I’ve had a great experience at The Hudson. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Madison has helped me and has been incredibly thorough and kind. She goes above and beyond. The community itself is one of the best in all of Chattanooga. The amenities are awesome, the community is safe and well kept. The office team also hosts events to bring the community together. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My move-in experience has been incredibly smooth and stress-free. The entire process was seamless, and I felt supported every step of the way. A special shout-out to Nyiemah, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure every concern I had was taken care of. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly attitude truly made a difference. On top of that, the apartment itself is fantastic, and the staff here are always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far!

The staff at the Hudson are friendly and helpful. They did whatever was necessary to help us move in. I want to give a special word of appreciation to the head maintenance manager Araz. In addition to his job responsibilities, he took time to help me diagnose the problem when my car wouldn’t start.

I am thoroughly satisfied to be integrated into The Hudson community. The process of engaging with the staff was seamless, allowing me to articulate my preferences and budget effectively. I received exceptional support from Leilani and Madison, whose expertise was instrumental in securing an apartment that meets my requirements within the desired timeframe. Their extensive knowledge and dedicated assistance were invaluable, and I am immensely grateful for their efforts. The office team has been wonderful to work with and welcoming from day one. The property itself is absolutely stunning and the amenities at this community can't be beat! Pickleball courts - yes please! From management to maintenance, we’ve experienced five-star service across the board.

I recently toured the community and was so impressed! Nyiemah is a knockout leasing professional—warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcome throughout the tour. The amenities truly stand out, especially the fitness center and sports courts. I also loved that the apartments come with full-sized washer and dryers. This place is definitely at the top of my list!
