The Kings Arms

We used the Kings Arms to hold a Wake for our dear brother. From the first time we contacted the hotel, we had excellent service. Not too far from East Devon Crem, it was perfect for us. We got quotes from a number of places, and this one beat them all! We had been quoted up to more than double. the price. Nice and easy to park, All guests were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We were all made very welcome. The room was light and airy and warm. The food was excellent and one of my friends who is a very fussy, professional cook said it was brilliant. Teas and coffees were included in the price too. The place was very clean. There were about 50 of us and there was plenty of room for us all. Could have fitted more. Thank you to Freddie and the team, you went above and beyond.

We had Sunday carvery lunch here. Very relaxed, but still the food was spot on and the staff were friendly and efficient. Well worth the visit. We haven't given the accommodation a rating as we didn't stay here.

The first time I stayed in a pub accommodation. Am pleased to say it exceeded my expectations. The Pub feels rustic and comfy downstairs. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. And slept well. I do agree with one of the other reviews. If a lone woman returning in late evening, walking through the well lite lane can be a little daunting. Luckily, I had my partner with me

We met up with some friends in Ealing and said we would like to eat , so they booked Sunday lunch for 5pm . What appealed to me was that they were advertising a carvery at the reasonable price of £16.95 , which these days is quite good, When we arrived we had a decent table ( unless you don't like sports as there are a number of television screens ) . We went up to the carvery and there was a choice of turkey , pork or gammon , with beef slightly more costly or a vegetarian option. I had all the trimmings which included roasties, crackling , peas, cabbage and sweetcorn ,a generous portion of everything and as much gravy as you wanted. Everything was hot and very tasty , unusual for a carvery as late as five pm. All our party enjoyed similar meals and none of us could fit in puddings. The staff were very friendly . It's close to the railway station so easy to get to and makes a change from all the other restaurants' Ealing has.

Stayed the night with my 7 year old. Lovely place, clean comfortable, quiet and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again

An excellent example of a friendly and hospitable local public house in Ealing town centre. This pub provides excellent service, televised sporting events and reasonably priced food and drink selections. Well worth a visit and kids can sit outside in the seated area.

Rooms were warm and cosy everything you need. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Location was amazing just round the corner from shopping centre and a short walk to bus and trains. Would definitely stay there again. ☺️

I came here for a beer thinking this would be a nice and affordable pub. Instead I ended up paying 7.30£ for a pint of lagger. It has a friendly staff and place but nothing justifies these prices.
