"Wine in a Can Maybe because Denver is a beer town, drinking wine from a can makes a kind of sense. Urban winery Infinite Monkey Theorem serves a selection of their own reds and whites, made from grapes grown on Colorado's Front Range and on the plains of Texas. Instead of the usual rustic setting for a wine tasting, you'll be sipping in their industrial RiNo District warehouse. Wine on tap or in cans is the norm here, as is developing a taste for a no-nonsense winery."

Where to drink on frosé in Denver - Eater Denver

"It’s not hard to see why this urban winery chooses art-driven RiNo to call home. The creative “mad scientist” team sources its grapes from the western slopes of Colorado and beyond. The Rosé Wine Slushie features notes of strawberry and raspberry and is also available in a portable form — rosé Popsicles that customers can enjoy, sans glass." - Nisa Sedaghat

Google
I love a good urban winery and this place is no exception! We went on a Thursday afternoon when very few people were there so we had our choice of seating. There are some cute corners inside but we opted for the sofas outside. Be sure to check out the wine cans in addition to the great bottle selection!

Google
I find it hard to not purchase every wine offered, because they are all rich in their own way. Each time I’ve been in, there’s been about 10-15 options. Pricing is more than reasonable, not to mention happy hour. The patio is top notch and the street is usually pretty quiet down here. On top of all that, the staff is hella friendly and I want every piece of furniture they have!

Google
This was a favorite find during our long weekend. They had a Sunday party going on with tattoo artists and a local maker's market. The space is fun and draws a pleasant crowd. I really enjoyed the space and everyone working was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would return again

Google
Did the wine tour for my friend's birthday and that was fun! Learned some good facts on the wine they produce and they're the second company to make canned wine. They're wines are a little dry for my palette since I'm prone to sweeter wines but overall still good tasting wines.

David Collier

Google
This was my second time coming here and it is still such a great place to sit back, unwind, and relax alone or with friends with a glass of wine. They have a respectable menu of wines to choose from and very friendly and helpful bar staff. I really like the retro decor with lots of deep colors and gold accents. Plenty of indoor space for an intimate gathering and plenty of outdoor space for larger groups! Will be coming back here every time I’m in Denver!

Google
My first time going to an urban winery! It was really easy to book a private tour and our guide, Quinn, really shared knowledge about the wines! He also gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. It was a very lowkey experience. Loved that the wine is made in-house!

Google
Corporate private booking for 40 folks on a Tuesday night and IMT was the best. Shout out to Cody for making it extremely convenient to plan remotely—they suggested top notch local catering and host gifts for attendees. Would return again if in the Denver area because of the unique space, easy communication and cool staff.

Google
With as many bars as they have in downtown Denver, it was quite fortuitous that we happen upon this establishment. The service was great and the Cabernet Franc was exceptional. I'm no wine expert - by any means but I found the selection to be great and the patio area just right for parties of two with areas for bigger parties having benched areas. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
Why would you serve a Sparkling Riesling as the first cup of wine to your guests at an event, and then tell me I CANNOT BUY IT BY THE BOTTLE at the end (it's only on-tap? WTF?) That's /literally/ the whole point of having a tasting. Drove 80 minutes for this and left disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
Still love the Blind Watchmaker, and my husbands favorite is the Cab Franc with just the touch of jalapeño. The wine is awesome, and I love the decor and the seating. But this isn't about how awesome IMT is (because it is). This is about how awesome the comedy night is- my husband and I came for date night, and we laughed through every comedian. I was impressed with how each person who took the mic handled the crowd, but the host, Kelsey, was especially skilled. Loved her bits about mental health! She was also very kind and got me a pouf to support my injured leg. They have comedy night the first and third Wednesday of every month, and if you haven't attended you are missing out!

Yelp
What better way to celebrate National Wine Day than at Infinite Monkey and their pop-up market with local vendors and artists?! Service by the bartenders was friendly. You must order at the bar and they will keep your tab open. Their facility has a large warehouse area to house tables for vendors while you can take a glass (or bottle) of their wine with you as you shop. Now that's a dangerous combo!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a modern take on a coffee shop vibe but for late night hangs. People reading books and catching up. Cozy couches, typewriters and plants with delicious wine. I attended a pre wedding event in the back of this urban winery and the decor for a warehouse space was fantastic. Kid friendly, moody and beautiful.

Yelp
I am not really a fan of wine, so would not have ended up here on my own, but was very happy to have been part of a group that wanted to visit because there was also a stand-up comedy night, and I had a great time working at the bar and drinking spritzers! Would definitely recommend. The crowd and vibes were hitting all the right spots.

Yelp
The girls & I celebrated National Women's Month with a private wine tour at The Infinite Monkey Theorem (IMT) winery in RiNo this past weekend. IMT is a female-owned-and-operated urban winery so it was the perfect spot to gather the girls together & imbibe in an empowering & care-free day, drinking delicious wine & learning about IMT's wine making process. IMT has the cutest industrial-chic winery & taproom where you can go and enjoy their wines (with or without a tour depending on your preference). IMT was one of the first wineries to ever put wine in a can - so cool. We arrived at IMT and got paired with our tour guide, Sally, in the taproom. Sally had an engaging, charismatic personality & was incredibly knowledgeable on IMT, their wines & their full wine making process. She answered all of our wine & winery related questions with ease. We got to taste 4 of IMT's bottled, kegged, & canned wines during our tour. Sally started us off with a canned riesling and we made our way into the winery. I really liked IMT's Riesling - it wasn't too sweet and had distinct peach flavor notes with a nice mineral finish. This riesling was recognized by Food & Wine as one of the "40 Wines That Changed the Way We Drink". Inside the winery, there was a vintage inspired seating area where we got to sit, drink our wine & learn from Sally. IMT gets their grapes from the western slopes of Colorado (Grand Junction & Palisade) - IMT prides themselves on making wine that is mountain grown & city made. The grapes from the CO western slopes are transported to the winery in RiNo where they are shoveled into the Destemmer-Crusher machine. This machine is responsible for destemming the grapes, splitting the grapes open and then crushing them for juice. One of the most interesting takeaways that I got from the tour is that the color of wine comes from the skin of the grapes. Think about red grapes - when you bite into a red grape, the inside is clear; it's the skin of the grape that is red. When the grape skins are left behind to ferment with the grape's juice, the juice begins to extract color from the skins and thus takes on the skins' color. The longer the wine ferments, the more color the liquid will extract from the grape's skin. Next up to drink was IMT's Rosé. The Rosé had great acidity & light carbonation that burst on the palate with flavor notes of strawberries & raspberries - nice & fruity making it a refreshing sipper for spring and summer. IMT's wine is stored and fermented in barrels. Oak barrel fermentation gives wine its structure and allows for oxygen exposure to assist with the wine's maturity. We got to see several of the winery's aging barrels. White wine is aged in the barrels for shorter periods of time than the red wine. Next up to drink was IMT's The Blind Watchmaker Red blend. This was my favorite! The Blind Watchmaker Red blend was a full bodied red with a strong fruity aroma and taste of crushed blackberry. There was a faint whisper of liquorice on the aftertaste. Once again, IMT was one of the first wineries to ever put wine in a can - we got to see their canning machine as well as pallets and pallets of their canned wines. We finished up our tour back in the tasting room where Sally bid us goodbye & left us to enjoy our final glass of wine. Such a fun way to spend the day with the girls & Happy National Women's month!

Yelp
We took the tour with Sally this last weekend and had such a fun time! The tour started with showing us the entire process beginning at crushing the grapes. We got to see the canning process which is so cool and a neat concept and then we learned about the wine barrels. It was cool to learn they last about 10 years and have some incredible wine batches in there. After the tour we stayed for a wine tasting and loved everything we tried. Our favorites were the Syrah and the Blond Watchmakers which I was told changes almost every time. They had something for everyone and the white wines are not sweet but instead is very fresh and crisp. They make the perfect porch drinkers. We will for sure be back the next time we are in Denver. We bought some bottles to go and enjoyed them on our trip and when we got home with friends. We don't have any left it was so good!!!

Yelp
What a great little find. I walked in and immediately felt at home. It was super cozy and the drinks were perfection. Can not wait to come back here and play some games and catch up with friends. Street parking, but in a part of town it was easy to find!!! Love this place!!!
google avatar

Shizar H.

Yelp
Would give them 5 stars but they don't have Merlot which is disappointing, but other than that this place is amazing. Some of the best chill vibes in the city. Speakeasy vibes without having to jump through the usual hoops.
google avatar

Amanda F.

Yelp
This was my first time here but have been to the one in austin (temp closed right now). I have enjoyed Infinite Monkey wine a little too much. I highly recommend the watchmaker to try with BBQ. This location is located in the RiNO district. It is quite large with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. You can easily walk to other places nearby if you wanted too. We didn't eat here but I believe you can purchase small bites.

Laura H.

Yelp
I believe they're closed indefinitely. I tried to contact the business 5 times three different occasions over a couple months time span. No response.
google avatar

Brena E.

Yelp
We did a tour here, so this isn't a rating on just the bar. It's a very impressive operation with what doesn't seem like a lot of employees. It's a cool space and our tour guide was very nice. I would say the price of the tour seemed very expensive for what we got though. There was a meat and cheese plate at the end and it was just something that was prepackaged, so not exactly what we envisioned. If I went back, I would just go have a drink at the bar as we did enjoy the wine.
google avatar

Yelp
This was the third and BEST stop on my bar crawl. We LOVED it! There's no pretention or frills; its eclectic and inviting. Not to mention the wine is amazing. Everything about this place is approachable and who doesn't want that? Its a vibe and we stayed here the longest chatting and sipping. I had such a great time, I have zero photos; a sure sign of just living for the moment and enjoying in 2021. At the time, in April, they did have us fill out a contact tracing survey and weren't doing tasting flights, but we were able to get tastes before purchasing a glass (happy hour pricing is on point btw). The staff was knowledgeable and provided great service. We talked at length about the grapes and winemaking process. The reds were wonderful! It was like 90 degrees out and I still was like pour it up. The Blind Watchmaker, Tempranillo, and Syrah: chef's kiss! Cannot recommend enough. 10/10
google avatar

Moma M.

Yelp
Ambience is cool! Big place to have lots of people to meet up and have wine. Their wine was decent but nothing to write home about. You order your drinks at the bar and sit down so no table service that I can recall and no food!
google avatar

Anna C.

Yelp
Good wine and fun vibes. Stopped in to kill some time and had a great experience. Great indoor atmosphere with a funky vintage vibe and good music. The staff is super friendly. The outdoor area is warm but has shade for hot days. Great mural on the side and room for a stage with concerts in the summer. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
I can't believe I haven't written a review of Infinite Monkey Theorem yet! I've been here a bunch of times once for a bachelorette party where we had a tour, plenty of times to just grab a drink and even a couple of times for yoga. I love the atmosphere here and have always had a great time when coming here. There have a friendly staff and great wines. I especially love in the summer when they have the frosé.
google avatar

Yelp
Canned wine is a pretty big deal across the US (and beyond) these days, and I gotta give credit to IMT for doing so years before it became popular. They're trendsetters. I could drink their canned white blend anytime, but it's especially good on a hot, summer day. What I love about the tasting room in Rino (RIP, Stanley Marketplace tasting room!) is that you can try so much more than what's sold in stores, beyond the cans or bottles. I actually prefer to try whatever is on tap because it's usually beyond basics. Not that drinking wine in a hipster part of Denver isn't basic in itself, but you're picking up what I'm throwing down, yeah? Most recently I tried their dry hopped Sauvignon Blanc on tap and it had notes of a light ale, plus crisp white wine. Not sure how they blend those two together but it's quite lovely. And I'm not a beer lover. I'm also a fan of the Bubble Universe, which is the drier, less sweet sparkling wine they sell. Highly recommend for a ladies meetup or group hang, there's always space for a few more inside the tasting room and it's very chill. The bartenders will gladly educate you on the offerings and no matter what you like: sweet, dry, sparkling, canned, bottle or tap (even cider), they got you covered.
google avatar

Yelp
Signed up myself and three friends for the tour and tasting. The Syrah was fabulous and there were several canned options that tasted surprisingly wonderful. (YES, they've figured out wine in a can) Our tour guide was a lovely human and the atmosphere is so nice we stayed for quite a while. The seating areas are quite spaced out which was appreciated and there is also outdoor seating for nice weather! Definitely would recommend!
google avatar

Robyn L.

Yelp
Cool spot in the Rino neighborhood, we enjoyed a night cap here, a great glass of wine and a relaxing/ chill environment.
google avatar

Yelp
I was eager to stop by a wine bar since SLC really lacks in this department. I am so glad we found this place! We came during a huge snow storm so everywhere was basically shut down. We loved the space, decor, and overall ambiance. It was chill and great. The bartender was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. We ended up getting a white and red flight. They wines were great. The winner was the rosé (I generally do not like rosé) - it was not too sweet and very smooth. I also enjoyed their blend. It was a fun experience and we would totally stop by again if given the chance!
google avatar

Phylicia K.

Yelp
Urban winery known for the canned wine, I specifically found them from their canned rose! It's an urban winery because it is located right in the heart of the Downtown in the RiNo district. I went for another tour opportunity, for $25 you get a 60 minute tour of the winery and a chance to taste multiple wines from the bottle, keg and can. It was such a great deal and you got a behind the scenes look at the place. After the tour a few of us hung out listening to music with another drink.

Maura D.

Yelp
We hosted a private event at Infinite Monkey Theorem. What a gem! The staff was incredible to work with and made sure our night was a success. They were exceptional. So friendly and professional. All that on top of great wine to enjoy with friends and family. Thank you, Infinite Monkey Theorem!
google avatar

Yelp
Writing this from the great quarantine of 2020, so this time it was just a pick up to-go order, but that doesn't change the fact that TIMT has a good selection of good wines. If you are reading this, and the government has allowed us to go outside of our houses again to be social creatures, this is a great spot for meeting up with friends. It's very cozy and inviting atmosphere make it a great spot for a quick drink, a date spot, or even a game night with small group.
google avatar

Eilen S.

Yelp
Sometimes when you move from one city to another it takes you quite some time to find the restaurant, bars and clubs that you consider "your spots" but in this case it only took me a few months in Denver to find this gold mine that I plan on basically moving into. The location is amazing. A perfect distance to some of the better murals and shopping sections of the rhino district. It has ample outside sitting and very " instagramable" indoor seating where you can sit with your girls, have a few glasses of wine and talk about life while documenting all of it. Not sure if they have live music but that would be one incredible combination.
google avatar

Jeff D.

Yelp
I will preface this review by stating I am not a wine drinker. Beer is my forte and I typically stay away from wine as it can give me a wicked hangover if I drink too much; however, all of these thoughts went out the window when I visited Infinite Monkey Theorem. You have a couple of options here - you may order wine on tap, wine in a can, or even choose to order wine out of a vending machine. Pretty cool right? You also have the option to relax at one of their many comfortable chairs or couches. Finally you can't go wrong with IMT's location right in the heart of RiNo. You may bring in food (may I suggest Walnut Room's pizza?) or walk to any number of breweries. Whether you are a local or just visiting, Infinite Monkey Theorem is sure to please.
google avatar

Alexandra D.

Yelp
I think I like this place. Super cute wine bar with not many choices but definitely a good selection of wines. If you're a beer aficionados they have a wine that is made with hope and is very aromatic from what I was able to taste. The place is super intimate and offers a great deal of siting options and, if you're up for it, even books to read. Price wise yes it may be a little on the higher site but then again you're in RiNo district lol Come by and have a glass or bottle. They make their own wine so give it a try

Yelp
I was introduced to Infinite Monkey Theorem through a virtual Yelp event, and I've already been back. During the event, we tried the canned white, bellini, rose, and red - I didn't have high expectations for canned wine (even though I'm a fan of certain boxed wines), and I was blown away. I've been back already to pick up a few more four packs - on my return, I opted for the Bubble Universe white (amazing), more of the bellini, and the hopped SB. Each four pack is about $15, and I highly recommend each of the varieties I've tried. Further, the staff has been friendly and helpful each time I've been in. Another great addition to the Denver scene!

Karly B.

Yelp
I absolutely adore Infinite Monkey Theorem. I cannot stress enough that the vibes here are amazing. I have been coming here for 6 months and everything is fantastic. To start off, the wine, is incredible, I previously was checking out a few other wine makers in the area and Infinite Monkey Theorem stands out by a mile. (If they have it still I highly recommend the blind watchmaker) Additionally, way more affordable than the market price of wine in the area which is why I come here more often than I would otherwise. Then to add to all of this, the staff is AMAZING. I have met all of them now and they are so insanely sweet. They really want everyone to have the best experience they can and you can even try the wine to make sure you like it before purchasing a full glass. Infinite Monkey Theorem never disappoints. They constantly have events that are really great for a date or a group of friends. The environment feels like a coffee shop to me which is really perfect for any casual outing. I come here to knit after a long day at work and would not choose anywhere else for a place to unwind.

Yelp
Awesome wine bar in the RiNo area of Denver. Had two flight tastings including Malbec Tempranillo and Cab Franc!! Defn give it a visit when in Denver
google avatar

Sophie H.

Yelp
My fiancé and I ordered a large supply of Infinite Monkey canned wine at the last minute before our wedding. The staff was great, very friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed for the big day on very short notice. They really made it so easy for us. Aside from the great customer service, Infinite Monkey Theorem wines are great and there really is something for everyone. We were just so glad we could support a business like this one that is both local and female-owned. Thanks again!

Yelp
Guys, this is my happy place. I visited Denver with my boyfriend and we stayed in an Airbnb near a ton of cool places - but this was by far one of my top favorites. It took a bit to walk there from our place, and I felt like we were walking to the middle of nowhere, but when we entered Infinite Monkey Theorem I forgot about all of that. They have a great selection of wine on tap, a cider option, and get this - wine slushies. Say no more, take all of my money. Actually, you don't even have to spend that much, because a flight is only $10! I tried the chardonnay, sparkling white, and the malbec. All were great! My favorite was probably the chardonnay. The interior of the bar is really cool with different kinds of seating and board games to play. The outdoor area is even better, though, with picnic tables, comfy couches and a view of a million kegs full of wine. So awesome. The bartender working was super nice and really helpful with choosing wines. This place is an absolute must-visit for any wine lover!

Yelp
This was our last stop after hitting up a few bars along the RINO Arts District. Super Chill Atmosphere. The layout was pretty big. Great for large groups and a sweet date spot. They had super comfortable seating everywhere. I had the Rose with my wife. Very good. Definitely a must experience for anyone that hasn't been here. Bartender staff was quick and responsive.
google avatar

Miya J.

Yelp
I've been wanting to check this place out for some time. Sunday night drink on the patio on a warm beautiful spring evening was just what the doctor ordered. Super chill and calming. The peach Bellini wine was very refreshing. The inside decor was also very cute. If they could add snacks to the menu that would have made it a 5 star experience. I look forward to visiting again.
google avatar

Yelp
Yup delicious. Such a fun urban winery. Great outdoor space with plenty of options -- very COVID friendly space. Frose is a perfect afternoon bevvie.
google avatar

Maria E.

Yelp
A must for wine lovers. I don't drink wine so I just accompanied a friend. I liked the vibe here. Had an artsy lounge feel although still casual. Cool that they have wine on tap, in cans, and via vending machine. Definitely a different experience and a deviation from the usual.

Yelp
Infinite Monkey Theorem was the perfect setting for my sister's bridal shower this past weekend. From start to finish everyone we worked with was incredibly kind and helpful -- not to mention the amazing wine selection and wonderful backdrop for all of the photos as well! Highly recommend this venue for any sort of intimate and fun event, would definitely work with them again!
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
We have been buying cans of wine from Infinite Monkey Theorem for my business for years and have always had great feedback. Because we buy direct I have made it my job to pick them up so I can taste test! One of my favorite things about this place is how much it reminds me of a book store, in the best way possible. The chairs are easy to lounge in and spend the day talking about anything from a good book to politics. The neighborhood has changed over the years, but this winery has stayed true to who they are. Before covid I was a huge fan of coming here for yoga and events and really appreciate the collaborations they do with other local businesses. I can't wait for covid to be over so we can do that again!
google avatar

Rachel M.

Yelp
Had such a great time at yoga and wine at The Infinite Monkey Theorem! I never knew there was a cute backroom venue space perfect for events! A glass of wine was included after the update class. I had a glass of the sparkling Riesling and it was delicious! Will definitely be back to try more.
google avatar

Jake H.

Yelp
Very friendly staff. Eclectic interior, and the wine was really outstanding. Went back the next night, and enjoyed trivia. Fun, laid back atmosphere. This was a great stop (twice).

Yelp
So fun!!! Infinite Monkey Theorem has been on my list to visit for so long and I finally made it! My sister and mom took me here for a wine tour for my birthday and it was so fun, definitely worth the tour if you are wanting to learn a lot about wine and Urban winemaking. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept everyone's attention while providing lots of different tastings. But let's talk about the actual wine... DELICIOUS. SO GOOD. We got to try a lot of different wines - Sav Blanc, Reisling, Cab Franc, Malbec, and a pear cider. All were so good, but my favorite was definitely the Cab Franc. They have lots of options to buy bottles to take home and on tap at the bar. This is one of the most unique wine bars and unique wineries that I have ever been to. If you enjoy wine, a cool vibe... definitely make this your next drink spot.
google avatar

Megan H.

Yelp
Took the winery tour, we had a great, knowledgeable guide with a sense of humor! And who doesn't enjoy trying the various wines, which in turn makes for an even better night ;)) It was my boyfriend & I's 8 year anniversary & his company Christmas party! The staff was very accommodating & friendly. The atmosphere dark & cozy. I was very happy to be there, it serves great memories. Great place for a group or for one on one! The wine is delicious btw.

Yelp
This wine slaps!!!! Nothing Sussex about it! Thanks for being so accommodating to large clusters of bachelorette parties that one time.

Yelp
Outside: Really nice patio seating with garden side, rows of plants and flowers surround benches and tables along with seating next to a food truck. Inside: Looks like an old basement that is yet to be renovated. dark and dim with no real theme, exposed concrete and an old brown bar that looks like it was taken from someones old basement bar and set there. just weird for such an amazing wine company. Atmosphere and ambiance is non existent. Go down stairs into your unfinished basement and pop a bottle of wine and drink it there, same thing. Service: Service was friendly and decent enough. Wine: Amazing wines, everything this place makes is quality. However they don't do flights on the weekends. Place is alright. They are my favorite wine company. It seems like all their efforts were put into the outdoor area which is where everyone goes to chill anyways. If you want a more winery like experience hit up bigsby and folly down the street that places is gorgeous.

Yelp
A long over due review! A group of girlfriends and I travelled to Denver for a 30th bday trip back in January. Luckily, I stumbled upon this place online before we left and was able to book a last min private tour (so accommodating). What a fun spot! In the heart of Downtown Denver-this urban winery is perfectly situated. Different than traditional wine tasting tours (no vineyards in sight) needless to say it was a blast. The tour was fun and informative with plenty of tastings! (Hopefully we weren't too obnoxious) Their business model is very interesting. The vibe of their tasting area is very trendy and welcoming. For out of towners, I would highly recommend a stop her regardless of a tour reservation. Luckily we can find Infinite Wine at Bevmo in CA to relive the fun memories of our Denver trip!
google avatar

Andrea K.

Yelp
I really liked it here. I was disappointed that they do not offer flights on the weekends but I sipped on their Petite Verdot ($10/glass) which was very rich - not fruity- and I really liked it. Inside the winery is very modern and cool but on this particular Sunday, it was a gorgeous Denver day so I was all about the patio. Lots of tables out there to enjoy the sun. One of the people in our group at the mimosas which are $5 on Sundays and available with OJ or grapefruit. He enjoyed it. Sadly I do not live near IFM, but I would be a regular if I did. When I am in the area, I will certainly drop by!

Wine in a can? Don't mind if I do. Served in aluminum was my first experience with their brand and I was impressed. After visiting the Denver Art Museum, we were looking for a spot to hang out and have a few drinks before dinner where I had a chance to experience their product from a tap. To be honest, they were both good and I loved the varieties they offered. After sharing some sips, I ended up settling for their pear cider. It's on the dryer side and not overly sweet like some of them can be. Again, served in a can, I couldn't help but fall in love with the little monkey smiling back at me every time I took drink. I love, love, love their outdoor patio that is dog friendly. They had a food truck selling bratwursts and tater tots on the day we went, so it was as if the fried finger food gods were listening in on my deepest wants and desires at that particular moment. I can see this place being uber popular during the summer when the weather is nice. I mean, it was pretty hopping on a warm day in February, so I can only imagine it's popularity when it's warmer. For those that like to drink indoors, they have a ton of seating inside, too. I WILL be back to imbibe further!

Yelp
This place is just rad. Its like a seventies lounge in there... Without the smoking and the bell-bottoms. They have wine by the glass, in the can and on tap and is great for girls night or a date. Looking forward to going back.

Yelp
This is a cool wine bar not just in Denver, but anywhere! I mean, wine on tap?! Get at me. WINE - rices are standard ($7/8) and there are some nice ones you don't see as often like: gewürztraminer, viognier, and syrah. They even have a dry hopped sauv blanc! Not a fan but I appreciate. SPACE - Big inside and outside! Dog friendly is a plus. Lots of different places to sit like couches, benches, and adirondack chairs. There was even a food truck the night I went. SERVICE - Slow tbh. Walked in around 830pm on a Friday night, line went near the door, and it felt like only 1-2 people were serving at the bar. If you're looking for a break from beer, I would defo recommend the IMT! Solid time. :)

Yelp
The outdoor patio offers plenty of room for social distancing, plus they allow dogs! I've had a few of their wines and have been happy with them all. I would say that today I got the peach Bellini and there wasn't anything peachy about it. I would suggest with frose' instead.
