The Joe Chocolate Co. Mocha Bar

I tried this place because I just saw them highlighted on a local news broadcast and they have a great story. I tried their cafe mocha coffee and it was pretty good. The mocha used was very good, better flavor than most. I tried two kinds of their chocolates. One peppermint and one experimental flavor with bananas. They were both really good. They also have drinking chocolate. I will try that next time. I was there on a Sunday when it wasn’t that busy and had to wait a fair amount of time to get my coffee. Maybe the staff will get a little more efficient in time. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. This may be my new go to coffee place when I visit Pike.

Friendly service, Seattle coffee shop vibe, unique options on the menu, and conveniently located in the Pike Place Market. We tried the first thing on the menu - The Joe Mocha ($6 before tax), and it was tasty. I saw other people ordering mocha chai, and that seemed pretty decent too. You can taste their free salted chocolate samples. There are enough seats inside. Come in and grab a mocha on a cold day!

AMAZING coffee! I got the white joe mocha and it was delicious. Totally recommend this place! I'm loving Seattle♡ Their menu is very beautiful!! I'm a graphic designer and I loved the menu design!

We ordered a hot chocolate and the 'joe mocha'. The hot chocolate was very chocolaty so make sure to mix it, the mocha was good, wish it had a bit more coffee to it. Fairly priced. Personally I had higher expectations for the chocolate so that's why it's not a 5 *.

BRAND NEW! GRAND OPENING. Local owners and great snacks with caffeine. Particularly loved the coconut macaroon. The staff was incredible. I met Kade who talked about the company, what they offered and what was different about their chocolate snacks. The coffee was great and they have all of the different types of milk that the major chains like Starbucks don't have. Make sure to stop by while waiting in line for Beechers tours.

We stopped by the Monday after their grand opening and I have nothing but great things to say. I went in with a group of four others and the staff was super friendly and patient with us while we all tried to figure out what we wanted. I got a caramel latte which was an absolute delight (they make their own caramel). We all also got one of their cookies which were drool worthy. If you're in Pike Place I highly recommend you stop by!

Awesome cafe in the middle of Pike's Place Market. Great coffee and sandwiches. Bonus was being able to buy some espresso bark, Joe Chocolates, to take home.
