I almost had tears in my eyes from the relief that they gave me. I had the worst back pain for a week; being unable to walk, stand, or sit. It would've been another week before I was able to see anyone about it. My friend referred me to this place and I was able to be seen the same day. It was so crazy to hear how crunchy my back and neck were. I was finally able to walk and maneuver without pain and tears. Thank you so much for your friendly help and service! Will definitely be returning soon!

Dr. Roberto is amazing! He gave me the most thorough and effective adjustment I’ve ever received. He knows his stuff, has a great touch and manner. I’ll be back to see him!

Had an adjustment with Dr Roberto and loved it. He was able to adjust problem areas in different ways than normal that really suck throughout the day and didn't slip back out of place right away. Also gave me some awesome stretches to do at my desk job that I had never done before.

Just got an adjustment from Dr. Silvera, he was able to adjust some areas that don’t always adjust and give me that rush of energy, my blood flowing and tingles through my body! I love that feeling it’s pretty euphoric! I absolutely recommend everyone to get adjustments regularly. You will be a happier person for it!

Dr Justin is the bomb 💣 I've gone to chiropractors for probably 40 yrs. I've surfed for 50 yrs. Rarely are they able to crack my neck & if they do, it's a couple cracks & usually only on one side. Today they had a new Dr. He used different techniques then I've experienced. Today my neck cracked more than my back! Both side's like firecrackers. It was crazy! I have a range of motion today I've not experienced in yrs! I'll be "back" for more! Thanks Dr Justin! 🤙🏄🌊

Great Doctors I’m an Over the road truck driver from Atlanta GA had emergency situation woke up not being able to turn my head to my left with severe headache. Made same day appointment went straight over and was treated and relieved immediately after the two doctors agreed what proper treatment was required and left a new man. Pretty nice place and really decent adjustments given the prices they offer. $80 for a month off adjustments(total of 4) can’t beat that. I’ve come here off and on for a couple of years now. It’s a great place, some pretty good chiropractor’s work here. Typically you can get in and out fairly quick like 10mins tops. Some days you can wait 20 to 30 mins to see chiropractor. Definitely recommend this place if you aren’t trying to spend a whole lot or if you’ve never been to a chiropractor before, this is a great starting place. Dr. Erickson and Dr. Lisa do great work amongst the many other skilled doctors/chiropractors on site daily.

My 1st experience at the Joint was just okay. I was hesitant to go back due to the lack of attention received by the 1st chiropractor, who no longer works there, but that completely changed after seeing Dr. Rice. The information he gave me, the extra test he did to help my injury, his knowledge and great attitude are the reason I will be coming back. Thank you Dr. Rice!

The first visit is a reasonable $30, providing an accessible entry point. They provide flexibility with a monthly membership option at $80 for four sessions. Additional adjustments are available at a reasonable $10 each. The staff is friendly, ensuring a smooth in-and-out process. Most importantly, the relief from their adjustments is truly life-changing. One minor aspect to consider is the lack of privacy between the tables where adjustments take place. It would be a nice addition if curtains were installed to enhance the personal experience during adjustments. Despite this, The Joint Chiropractic remains a convenient and effective choice for accessible chiropractic care.

The response from the business manager does not depict an accurate representation of my experience trying to redeem the initial patient promo at this location. The woman who answered the phone on 9/28 said you do not accept the $29 promotion (also adding that some guy had asked for the promo and he was also denied because you "haven't had that promo for years & it can't be removed from Yelp or your website because you lost access to updating them. I asked again before getting off the phone if you would honor the $29 offer since it was listed on both Yelp & your website, and after hearing the woman consult with male employee I was told you do not honor this promotion. Not sure why these employees are not accepting this promo if you're still offering it, or how you're not taking accountability for your employees denying the promo.

This location gets an A+++++ in my opinion solely because of Dr. John Silvera!!! Hands down, his touch is magical & goes right to the source of the problem!! Thank you Dr. John for being amazing!! BTW, he is in Thursdays & Fridays

I've been coming to The Joint for the passed four years and have been impressed with the staff in terms of knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend The Joint to anyone that has back, neck, hip, discomfort and is looking to feel better affordably.

Dr. Kelly is a life saver. Seriously the best. He has helped my chronic pain and aches. He has a solid touch. He listens really well to the issues and adjusts to those needs. Dr. Kelly takes the time to listen and helps. Highly recommended.

I pulled a muscle in my back and a friend told me to come here. Thankfully, I listened to her. After the chiro cracked my back, I had much more mobility in my back and felt much better. My back still hurts and I went back Sunday. A nice girl gave me a great adjustment and I feel much better. I still have more healing to do but I am so thankful that I came here. I love that I don't have to make an appt. I love that I can just walk in and don't have to call in advance. I got their wellness plan which is 3 visits the first week, 2 the next and then once a week after that for $89 a month. Great deal! They have over 900 in the country so if I visit somewhere else, I can still go! They give you a little card that you scan when you go in. Super convenient. They were not busy. I got in very fast. The doctors are awesome!!

I went for the first time a few weeks back and it was great! Dr. William Adler cracked my back and fixed my dislocated hips. I felt so relieved. I'm giving them 3 stars because they didn't really give me the choice to pick the wellness plan. They pretty much just gave it to me and I don't think I need it because I'm a very active person I don't need my back cracked every month. It was suppose to be a one time thing

I have been a longtime customer with the 4 adjustments per month package. I absolutely love that you guys have evening and weekend hours to accommodate our busy schedules. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, so these weekly adjustments are imperative in relieving my pain and discomfort. The doctors are wonderful! I can get a great adjustment no matter who is there. Thank you all for making life more enjoyable! P.S., the Simi Valley office just stole my favorite receptionist Miranda, so congratulations to you guys! She's sunshine incarnate and I am going to miss seeing her smiling face in the Ventura office.

I go to both the port hueneme location and the Ventura location, both are great! All chiropractors get the job done in their own unique way. Recently I actually met the owner (Dr. Aaron) of the these two locations and he is very down to earth and clearly cares about putting together a great clinic. Every visit I'm reminded why the monthly subscription is worth it for me

I love coming here. I love that I don't need an appointment and the friendly staff. Miranda is the best! She is so helpful and kind. I will continue to come here because of her.

I'm amending my review to five stars because Dr Aaron reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and restored my student membership back to $49 a month. Dr Aaron was very earnest and sincere about correcting the situation, and I have to admit that I blamed Dr Aaron for Corporate Office's lack of communication on their part, and this was my mistake. I'm very grateful to Dr Aaron for his integrity and professionalism.

A co worker of mine recommended Seeing Lisa for an adjustment. I'm glad I did, she really took her time in understanding my problem areas, she adjusted my shoulders, wrist, hips,neck, and used a Y strap which was really good. She is available at the Ventura location only on Fridays. She had quite a fan base, so get in early, because most people who are there on Fridays are usually there to see her specifically. Also, pay attention to the hours of operation, they have a break period during the afternoon.

Always a pleasurable visit. Front desk support is exceptional! S/O to CECY. Very sweet, can multitask, and courteous of others! Dr. Rice is the coolest chiropractor I know.

Amazing chiropractic membership. Chiropractors rotate on a daily basis so it's easy to find one or more that fit your needs best. Very affordable for quality chiropractic. Also quick and easy. I often walk in and am on my way in a few minutes but I never feel rushed. They will take the time you need to have you feeling great. Highly recommend!

Dr William Alder was able to provide immediate pain relief for my lower back. I went in for a second time and my mobility is almost 100%. He is patient and he didn't make me feel rushed. I will continue to leverage him moving forward.

I was referred to come here, I went this passed Saturday and when I walked in the chiropractor welcomed me and said "sorry the power is out but we can still help you". well that didn't happen....‍ The girl at the front desk was actually not helpful nor friendly. Since I was a new client you would think that they would try to earn my business regardless of the situation. If they would have made it work for me I would have referred them more people since I know so many people that need a good chiropractor. I would have been happy that eventho the power was out I was still able to be seen and get a good experience . Rather than the front girl trying to find a way to help me out for the inconvenience she gave me an attitude and told me to come another day. (Doesn't seem like they wanted to help at all nor did she want to do her job it's a pathetic excuse to use that she couldn't help me because the power was out nor did she have access to her computer, ummm isn't that the reason why paper exists!!?? It's a backup when technology fails.) I already had my paper work filled out in advanced to save them the trouble and time. She had all my information ready to go she could have said "when we get our power back on I'll enter all your information in the system, in the meantime we will still help you." Because it's true! All she needed to do is keep record of my personal information in the computer but I'm the meantime she had it in paper. I was ready to pay and get my services with them. If this was my business I would off had my patients fill out everything they needed have a paper trail when power goes out and still provide great customer service. She made a terrible first time impression for me. My Husband goes there all the time and because of this he won't be going there anymore. I didn't like her service I should off complained right there and then and spoke to the person in charge but honestly I didn't have the energy to argue I was just so disappointed. My son wanted me to take him in today but then I remembered what a bad experience that girl gave me I rather take my business somewhere else where it's actually wanted and appreciated. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I was recommended to The Joint by my cousin in Sacramento. I walked in and was met by the friendly smiling Miranda! She is smart, fun, attentive, and pleasant. If I had my own business, I'd steal her away! She's consistently FABULOUS! The best customer service ever! She juggles walk-in clients, chiropractors, and phones with ease and a smile. She's a pro and goes the extra mile! I've been a patient now for a couple of months. The doctors are great! It's nice to get a mix of treatment on different days. I always come out of there feeling refreshed, taller, and ready for the world! I'm so glad I visited. It's so convenient. They have a monthly plan which is very affordable, and it's nice to know I can just drop in and be seen without making an appointment. I highly recommend this office. You won't regret it!

I absolutely love this place, I see Dr. Lisa & Dr. Erickson and they have helped me completely with my health & mostly my pain I have consistent migraines, neck pain, trigger points and arthritis on my cervical spine, and I know when I'm having a rough day they will make me feel so much better with some manipulations. I highly recommend this place. Today my fiancé tried Dr. Shakarian he's a newer doctor at this location and he was very very happy with him!his go to is Dr. Erickson and Dr. Shakarian!! 10/10 recommend If you're in pain drop the pain meds and head over to the joint!

Came in Today and Dr. Robert helped relieve a lot of pressure from my 16 year old football players pinched nerve. I really appreciate the professionalism.

I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic for anyone experiencing any type of back discomfort. The front staff is always friendly. The doctors are also friendly and very knowledgeable. They will take their time and speak with you about any discomfort you might be feeling, then they will focus on alleviating the discomfort. A few times I've walked in a bit hunched over and walked out feeling much better and walking straight. They will make a difference in your overall health.

The reason for my rating is the customer service. The people who work here are not all on the same page. I've come to find out that they were treating me AGAINST their own policy because of an open workman's comp case, thusly endangering my case.When I questioned why no one ever said anything, the manager would not answer. When I asked for corporate's contact information, I was told to "look it up." When I asked what the manager's name was, she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional, not a company that I would ever do business with again seeing how little they care about their "patients"

Literally just went in here to hopefully find some kind of relief for my chronic back pain of 3 years. I recently had a bad flare due to lifting a patient at work but I never filed a claim. Girl at the counter asks me if I was in any recent accidents or if I was injured at work. I said no about the accidents and said yes, that I injured it at work. She abruptly stops, keeps her paperwork to herself and says "we can't see you, if you are a workers comp case we would have to refer you elsewhere." WTF?!!!! Seriously???!? That's so discriminatory beyond words. First off, just because someone is injured in their line of work doesn't make it a workers comp case!!! I have chronic back pain with zero relief and happened to flare it by lifting a patient. People who are educated in healthcare and/or pain relief would know that more questions should have been asked; not just telling me no and disregarding me as a patient. I should have trusted the bad reviews about this place. Learn some decency about patient care. Drove all the way across town to hopefully find some pain relief but you guys caused me stress that made it worse. Get it together!

I'd like to really express how happy I've been seeing Dr. Lisa here at this location of The Joint. I always know she's going to go though all the elements of therapy in the visit. This has been the reason along with her great and outstanding personality qualities - that I am come in regularly. Hopefully she stays at this location a long while. She's appreciated.

I can't complain about the chiropractor AT ALL. He got the spot I needed and is very good at what he does! The only complaint I had is that I literally was only seen for about five minutes. I got my neck cracked, and my shoulder blade, and that was it. It did give me some relief, but I did need a couple more adjustments but I was kind of rushed out. They were really busy, so maybe that's why because they were backed up. I can't say I would come back unless I really needed it and couldn't go elsewhere. For only $15 more my regular Chiro does 30 mins of electric and heat massage to loosen you up, then he'll do full body adjustment. This place is great in a pinch, but I like the traditional style chiropractor as opposed to this new business model.

I was a regular at the Ventura location. I noticed that as time has gone by, the quality of their chiropractors has declined. I went in today and my adjustment was less than 7min. It seemed like the chiropractor was trying to figure out what to do and had no Idea even where to start. I paid 45 for an adjustment and by the most part he couldn't even adjust me. My dog walking on my back does better for a kibble than this chiropractor. Changing chiropractors for sure. ​

BEWARE!! They will continue to charge you long after you cancel. After canceling in January they continue to charge me month after month. I email and call but will not stop billing me. Do not sign up for this service no matter what. They are scam artists.

This is THE BEST chiropractic clinic ever. Every single one of the staff is very friendly and patient oriented. All of the chiropractors are extremely knowledgeable and gives the best advice to better your overall health. I've had trouble sleeping due to a severe lower back pain and would always wake up with a headache and neck pain. Dr. Tyler Erickson fixed me! He is the best. He made all of the back pain and shoulder pain go away and I can say that my posture has dramatically improved. I no longer have headaches and neck pain in the morning. Each time an adjustment is made, I immediately feel 10 times better. I totally recommend The Joint for your chiropractic needs.

My fiancé and I tried out The Joint on Monday after we both had been experiencing some shoulder/neck pain. We were both very pleased with our experience! I love that an appointment is not necessary and you still get seen rather quickly. Another added bonus is the military discounts they offer! We will definitely be back.

I came here as a new patient recently, and the whole team was great. The doctor explains exactly what he is going to do and the benefits of chiropractic care all on a model of the spine and pelvis. He (Dr Sanders) also explained how misalignments of the spinal cord happen. I have been in for two adjustments so far, and they were so quick and I felt so much better afterwards. Their no appointment policy works surprisingly well, and they set you up with a little keychain you can use to sign in. The Joint is prefect if you're an on the go person like myself but need the relief of chiropractic care! They even give you a personalized plan with a time frame and amount of visits you'll need based on your condition. Stop in and try them sometime.

I just wanna day that I was excited about going in but had a emergency I got a missed call and text messages later on from a man that works at The Joint named James saying that I was pathetic and ridiculous because I was not able to show up to this appt. I think they are ridiculous people do have lives and unexpected emergencies, I'm glad I never showed now . Pure cold hearted individual ( James ) !!!!!!!!!!

I've gone to a few different chiropractors in my life. Dr. Parisi is my favorite. I was worried that since I was a walk in, new customer, and others were waiting that I'd get rushed through, especially with such a great introductory price. They definitely surpassed my expectations. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, asked my name, and continued to be addressed by name. The assessment was pretty comprehensive and Dr. Parisi discussed all my concerns. I felt like I could ask questions when needed. The online check-in is super convenient.

This place literally is the best! I come in, they adjust my entire body, I leave! It's that simple! I normally paid 55 for one visit at my old chiropractor, I pay 79 for 4 visits!! Like come on, best choice ever to switch! I also brought my mom in here because I believe in this place! I forgot to mention I have chronic head aches, getting adjusted here is the only way I cope. I have no headaches when I am adjusted once a week. So worth it! Thank you! Big shout out to Dr. Robert Sanders!! He's the best!!

I went in to get an adjustment because my neck and back were hurting. I walked out feeling just fine and I slept so well that night. I highly recommend Dr. Lisa the staff there is friendly and very informative.

Just walked in to an empty waiting room at 4:10 PM and was told that they do not accept new patients past 4 PM. No exceptions. I'll never try to go here again so you just keep your new patient packet, smug girl.

Clean facility, great service, and excellent chiropractic adjustments. I've been to about 7 different Dr.s and either didn't adjust me right or I felt uncomfortable in the office like a victim of mishandling. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere put me at ease to relax and get good adjustments. Because they are so good, expect a wait time. I usually check in, ask for the estimated time and go to Vons or something. Besides the awesomeness of what is Dr. Parisi, the membership card can be used in many locations if I'm traveling and need a good adjustments. They have many affordably plans which are good for different needs. After my care, they checked in to see how I'm feeling/doing. I love the honesty and the direct chiropractic services instead trying to sell me vitamins or etc. I've brought many of my colleagues and family members and all benefited from Dr. Parisi adjustments. She's very good at cracking hunches! I don't get migraines anymore, making me more active and happier. Thank you Dr. Parisi!!

Dr. Delaney, is an EXPERT and true to his craft. I've gone to many chiropractors he stands above all of them.

Such a great chiropractor office! My initial visit was $25 and they gave me military pricing! I was in and out in like less than 30 mins, and I felt so much better than when I walked in! They also diffuse essential oils which I love, and they are super knowledgable on the body. Their work really spoke for themselves and I actually bought some future visits to their office again! Affordable for those who have to pay out of pocket. Will be returning here!

This place is easy and convenient, unfortunately they dont take appointments, but they are open 7 days a week so its easy to squeeze in 2 or 3 visits a week. They dont do any x-rays and they dont take insurance, but all of the people working there are professional and very kind. The environment is always fantastic and i love that i can check in on the app. They usually have a long wait time on weekends and afternoons but its always worth the wait and i feel great after.

Absolutely amazing! It was my first time going to a chiropractor. I saw Dr. Huebner and she was wonderful. I felt like a new person when I left and I can't wait to go back. I don't think this review will give this place justice. Anyone reading this has no idea how hopeless I was. I had constant pain that was getting worse. Every chiropractor I had ever seen made me feel like unless I had a lot of money nothing was going to be done. I found this place through yelp and decided I would check it out. Thank God I did! I signed up for the package and within a month I was feeling 100 times better. Now I only go once a week and I have to tell you... Dr. Shannon has no idea how she changed my life. I can now sleep on my side. Walk without pain. And be active again.

The Joint has been my go-to chiropractic office for years in other states, and it turned out to be awesome here in Ventura area! I have to specifically mention Dr. Mickie Rubino, and not just for his skillful and painless adjustments, but especially for his ability to listen, connect and understand patient's needs, which is a rarity in our healthcare system. He makes you feel that the adjustment has been customized just for you. Front desk staff has been wonderful and friendly as well, and I'm definitely going to use them again and again, when in back the area. Thank you for your great work!

I've been seeing Chiropractors for a decade; Chronic back pain. I recently moved to Ventura and was looking for a chiropractor. I checked out The Joint. Dr. Parisi was amazing; I felt like she didn't just do a routine adjustment, but actually spent time with the problem area. Hands down one of the best adjustments I've had. Wasn't planning on signing up for a monthly plan but 4 adjustments a month for $80, I had too.

My family and I came in for our initial visits on 11/1/2016 (Soft opening), and it was great. The office was clean and ambiance was nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They offer affordable plans for everyone. I was sold after my first adjustment with Dr. Shannon Parisi. The best part is they do not require an appointment, so you can walk in and get adjusted at your convenience. I definitely recommend The Joint to anyone looking to find a permanent chiropractic office, I know I have . Thank you Dr. Parisi!!!
