payment. Will I return? Probably, not. I prefer French Toast Bistro or Adrianna's. SWMBO prefers First Watch.

Scott D.

Yelp
Just okay. The one thing a breakfast and brunch place *must* properly make are poached eggs. Here they are undercooked, so the yolk is watery rather than "jammy." Very disappointing. It's also loud in the main dining room, almost too loud to hear conversation at your own table. Wait staff is attentive and the service is super fast.

Yelp
I took my parents to brunch on a Monday at around 11am which was great because we were able to get seated right away. The food was fresh, hot, and well presented. We ordered the veggie omelet, graham cracker French toast and the traditional. Everyone was pleased, and we'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Food...delicious! Service...great! Ambiance...nice. Sunday brunch with my girlfriends. We picked a great spot. We all enjoyed our omelettes. I didn't have the hash or the potatoes, but both looked good, especially the hash. I'll have to try that next time. The grits....oh the grits! They must use cream when they cook them, they were soooo creamy. I could've used a little more cheese, but that's just me (there's no such thing as too much cheese). And the pancakes....so light and fluffy! There's served with warm syrup, too. That's a nice touch. We definitely have a new brunch spot. I recommend making reservations

Yelp
This place was definitely on my list to visit. We made a reservation, and although we might have needed it, it was fairly busy for a weekday. We were seated quickly and the staff seemed nice. It was quite loud in there and some people even came in, sat down, and left due to the noise level. The first thing we noticed was that the prices were higher on the in person menu than what was posted online, which I do not like, I want transparent pricing so I know what to expect. The upcharges were stated on the menu, but there seemed more than in a typical restaurant, like if you want cheese on your omelette. The prices were also a bit high, but for me, what I ordered came with a fairly large portion. I started with a bellini. It was good, on the pricier side, but came with a small bottle of prosecco. Maybe not my favorite bellini, I would order something else next time, but I do like a brunch spot with cocktails. We also got their house coffee. That was great! It was lavazza, so nice and strong, and delicious. That was worth coming back for since most places offer cheap and weak blends. I got the chocolate chip pancakes. They were thick and fluffy, full of flavor. You get three of them and they were ginormous, it took three separate times to finish them, so a lot leftover. We also tried the famous Hudson's salad. When I was a child, I would get this every single time I visited Hudson's restaurant inside the department store. It was my favorite. This was good, but it did not taste exactly the way it was back in the day. I liked the shredded lettuce, but the meat, cheese, and gherkins were sliced finer back in the day. They also charge more for more dressing. The server said it came with two and to not order extra yet, and she was right. We did not need more dressing. In all, it was a good salad, and oddly enough, tasted better the next day. It did not wilt, it stayed fresh. I would probably get something else next time since other restaurants actually make it better these days, like Jennifer's maurice salad. It did come with some very nice pita, so I would not say to not try it, it was still very tasty and a huge portion. We got some cheesy grits. Those were very nice and had some good cheese pull. Not as good as Waffle House, but still worth ordering. The omelette was fluffy, but did not come with cheese. It was alright, a bit bland and seemed to either be way more expensive than what was stated online, or they had some serious upcharges. You need to be aware the bill is digital, so it is very hard to tell what they are charging you for. Would I come back? Yes, I did enjoy myself, but it was pricey, so probably not too often.

Yelp
My wife and I are big fans of the original Hudson Cafe downtown, but don't find a reason to go that often. We were super happy to hear that there was one in Northville! Both the sweet and savory options are great; a personnel fav of mine is the Cinnabunn pancakes, which are so good I keep eating them before I can take a pic. My wife loves their omelets, they're fantastic. The service has been great every time we've visited. And we love the setup of the restaurant, we're never tried sitting at the bar but I'll definitely give it a shot one of these days. Overall a great place for brunch!
google avatar

Cheryl W.

Yelp
Had breakfast this morning and the food was good, but the ambience was lacking. There was a woman who was on her cell phone with no consideration of those around. The waitress was inattentive. I have loved the Hudson Cafe, but after today's visit I am not sure I will return to this location.

Yelp
Right out the gate, I need to say: MAKE A RESERVATION!!! They're on open table. You will thank me! It was an hour wait but 5-10 for us until I snagged open seats at the bar. This place is hoppin! Settled where Applebees used to be @ 6 & Haggerty is the newest location for Hudson Cafe. I must admit; the one in Detroit is still the O.G but this place has the potential to be fantastic. They get their liquor license MONDAY 3/13!!!!! Alright, here's the review: scrumptious food and coffee. Cappuccino with caramel syrup was divine. My friend had a bit of a hangover and wanted something less sweet (lots of martinis the night before) so the waitress suggested a latte. Delicious and just what she needed. The staff members were so accommodating and delightful Food: I'm gluten free and the Detroit location takes very good care of us GF folk. I must say, I was a bit disappointed to find we had such a small selection. But it's better than nothing! And oh my goodness was the Very Berry French Toast good. Parking and Facility: shares a lot with Einstein bagels and a steakhouse. It can get quite limited on parking but it wasn't terrible at 11am on a Saturday. You would have never known this place was an Applebees. The inside is bright, chic, and modern. My only recommendation is changing up the faucets in the bathrooms. They're those tall not-so-curved faucets that will continuously splash onto the counter so it's always soaked in there. Reminded me of a late night at a bar where the entire sink is a wet. I will say someone asked me if anyone else was in there after I left the bathroom because they wanted to go make sure everything was stocked! We appreciate you! Dress: dress down, dress up, not to worry. I have been in yoga pants & a hoodie, as well as cute brunch attire. But bring your fat pants
google avatar

Judy N.

Yelp
The food was great, the pancake was not as good as the ones I had at the Detroit location. My veggie + bacon (large chunks) omelette was moist and full of ingredients! Half the plate was full of potatoes but they are not seasoned at all so be prepared to add salt/pepper/ketchup etc (overall, I didn't care for the potatoes) and would've preferred some greens/salad instead. My friend got the huevos rancheros which she said was pretty good and my other friend got the BLT which was "fine". There is a full bar with about 6 or 7 seats and I saw a bunch of tables outside but it wasn't open for seating yet. I could see this being a fun place for Sunday brunch with cocktails. I think they may be short staffed as there was a lot of confusion about our order and a wrong dish. They have Lavazza coffee which is my favorite but I had to wait a while for a refill. But overall, I am happy to have this breakfast/brunch option in Northville and will be back!
google avatar

Jody K.

Yelp
I was at the downtown location several years ago and I really liked it, so I was glad to read (on Facebook!) that they'd opened a location in Northville. It's in the shopping center at 6 Mile & Haggerty. From what a server said, they have just opened. I didn't have a reservation, but I was seated right away. I had a tough time choosing between corned beef hash, portobello mushroom omelette and the Thanksgiving omelette. I settled on the portobello mushroom omelette. I love that your choices are potatoes, grits or fruit and pancakes or toast. In my mind, that's as it should be; too many places make me choose between pancakes and potatoes, but I want both! The omelette was good, although maybe a tad undercooked for my taste. Of course, it could have just been the moisture from the vegetables. The potatoes were wonderful -- little cubes of crispy goodness. And the buttermilk pancakes were perfect, and served with hot syrup. My server was also very good and friendly, albeit a bit overwhelmed. But she did a great job and made sure I had what I needed. They are a bit overpriced, but this is also not a diner. Most of the breakfast entrees were about $15.50, and beverages ran $3.50. On the other hand, the serving size is generous, so it's easy to get 2 meals out of it. And I will definitely return to try the other 2 entrees.

S Z.

Yelp
Great breakfast place. The food is always good and the portions are on the large size. They have all the breakfast items you would want to eat. The pancakes, waffles, and omelets are great. Definitely a good choice.
google avatar

Varun S.

Yelp
The staff was beyond friendly and kind - they helped accommodate us in a slightly bigger table as my brother requires a little more room (differently abled adult). The wait was not too bad though despite having a reservation we had to wait a little. Food was great - the pancakes were so tasty, omelettes were made just right (you can add your own salt). I know the place just opened and they are figuring things out but the staff was so kind and operating with a smile despite a crazy busy Saturday morning. Can't wait to try more sweet breakfast goodies from here.
google avatar

Alicia S.

Yelp
First time visit with my family of 4 and we enjoyed almost everything that we had. The portions for both the kids and adult meals are plentiful which I appreciate. I had the berry waffle which was cooked to perfection and well sized. My husband enjoyed the chicken crepe and both kids meals were good. My only complaint was the cheesy grits; they were flavorless and need to be cooked with some seasoning. I'm taking them Home to doctor up for tomorrows breakfast.

Bob S.

Yelp
The food was good, but this isn't a review of the food, it's a review of the service. Quick background, after a late birthday party on a Saturday night, my wife really wanted to get some carry out for breakfast. She placed an on line order at the Northville location. I was a little worse for wear, but it was my job to go pick up the food. After waiting around for a little bit, I learned much to my dismay, that she accidentally ordered at the Detroit location ‍. I spoke with the manager, and he said not to worry, and they were going to make the order for us. While I was waiting, he even directed me over to the bar and got me a coffee on the house. I appreciated such a small, kind gesture.

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow! What a great first experience. The Hudson Cafe is always busy, so we made a reservations for 11:45on a Saturday. We walked in to a two hour wait, but with our reservation we were immediately seated. Our server was awesome. And our food came out very quickly in spite of the busy place. I had the triple-triple omelet and it was packed with meat and cheese and somehow light. I chose potatoes and cinnamon raisin toast. Both were delicious (I'm still thinking about the toast). My husband had the cinnamon pancakes. They were humungous and delicious. He also had eggs and bacon sides, which were cooked to perfection. Our coffee was hot, and a large ice water was automatic. A note: with the busy Saturday it was noisy in there. I know my older father would not have been able to hear a thing. I wonder what a weekday would be like. I plan to find out!!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a great place for a nice lunch. The food is good, and the drinks are excellent. I absolutely loved the cereal flight!!! The food is cooked from scratch and it is worth the visit indeed!!! The service is definitely top tier and the food is great!
google avatar

Tasha R.

Yelp
I thought this was going to be like any other chain breakfast restaurant with so-so dessert style breakfast options. It definitely exceeded my expectations! They had so many options it was hard to choose. Everything was fresh and tasted incredible. They also have a full bar and great options for drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). The service was great. I recommend using their online reservation system, because they get pretty busy. It was about a 40 minute wait when we arrived, but they take your phone number and text you they're ready. We ended up going to Barnes & Noble while we waited. It does get pretty noisy, but that's expected when they're that busy.

Yelp
Amazing service best high end breakfast spot !!! Amazing operators and staff !!!!!!!!

Yelp
I was excited for The Hudson Cafe to open near me (vs the Detroit location) in a getting-crowded brunch field. After a couple tries we feel the same about both locations. Such promise, but no dish gets all the way over the finish line. Chicken & Waffles...ok. Red Velvet Pancakes...uh, alright. Omelets...they'll do. The bright spot is the fun boozy concoctions, but dang they're $$. We've had good service, both dine in and take out. They're busy and loud during peak brunch hours (to be expected).
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
The location was cute and modern with dark and grassy aesthetics. My party ordered the berry french toast, apple walnut stuffed toast, beet salad, and the strawberry cream cheese crepe. The apple walnut toast was a bit underwhelming with a large amount of apple cinnamon sugar syrup drowning the toast. The toast was soggy and the overall taste was very sweet. I was hoping for fresh walnuts and apples but the apples tasted like from a can and the walnuts had no distinctive presence in the dish. The strawberry cream cheese crepe was more plain than I expected as it was a plain crepe with dollops of cream cheese inside topped with a few slices of strawberry. Overall wouldn't choose to come again.

Yelp
I really do enjoy the Hudson Cafe, My friend Ava and I love to come here after our runs and enjoy a great brunch. We always ask for Pam as our sever. She is a very sweet lady and is very good at her job. Recommend this place for sure!

Yelp

Yelp
Convenient breakfast/lunch location. Clean and bright modern ambiance. Friendly and attentive service until time to get the bill and pay. Great menu variety but pretty pricey. Omelet and scrambled eggs were pretty good. Chicken strips were dry and seemed frozen vs homemade, but the waffle was delicious. For $23 the chicken should be fresh and fried to order. It wasn't.

Yelp
I can't even believe how shockingly bad the service was. I understand a large party can be challenging - however once the food was delivered we were completely ignored. No coffee refills, not checking in to see if our food was as ordered, nothing. Seriously. No coffee refills for breakfast service? No dishes cleared. Nothing. And of course there was a mandatory 20% tip. I do not think we were alone in this experience as we could not find a service person on the floor for long stretches of time. The table next to us waited over ten minutes to have their order taken. Do better.

Yelp
We ate here on a Friday morning, both the omelette and scrambled eggs were soaked in oil. We asked the server about this and she said eggs are cooked in oil. The rest of the food was good, but the eggs were not edible. I would stay away from egg dishes if you eat here (unless you like them soaking in oil).

Yelp
The food was absolutely amazing. I had the bacon jam omelette. The flavlrs together were spectacular. The potatoes were crispy and hot. We went on a Saturday morning. Very early so there was no.wait. I unfortunately forgot the young man's name that was serving us but he was gracious and knowledgeable. Helpful and attentive. I would love to go back and try some more menu items.

Yelp
Great food but long wait time if you don't make reservations ahead of time. They offer a lot of savory and sweet brunch items. The Monte Cristo and crème brûlée waffles didn't disappoint.

Yelp
(3.5) The food was good, and they take reservations (OpenTable). I had the vegetarian omelette. They never checked coffee status, even dropping off our food with an empty coffee cup. Had to basically shout at the waitress the next time she rushed by, due to the noise. Sunday morning, it was uncomfortably loud and difficult to have a conversation. Not lively background noise, more like hearing every conversation from every table at once (brutal if you have Asperger's). Finally, the prices are about 20% higher than other places in the area with the same quality. Reservations and food quality would make it a good brunch meeting spot, but you need to be ready to shout over everyone else.

Yelp
Love the new location here in Northville! We made reservations which was great because it was super busy. But even with reservations we did have to wait a bit. We all loved our food, I had an omelette and a side order of the red velvet pancakes. The coffee was also delicious. Happy to have this location closer to home.
