Cool little spot if you want to swing by and just relax either by yourself or with friends.... I went when it was slow and honestly it was pretty chill nice and quiet deff be back!!

Great place to shot some pool over a cold beer. The owner Sam is responsive and a real charm to be around. Nick is what I consider to be one of the best employees one could wish to have in a privately owned company. Love that guy

Music is good, drinks are good not expensive, but it's more like a small bar with the same 10 people, not going back

It was cool. I want to try again for grand opening. Nice decor, good beer, 1 pool table inside & out, juke box, outside area, Maria was really nice bartender.

Been going here for years and I must say I am very impressed with the way the owner improved the establishment. I haven’t been in a while my man and I decided to get out the house last night, was a little nervous due to all the crime that’s been going on in The AV, we decided on Kings Bar and glad we chose this location. Chill vibes, good music, excellent service! The owner was present, I thought that was pretty cool i noticed how he would check in on people if they appeared to be too intoxicated, all in all we will be returning for another date night. 😁

When I first walked in the place smelled great! I don't know if they had a candle burning or if somebody has one of those room air fresheners on but it smells great in that place ,The bartender was great her name was destiny , she welcomed me right away and knew the exact shot recipe I wanted, she talked highly of the owner and told me how he improved the structure of the building and it does look great I love how they have a indoor outdoor thing going on, you can play pool outside and also play ping pong, she also made me aware of the happy hour deals right away which is great customer service.

Still has the ghost town, fire pit, and outbuildings from the days of The Trap but the decor is less western and the staff and crowd are much younger than our I recall. Lively place with open mic on a Tuesday. Prices are a bit steeper under the new ownership than they used to be. The manager bought me a shot and toasted me. Bartenders don't drink on the job, at least not openly. Definitely an improvement from what it used to be except for the prices.

The owner Sam brings so much love and care for his customers he's great and the bartender are amazing, great drinks, fun atmosphere and DJ Krazy be spinning any and every music you can think of, I always enjoy myself and I go often, much recommended

Great bartenders. Service with a smile every time. Jukebox has great tunes. They do not serve food but they do occasionally have a food truck inside.

The staff was very friendly and our drinks were very well-made. The DJ really brought the music. The girls really enjoyed dancing.

Honestly one of the best owners in the Av. Great drinks and fast bartenders. Would recommend if you are looking for somewhere new to kick it. Tuesdays are my favorite night because of the music!

The drinks are over priced, the customer service is awful, the bathrooms are always dirty, I wouldn't ever go back.

They wanna charge $20 per person to enter the facility for what ????? It is a hole in the wall place where people come in looking like they just rolled outta bed and they got nerve to charge $20 to enter the facility. Bullshit!!! The minimum charge should never be more than $10 to enter and we have to purchase food and drinks. This place is not that special for $29 entrance fee. I want to give this place ZERO stars.

You can always have a blast at The King Bar! Good drinks, fun people, great music, (live and AMI), indoor & outdoor pool tables and a great owner!

You just found one of the last stops in all of LA county. This fringe spot used to be known as the Trap and is legendary on a bad scale. Only the bravest of the brave venture here and I am proud to have stopped in for a quick cocktail and left. Would not recommend unless you're in a biker gang.

I am not from this area and I was looking for a place to grab a drink and listen to some good music. After taking a long and pricey Uber to this location I said to myself this place better be worth it. We got to the door and the bouncer or security was charging $30.00 a person to get it. Mind you it was already after midnight and I dont think this is a club, far from upscale. More like a local hang out spot. I thought it was ridiculous. As I was waiting for another Uber to pick me up I noticed a group of people show up without being charged. This place is a joke.

Been in twice now, total of 5 people there. Bartender drinking at bar, saw us come in, early evening. Never came to the table or even said hi be right with you. We sat there for another 10 then said f#%%#it an left. We are local looking for a good hang out. Not here!

Awww yeah! This place does not disappoint. It is the freshest update to an old high desert standard. It is a great location for drinks with friends. Bartenders are awesome and new owner is the coolest! My friends and I love this place and always look forward to hanging out here! The western town out back is a nice touch and you can see the new remodel takin shape with great new ideas. We will be back!!
