Went on a Monday night (no reservation needed) and was seated immediately on the patio as requested. Waiter was very hospitable and attentive. Drinks kept coming and he had great advice about popular dishes and his recommendations. First dish was the crab cake shareable. It was full of flavor and wasn't overly stuffed with filler. The entrees displayed are the shrimp and grits. This dish was flavorful and had a little kick of spice. The other dish was the red fish over orzo pasta 🤤 I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love coming here. From the atmosphere to the food and service, everything is just great. Being in a landlocked area is hard as a seafood lover. I could be a pescatarian I love seafood so much. But in an area like north Texas, great seafood is hard to come by. So much of it is just fried offerings or tilapia. Womp womp. The Keeper breaks the mold. You could really believe you’re by the sea the food is so fresh and so delicious. One of my favorite things to order is the mussels. I get them every single time. The broth is so creamy and so delicious. They have changed the recipe a bit as I recently learned on a visit. They were much spicier. HOWEVER, don’t let this scare you away (it spice scares you) as when I asked the manager, he said they can ease up on the spice of you tell them when ordering. Only reason I cared was because I share with my daughters who are super spice sensitive. My husband has been all about their peel and eat shrimp. Sounds simple, but theirs is so good. Our daughters loved it so much they kept stealing his. Everything I’ve had is great though. From the oysters that taste amazingly fresh, to the campechana and the kids salmon which isn’t dumbed down for kiddos. We’ve just seriously loved everything we’ve had. The cocktails are great as is the dessert. Most recently we had the keeper pie which is their take on key Lime pie. OMG. Perfection. So for my landlocked seafood lovers, come here. You won’t be disappointed.

It was our first time and we were celebrating our anniversary ❤️ The atmosphere of the restaurant was very refreshing and inviting. We were greeted by a friendly hostest. Once at our table we were greeted by our server David who provided in depth knowledge of all the menu items. The food... the dishes were all delicious.. the signature crab fried rice with spam, the udon with seared scallops and the coconut broth mussels... All the dishes were very flavorful with just the right amount of everything... and the desserts too. We look forward to visiting again so we can try other menu items. It was a very nice experience, thank you, David.

Wonderful atmosphere and music. Professional staff. Best Crab Cake I have had, full of flavor and no filler. Best Blackened Red fish dish. Must visit Resturant. Very pleasant with iPod menus. Cannot wait to return.

First time visiting this restaurant, and I was not disappointed! Food was very good, and portions were sizable for the price. My husband and I went for our anniversary. We ordered the Oysters, Lobster Penne, and Red Fish. Our server accidentally brought us the Cioppino, which was also great! Our server, Lance, was so nice and awesome! Even despite the onslaught of business around us! The only part that I disliked was the fact that there was a large party seated next to us. It was apparently a company that comes in frequently, but they were loud, obnoxious, and drunk. They loitered in the walkways and shouted across the room to eachother. This, by no means, is the fault of the restaurant - I just hope that one of them reads this and understands how annoying they are.

Came here for a date night and was not disappointed. The whole restaurant is clean and modern but still comfortable. Service was decent, as was the calamari appetizer. The redfish was a bit bland for being blackened, but otherwise really fresh. My copppino was very simple (could have used some kick IMO) but everything was cooked perfectly. The real star of the night was the keylime pie... I cannot express how perfectly silky and tart it was! I'd drive all the way out here just for the keylime pie!!!!

Great place for freshly caught seafood in North Texas. Nice local varieties and then some. Stone crabs and Mahi were great. Overall good quality, presentation and service. Highly recommended.

Has a semi private dining area to celebrate a 70th birthday. Surprisingly they put a trainee at our table and didnt really go above and beyond for this occasion. I had also mentioned that I was a part of a few social media network groups and no show from any managers. However their food is superb and worth the trip.
