Knowledgeable and helpful staff and good selection of products. Associate was willing to let me purchase remotely when I called, so all I had to do was stop for a quick pickup.

These guys are awesome! Jimmy and Kai were extremely helpful and took care of us. I had an online order that was picked up by a friend and we had some complications that they took care of immmediately. 10 out of 10 for these guys in their customer service!

Umm, if you like smoking barbecue or even just eating it, this is your place! Plenty of sauces and rubs to choose from both locally and from around the country. They also sell smokers, supplies, meat, wood and pellets. Definitely worth a visit because you will always come out with a new sauce or rub to try.

There are a lot of products of sauces and spices. Also a great selection of horizon smokers. The person behind the counter did not walk the floor or seek out anyone to assist. He did answer questions that were asked of him, and he did notify us of a sale next week for their horizon smokers. Would for sure go back.

Made a stop in here and loaded up on local stuff and things I can't get back home in SC. They've got it all in here... sauces, rubs, utensils and tools, grills and flat tops, wood by the bundle or chunk. If they don't have it, you don't need it! I was even surprised to see they had some Maurice's gold sauce in here from back home. I sure wish I had a place like this back home. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!

Knowledgeable staff and wide selection. They have a ton of sample rubs to smell. The samples were super helpful in informing my decision on what to buy. I asked for assistance with recommending sauce for a specific application, and I was given a great recommendation. The sauce performed perfectly. Kansas City BBQ Store had a ton of specialty items, from the Slow N Sear, to prep trays, to pellets and wood chips by the pound, to Snake River Farms packer briskets. I look forward to going back and trying new rubs and sauces!
