The K Karaoke

Went here as a walk-in with my friend. Service was pretty quick, and the attendant there was helpful as it was our first time. The rooms were alright, but decent prices for drinks. I liked how we can search our own songs from YouTube through a tablet and that there's a tambourine to play along. It also seems like you can request songs manually since there's a book near the TV. The only thing that was kind of bugging us was that sometimes we would stumble into songs we did not originally queue. But other than that, such a cozy place! Would come here again when I'm around the area!

Good place for karaoke. Although the rooms aren't fully soundproof but it's still fun. They do serve drinks and food. The prices are a bit on a higher side for foods and drinks but it's probably expected as they might have low foot falls than other restaurants and bars. But still overall we had a good experience. You can play from a Korean karaoke machine or even directly from a YouTube, which we found to be a bit faster. Overall you can expect to have fun in a group. They have different sizes of rooms based on people.

I am giving this place two stars only because they use YouTube karaoke and the song selection is great. Other than that do not go here. We were put in a room that had no working karaoke lights. We asked to move but were informed that none of the rooms had working lights?? So our option was to keep all the house lights on or be in complete darkness with just the tv screen. The drinks were expensive and the place was not clean. Warning*** You have to ask for your deposit back. They say that it will automatically be refunded but it is not. You have to call to request it back.

Never got my deposit back, dark rooms with no lights, just uses YouTube with some bad mics. Food is just air fried frozen food which I'm pretty sure is against health standards. Avoid avoid avoid.

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION ONLINE! You will not get your deposit back! This place is a SCAM! It seems this place is paying for 5 star reviews… Your money is better spent at other karaoke places next door. I made a reservation online and when I arrived the front desk ensured I would get my deposit back within a few business days. IT DID NOT! I had to call and they gave me an e-transfer. Sounds like they intended to keep the deposit all along! BE WARNED! Also, the food and drinks are way too expensive. The room isn’t the cleanest. So this review is accurate and deserved. Edit: They replied and THEY ARE LYING! I DID SHOW UP and WAS TOLD I would get the deposit auto refunded. It did NOT. They are scamming customers hoping they would forget. It is unfortunate the world we live in. I have reported this business to the ministry and it is currently under investigation for scamming consumers.

It was a really nice experience here. They had access to every song you’d like. The rooms were nice and pretty. The customer service is also really great. I would definitely recommend!

The place is amazing and the staff is very pleasant and helpful! Always a good place to sing your heart out!

Had so much fun with my friends! Suyeon was the best. Her service was great. The room was awesome & I loved the fact that you can pick songs through youtube! The passion fruit drink was great too!
