The Kimbap is a small grab-and-go shop in Koreatown and the shop only specializes one item - kimbap (aka Korean seaweed rice rolls).
[Parking]: While the parking lot has a valet parking sign, visitors can tell the valet person that you are here for the Kimbap and you will get free 10-minute parking.
[Options]: They have 15 different kimbap options with 3 super spicy options (spicy chicken, spicy pork, and spicy squid). Single portion = 10 pieces and double portion = 20 pieces. Special kimbaps with dotted box on the menu have one set portion with 12 pieces. The shop recommends kimbap should be eaten within 3 hours after purchase. Some of popular items include Super Spicy Pork Kimbap, Bacon Kimchi Fried Rice, Tuna Kimbap, Mayo Shrimp Kimbap, Super Spicy Squid Kimbap, and Beef Kimbap. They also sell other miscellaneous items like rice cakes, fish cakes, dumplings, fried dishes, rice dishes, soups, and noodles.

Super Spicy Pork Kimbap (12 pieces - $10): They were not lying about being super spicy - it was DEFINITELY spicy. I was able to tolerate the spicy level, but it was slightly spicier than Sriracha sauce. Oddly enough this kimbap tasted more like a wrap rather than traditional kimbap. (4/5)
Tuna Kimbap (10 pieces - $6): I love this kimbap - I could tell these kimbaps were freshly prepared and they were some of best kimbaps I have had. (5/5)

Overall I like tuna kimbap over super spicy pork kimbap. There's no question this shop sells one of the best kimbaps in SoCal. 4.5-star on kimbap and bump up on easy parking and fast grab-and-go ordering process.
