Its like a stroke of luck to be satisfied with something here. Everyone is friendly to me, but unfortunately most of the time I feel disappointed in the food i receive. The smoothie bowls are okay. Id suggest going for a dragonfruit bowl, very refreshing. Really hits the spot when you need some extra hydration. The apple toast is my fav, I've got it three times and only once have i been 100% happy and satisfied with it. That was the first time and every time I've come back for it its just worse. The first time was four or five perfect apple slices. Second was like seven chunks of apple. Today I got maybe One slice of apple. Does the composer slice the apple and then bite it up for me? 👎 My suggestion is dont roll the dice and just learn to make it at home. Or go to the coffee grindhouse if you really want a good smoothie bowl.

Ordered delivery and everything was great! The toasts are amazing. Love those. I tried the peanut butter and apples on sourdough. Was amazing. I never tried peanut butter and apple together. Also tried the chocolate strawberry smoothie added spinach. It was actually really banana like. I even had a lot of chunks of banana? Very odd. But I bet I’d like a traditional smoothie. Wish they had calories easily read online!

worst acai bowl i have ever tasted, & service terrible. refused to let us go to the bathroom besides it being completely fine. there was a poor young boy who had to go very bad and my mother stood up for the family saying its obvious bathrooms are fine and then they let him go. This shows the poor service this place accepts and how the treat customers. Dont even get me started on that acai bowl, if your someone like me who is out of town and has had many different cuisines you know how good some acai bowls can be. This was the exact opposite, acai was melted and had no flavor, toppings were disgusting and tastes off to. Would never come back

The Juicery was a very refreshing add-on to our trip! We tried the tropical bowl and one with dragonfruit (I forgot the name). They were very colorful with bold flavors that blended so so well! My personal favorite was the honey drizzle over mine ❤️! The service was all it needed to be. They were nice. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

They had great açaí bowls with amazing taste and a nice atmosphere.

I rarely leave bad reviews. The guy at the counter has never smiled once in his life I swear. My daughter wanted to changed her order before it was prepared, like right after we ordered, he was pissed and unwilling to make the change, he just left and went back. Smoothie was good though.

Friendly staff, never have to wait too long. They need to find a system to wiping down their tables frequently though. I’ve never been at a table with o it being sticky or crumby. Even when they open first thing in the morning… other than the place is solid

The Juicery is a hidden gem!💜 The juices and smoothies are absolutely delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. The staff is super friendly and always welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a tasty and affordable healthy treat! P.S Bowl 51! 👌🏻

We just grabbed a couple juices on our way out of Salem back to Boston, both were really tasty and would probably recommend if you're ever in the neighborhood. They have different juices, some snacks, açai bowls, and I believe smoothies.

Was traveling through and to start the day I got their espresso smoothie and it's honestly so good and love the vibe of the store itself

I got the Bowl 51 and it was absolutely delicious. I've had many açaí bowls and this was is definitely in the top 5. They blend the açaí with other ingredients to make a delicious base. The service was fairly fast for how busy they were. It's a great atmosphere as well- gives you small town vibes.

I'm a regular of getting smoothies here. Normally pretty good, nothing special but hits the spot. This time I came in 20 min before closing.... I normally never do this, but was in a pinch for a quick juice. The staff were already cleaning up, which is fine.... But the smoothies I received were the worst tasting things ever. I threw them out as soon as I got home. The place has great artwork on the wall, always love coming in here. Joshua trees. Price is normally ok, but this time. Over priced for the crap I got.

First time trying this place. I've never had an açaí bowl so I got their basic form for $10. I was very happy with the portion size and quality of the bowl. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Will come back and try the other bowls and smoothies offered.

Always a great start to my day! Love that they are open early so I can grab something healthy on my way to work!

For smoothie places, I really enjoyed this one! My go to is the "Green light" as it's really refreshing and filling. They have some other items on the menu I have yet to try like the toast, but my coworker has had it and loved it! I once grabbed the noodles in the cooler section and they were really tasty! Overall its a great place in Salem for something refreshing and easy on the go. I doubt in the colder months Ill be running there, but for the hot ones, absolutely!

Their pumpkin shake was not I went in to get but I couldn't help it. Pumpkin is short lived so I had to get my fix. They have all kinds of good stuff though like fruit bowls, smoothies, fresh juices & other tasty treats. So yeah this is where you want to go after not getting enough of your greens essentially. Of course you can just get something that strike your fancy as options are abound. Good to have vegan options too. I also think it's great to be able to check out the art on the wall which is also really pretty. So go & get something your taste buds will enjoy that is god for you too.

Okay the açaí bowls are huge, beautiful and full of goodies. The açaí itself doesn't have much flavor. I'm not sure why that is, nevertheless, the bowl was delicious and definitely worth $12.

Great smoothies, bowls and other treats conveniently located in downtown. what more needs to be said? Nice employees, clean dining area, would recommend.

Great place with friendly staff, and excellent smoothies . We enjoyed the freshness of the products and the place was very clean.

Incredibly disorganized. Our smoothies were sitting behind the counter for over 30 minutes. On top of it their toaster broke, which life happens, but that was about 20 minutes after we ordered our food and people who came in after us got their food before us. I do not recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There are bugs all over everything. When someone turns on the juicer you see them fly out of it. Disgusting. The wait was also soooo long because there was only two people there. I went again a couple days later and it was the same thing. I asked for a manager but was told she was on vacation. Fair and valid but are there other managers?? The music was also WAYY too loud !!

I got the green light smoothie! It wasn't too sweet but not too earthy so I really enjoyed it! I also got a banana flax seed square which was really good for being a healthy banana loaf :)

i ordered from them through uber eats and they literally blended a plastic bag into my smoothie bowl. how the hell does that even happen? and how did nobody notice?

Very helpful and informative folks working here. I had their Açaí bowl, it was incredible and so big I saved some for lunch.

I tried to order last night 15 minutes before they closed, and tried calling the number and there was no answer. I made it there at about 8 minutes before they closed and I was told that everything was cleaned and they would not be making any juices at this time. I was very dissapointed that they would not make a juice for me and turned me away. I have been supporting the Juicery for a while now - the juices are great and saves you the hassle of making them a home.

I love the service and how fresh everything is ! They really give big portion's and are so polite ! They have a great menu ! Thank you I will be a loyal customer !

Ridiculous prices, surly staff. I'd guess the other reviews were from friends of the owner and requested. What exactly is the point of this place when Life Alive, with a huge menu, wonderful staff and great value is a block away. Definitely go to Life Alive.
