"The Hummus Factory went from food truck to restaurant in 2016. Owner Tony Tabet serves chicken kabobs with a bed of onions and zucchini, lamb gyros, hummus sliders, eggplant dishes such as crispy eggplant fries, falafel and more. Even shawarma makes an appearance in the sliders. Vegetarians can try the stuffed grape leaves or the falafel plate.
