Food was good. Crawfish is frozen but that okay I should have expected it for the time of year it is. Flavor was garlic butter hot and it’s always consistent. I love it! service sucked. Ordered 1 round of drinks, my friend had to ask for water 3 times and she never brought it. We watched her just talking with others. We had to ask another waitress who brought it right away. Really a let down because I was prepared to order more drinks with my meal. Instead, I’m bagging it up and taking it to go.

Always great service when we come. Staff is super friendly. Food is always hot and they bring it out when it is ready. Seafood is boiled with all of the butter and seasonings in the bag. Never a bad time when you’re here.

We had a great experience at The Juicy Crab! The service was great—our waitress was very attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. We were given all the essentials (utensils, bibs, gloves) without even having to ask, which was a nice touch. For starters I ordered the calamari, for my main meal I ordered the 0.5lbs of shrimp and lobster tail with lemon pepper seasoning, and it was good! The flavor was great, though I would’ve liked just a bit more seasoning. My boyfriend had the #12 combo, which came with crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp, potatoes, and three eggs. He added a 1 lb of crawfish. His seasoning was good too, but like mine, could’ve used a little extra. Overall, the food hit the spot, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning!

My baby girl had been craving crab legs all week, so we ended up at The Juicy Crab for a much-needed lunch date. When we pulled up, the parking lot was pretty empty, and it was hard to tell if they were open or not. It was around 5 PM on a Wednesday, so I assume the dinner rush hadn’t started yet. First things first—I always check out the restroom. It was clean overall, though there were a few paper towels and some tissue on the floor. The restaurant itself was in good shape, and there were a few diners already enjoying their meals. Our server, Ivy, was super patient and helpful. With a menu as busy as theirs, it was hard to decide what to get, but she helped us order in a way that made the most sense cost-wise. The food did take a while to come out, which was surprising since the place wasn’t crowded, but we didn’t mind too much—it gave me extra time to chat with my daughter. We ended up ordering the #10 combo with a few add-ons. I can’t remember exactly which sauce we picked, but we also got a side of their Juicy Sauce, which turned out to be way better than what was on the food. Everything could’ve used just a little more salt, but overall, it was delicious. For drinks, I took a chance on the Hennessy Margarita, but I wish I had stuck to my usual Long Island Iced Tea or just grabbed a beer. It wasn’t bad, just not my vibe. At the end of the day, my baby girl got her crab legs, we had a great conversation, and the experience was worth it. 10/10 for quality time and a solid seafood fix! Would I come back? Absolutely—next time with a different drink choice!

My waitress Moe was absolutely amazing, she made us feel comfy right through the door & this was my first time!! I will def ask for her next time I come and the drink she made HIT!!! ❤️

I was intentional over charged after, placing an initial order for blue crabs, when informed they were out, I asked for the 1 pound of shrimp combo. Instead of clearing out the first order, the young lady proceeds to take her calculator out and subtract the cost of an additional 1/2 shrimp from the cost blue crabs. When I informed that the should charged for the number 6, they stated they did what I asked, I responded no you didn't want to cancel the initial transaction, so this is the end result. I was charged 36.81 for something they have on their menu for 25.99 and given less food, when I asked for them to refund this and charge me for the number 6, they refused. This is poor customer service, interaction, and not the way to retain a customer. This was my first and last time doing business with you all. God Bless.

First thing we waited outside and when we were approached by the staff they didnt even say hi or smile, we ordered seafood tray and chicken wings . Its not that busy at that time , we finished the seafood and waited for the chicken wings but didnt arrived. The moment we decided to just leave then the server came and handed it off to us. Its not the best seafood I've tried so i dont recommend this place .Maybe other branch is better. If there customer service is great i could’ve gave each one of the staff a great tip but they were not. Definitely not coming back again to this place.

My family and I come here all the time. The service is great/friendly and today specifically the food was perfect. Everything was hot and quick. Shaun was a great waiter, very attentive and the manager Tyrion came and checked on us . 10/10. Ate my food too quick to even get a picture.

Got the juicy special seasoning on my seafood boil and it was soooo good. Perfect heat level and flavor. Seafood combos come with one potato and corn. For appetizers we ordered the Cajun green beans and the wings dressed in sauce and both were amazing would come back just for those two items alone. Would have been 5 stars for me but our server seemed to be having an off day and everything took a while to come out and we weren't checked on that often, nonetheless our food was delicious.

This is my first time to visit the location on Hwy 6 but the service was horrible. 1. Spent 10 to 15 mins to get the table but only 1/3 was full. 2. Spent 15 to 20 mins to find my server until ordered the drinks with another server otherwise my server never showed up. 3. Spent another 20 mins to look for my server to checkout but never showed up until I spoke with another server again. 4. Asked for Togo cups, bag, and check but Spent another 10 mins with 3 different person to complete a task. Bases on this kind of service, only deserves with one-time 15% tips only. I will never return again.

Worst service ever the food was very salty no flavor the person who served us was disrespectful and rude very nasty attitude over priced try a different location because this one on highway 6 I do not recommend

They used actual catfish instead of swai. I was sold right there. Very fresh and great customer service! If you're in North Houston definitely give them a try!

Delicious food. Incredible Cocktails, Fabulous Service- especially if Moe is your server. The seafood boil was my favorite, closely followed by the fried green beans and popcorn shrimp.

The food was great! We showed up for a late dinner with my daughter and her family and they sat us in the time given. It was noisy but we were fine with it. Jonah was awesome for putting up with our antics. The wife and grandson had the chicken tenders. My daughter's family tried a couple of the steamed dishes, and I had a mixed fried basket. Granddaughter said the crab was the best she had. We will definitely visit the next time we are in Htown, and hopefully have Jonah as our waiter again.

Our waitress was amazing!! So sweet and on point, our food was served hot and delicious! A little pricey but this was a special occasion so it was a treat. We will be back for more.

Tomball location Got my new customized credit card that day and I used it on this location, gave them my card and next thing you know there was a charge on it from Walmart. My bank told me it was rejected due to them not knowing my billing address. Careful when giving them your credit card information. Regret tipping them 40%.

I loved this place! LeeLee my server was very sweet and friendly! The food was delicious! I love seafood and I wish I had this restaurant near my home. I had the lobster and snow crab. It was incredible. But be prepared to get messy! Great place for a family gathering or a group! Enjoy, I did...

Pretty good wings and shrimp. I ordered the juicy crab hot wings and they were delicious big and tasty. I ordered them in extra spicy and can't wait to go back and get them again. They have customized flavors that you can choose from. We also ordered their shrimp and crab legs that were also pretty tasty. The service wasn't awful but they forgot a lot of our order and we had to keep reminding them for our eggs and sausage but the food was good so we didn't mind. Go check this place out.

Our food was fresh, flavorful and served piping hot. We had been looking for a local crab boil joint and we have found it! Avion, our server, provided great hospitality and it's also a fun, casual environment. My husband and I brought my in laws and we all had a great time.

Stopped by this weekend for a to go order, man the workers there act like they own the place. There was a group of employees (host, server, busboy, and a cashier) eating candy and chips in the receiving area of the restauran. The host eating chips licking her fingers, while receiving the customers. Passing out the menu's without cleaning/sanitizing her hands. So disgusting!!! The cashiers family came in and the kids running all around the place, going into the kitchen!! Just crazy!! I would say instead of chilling doing NOTHiNG try to keep the place clean.. walls by the to go area were so dirty, trash on the floor, counters were a mess too.. Owner/managers don't let your staff bring this place down.

To not seat someone at 9:15 when you stop seating at 9:15 and waste more time "asking a manager" ... must be slow. Btw I was going to be dining solo so it's not even like it was a huge party. Just lost your business money sweetheart! And it doesn't smell much like food on arrival, which is another telltale sign that food prolly ain't BuSSIN! And the 3.5 stars proves it. The service was great and based off of service alone, I'd happily give 5 stars... really, the service was fantastic. The food is pretty basic, nothing special. The really disappointing part is that there weren't any seafood tools. For crab legs, they literally said "yeah we only have scissors." Really? So, like... no seafood tools or anything? This was a disappointing meal.

I attended this location, the drink ad said $5 all day everyday, nut the manager told us that he wouldn't honor the promotion because someone may have just put the promotions out early. We ordered the shrimp basket and tilapia with sweet potatoe fries... I wasn't at all impressed... Don't waste your time here!

Eww this place is disgusting!!!.. The woman that work here are so rude . It was My husbands birthday dinner ... we are new to the area from NY .. my husband wanted to try this place .. We sat at our table for 17 mins and no one approached us .. our white paper table on the was dirty , after 20 mins later our waitress come over .. she said sorry I didn't see you guys.. we are really busy now I took a picture of the restaurant at the time.... there was not a single soul beside one other couple at table that another waitress was taking care of.. like are u seriously!?!? But it being my husband's birthday we decided to stay.. i asked her can we Please get a new table cover .. Our waitress rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth!!! We ordered our drinks but it took 10 minutes just to get our drinks.. The straw that broke the camels back as when we witnessed the waitress blow her nose never wash her hands and then touching food

Service is fine, prices are too high for the food you get. Also there's no hot sauce for some reason. Ambiance is fine.

Always the staff is nice and friendly at the bar before and after the drinks hit you. Even the ‍ came out to access the problem with my bFF's food but nothing major. Drinks are awesome food could be better and less salty. But five stars all the way for service!!!!!

Customer service was great. My waiter was helpful... The food was meh... I ordered the shrimp and crab leg bag which comes with potato and corn. It came out Luke warm and the shrimp was a bit dirty for my liking and the crab leg was decent. Would I come again, I really don't know. I came by myself this time.

When you pair decent pricing, good food and outstanding service--you have a winner. We came in to celebrate my seafood loving daughters birthday and the spice was perfect on the boiled crab, shrimp, snow crab legs and sausage. The Southern Lemon Drop was also worth noting and who expects delicious dessert at a chain seafood place? Well, they have cheesecake with an hour drive!

This was the worst food and service I ordered whiting fish bad wanted to send back I had to talk to 3 people before they would do that only took one bite. My husband payed the bill at 100 dollars for crap. Never will go again word of mouth I will tell everyone I know about this service and food never had my ice tea refilled no one came back to see how it was or if we wanted anything else.

Visited the Hwy 6 North was served raw fish . Waitress apologized went call.manager on duty Darius was manager on duty and response was it's possible because of who was in kitchen .Never apologized or came speak with me . I paid full bill and will..never return .I have photos and posted on my social media with my experience at this establishment .

I've never had seafood that literally tasted like nothing. Idk what they used but the shrimp was drowned in flavorless liquid. The crawfish had no sauce as well as no flavor. Straight dry and crunchy. On top of that the crawfish was $17 a pound! We ordered 2lbs of crawfish and 3 punch of head on shrimp with eggs a corn and a potato for $98... and EVERYTHING was BLAND.

My niece selected this place for lunch to celebrate her 18th birthday! She loved her seafood boil as did my sister & daughter. The wings appetizer were excellent! I got the catfish, big mistake.....HORRIBLE (I really don't believe it was catfish) no flavor at all. The waitress was great. If we had known crawfish were $14 a pound we would have went elsewhere.

The Juicy Crab like always never disappoints, food is extremely delicious and made to perfection. Personally I like the mixture of all flavors ( juicy special), medium hot which isn't too spicy you get to enjoy each flavor. Yesterday, coming in from out of town we had to make our stop to The Juicy Crab, I hadn't been to this location so was willing to try it. Like always food was amazing and our waiter was super attentive and was awesome. Give both a 5 star !!! what caught me off guard and not sure why they did this but they charged every item by .5 lb verses full pounds saving us $ ( example the charged us 8 of the .5 pound of crab legs at $17.50 each in which each pound is $33 verses $35 per pound charging it at .5), they did the same with the pound of shrimp and pound of sausage all charged at a higher price verses per pound. What really caught all of us off guard is the waiter told us the only way of payment was through cash app, cash or Zelle ( we paid through cash app). The website states they accept cards. They also charge is 18% gratuity on a table of 5 ( mind you I know if the party is of 6 or more they charge 18%). I didn't fight the gratuity because our waiter was great but do feel something isn't right. Highest management might want to check ticket #45 dated 11/24/23.

1st time here Madie did a great job of welcoming us in and explaining the menu options. The dining experience was great and the ambiance was amazing. I would normally have to drive further into the city to get a vibe like this. Glad there is a seafood place like this in the neighborhood. Service was top notch, Madie constantly checked on us and even a manager. Food was amazing, cooked to order even the eggs. We had a dungeness and a snow crab cluster with their Juicy Special seasoning spice. We chose the medium spice level and it was very good. The spice was spicy but not overwhelming. I will probably try their "hot" level of seasoning next time to see just how much hotter it is.The crabs, corn and potatoes were well cooked and the seasoning was excellent! I ordered half a dozen raw oysters and they were a good size and seemed fresh but I would have liked to see something like a vinegar/garlic sauce to add on top. The service was good but a little slow at times even though the restaurant was not even half full. Perhaps, they are a bit under staffed like so many other restaurants are these days. Overall, I enjoyed their food a lot and will definitely return soon!

Great management. Definitely some improvements since the last time I came , Torian was very rude . But now they have a new manager Johnny and he is very attentive asking everyone if they are ok table to table . And is very welcoming Im glad I gave this place a second chance ! I originally came here as a partner, but didn't want to review until I came back with friends. It was still just as good as the first time! Honestly it was even better because I knew it was a legit experience. Upon walking in we were greeted and they sat us immediately. They even brought a high chair and flipped it over so that we could seat the baby at the table. Our server was Tiffanie and she was a doll! Beautiful inside and out. She welcomed us and asked if we'd been before. She made some suggestions for drinks, after checking ID's of course. My friend got the Henny on the Beach and I got the Henny Margarita. Both drinks were the perfect amount of sweet yet strong. We started with an appetizer, the juicy special wings. Omg! They were better than I remembered. Fried to crisp but still juicy. My friend and I both got the combo with 1 cluster, and the 1/2 lb headless shrimp, medium spice level with the juicy special as the seasoning . I noticed that they write your order on the table, as well as the servers name and the time you were seated. I liked that touch. I love the Juicy Special which is all of their seasons mixed together. With each bit you get a hint of garlic, then lemon and lastly heat. I also like that they dice fresh cloves instead of using minced garlic which is mostly juice. It really compliments the favor. It's taking all of my strength not to return to The Juicy Crab since I've already been twice I'm 6 days. Don't judge me, but I may sneak back for lunch before the weeks out lol. Until next time!

First time eating here on today. Service and food was amazing. A gentlemen and 2 other young ladies greeted us upon entering. Our waitress was Natalie and she was amazing. She was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable of the menu. The gentlemen was actually the manager which he was walking to check in on all of the customers. Their customer is on point.

Jessica S. had awesome customer service skills. She make us feel very welcome. Jessica took our order and made sure our order was correct. She was very friendly and a great people person. I first had the Juicy Crab in Atlanta and it was amazing so I was excited they had one here. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk said it was a 45 minute wait although there were 7 tables empty. She was rude and short with everyone who came in. We headed to the bar and I noticed no one was being seated in the open areas. The gentleman at the bar was very friendly and made a great drink while we waited. Another guy went to check and see why it was taking so long for us to be seated. Once seated we ordered our food. It seemed like they put a whole pack of sausage in my boil and it was salty. The crab legs were really tiny. It came with only one potato and one corn. The hush puppies were good. We will not return.

I definitely LOVED this spot until my last visit. Me & my family of 5 became terribly ill. Our server was Moe and i was unsure of which manager was on duty. However, 2 of us didn't even make it out the building before our stomachs erupted and the rest of us made it home on a limb. We had the dungeoness, king, & snow crab, black mussels, eggs, sausage and whatever else came w. We didn't all eat the same thing so we are unsure what exactly caused. I called to let them know in case it was other complaints or possibly a bad batch they were unaware. The manager on duty seemed unconcerned and said there wasn't anything that could be done. I hope this helps someone considering this spot or prevents a hour + drive like us.

Experiencing the same thing similar to Lucky M. As in credit card fraud! Went to Juicy Crab and tab was $78 dollars and left a cash tip of 15$. Few days later check my account and my card was charged for 98$. I called two days in a row. Brooke, a manager never called me back, gave her my card number name and time i was at Juicy Crab. Called again the next day spoke with Terron... instead of him saying let me check into it and call you back, he instructs me to call him back in an hour. Which is horrible customer service. I have yet to hear anything about the additional tip added to my card. Food was good though.

Great service from the bar Harmony was nice and gave great service. Loved the mussels and the juicy crab sauce she recommended! Can't wait to come back.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time today. It was mid-afternoon, so not busy. Service was great. Our waiter ( TJ), was prompt, personable, and very friendly. We had popcorn shrimp appetizer, and it was good. I had the fried catfish with onion rings. It was very good. My wife had fried oysters and Cajun fries. Yes, they were very good. Everything thing came out in a reasonable time. Everything was fresh, hot and crispy. The place is clean and comfortable. Everyone there was very friendly. One uncommon thing, everyone on the staff seemed to be glad to be there, actually happy to be there. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. All in all, a pleasurable experience. I'll definitely go back. And recommend giving it a try.

Went there for the first time. The food was good, 3.5/5. The atmosphere was not great, the booths were extremely uncomfortable. The worst , was the poor / slow service. It took 25 minutes to get an appetizer and only after I spoke to the manager. The rest of our order came out after another 20 minutes ( an order of fried catfish and shrimp just should not take that long). During this time there were 6 other tables with customers, so a fairly slow lunch. I don't know if the kitchen was the hold up or the server or both, but I have no plans to return.

I'm giving it a low rating because of the customer service. I did a pick up order because I really wanted to have some crab legs and shrimp for my birthday, and the place I preferred wasn't open on this day. I called to place my order and this young man took answered to take my order. This was my first visit so I had questions so that I can make a good decision on what I wanted to order. He sound very rushed and impatient but whatever. I placed an my order for 1 pound of crab & half pound of shrimp headless. When I arrived to the restaurant, there was only 1 other person waiting before me. The young man gave me my total and took my payment. I left a tip to give back for them working. However, when he gave me my food I asked him if I could have cocktail sauce for my shrimp. As he got on his cell phone his reply was that there should be some in the bag. So I checked the bag and there wasn't and I asked him again. This young man gets up and puts his bare hands inside my bag himself as if what I said didn't mean a thing and as if cocktail sauce is such a rare commodity. And then he went to get the sauce. I felt highly violated and disrespected. Not 1 time did I see him wearing gloves nor use sanitizer. But I was glad that my food was doubled bag as at that moment I did not have the energy to react the way I normally would have. I left and I will not return to this location nor recommend it to my friends. They ended up giving me the shrimp with the head instead of headless, and the crab legs were salty. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the food was ready fast & hot and the shrimp were good, and they seem to have good potential. However, I did not appreciate being treated like that especially on that day and I drove 23 minutes to get there.

Over priced crawfish! $14 a pound when every where else is $10 and under. Ordered medium spice literally tasted like fish. Worst crawfish I have had yet. Save your self the money and go somewhere else!
