Unprofessional. I was referred to (unnamed) from the corporate office in Scottsdale about an issue I was having with the plan I signed up for and a few customer service problems. It was a corporate location that gave me her information. She told me that she would help me to resolve it and I never heard back from her or another corporate employee. She told me that they were going through a management change and things were unknown as to how she could help me at that moment and that she would promptly get back to me with a resolution. Its been 4 weeks now and I have left message after message. She and the corporate office must be too busy to take care of their clients inquiries. This company will not receive any more of my business. Not only for what i have just described, but for other circumstances as well. I have several friends and colleagues that will also not be using them anymore considering the experience I have encountered. And from the look of the reviews I just read, it is apparent that the company has extremely low and consistent reviews. If a paying customer cannot expect professionalism, good services and communication, where is the incentive to continue to support such a business.

These place is a complete joke. They hard sell membership packages like a used car salesman. I was in pain and just needed a adjustment but instead got 3 different sales pitches before i got out the door. Very rude front desk people too. This company is a fake scam company that you cant call either. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

Man, these people are crooks and have unethical business practices. It took me over a month to cancel my membership, and they are still charging my FSA 3 months later. Liars and thieves. This is what happens when you trust them. I've contacted the BBB. Someone needs to protect consumers from these unethical billing practices. Based on other reviews from around the country, refusing to cancel memberships is standard practice.

Wiillow lawn virginia office The establishment was pleasant when it first opened, but then they began hiring staff who lacked customer service skills and were rude. I decided to cancel my visits. After four years, I decided to return and everything was going well until I fell ill. I paid for four visits and was informed that they would be put on hold until I recovered, but then I paid for two months in advance and encountered a rude front desk person when I wanted a refund. Even when I was canceling, I was told there would be no charge, but they charged my card without authorization. When I confronted the front desk about this, she became even more rude and insulted me. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The store manager or doctor defended the front desk instead of addressing the situation. If you want to be respected, you should learn how to respect others first.

The rip off. Visited the joint in Marietta Ga in October 23 for first time. They sign you up for a subscription without you knowing it a monthly fee I wasn’t sure about them after a 5min session. They offered a special offer 4 visits, however that was a trick and deceptive business practices. Because been charging me monthly and I have never been back. No calls nothing. 553.00 over the 7 months that I never came for any service. There a scam, I would never sign up for a year long subscription. They only called me because could not pull anymore money. The manager never called me back, yet denied refund or speaking with me. Bad businesses beware of this company. Waste of you money there trash

Be careful, they do not explain their service plans, have doctors who seem unprofessional and hurry through their adjustments. The staff is unable to answer questions and return calls and seems to lack a professional mature management. The lack of customer service is disappointing. If I could have spoken to a professional manager it would have been nice but so far not a professional organization in my opinion. I finally spoke to a manager who said she had just been demoted. I think her name was Cheryl but I am not sure as she did not give me a business card when requested, so I could call her if any other issues arose. The Doctor, John or Jonathan Wolfgang (also no business card when I requested one), seemed reluctant to provide me with the comp adjustment that the manager offered to me for their lack of returned phone calls and customer service. She was helpful and changed my plan and told me to come in for an adjustment when I wanted one. I noticed that Dr. Wolfgang seemed to have some animosity toward me but he reluctantly gave me the adjustment. He also seemed indignant that my partner who came in with me was given an adjustment but didn't want her neck adjusted because she was injured by Wolfgang previously and did not want him to injure her again. Today, 9.5.24, I went in for an adjustment and was told that I was not eligible for an adjustment. I then experienced a hostile attitude from Dr. Wolfgang with an angry and unprofessional manner and a complete lack of service. I then called the Longmont office and spoke to a very helpful person, Sophia I believe. Subsequently the Longmont office, a co-worker named Amanda called me on a restricted phone line. She said she was calling to help me but later said she was calling to help me understand something. Then she told tell me that the Doctor has sole authority to decide to provide adjustments and that I should not go to the Boulder office. Their staff is in constant turnover and seem barely trained to provide service to customers. This doctor with the hostile attitude was giving the staff member, Annabella, advice as though he was the manager, while he was being rude and providing no service when I went in for an adjustment as advised by the previous manager. I believe that you could find a better adjustment with a friendly, ethical, competent and professional chiropractor. Please read the other reviews, especially the ones toward the bottom of the list with 1 Star, and see what you think!
