The Jackson - North Park

I have to honestly review this place… I lived in the Jackson for a year and was counting the days I would be out. From Car break ins, unfriendly neighbors, elevators that break down weekly to the human feces right outside the front gates. It’s got a good view if you’re up top but that’s all it has to offer and great walkable food. Over priced without amenities and bad bad silverfish issue and you’ll hear a generator running next door all night long from the restaurants. I offered to paint because it’s my profession and they said no and charged me $500 dollars for a small paint job I charge $150 for. Save your money and move to a place that you’ll love. Hopefully I saved you the trouble. Good luck!

I've lived here for about a year and it's have had a really good experience. The neighborhood is very walkable, the complex is clean and quiet, and the property manager is very attentive

I lived here for a year and had a great experience. I’ve lived in my fair share of apartment buildings over the years and I can legitimately say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. The location is great, the unit designs are modern, and the rent is quite fair. Joel, the community manager, is also the best I’ve come across. He’s attentive without being intrusive and he genuinely takes pride in making the complex clean, orderly, and festive. Highly recommend!
