If the Hummingbird Room only had tremendous and imaginative food, locally sourced and delicious, they'd be 5 stars. But they also deliver cooperative, personal, and motivated service in a beautiful country setting. Everyone gets a tableside visit by the chefs, the BYOB service is exceptionally attentive. We love it here and look forward to the next dinner.

My husband and I love The Hummingbird Room so much we got engaged there! It's a beautiful victorian style home in the country with the finest gourmet food you will get anywhere in the world. The service is exceptional. Extremely professional, yet comfortable. We go as often as possible and it is always a treat. Their deck, barn and grounds are beautiful and would be the perfect place for a wedding or party. FIRST CLASS! This hidden gem is unlike anything else in Central PA. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service pair with a truly gourmet dining experience that will impress even the most discerning visitors. I was absolutely blown away at the food, flavor, presentation and attention to detail. Amazing!

Way to much money for my blood I can cook at home for 3months on one dinner there it has been years ago I have been there I know you have been closed for a few years wasn't sure how long it was

Hands down the best restaurant for 100+ miles. We had a terrific five course dinner tonight, with one course better than the next. Chef Eric and his charming wife Claudia renovated a beautiful old farmhouse. Eric was trained in France and worked at Le Bec-Fin in Philly, before moving to Spring Mills. They host weddings and special events, but these days are only open for dinner occasionally. Check their FB page and sign up for their email.

I have enjoyed every dinner, every bite I've ever had here. Local ingredients made with skill and passion, fantastic setting and ambiance, and staff that really makes me feel welcome and special.
