Location-wise, you’re close enough to everything that matters, yet tucked away enough to enjoy your own little sanctuary. Whether you’re working from home, entertaining friends, or just enjoying a quiet night in, this space shows up for you. In short: it’s not just an apartment — it’s a lifestyle upgrade. Highly recommend living here. Visiting friends will be impressed. You will be at peace. 10/10 would be more of a sufficient review.

Really liked The Hudson Alto! It has a nice boutique vibe, not too crowded, great location, and the staff was super friendly. Loved how walkable the area is too!

absolutely love living here! The staff truly feel like family — they’re always so kind, attentive, and go out of their way to take care of the residents. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a safe and welcoming community. The residents here are just as wonderful. I actually lost my eternity ring one day, and someone found it and turned it in — that kind of honesty and loyalty says everything about the people who live here. It’s rare to find a place that feels this close-knit and trustworthy. I’m so grateful to call this home.

I've loved my time here at The Hudson this past year. The units are high-quality and the location is unmatched, right next to the Katy Trail and several restaurants. In the past month, there's been noticeable improvements in the facilities/amenities/tenant events under our new Property Manager, Elizabeth. Brayan is also incredibly helpful, and Manny who heads up the Maintenance Team. Elizabeth takes the time to listen to any concerns and actively addresses tenant feedback. She's beginning a new era here at The Hudson and I'm excited to see the upgrades that will continue to come!

Manny and The Hudson maintenance team here is absolutely fantastic! They’re always quick to respond, professional, and go above and beyond to keep the building in great shape. What truly stands out is their consistently positive attitude- they’re always cheerful, friendly and willing to help with anything, big or small. Its’s such a pleasure to see them around and know that things are in great hands. Truly appreciate all that they do!

I am writing this review in regard to the great difficulties experienced with attempting to leave my apartment here and also maintenance concerns such as a broken fridge in my unit and dirty pool. For the past couple of weeks I have been attempting to receive a response via email and verbally, in addition I have received mixed messaging from the property manager and assistant regarding what I would owe to leave. They still have not provided acceptance of my 60 day notice and in addition wish to charge me a whopping $6,700 as a penalty despite having renters on a waitlist already for this unit which was confirmed to me by the management team. Be very cautious renting here if there is even a TINY chance you may not be able to stay the entire time as you will run into difficulties which one wouldn’t expect in an apartment they consider “luxury living”.

Manny and the Maintenance Team are awesome. They are always attentive and check with us to make sure the timing works. That is a big deal to us as renter’s - we appreciate you guys!

I can’t say enough great things about this complex. I especially want to thank Elizabeth and her team for being AMAZING!! They are quick to respond to questions, and always make sure we are taken care of!!
