I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex so far. My experience with Nicole, the property manager, and her entire team has been nothing but positive. They’ve always been helpful, professional, and quick to address anything I’ve needed. A big reason why I chose to live here is because it is clean and quiet. I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews out there, but I’m happy to share my own experience—it’s been great!

@Wilfredo Gomez. Are you kidding me?? I’ve been living here since before Tyrone and the others, and my experience has nothing like what you’re describing. The team with Nicole has actually been great to me and has made my time here solid. The previous office staff did do well, but this team is even better now. And how do you know how the previous office team left - maybe they got better jobs? Also that shooting you mentioned happened way before Bell came in. And if you really felt like she was talking badly about her staff, why didn’t you say anything at the time? No place is perfect, but from what I’ve seen, things have actually been improving, not going downhill. Bringing up old stories like they’re happening now just doesn’t seem fair to the people working here today.

I would never recommend anyone to live at the Hudson. The leasing office and managers are extremely unprofessional and not helpful to their tenants. The individuals who work in the office never seem to stay employed for very long, every year there is a turn around of employees. This causes the employees to not know the tenant history and they would lose our rent history, maintenance requests etc. The manager Nicole was nothing but disrespectful to me and my roommates. I had left for a few months on a work trip and I came back and she commented on my body and how I was “more fit before I left” and how I had “let my body go”. In the first few months of us living at the Hudson there was a shooting on property and our electronic locks on our doors did not work and would open automatically and maintenance would do nothing to fix it. These incidents made us feel very unsafe to live in an environment like that. Any issues we would have never got solved, they would tell us it would get fixed and it wouldn’t. Any time I would try to speak with the manager Nicole we were always told she was “in a meeting”. So our issues were never resolved. I wouldn’t wish living in this complex on my worst enemy.

When we moved here it was Natasha, Tyrone, and Nikki in the office under the management of Nicole! Everyone left due to the lack of professionalism that was displayed by Nicole. Since the team left this place has gone down hill causing a lot of people to move out! The hallways are filthy and disgusting, dog poop everywhere, shootings, the manager is always unavailable… Management should consider getting those who actually cared about the place back. I have witnessed Nicole talk badly to her staff and runs everyone away! Anyone know where Tyrone, Natasha, Nikki went? They made a difference in the the community now it’s just ghetto

Looking for a place where your stuff gets stolen, management does nothing, and security is a joke? Welcome to Hudson Apartments! Need wheels? Don’t worry, so do the guys who show up at 3 AM to strip your car like it’s a NASCAR pit stop—battery, wheels, personal items, maybe even your engine if they’re feeling ambitious. And if that happens? Management will graciously offer you… free coffee. Because caffeine is all you’ll have left when you’re searching for new wheels. The Vibes? Immaculate. • Kids blast music at the clubhouse and leave trash everywhere—bonus points if they throw the pool cushions in the water. • Residents love late-night concerts in the parking lot, whether you like it or not. • Security? Oh, there is none. But don’t worry, they will remove any security camera you try to set up. Your lease literally bans protecting your own stuff. Oh, and if you’re looking for a deal, show the front desk this video—word on the street is they hand out free months of rent like candy (probably to make up for all the stolen property). So yeah, Hudson Apartments: Great place to lose your stuff, maybe even your sanity—just not a great place to live. But hey, at least the coffee’s free. (Car in the photo was 1 of two car stolen on that same day) and plenty other had this happen with broken into or left like this, also there are people that will tow your car (they are not part of the apartment complex [they are actually taking your full car])

I've had a fantastic experience living at The Hudson, and a big part of that is thanks to Nicole, the property manager. She's incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I've had a question or needed help with something, Nicole has gone above and beyond to make sure it's taken care of quickly and thoroughly. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly values the people in the community. Living here has been stress-free, and Nicole is a big reason why. Highly recommend The Hudson—especially with Nicole at the helm!

I have been living here a month now and I love my Unit! i want to say Thanks to Nicole ( the property manger) for really working with me! She was so patient and understanding.

The best 9 months of my life. The staff here really know how to run things. They’re very understanding and made sure residents were well taken care of. The amenities, the location, the neighbors. 10/10. Nicole, Tyrome, Nikki, and Natasha were amazing and can’t forget to shout out the maintenance guys Gilbert, Jesus, and Eric. Best staff ever!
