Dont waste your time. I ordered a large black iced coffee, I was handed a medium iced latte with milk. I asked if they still have the large cups still. She said yes and then dumped my drink into a larger cup and handed it to me 2/3rd filled and charged more for just a larger cup. Lmao... what a joke this place is. Probably why they shut down for a year. Thought I would give another try.

Staff are super friendly and efficient. We love the many choices of flavors that they offer all year. No need to wait for seasonal flavors that the other coffee companies offer. One of my favorites is pumpkin spice. They also offer larger sizes than the other coffee places. I highly recommend this yummy place.

After a long year-long wait, they're finally open! I'm so glad they're back in business. The customer service has noticeably improved - the staff is a lot friendlier. In my opinion, it's way better than Starbucks! Let’s keep our local businesses thriving!

I order a chai latte with extra chai. They rarely add extra chai. Sometimes I add cold foam and ask for flavor in it and they never get it right. They put an exorbitant amount of flavor into my drink so I end up getting a straw full of syrup. Generally not good

Love their drinks, hours are great for quick drive-thru and they are very friendly. You’ll enjoy their cold drinks and I appreciate their app (great deals on it).

I am so excited to see this location in Henderson back open. The coffee is great especially the option for sugar free. The staff has always been friendly.

This coffee shop had been closed for a long time. I was glad to see it back open. I decided to try again. The coffee is weak! I purchased a large black coffee, very watery no flavor for $3.52

Every time I leave the house I hope to have the opportunity to leave a five star review. Today is one of the happy days. The service and the product were both amazing... but the decency and compassion shown to me whole I was experiencing executive dysfunction (I'm audhd) was above and beyond.

I drive by this coffee spot on my way to the dog park. Finally giving it a try and it was so good. The coffee was stronger than other places (SB, DB) Price is the same but the service, quality, and flavor is richer bolder yum! Cute little gift for you with every drink (chocolate bean)

Glad this place is open again! I love their SF smashmelon drink. A perfect combo of flavors and not too sweet. I don't like the taste of the energy drink at Dutch so this is my go to! Steven makes it best

supposed to be an oatmilk latte with simple syrup. the espresso tastes burnt & it isn't sweetened at all. the espresso bean they put on top is cute though. but 1/10 would not recommend.

I ordered the "Granita" coffee which is one of their specialties, it was very good ! It is a blended expresso and it's definitely became one of my favorites! My man also ordered a cold foam cold brew coffee and i love that it wasn't sweet nor bitter, both drinks i tried here were very good and well priced, i will be back

They're BAAAACK! I moved to Henderson just over a year ago and found this place-loved their coffee (especially the little chocolate covered bean on top of each drink). I can't stand Starsucks and Dutch Bros seems like everything they make is LOADED with sugar. When Human Bean closed I was very sad. I would drive by all the time hoping to see it had reopened. So imagine my surprise a couple of days ago when I glance over and see balloons and realized they had opened! It was their first day reopening! I got a granita mocha and it was good. I have taken off one star because they are quite pricey but everything seems to be more expensive now. Nice people at the drive thru too!

Drinks are always amazing. And their all day breakfast is great, too. The workers there are always very friendly. It's become our regular spot.

This fabulous coffee is only available in eight states, for now. Check your city. Smooth and decadent bliss from your mouth, this coffee drink will always bring you back. They have a convenient drive thru for efficiency since most of our days are spent driving from place to place. Make sure and stop on for the best cup of coffee you need to keep you shining and smiling. We all lead lives that are afflicted in some ways. Raise yourself up and enjoy something that makes you happy. You are supporting a local business, even though it's a franchise "it's Nevada based here!" Drive by all the time and have not stopped to see what's it's all about. Stopped by on a Saturday around 10:30am. You can order via drive thru or at their window. There's no seatings inside or outside. There's a few cars on front of me. As I have not been here or looked at their menu, I just ordered my usual, hot caramel latte. Can't go wrong with that. The cashier was so energetic. Seems like the workers all are. Woke me up for sure. Got my drink but she also shared if I get the app from scanning the QR code she provided on a card, I'll get a free drink next time. After a few sip of my coffee, I did it and saw the free drink reward. On top of my drink, on the lid, she added chocolate covered beans. So cute. It looks like little beetles and they were delicious. Overall, nice first time experience, good coffee and great service. I'd come back for sure for my coffee kick.

This is my usual place when I order coffee for delivery. I am a huge fan of peppermint so I like that they have it available majority of the time and not just around the holidays. I have ordered several times from here and almost always enjoy my coffee. I love that the employees include the complimentary espresso beans in the order sometimes as well!

This is my second time going here and it's so bad , I got an iced caramel latte, it tastes horrible, burnt, watery and no caramel flavor. I thought I would give them a second chance but regret doing so.. I can't even drink it, I poured it out, money down the drain..

I've been passing by this location almost daily for a month and decided that today was the day make my stop. I went through the drive through. The man on the speaker was upbeat and friendly. He was also patient with me while I checked out the menu. They have a very simple and easy to understand menu which I absolutely love. We paid and received our drinks with a smile and gratitude from the cashier. He was very warm and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our drinks. I ordered the Irish Cream Breve Blended, and my spouse ordered the Vanilla Smoothie. Both drinks were perfect. Best of all, their prices are very affordable. The cashier told us they have two locations here in The Vegas Valley. I'll definitely return again soon. Highly recommended!

They are back! I have enjoyed every moment with them being back open. Each time I have visit the location, I have ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie with A Jalapeno Biscuit sandwich. And now when they see me walk over, they are preparing my order and starting to remember me. The manager requested his favorite smoothie, and I tried it today. And it is good. Mango Peach smoothie

Could this place be any cuter? We were looking to grab a quick coffee for the long drive home and we saw there was a drive through. The menu featured your typical coffee drinks and some interesting slushee and smoothie options. We went for a regular coffee and latte, along with a blueberry muffin top and French toast bagel breakfast sandwich. Coffee was great! I was very pleased with my latte. Coffees came out hot and fresh. Our drinks were topped with little chocolate covered coffee beans and a little Easter chocolate and sticker. Love that little touch! The muffin top came prepackaged but I was hoping for a fresh pastry. It was still tasty. The French toast breakfast sandwiches tasted like a diner breakfast all wrapped up in one bite. Egg, cheese, bacon and sausage all on sweet French toast bread. I wouldn't call it a bagel because it was pretty soft and tasted more like a roll, but delicious nonetheless for fast food. I wish we had one LA as it would be a nice alternative to Starbucks. Maybe one day!

I have been going to the Henderson location on Lake Mead for about 4 years and love the lavender latte with macadamia nut milk and bagel dog along with the chocolate covered expresso beans. I used to go to the location in North Las Vegas when I worked in the area and always loved the staff and coffee. It was my go-to coffee place over any other. I downloaded the app per the recommendation of one of the staff at the Henderson location so that I could earn rewards. Everything went well for a while, and then the app stopped working. I mentioned this to one of the staff, and they advised that customers were having issues with the app and recommended starting a new account, which I did. It was denied immediately, and that is where the fun began. I sent an email through the contact area of the app and got a very abrupt message back indicating that there was fraud action on the account and that any attempt to open a new account would be blocked. In other words, I was not allowed to use the app ever! When I sent additional messages asking about this as I was never notified of any fraud, I received the same answer. I then went through the website and sent a message and received the same vague unexplained answer, which made me feel like a criminal. I sent a final message that I would no longer frequent any Human Bean location and received no reply. A real shame that a simple app issue with no resolution would cause the loss of a customer who picked up coffee and food 2-3 times a week. Shame on you!

Let me just say, Yes,I do go out of my way for Human Bean. I love the complimentary chocolate covered espresso bean plus I bought a bag of them for the road. Needless to say I am buzzin right now...ha! We got the blended Snowy Mocha and Irish Cream Breve and both were spectacular. Always friendly service too. Buzz buzz buzz

I got food from the human bean on the 31 of last month my good looked partially eaten and the drink was bad they since responded to my yelp review telling me to email support so they could make it right they've done nothing to make it right and haven't responded since I have the location it was at I will not recommend this place or be back for a second visit todays June 5th

The Human Bean has some delicious coffee! They also have muffin tops, breakfast sandwiches, oats, cookies from Curly Top Baker, and bars. We were planning to have brunch around the corner so I knew it'd be a great time to finally try their coffee. They offer a drive-through and a walk up counter. Find them on the busy Lake Mead Parkway, around the corner from The Water Street District. On a busy Saturday morning the line structure for the drive-through was a hot mess. The flow of traffic should be opposite of how it is, but that's not an easy thing to fix at this point. Just be aware that it's quirky and to be extra cautious. The employee at the drive-through was friendly when I was placing my order. When I pulled around for my order she was conversational as I paid and received my order. The line was on the slow side, but that's to be expected when food is also an option. My husband and I both went with seasonal drinks. My Pumpkin Pie Snow (hot) was so smooth and tasty. With every sip I thought about just how delicious it was. I loved that I could still taste the espresso. My husband really enjoyed the iced version of the Pumpkin Pie Snow. I'm normally not a chocolate covered espresso bean fan, but the one they put on top of their coffees was so good. The Human Bean is a spot I'd go out of my way to visit again.

This place is great! There's never a long line and the drinks are always delicious. I really love the granita, both vanilla and chocolate. The little chocolate covered coffee bean adds a nice touch to each drink.

First time here. Cute place. I walked up and ordered an iced coffee with sugar free vanilla. It was tasty and hit the spot. Service was fast and friendly. Not sure there's that much else to say.

I couldn't believe how bad this was. I asked for a small 8oz latte with two shots and whole milk at the drive through window. I couldn't be understood, no problem, so ordered at the window. We don't do 8oz. Ok, just use your 12oz cup and half fill it. Server was polite. As I sat at the window watching the barista, she tipped 2 shots (which were not freshly pulled and I have no idea how old) into my milk and then streamed it all together before filling a 12oz cup. Voila ! I late. Forget re-making it. I won't be back. Awful service. They don't care about delivering a quality coffee, and can't make a simple espresso drink properly, The Human Bean doesn't care to listen to a customer simple request. Never again.

Nothing too special, IMO, I should have ordered triple shot because I felt my drink was more Milk than coffee. I'll try again and will update.

So excited that a Human Bean has opened in Henderson. It's still pretty far away from me but whenever I am on that side of town, I now have a place to stop! I just found out this location was here about 8 days ago, and I've already driven across town two times so I could visit. I love it! This cute little coffee shop does mostly drive-through business, but they have a small walk-up window. The line has been very long each time I went, and the baristas seem a little slow moving. Note that I went at off times too, so I would imagine it would be a very long wait at peak coffee times. I love The Human Bean because they make granitas that you can get low carb! No other coffee place has that, and it's clearly marked on the menu. A granita is an ice blended espresso with dairy and protein powder. I recommend the vanilla low carb granita. You can splurge and get a dollop of whipped cream. Every drink comes with a chocolate covered espresso bean, which is super sweet but makes a pretty treat. The menu isn't huge, but the drinks are good quality. The espresso is good and as a coffee purist, that's normally all I drink (espresso shots). I rarely order shots outside of my home (they always disappoint me), and I don't order them here. The Human Bean is strictly for fun nom nom coffee beverages! Beware that the prices are crazy expensive, hence the 4 stars. A medium sized low carb granita is almost $6!

Finally went to The Human Bean !! We were driving to my sons football game I was talking about going for coffee an boom right there it was !! I got a ice latte with sugar free vanilla with almond milk , it has light ice next time I'll ask for a little more only because they make it fresh and it's hot an then ice melted fast due to it's a hot one in Vegas today .. love the flavor of there coffee , the coffee has a nice smooth taste to it. Will definitely come back again. The barista was really friendly in the drive through !! It's nice when they make ya feel welcome.

Drive thru experience was great! Friendly morning service asked about our day, our trip, and gave travel tips for fam with kids. Appreciated the service and the drinks were amazing and tasted great! The vanilla granita packed a caffeine punch but in a sweet way, it was delicious ! The matcha tasted sweet, creamy and matcha taste was not overpowering. Finally, the snowy mocha was great for a warm morning when you don't want a hot coffee because of the weather. Not too strong and not too sweet. Right in the middle, so if you prefer one over the other make sure to let the person taking your order know. Java chip on top of the drink was a great little touch. Not a single place in Los Angeles that does that, so that was a unique and cool touch. If back in town, we will definitely be back!

It's very nice to have this Human Bean with a drive-thru window conveniently located off of Lake Mead near Boulder Highway. It's even better for me since it's in the same parking lot as my bank;  I can grab some cash out of the ATM and then go spend it on coffee! Okay, maybe not so good for my wallet. I've been here twice so far to do just that. There hasn't been a line when I go, so I have been able to get my drink and go in a jiffy.  I love the fact that they still give you a free espresso bean with your order, too.  Oh, what's even better is that the Human Bean, with their first coffee stand opened in 1998 in Ashland, OR, has a mission of stewardship.  The company supports coffee origin communities around the world (Malawi, Rwanda, Honduras,Sumatra, and Guatemala, to name a few) so it's nice to know that a purchase at a Human Bean actually helps other human beings around this big world in a small way.

Coffee is always on point and perfect! The team is amazing and friendly. The new egg nog latte is my favorite for the season.

The human bean is mostly drive through coffee shop. Ordered Caramel Hazelnut Latte and got regular latte and no receipt so I would call it below average.

Been here a few times and my coffee has always been consistent, which is HUGE for me! Absolutely love supporting local as well. 10/10 recommended coming here for your morning cup of coffee!!

I went to The Human Bean in December 2020 and for some reason I never reviewed it! This is a cute little coffee shop on the older side of Henderson, not too far from downtown. They only have a walk-up window and a drive thru so you can't go inside. Despite being a little chilly, I still got an iced coffee. My coffee came with a bonus - an espresso flavored bean, which was the perfect fit for my drink. Neat little place, would definitely go back again.

How adorable is this place?! We got a coffee, raspberry granola bar, and a little bean strawberry smoothie for a little over $10. The coffee came with a chocolate covered coffee bean which was delicious. I asked for more and she gave them to me! Which was super nice. Everything was really good. The raspberry bar was surprisingly high in calories, but it was really dense and delicious so I didn't mind. The kids loved their smoothie and it is given in a reusable cup which is awesome! Love this place.

I was surprised that the bagel egg sandwich really is a full sized freshly put together sandwich! It's not a frozen thing that they take out and heat up so that was a big plus. Coffee was great tasting and the banana walnut muffin top is delicious!

My husband and I were super excited to try this coffee spot and it was pretty good! We had the Mexi Mocha and caramel latte. We also had the chocolate granola bar and the raspberry granola bar. They serve their coffees with a little choco-covered coffee bean which is really cute. The Mexi Mocha was sweet and cinnamon-y. The service was great, the girl was super friendly and made recommendations since it was our first time there. It's a bit pricey but that seems to be the trend with coffee places nowadays anyway. It's a nice little treat and we're super glad it's conveniently located right on Lake Mead.

Everyone raves about Dutch brothers but I love the Human Bean. I don't drink coffee but I'm addicted to smoothies. They don't use syrup which can have fake sugary flavor. They use a fruit purée. Much much better , I don't have a tropical smoothie near by so this has become my go to and they have yummy snacks too!

I love trying new coffee places and this specific spot was recommended to me by a friend. Friend also recommended this drink to me (the snowy mocha), which is one of the best coffees I've ever had. The ingredients in general taste wonderful (the beans are never burnt, quality milk, etc) and there was even a lil chocolate-covered espresso bean on top! I also tried their blended energy drink (forgot what the exact flavor was), which was pretty good too! I think I'm gonna keep getting the coffee though because it's SO hard to find a quality coffee shop with affordable prices & no compromises on flavor. Also the employees are super chill and so sweet every time I go. I can tell they really care about their job, it definitely shows! I absolutely love The Human Bean--it reminds me how much better small businesses are than big food chains :') Such positive vibes from the whole place. Please go try it!!

5 stars BC the drive thru barista was so sweet & friendly despite the 100 degree heat this morning. AND she thanked me for the tip. Annoying when you tip in fromt of staff and you don't get acknowledged. 7/15/23 AM.

New customer, I don't know the menu that well but so far the Snowy Mocha with cold foam and oat milk is perfect! It's not too sweet and still wakes me up without the headache. The bagels are big but definitely order 2 sides of cream cheese if you like a lot of spread. The staff is cool, they're there to work hard and have a good time which is nice to see. I'll have to go when it's not busy so I can find the perfect go-to order that doesn't cost $12 a day, but I like to treat myself! The location is okay, and I love their app!

Today on Mother Day I went to walk up window and waited for service. Sign on windows said window is open from sunrise to sunset and this was at 8:13 clearly the sun was up! I knocked on window no response. I called and was told they are short handed and MANGER decided to close window today. I ask how would I know that ? Silence, finally they said they will put a sign on window closed, I assume due to lack of customer service!

IT'S FINALLY HERE!!!!! I grew up in small towns in Oregon so to see this on lake mead parkway in Henderson was an instant celebration in my heart. I used to only be able to get The Human Bean once a year in July when I would travel back home & now I can have it whenever I want! Their snickers granita is soooo delicious! Truth is, that's the only thing I order ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ why mess with a good thing right? My kiddos always order vanilla granita with lots caramel. You can get them both with or without coffee, mine are with, kiddos; without. Their sizes are very generous & most drinks are customizable for vegan & sugar free. They also serve a delicious chocolate covered espresso bean with each order. (You can buy a bag if you're obsessed like me) I hope they open more locations! It's a bit of a drive for me but so worth it for that nostalgic feeling.

We got two caramel cold brews and holy moly was that bad coffee! Almost see-through in color and just about tasteless

Decided to drive up to this shop today because I've been hearing good things from close friends about their drinks + how nice and friendly the staff are! I was not disappointed at all! The drinks were soo good (I ordered the snowy mocha ) and the two girls on the floor (one wearing a Hello Kitty mask and another wearing a black mask) were so friendly and kind! I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know!
