Thank you for the hospitality tonight. The Rib eye served medium rare was one of the best I have tried. Your steak was more memorable to me than the big games in the industry like Beast (etc etc) and that is my personal opinion.
The IVY club's bannockburn rib eye was absoluty cooked perfectly - medium-rare and it had a beautiful crust with a juicy, tender center. The marbling was incredible, and the flavour? ...
Rich, buttery, and unforgettable, literally melting with every bite. The peppercorn sauce added a kick.
The side of spinach I ordered as cream was unexpectedly too creamy. IVY Team kindly changed it but I should have opted for the buttery spinach to complement the richness of the steak.
But again, the beef was perfectly marbled!
Another dish I tried - The cod and lentils and pancetta - is that for real? How does pancetta and lentils even work together? It was a magical mix and the cod just all worked together I am so pleased.

Fine company, fine wine, mixed in with excellent service.
I cannot not mention the fine service which deserves so much credit. Every time my wine glass reached to quarter, it was filled magically. I sound so spoiled. But I am so grateful for that.
Life is for memories and you just proved to me that London is the best place to live in the World. If Abel Giandolini was dining with me from 1917 (previous restraint owner of this building) he would be so proud of you all!
