I have been to other locations in town and also experienced with other Dr. at this location, but since I found Dr. G, I became a repeated client. He knows what he’s doing and I feel better every time. I came to see another Dr and didn’t know he was off Sat and had to comeback 2 days later since my pain was still there. Besides, Dr. Jack is great as well. The receptionists are great as well

I recently started going to The Joint chiropractic and I really value this affordable option to self care and wellness. I like that no appointment is needed and you rarely have to wait to see a Doctor. During my 2 months here I’ve seen 3 different Doctors all which were knowledgeable and good; however one Doctor did stand out. In my opinion Dr. Melody Rodriguez was attentive and thorough in all of my treatments and additionally provided different stretches to help me get better as well as recommended a better sleeping position. Overall I am very happy and I feel she is a great match for me and plan to see her moving forward.

Dr Melody Rodriguez is the best. I have a very tricky neck and she saves me every time. This is the best Joint besides Dr Andrew in Glendale!

I had been coming to this location for some years off and on and one day they stopped being full time . I had to move to the Culver City location which I wasn't a big fan of because they get you in and out like it's fast food . No personal care / feel . Today I learned the mid town crossing location is back open full time . Dr Ben was amazing I leave Hawaii in the am and my body is so ready for vacation now thank you forever I'll be back when I land in a week :)

Great service. Really nice people. Granted I'm not a fan of having little to no privacy. BUT... they were very helpful with the information I received. And I didn't get pushed into buying any package. If I had more time I would go back.

I used to go to different locations but This one has a lady doc that is insanely talented , by far the only Dr. in the 15 years I've been getting adjustments that has ever done an adjustment where my body easily responds and not tighten up as it's being worked on. I'm very glad she's here.

I never thought that this store front had such amazing talented doctors behind the wall of the lobby. I walked in there, skeptical, in pain and left immediately repaired. Every now and then a muscle will move pinch or twist, and my back needs to be aligned with somebody who knows what they're doing. Dr. Mollie, after a thorough evaluation knew exactly what the problem was and was able to manipulate a solution. Very grateful to have them just a couple blocks away from the house.

Dr M is incredible. Due to fatigue from working out and running, there was a point in time where I visited her quite frequently and after every adjustment, I significantly improved. She goes above and beyond to hear the patients concerns and ensures she gives those locations extra attention. She would even suggest exercises and stretches to work on to improve my ailments faster. With her guidance and adjustment's, I've reached maintenance mode and it's glorious.

The joke chiropractic. I showed up at 6:35 in pain. They assured me that my pain means nothing to them but that I could sign up and come back tomorrow to be treated because god forbid they spend 5 extra minutes helping someone in pain. They made me fill out a bunch of forms etc. showed up the next day to a different location after a long painful day at work at 6:30. They told me I wasn't a member yet and they won't honor the price I was supposed to get because they are an independent franchise and want double. The lady at the counter made a sarcastic comment about reading fine print, I understood that as to go f myself and my expectations for customer service. The lesson here is these people don't care. Like Burger King employees. Very disappointing, disgusting, and disrespectful behavior.

Five golden stars across the board! I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Melody is quite literally one of the best humans I've ever met in my entire life. She is so attentive, genuine, kind, and super funny! She provides the most quality holistic care I've ever experienced. I was so anxious to begin this whole chiropractic journey, but Dr. Melody has alleviated all of my fears and has answered every question with exceptional compassion and patience. I can predict that if you make a visit here, it will be life changing for you like it has been for me. Make an appointment and find out for yourself!

Dr. Rodriguez is a 10/10 ! I've had a few different chiropractors over the years but can honestly say that none have been as attentive and true to their craft like Dr. Rodriquez. I have pretty bad shoulder pain that she was quick to diagnose within the first session and has really helped me to work on getting it fixed. 10/10 all around, highly recommend!

My husband has been dealing with his sciatica. And we kept thinking of this place so we decided to book an appointment for 530p. We get there today at 510p and no one was in the office. The door was closed, no sign or anything. I called a couple of times thinking maybe someone was in the back and no answer. I had my husband check if they had called and cancelled his appointment and nothing. Very disappointed and bothersome this happened. The only upside of this was calling their nearest location on Wilshire and they were able to accommodate us.

Terrible got here at 4:42 and it's was closed completely wiped it is supposed to close till 5....so if it was that empty they closed way before closing time which is very unprofessional

Dr. Rodriguez is an absolute gem! I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep my membership with The Joint, as I wasn't making any time lately to go, but I found myself in the area and made an effort, and I'm so glad that I did! She's such a wonderful chiropractor! I will be returning to this location again, and also, the location is clean and the front desk employee is very kind.

I love coming here for adjustments once a month because I have some lower back/hip pain and it helps keep the pain away! :)

Dr.Argerich, Dr.Alex and Dr.G they are all amazing here I would always come back to this location for their services they are all so professional and outstanding.

Stay open until your designated closing hours or post a sign explaining why you closed early! Sick and tired of coming to your practice 30 minutes before closing and your door is locked, lights are on, no one inside. 3x in 2 months. Unacceptable

I really like this place but the amount of times I've been desperate for an adjustment and there's a note on the door saying they're not taking patients for the most random things is sooooo frustrating. I called today four times, no answer, just to get there and see someone at the front desk and a note on the door saying there's a ceiling leak. Get it together please!!!

Beware of the membership. You are locked in until you cancel. And if you don't use the visit's by a certain time you are out of luck. Missed the last one by one day and they said I would have to renew the membership again. Chiropractors are not that good here that's probably why they don't have their own office.

I have to leave a review in this clinic because they deserve it. Dr. G and Dr. Jack were a fantastic duo. Although I have not tried any other clinic to compare with, I still prefer to go to them. There is a clinic closer to my work (less than 15mins), but I'd rather drive an hour to this clinic because I know I will get the best service. Unfortunately, I recently moved to a different state, and now I'm hesitant to try another doctor because they might not do the same technics that Dr. G and Dr. Jack do. (pulling the neck with a towel) which is an essential part of the adjustment. I might just wait till I visit CA again to get adjusted by them.

This was my first visit and let me tell you... I walked in all stiff and in pain and walked out like I was walking on a cloud all tingly inside... def will be coming back and I had my first visit with Dr. G... thank you

Wow...just wow! not all joint chiropractics are the same but this clinic here really goes above and beyond.Week after week I find myself here and fiddy bopping out once I am done due to doctor G and his crew.No matter which doctor I get I always get a very comprehensive and thorough review of my back and complete relief. Run don't walk here and once you are done you will Be referring others as well

Horribly managed!!! Multiple times that there's no doctor on-site. Do not waste your time here at all!!! I'm all for alignments but this location does not care about their patients.

Dr. G is the best! I've been to MANY chiropractors over the years and finally found one that I'll consistently go too. Dr G actually cares and listens to your issues and resolves them instead of just doing a quick careless adjustment. Dr Jack is fantastic as well! 10/10 recommend seeing these doctors.

Dr. G is the man his bedside manner is amazing he cares he fixes you he tells you the why, the what, the how. I've been in retail and responsible for millions for 14 years, I would have Dr. G responsible for my name and my business. This franchise will continue to be amazing because of Dr.G and others that truly have good energy and care for everyone regardless of how big or small or how much I sweat all over the place :) thank you for making me more mobile and able to have less pain in my life.

Dr. Marin was damn good. First off THANK YOU! He took the time to listen to my problems. Thoroughly examined and took action! My adjustment felt amazing! I never wanted to commit to a membership until now! I look forward to keep coming in to get work done!

Horrific customer service. I used this service for about 8 months. During this time, Dr. G was the best. I moved out of the area and attempted to discontinue the service in October 2020. It is now January 2021 and they have continued to charge me. I've called their office and they informed me several times that they will send out an email with a discontinuation of service form attached that I need to fill out and send back. Each time I've called they always "forget" to send out this email. I spoke with the receptionist Maria today. She was condescending and refused to allow me to speak with the chiropractor or her supervisor about my concerns. She refused to send me the email containing the discontinuation form and said, "I'll send it later". This is the exact nonchalant attitude that causes people to be overcharged on a constant basis. Stay away! They're kind to you when you've signed up for their service, but the second you try to discontinue, they "accidently" forget to stop billing you. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Update: I have tried calling again, and Maria the receptionist said, "we're pretty busy and we don't have time to send you the form." At this point its become obvious to me that Maria is purposely refusing to discontinue my plan. Update #2: I've called their corporate office and they stated that they will be in contact with the facility concerning this issue. As of yet, I'm still being held hostage fiscally by this location as they refuse to discontinue my plan. They insist on continuing to charge me and refuse to send me the documents needed. If this continues by next month, then I will have no other option but to file a lawsuit with this facility. I know the pandemic is rough on everyone, but resorting to theft is unacceptable for any business.

Dr. G is the best, great technique and in fact the only reason why I still pay for the membership because all the other chiropractors besides Dr. Jack leave you worst than actually help. However, the receptionist have a lack of care, always only caring about what time they are leaving and always making comments about patient only wanting to see Dr. G. The business is is not reliable, this whole last week it has being closed, there is no note, no communication at all and as a patient I lost 2 visits from the membership because of this lack of communication. On Sunday I went and got there @ 1:45pm and told me there was no not enough time for my visit when there were no people waiting in the lobby, both receptionist added their non needed comment of: "anyways Dr. G is not in..." it was my only day that I could visit and then all the week they were closed.

If a customer comes in before seven they should be seen. Your establishment closes at seven not 658, 659. It closes at seven I arrived at 6:44 and was told that there was nobody to take me because one of the people were leaving why are they leaving before seven that has nothing to do with me. I would gladly wait until the one person that's available is available especially if I arrived before you guys closed. I have been coming here for a while. I love the doctors but you guys close at seven. Enter refuse me service when I arrive 15 minutes before you guys close is completely unprofessional.

Super racist. Soon as I walked in they said because of the "AC" they couldn't take me but proceeded to take 2 walk in customers. Super sad. I heard them trying to conjure up a good excuse in the back room to tell their boss the bs story. I felt the ac working on my skin lol we live in cali. I know when the ac working and when it's not.

My husband has been coming here for about 2 wks and he is hooked. He always goes here when we are around town about 2x a week and it only takes about 15 min with no wait time. Just in & out! He loves being aligned here.

I give this place a 5 star overall. Dr. G is the man the man i tell you!! Unfortunately today was not a good experience. At the moment i have a tight schedule i only get 1 day off and i try to do all my stuff in a day. Today i went to the office at exactly 10am which is when they open i wanted to go quick and get going with my day. I went in and the receptionist said the doctor will be with me in a few minutes. 20 minutes past and nothing me and another lady were waiting for no doctors. I then told the receptionist to cancel my check in because i had to leave and all she said was for me to have a good day. That was what pissed me off the most her saying have a good day like clearly if im leaving upset dont tell me to have a good day. I had bene waiting for 20 mins and nothing. I understand if the doctor was running behind or late i get it things happen but let me know ahead so i would not waste my time and the i could decide if to wait of come back later in the afternoon. I will give this place a 5 star all day long just because Dr. G is the best but the communication and lack of awareness today was horrible. Will i still go to this location YES and only because of Dr.G is why i would go back but please give the staff some customer service training.

Adriana was a wealth of information. If you read your contracts before signing you'll see it clearly states there's a 2 month minimum if you sign up for the wellness plan you must also use your 4 visits within the billing cycle. The Dr was fantastic, explained what was going on with my spine and it totally made my pain make sense. Can't wait for my next visit.

I would like to right a special thank you to Dr. Gezalian. He is a miracle worker. I am up on my feet 10-12 hours everyday and have very bad headaches. Dr. G and his miraculous adjustments make my days bearable to say the least. I will follow him anywhere. Don't look any further to find the BEST chiropractor.

Wooow what a great customer service!! Just explained the customer service agent on the phone that i realized the first visit didn't even help me at all and had no chance to activate my purchase once and moving back my hometown following month for an emergency she said she wont refund my money. They don't take any exception even when i told them my situation. They're basically getting my money for no service!!????? How.???? Why???? Asked for a manager to explain my exceptional service she said she's the manager. Lol No managers talk to their customers like that disrespectfully!! First time having a horrible customer service!! Do a better job! Not asking for à money that i had service from you! Asking for my money that i have never used your service!!

I am offended by the lack of professionalism and the presence of misogyny. The chiropractor that I saw today Saturday, February 26th was rude and antagonistic. I filled out the paperwork and answered his questions. I was not being sarcastic but he sure saw it that way. Pain and anger in the eyes look about the same. I'm warring a mask so you can't see my wincing. Only my eyes as I lower and furrow my brow. The Man asked if I had any hospitalizations. I replied yes but non that he needed to be concerned about. It had nothing to do with chiropractic care. He didn't like that answer and became combative and rude. I'm desperate for an adjustment so I begrudgingly and desperately (he is combative and hostile) tell him of my private procedures that are NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!!! Now I am upset as he has become combative. I'm seriously uncomfortable sharing anything with this angry man. Additionally, this is not a private area. Everyone gets to hear your medical history as you discuss it with the chiropractor. He at this point is arguing with me and is upset at my upset at revealing my female procedures publicly. He didn't like the whole "it's nothing you need to be concerned with" response. It had nothing to do with chiropractic care and had no baring on the visit! He actually threw me out like I'm the problem! Frankly, I don't want to discuss my female issues and surgeries with some aggravated male in a public establishment! Its not a Gynocology visit so he doesn't need to know! I don't appreciate the attitude, and talking down to. I'm not a child and this is not my first chiropractic visit. This is by far the worst though! This guy has some nerve and some ego! There are so many joint locations to choose from. Not comfortable coming back here. I do not recommend!

No appointment needed, Willing to work with your schedule is straight lies. I went to three different locations in one day and no one could take me. Do not go here if you want convenience because they do not offer it

Came in the morning as a new patient and was asked if I was in a car accident, I said yes and they refused to take me in. Claiming they aren't a legally licensed location to take those types of cases. Receptionist was very rude, rolling her eyes everytime i was trying to talk to her. She said that if I wanted a referral instead and I said yes, all of a sudden the chiropractor came out and said he couldn't give me a referall. What a waste of my time. I also noticed an existing patient coming in and was put on a table and the chiropractor only adjusted him for literally less than 2 minutes and left. Don't waste your time and money at this place.

The chiropractic care is subpar at best. They do showy pops and cracks that are proven not to be safe for your body. I came in with certain health concerns and they did heavy cracking which they shouldn't have done. I was left in more pain than I started after two sessions there. They lock you into a membership which you can only cancel in person. It's a waste of money on cheap carnival show care. It's not worth it.

This review is specifically for Dr. Cheng and Carla: I have been too many many chiropractors in my life time and I've actually been to a lot of the joint locations and Dr. Cheng is hands down one of the best that I've been to. So much so that I travel all the way out here only when he's working. (No offense to the other doctor because I've never been there while the other doctors working). Dr Cheng takes his time to listen to you and works with you to make sure you're getting the adjustments you need accordingly. A lot of the other chiropractors feel like a chop shop where they just give you the same adjustments repeatedly bc you have the same pain. But Dr Cheng makes sure your adjustments are as you need them depending on your symptoms. I've seen Dr Cheng for over 8 months now and his services are as consistent as it gets in this industry. As long as he's here, I'll continue to go out of my way to visit this location! And Carla is always very helpful and friendly! I literally call every time to make sure Dr. Cheng is working before I head over.

This is a chop shop. It's fine for what it is but you need to know what to expect - a 10/15 min rushed consultation that focuses on only that which is currently bothering you. It's a big open room with 2 standard tables in it, this means your consultation will be out in the open where others might be able to hear your woes. The chiro will then go through the basics to treat your problem, quickly. The goal here isn't wellness, it's a band aid treatment of the complaint then an upsell to get you back for another visit (and another and another). Sure, the price is cheap for an adjustment but they're treating as little as possible each time in as little time as possible. This means your primary complain might lessen in pain but something else might flair up as a result of the adjustment and have to wait until your next visit. If you like checking in with the chiro regularly and you're happy with a quick adjustment, this is great for you. The prices are reasonable. If you have a serious complaint, this is not the place for you. They're too fast and they don't take enough time to really assess what's going on. (I was clearly not ready to have force on my neck and really needed an activator, the doctor pressed on, attempting 4 times to force adjust my neck even after I mentioned it). Bottom line: this is fine for maintenance, not so much for serious, ongoing issues.

Dr.G is amazing!! He took the time to listen to me and my body. I had a horrible experience at a different location and he made sure to be gentle with me and even my emotions. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you again.

Being a butterfly stroker swimmer and also a diver was a lot of back pain. If it wasn't for Dr. Cheng that pain would not have left. I admit I needed to see a specialist to relax my body at least once a week to have a break from swim. The sessions are so easy and quick if you are on the go. Dr. Cheng is very caring and always has a smile when he welcomes you. As an athlete I approve!!

I constantly need adjusting and love coming here on my way home. However just when I thought I'd found a good chiropractor he disappeared. Dr Gezalian was the best thing about this location. Keep their revolving door in mind and maybe slip them your number for when they decide to transfer elsewhere.

As a gym owner and construction project manager my body is constantly under constant physical and mental strain, so when I need to be aligned or need a restart I always reach out to Andrew Cheng to help me out! Highly recommend his services due to his professionalism and skills. In fact I refer him to most of my athletes that work out of my gym.

This guy. This. guy. Dr. Cheng is the magician of back pain: he makes it disappear. As soon as he laid hands on me, I knew all 33 of my vertebrae were in for a treat. Whip lash? Car accident? Quadriplegia? He's got you. Whatever he touches, he heals. I would trust my life to him, and my future kids as well. If Dr. Cheng was Goku, his HVLA would be the Kamehameha of spinal manipulation. No seriously, he's a compassionate guy who really cares for his patients. Go see him. Your spinal cord will thank you.

Where can I start? Well, Dr. Cheng has been working on me for the last couple months. He has been fantastic and extremely knowledgeable in what he does. Specially since I do come in with some rather different issues from constantly putting my body through the ringer in my gym. Greatly helped with resetting my shoulder and realigning me. I recommend him to all my athletes. BIG BIG THUMBS UP. P.S.He is super friendly and easy to talk to.

I've been treated by Dr. Cheng a few times now, and it's great to see him when I'm in the area! I'm a former high level athlete, and have had my share of injuries. My neck flares up occasionally with pain traveling down my arm, and I can barely turn my head to change lanes. Dr. Cheng has been phenomenal in helping reduce the pain and and keeping it at bay. At the end of his treatment, he adds a nice little decompressing adjustment for my neck. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng, he's knowledgeable in both health and fitness. If you're in pain, call him and book an appointment!

Dr. Cheng has truly changed my life. I have had chronic upper back and neck issues that NO one not my dad and grandpa both chiropractors could ever adjust and get me the results Dr. Cheng could if I saw him last ten years I would still be playing pro soccer. I never write a review for anyone but this is not for DrX Cheng this is for you. He will make you feel like a whole new human your body will change for the better. I am so grateful I can barely express it. I love that joint the whole staff makes me smile and my day better and Dr. Cheng is most important person to my adult life.
