We went to The Ivy Richmond for lunch on a Sunday and ordered the traditional fish and chips and the Ivy Burger. Both were spot on! We especially loved the creamy mushy peas that came with it (quite a discovery for us brazilians)! For dessert, we decided to share The Ivy Classic Shepherd's Pie Dessert, which was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is stunning and sophisticated, with live jazz creating a beautifully fancy atmosphere. The service was equally excellent. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, but honestly, that applies to the whole staff. Everyone was helpful and efficient. We had an amazing experience!

From the moment we walked through the doors of The Ivy Richmond, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance is nothing short of stunning—elegant, whimsical, and thoughtfully designed. Think art deco meets botanical charm, with plush seating, soft lighting, and beautifully curated decor that sets the tone for a luxurious dining experience. The service was impeccable. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly, despite the restaurant being quite busy. I didn’t catch the server’s name (he was wearing a dark, almost black suit, not green), however he was so attentive without being intrusive. Every request was handled with grace and genuine hospitality. We opted for the 2 course heritage menu which offered a balanced yet delicious variety of dishes. Perfect portions, bursting with flavours! Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in a beautiful setting!

From the moment you walk into, you’re met with an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional meal. The food here truly lives up to its reputation — each dish is thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The roasted scallops were beautifully cooked with rich flavours and a touch of luxury. The rib-eye was tender, full of depth, and perfectly charred. The 1917 fish and chips were classic, crisp, and comforting. Overall, The Ivy Restaurant is not just a meal, but a celebration of quality ingredients, skilled cooking, and timeless elegance. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic experiance! I always thought that the Ivy was a somewhat on the more expensive scale but it was class reasonably priced with delicious food, amazing wine selection and fantastic service! The decor was totally magical even in the toilets! Loved it and highly recommend!

Restaurant is quite nice! Food comes out hot and always filling. Loads of food options, ordered steak not up to my usual expectations. Have to try other dishes when I come back.

Great restaurant, delicious food, and yummy desert. We were warmly welcomed, and the staffs were nice, and attentive. The ambiance/atmosphere was nice, with live music, warm lighting, and good interior design, so comfortable. Toilets for customers are available.

We visited The Ivy Richmond as part of a trip around the country, and we absolutely love the consistency, the interiors, and the amazing service. Overall, we were not disappointed. Service: Our waitress was fantastic — bubbly, engaging, and full of great wine and cocktail recommendations. We ended up chatting about personal things for far longer than usual, which really made us feel at home. Food & Drinks: I went for the burger, and I can honestly say it’s probably the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The radish relish that came with it was perfect. My only surprise was the £7 charge for one slice of cheese and a rasher of bacon, which seemed a bit excessive, although it did enhance the flavour. To go with the burger, I had an Amaretto sour mocktail — a rare find across cocktail bars — and it was absolutely beautiful. The interiors were cozy, and there was a great buzz throughout the venue. Highly recommend for excellent food, cocktails, and top-notch service!

Went in without a booking at 10.45pm for something to eat after the theatre. Service was brilliant. We had 2 starters to share and a soup each, the fig salad and kalamari. It was just perfect.
