Indigo Lounge has Karaoke on Wednesday nights between 8:30pm and about 12:30/1am. It's fun and it's a great atmosphere! Loungy and comfy seats. Kevin makes great drinks! The DJ can get you up to sing more than once! The picture is the DJ and I in front of the bar on Halloween week just before it started. :)

Great staff... Value for money and the Queen's and Cocktails show on Friday and Saturday night is a must see... No cover either which was a plus!!!

$19.50 for a rum and coke. Nice place, definitely NOT worth the cost. No wait staff, had to go to the bar to get a drink.

Love the Lounge! Excellent drink specials! Great staff! MOST IMPORTANTLY Queens and Cocktails was one of the best shows I have ever seen! Fresh, hip, and SO much fun! Plus there is a Drag Queen DJ!!!! Every Friday and every Saturday at 8 pm with NO cover!!!

Horrible service! Would give ZERO stars if possible!! The waitress was rude and mean from the start, and said we could only have bottled water for $6.50, even after we'd bought drinks all night!! Are you kidding me?? We had margaritas, grey goose, beers, etc. but she can't even give us any water?? Her attitude was nasty all night long too, as if she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. She needs to be reminded that customers like us PAY her salary!!! The band was excellent, however. I really feel sorry for that place because it could be a really great place if it weren't for that beast of a waitress. She is running off all their customers and it is a very, very bad business plan to keep her around!! We left because of her and saw many others doing the same. We wanted to stay to listen to the excellent band that played a mix of English and Spanish music. The owner needs to decide if he's going to allow this waitress to rule the roost!! If so, then it will continue to do poorly and people won't feel comfortable there. We won't be going back until she's gone.

Horrible service. I happily was celebrating my wedding because I stayed at Bally’s and it was such a disappointment. Basically what happened was I was in line in hopes to order a drink and the bartender let me know because I was at a table with my friend I could only wait for the one waitress that was taking forever to come around. I waited for the waitress and she let me know she could not serve me till her other table were complete and I said oh can I just stand in line and she told me no she wouldn’t help me and told the bartender not to help me either. Basically I waited and saw about 10 other served by the bartender till waitress returned. Only good thing was the music. The band was amazing. But the service is lacking so much.

The bartender, Pedro, was more interested in making change or counting his cash drawer than in making drinks for us. The write-up that there is live music is a joke. There was a rodeo on the screen. The description that there are craft cocktails is also completely untrue. We were just shoved a card to order from (nothing craft about it) and not treated very warmly at all. Then we went over to the lobby bar and got excellent service, quality drinks, and the kind of experience that we expect to have in Las Vegas.

We were a party of four there for a cocktail before heading out to a show. One of our female guests ordered a special coffee. After sending it back (it wasn't the the right drink) the server was not happy and we had to ask the bar manager to take it off of our bill ($14 bucks) they finally agreed, then we had trouble getting our receipt off of the server. We finally got a copy of the receipt and the server would not bring another drink to the customer (a water). Another female in our party while trying to get a copy of the receipt told the server that yes there was some attitude from the other guest, but we are the customer. Shortly after that security came in and asked us to leave, we did so and complained to the the hotel manager, he explained that the Indigo lounge was operated by another company than the Bally's Hotel and they couldn't really do anything about it. Shoddy service! and overpriced, watered down drinks! do not visit this lounge. You are better off taking the underground connector to the Paris hotel and Casino. Nicer Casino! better food and entertainment.
